| Abstract: | It is known from studies of sedimentary and environmental geochemistry of continental shelf in China that marine sediments in the offshore and near shore areas have good qualities and only sediments in some onshore areas are poor of quality. The author gives some comments on environmental geochemistry at the angles of organic matter, heavy metal elements and their sources in the continental shelf sediments of China. |
