| 摘 要： | 采用溴化衍生-气相色谱法测定水中的丙烯酰胺，方法检测限为0．02μg／L，平均加标回收率为99．1％～104．5％，相对标准偏差为0．8％～2．6％，方法实用准确。

| Abstract: | The acrylamide was detected by gas chromatography with bromine derivation. The detection limit of the method was 0. 02 μg/L. The average recovery and relative standard deviation were between 99. 1% - 104. 5% and 0. 8% - 2. 6% respectively. The method was effective and accurate. |
