| 摘 要： | 进行了契比雪夫多项式拟合，一阶差分，固体潮、Ｍ２波γ因子的计算，对山西定点形变台网各台的观测精度进行了比较，得出与内在精度有直接关系的要素是观测条件、仪器性能和技术管理的结论。此外，还对历年的一些震例进行了总结，给出了山西倾斜观测的监控范围
