| 摘 要： | 依据城市中央商务区(CBD)和城市副中心商务区(Sub_CBD)理论,分析了西安南郊区域中心地———小寨Sub_CBD形成的区位背景条件,对Sub_CBD产业定位的区位优势与劣势条件进行了对比研究,依据区位条件和小寨Sub_CBD产业定位的相关性,提出小寨应当建成一个“文化-商业型”的城市Sub_CBD。论证了依托西安特有的文化产业发展而形成的城市Sub_CBD的功能,在分析了小寨Sub_CBD存在不足的基础上,提出了相关规划建设的构想,为知名度很高的历史文化古城西安市的文化产业经济的开发提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of city Central Business District,and city Sub_Central Business District,the author analyses the site factors of Xiaozhai District,which is the center of Xi'an Southern suburban,compares the advantage with the disadvantage of Sub_Central Business District orientation,combines theory with practice of Xiaozhai District and Xi'an City,suggest that Xiaozhai District should be constructed to a culture_business oriented city Sub_Central Business District.This formulation will provide scientific proof for the development of cultural industry economy of Xi'an. |
