| 摘 要： | 利用甘肃中部13个测站历年4～6月的旬降水、温度资料，分析了干旱年、月、(旬)降水量、平均温度等气候变化特征及其空间分布。在此基础上，建立了相应的春、夏干旱短期气候预测系统模型。经业务使用，准确率较高。
