摘    要:本文根据 2 0 0 1年 8月 2 0~ 2 2日期间对胶州湾海域进行的大面积调查资料 ,对浮游植物的群落结构进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,浮游植物群落主要由沿岸暖水性种类组成 ,以硅藻为主 ,还有少量的甲藻、金藻和绿藻。湾中央出现的种类最多 ,湾口其次 ,湾边缘最少。细胞数量的高值区出现在B断面和 A5站周围的水域 ,低值区出现 D断面和 E断面。此外 ,对群落多样性的研究表明 ,Shannon指数在湾北部的多数站位高于湾南部水域 ,在 D2和 B1站出现 2个低值区 ;Margalef指数在湾内东部和 D4站周围水域明显高于湾内西部和湾口水域 ;均匀度则在 B1和 D2站周围水域偏高。浮游植物群落同营养盐的相关分析表明 ,调查期氨盐和磷酸盐是影响浮游植物生长的主要营养盐 ,中肋骨条藻、浮动弯角藻和旋链角毛藻等几种优势种类决定了这一关系

Abstract:Based on the survey from 20 th to 22 nd in August 2001 in Jiaozhou Bay, a preliminary study on its phytoplankton community is carried out. The results show that the phytoplankton community is composed mainly of coastal warm species, apart from a few Dinophyceae, Chrysophyceae and Chlorophyceae species, which are dominated by the Bacillariophyceae. The species richness was the highest in the central of the Bay, lower in the mouth of the Bay, and at the edge of the Bay it is the lowest. The highest value of cell abundance appeared at section B and station A5, and the lowest value at sections D and E. Moreover, the diversity study indicates that the Shannon index at most stations in the north of JZB is higher than in the south of JZB, and the lowest value appeares at D2 and B1. The values of the Margalef index are higher in the east of JZB and around station D4 than in other areas. The values of Pielou's index are higher in the vicinity of stations B1 and D2 . Pearson correlation analysis shows that ammonium and phosphorus are the main influential factors of phytoplankton growth during the survey period. This relationship with nutrient was mainly determined by the dominant species Skeletonema costatum, Eucampia zodiacus and Chaetoceros curvisetus.
