| 摘 要： | 呼伦贝尔市独特的地域文化特色和以草原为主的生态旅游资源具有生态旅游发展的巨大潜力。本文基于波特的钻石模型分析原理，从资源供给、市场需求、企业竞争态势、支撑产业、机会把握、政府作为等六个方面分析了呼伦贝尔市开发生态旅游的竞争潜力．揭示了其发展生态旅游存在的主要问题与挑战，提出了生态旅游开发的总体战略及基本思路。

| Abstract: | It has immense ecotourism potential in virtue of its unique geographic feature as well as its ecotourism resources with grassland. The text use the principle of Diamond Model raised by Potter to analyze the competitive potential to develop ecotourism in Hulunbeier City from six aspects which is resource supply, market demand, enterprises competitive state, supporting industry, seizing the opportunity, government behavior. As a result, the text reveal the main problem and challenge in developing ecotourism and bring forward overall strategic and basic idea for developing ecotourism. |
