盐度和pH值对鮸鱼幼鱼耗氧率和氨氮排泄率的影响

摘    要:利用实验生态学的方法研究了不同盐度及pH值对鮸鱼幼鱼的呼吸、排泄的影响.结果表明,不同盐度对鮸鱼幼鱼耗氧率、氨氮排泄率有显著影响(P〈0.05),盐度11~26,鮸鱼幼鱼耗氧率逐步上升,26时达到峰值后呈下降趋势;pH值对耗氧率无显著影响(P〉0.05),pH6.5~9.0鮸鱼幼鱼耗氧率变化幅度很小,在此范围内pH值的变化对鮸鱼幼鱼氨氮排泄率有显著影响(P〈0.05).O:N比值也随着盐度升高而升高,26时达到峰值,随后下降;pH8.0时,O:N比值最低;不同盐度和pH下鮸鱼幼鱼平均O:N分别为24.258,22.378.鮸鱼幼鱼主要以蛋白质为能源,脂肪和碳水化合物其次.

Abstract:The effects of salinity and pH on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile Miichthy mijuy were studied.The results showed that the effects of salinity on oxygen consumption rate(ROc) and ammonia excretion rate(RAm) in juvenile Miichthy mijuy were significant(P<0.05),when salinity changed from 11 to 31,the ROc increased gradually with increasing salinity and there was a peak appeared at 26,then the ROc decreased gradually.However,the effect of pH on the ROc of juvenile Miichthy mijuy was not significant(P>0.05) as the ROc changed little at pH ranging from 6.5 to 9.0.But within this range the change in pH had significant effected on the RAm of juvenile Miichthy mijuy reaching the peak at pH8.0.The oxygen-nitrogen ratio increased as salinity rose to 26 and then dropped gradually.The oxygen-nitrogen ratio maximised at pH8.0.The average oxygen-nitrogen ratio at different salinity and pH were 24.258 and 22.378,respectively.The juveniles took protein as the first energy source besides fat and saccharide.
