海洋微塑料污染目前已成为全球性的环境问题,近年来海洋微塑料检测技术越来越受到人们的关注。本文简要总结了微塑料样品采集及处理方法,并从检测方法的角度系统综述了近些年来微塑料检测技术的研究进展,涉及目视分析法、光谱法(如傅立叶变换红外光谱法和拉曼光谱法)、热分析法以及其他分析方法等(如质谱法以及扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪联用法)。本文简要评价了各类检测方法的优缺点,以期为海洋微塑料检测技术的发展提供参考,并探讨了未来海洋微塑料检测技术的发展方向。  相似文献

The occurrence of gas hydrate has been inferred from the presence of Bottom-Simulating Reflectors (BSRs) along the western continental margin of India. In this paper, we assess the spatial and vertical distribution of gas hydrates by analyzing the interval velocities and Amplitude Versus Offset (AVO) responses obtained from multi-channel seismics (MCSs). The hydrate cements the grains of the host sediment, thereby increasing its velocity, whereas the free gas below the base of hydrate stability zone decreases the interval velocity. Conventionally, velocities are obtained from the semblance analysis on the Common Mid-Point (CMP) gathers. Here, we used wave-equation datuming to remove the effect of the water column before the velocity analysis. We show that the interval velocities obtained in this fashion are more stable than those computed from the conventional semblance analysis. The initial velocity model thus obtained is updated using the tomographic velocity analysis to account for lateral heterogeneity. The resultant interval velocity model shows large lateral velocity variations in the hydrate layer and some low velocity zones associated with free gas at the location of structural traps. The reflection from the base of the gas layer is also visible in the stacked seismic data. Vertical variation in hydrate distribution is assessed by analyzing the AVO response at selected locations. AVO analysis is carried out after applying true amplitude processing. The average amplitudes of BSRs are almost constant with offset, suggesting a fluid expulsion model for hydrate formation. In such a model, the hydrate concentrations are gradational with maxima occurring at the base of hydrate stability zone.  相似文献

Marine benthic surveys and monitoring programs may have several goals. When the aim of such studies is to reveal and describe gradients in species composition, the gain in ecological insight achieved by the study depends on how well the spatial variability of species’ occurrence and abundance within the study area is covered by the sampling design. The common practice in such programs is to collect four or five grab samples from each visited site to capture the site's species composition. The rationale for this practice is based on the aim of capturing a large proportion of species at a specific site (i.e. point). We argue that this practice has been established without taking Iterative approaches into account, such as decreasing the sampling effort at each site and instead increase the number of sites visited. The collection and processing of data from marine sediment ecosystems are time‐consuming and, thus, expensive. Therefore, finding the optimal trade‐off between the number of sites visited and the number of samples per site is important. We examined this trade‐off by exploring how reduction of sampling effort per site affects the stability and recovery of gradients in species composition of marine benthic macrofauna. Our full data set consisted of four grab samples from each of 28 sites from the inner part of the Oslofjord, SE Norway. Procrustes analysis and calculation of Kendall's rank correlation coefficients showed that the main gradient in species composition extracted by detrended correspondence analysis of data sets with reduced per‐site sampling effort closely resembled the main gradient extracted for the full data set. Our results therefore suggest that marine benthic surveys that aim to identify the main gradient structure of species composition and relate this structure to main environmental complex gradients are likely to benefit from reducing the sampling effort at each site and, instead, increasing the number of visited sites. We argue that coverage of both the variation in species composition and the environment in the study area will then be improved. Monitoring programs with other aims than to identify the main gradients in species composition may also benefit from the adoption of a many‐sites, one‐sample sampling strategy. This may be particularly true if additional sampled sites are based on a stratified sampling strategy that ensures that the spatial variability in the study area is accounted for.  相似文献

利用1979—2011年NCEP提供的2m气温场、位势高度场、风场、GPCP降水以及HadISST资料,对北冰洋纬向温度梯度对中国东北地区夏季降水影响进行了分析。分析得出:纬向温度梯度高年东北地区呈现降水负异常,7、8月份最为显著,几乎涵盖整个东北区域。其原因是北冰洋纬向温度梯度与500hPa位势高度梯度之间存在正相关,巴伦支海和东西伯利亚海上空位势高度差变大,贝加尔湖区域地面上东部和南部较易出现异常反气旋。1月份海面风异常通过Ekman输送影响北冰洋纬向温度梯度,进而影响中国东部地区降水。  相似文献

根据 POCM模式输出的流场资料 (1993年 1月 1日~ 1998年 12月 31日 ) ,运用小波分析方法分析北太平洋副热带逆流区海流的季节内振荡特征 ,并用功率谱方法作了验证。结果表明 :在以 19.81°N为中心 ,18~ 2 2°N,16 0°E以西的西太平洋海域 ,海流具有显著的准 90 d振荡特征 ;该振荡对应的波长约为 86 5 km,沿 19.81°N该振荡信号自东向西传播的相速度约为 0 .0 9m/ s。从能量角度看 ,该振荡信号主要存在于 15 0 m以内的海洋次表层 ,2 2 2 .5 m深度能量是 6 2 .5 m能量的13%。  相似文献

桩腿耦合装置(简称LMU)在平台浮托安装过程中上部组块插尖与导管架桩管对接期间起缓冲作用,是海上浮装的最重要装置之一。运用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS,对相同尺寸、受相同垂向载荷作用的有沙箱和无沙箱的LMU分别进行了显式准静态和动态数值模拟,并将计算结果进行对比,以考察沙箱对LMU力学特性的影响。结果表明,与无沙箱的LMU相比,有沙箱的LMU能够承受较大的外载荷作用,可提升外套筒钢材的使用效率,较迅速地降低载荷转移作业过程中整个平台的运动速度,提高平台浮托安装过程中能量吸收速率,并且能减小LMU在动态过程中的最大应力。  相似文献

The Marine Strategy Framework Directive, adopted by the EU, and several other initiatives to improve marine environmental management emphasize the need to integrate environmental and social analyses. This article proposes and tests a general Behavior-Pressure-State-Impact-Response (BPSIR) framework for identifying and structuring environmentally relevant social data. The framework is compatible with the widely applied Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response (DPSIR) framework, but emphasizes actors and their behavior and defines ‘impact’ more specifically. In particular, it distinguishes between: (i) actors directly involved in activities causing physical, chemical, and biological disturbances, and (ii) actors who indirectly affect marine resource use and the pressures on marine ecosystems. Three case studies of chemical and biological disturbances in the Swedish parts of the North and Baltic seas demonstrate the need to balance current ecosystem monitoring with systematically collected and organized data on social factors, i.e., both direct and indirect actors and stakeholders, their adaptation to policy measures, and the role of general trends in consumption and production.  相似文献

Existing automated methods for the determination of ammonia in natural waters suffer from serious ‘salt error’ in estuaries because of changes in pH, ionic strength and optical properties with salinity. 根据 1 998年夏季“南海季风试验 ( SCSMEX)”期间所获的 CTD资料 ,使用系统聚类、Fuzzy模式聚类、Bayes判别分析和 Fuzzy分析等水团分析方法 ,对南海水体的结构和水团配置状况等进行了分析 ,划出了南海存在的 9个主要水团 ,并对各水团的温、盐度特征进行了初析。在调查期间 ,南海本地水 (南海水 )几乎控制了整个调查海区 ,而黑潮水仅出现在台湾岛的西南海域 ;海水强烈混合发生在吕宋海峡附近 ;在中南半岛以东和吕宋岛以西海域 ,表层水明显下沉 ;在南海东南部可能有来自苏禄海的海水 ,其温、盐度特征类似于吕宋海峡中的黑潮水  相似文献

The experimental investigation of irregular wave slamming on structure members with large dimension in the splash zone is presented. The time-domain and frequency-domain analyses results of the irregular wave impact pressure on the subface of the structure under various case studies are presented. The influence of different incident wave parameters and relative clearance s/H1/3 on the impact pressure is discussed. The empirical formula of the characteristic impact pressure Pc, Pt and the spectral moment of the impact pressure m0 on the structure are proposed. 采用t_tide潮汐分析工具对南海北部的5个验潮站2009年全年的逐时潮高资料进行调和分析,计算出各站的调和常数,评估调和常数的准确性、稳定性,并总结了广东沿岸海域潮汐特征.利用对2009年逐时潮高的调和分析结果对2010年全年的潮高进行预测,将各站预测结果与同时间的实测数据进行全年和分季节进行比较,对预测结果与实测数据的残差进行统计分析.通过对残差的散点分布、概率分布、置信区间等统计结果进行分析,检验预测结果的准确性、稳定性和可靠性.结果表明:广东沿岸海域潮汐是以M2分潮为主,K1、O1、S2为次结合的潮汐机制,采用t_tide潮汐分析工具对南海北部潮高的预测结果与实测数据拟合较好,相位预测准确,潮高预测除在时间序列尾部(年尾)有些许较大的误差外,t_tide工具在南海北部潮汐预报中具有较高的准确性和稳定性.预测残差的整体服从正态分布,残差均值小于10-2m量级,方差最大为0.229 4,最小为0.173 2,95%置信区间长度小于10-2.各站季节分析主要分潮的离散度小于0.04的结果充分证明不同季节的分析区别不明显,3个月资料与整年资料的调和分析结果几乎一致,与所选取的季节资料几乎无关.虽然在预测值中,有极个别的残差将近1 m,但并不足以影响到预测的准确性.  相似文献

利用卫星高度计资料和再分析资料,本文分析研究了东海黑潮强度与东亚冬季风的关系,并初步探讨了二者相互作用的可能机制。结果表明,位置相近的断面,其流强变化具有相似的特征;在年际尺度上,冬季风与东海黑潮存在相互作用。当冬季风偏强,将削弱次年2-4月SC、SD断面的流强,弱冬季风年的情况相反。冬季风对流强影响的动力过程主要通过改变Ekman输送来实现;热力过程则表现为强(弱)冬季风增大(减少)了黑潮向大气释放的热通量,从而削弱(增强)流强,这一过程主要为冬季风对黑潮的影响。当冬季风偏强时,次年10-12月黑潮中下游流强偏弱,弱冬季风年的情况相反。这一过程与2-4月情况不同,其热力过程主要表现为黑潮对冬季风的影响。强冬季风通过准两年振荡对次年冬季的黑潮流强产生影响,由此构成了一个包含海洋和大气耦合过程的正反馈机制。黑潮流域的海气相互作用过程可能受冬季风和黑潮流强相对强弱的调制,海洋过程和大气过程主导一方的转换中存在一个“临界值”。  相似文献

Triassic platform-margin deltas in the western Barents Sea   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The Early to Middle Triassic in the Barents Sea was dominated by prograding transgressive-regressive sequences. Internal clinoform geometries indicate that sediments were derived from the Baltic Shield in the south and the Uralian Mountains in the east and southeast. These systems were formed in a large, relatively shallow epicontinental basin, where modest variations in relative sea-level relocated the shoreline significantly. This study shows the development of strike elongated depositional wedges that thicken just basinward of the platform-edge. Seismic facies and time-thickness maps show the position and development of platform-margin delta complexes within each sequence. Seismic clinoforms and trajectory analysis show significant lateral variation from the axis of the delta complex to areas adjacent to the main delivery system. Frequent toplap geometries are observed in proximity to coarse-grained deposits, while aggradation of seismic clinoforms characterizes areas laterally to the platform-margin deltas. Complex shifts in depocenters are revealed by large-scale compensational stacking pattern and relict platform breaks. Locally, relict breaks are created due to pre-existing paleo-topography. Platform-margin deltas can be identified by careful mapping of clinoform geometries, clinoform angles and trajectories. However, seismic analysis of prograding clinoform units indicate that the shoreline and delta complexes commonly are positioned landward of the platform-edge. Deposition of platform-margin deltas is sometimes caused by locally increased sediment supply during slightly rising relative sea-level, and occasionally caused by a regional drop in relative sea-level with significant shelf bypass.Development, position, thickness and facies distribution of platform deltas and platform-margin deltas of very broad low-relief basins, like the Triassic of the epicontinental Barents Sea basin, are strongly sensitive to changes in relative sea-level due to rapid emergence and submergence of wide areas, and to changes in position of major rivers supplying sand to the delta systems. In this respect, the depositional model of the present study deviates from models of clinoform successions obtained from small and narrow basins or siliciclastic platforms with high coarse-clastic sediment supply.  相似文献

在洋山港内和航道水域进行沉积柱状取样,对这些沉积柱状样品分别进行沉积物粒度、^210Pb和^137Cs分析。结果表明,港内水域沉积物粒度总体较粗,砂和粉砂的含量平均近80%,粘土含量平均20%,平均粒径为5.62—6.22φ。航道和附近水域沉积物粒度比港内水域略细,砂和粉砂含量平均为75%,粘土含量平均为25%。^210Pb和^137Cs年代测年表明,港内水域的沉积速率为每年0.93—1.56cm,航道水域的平均沉积速率为每年0.66cm,航道南部水域沉积速率为每年2.71cm,北部水域平均沉积速率为每年1.77cm,局部地区处于冲刷侵蚀状态。总体来说,该海区沉积环境较为稳定,水动力作用较强,沉积速度缓慢,处于基本冲淤平衡的状态。  相似文献
