摘    要:现代振动测试中使用的传感器数量和种类越来越多,针对实际测试的需要,设计一种可以配接电荷输出型和电压输出型传感器的64通道同步数据采集系统.该系统有实时采集和瞬态采集两种应用模式;带有程控放大、程控滤波、自动调零功能;整体系统采用主从式结构设计方法,具有结构简单、成本低、可靠性高等优点.

Abstract:The number and type of sensor is becoming more and more on modern vibration tests. According to the actual test, 64-channel high-speed synchronization acquisition system has been developed, which can match charge-output sensor and voltage-output sensor. This system has two application modes, the real-time data acquisition and the transient acquisition. It has several advanced functions, such as program controlled amplifier, program controlled filter and auto zero. The whole system adopts master-slave structural design method, which has the following advantages, such as simple structure, low cost and high reliability etc.
