在回顾海冰监测研究进展及其存在问题的基础上,提出基于卫星遥感资料获取海冰面积的重要性,以第四代可视化计算机语言IDL和MapBasic语言为工具研制并开发了海冰面积信息提取监测系统.整个系统由解译系统和统计分析系统两部分组成.利用1996-2005年渤海NOAA/AVHRR数据和MODIS数据,在该系统的支持下进行了海冰面积信息的提取实例,得到渤海海冰面积解译图和面积数值统计表,结果表明:1996年至2005年,渤海海冰面积(相对最大面积)的变化范围为6 173.34~36 928.00 km2,其中1999年海冰面积最小,2001年海冰面积最大.该系统可为海冰资源的开发利用及海冰监测等工作提供帮助.  相似文献

基于GOCI数据渤海海冰厚度算法研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
提出一种基于GOCI数据提取渤海海冰厚度方法并将其应用于2014年-2015年冬季渤海海冰厚度动态变化监测。首先基于高时间分辨率的GOCI数据建立GOCI短波宽带反射率与各波段反射率模型,然后建立海冰厚度与GOCI短波宽带反射率模型,并将此模型应用于渤海海冰厚度监测,最后通过基于MODIS数据、热动力学模型(Lebedev和Zubov模型)反演获得的海冰厚度以及实测海冰厚度数据对实验结果进行验证。实验结果表明:基于GOCI数据建立海冰厚度模型所反演的海冰厚度与基于MODIS数据反演的海冰厚度以及Lebedev和Zubov模型具有较高相关性(R2>0.86),而且反演结果接近实测数据(RMS为6.82 cm)。  相似文献

在对海冰漂移动力学分析基础上,利用MODIS资料,采用MCC方法获取渤海大范围冰覆盖的海域冰速场,并利用NCEP风速资料和潮流资料进行回归分析,得到渤海冰漂移速度与风速和流速的关系.利用MODIS和NOAA/AVHRR资料获取的渤海冰速资料的综合分析显示:渤海海冰运动,除受盛行风控制外,还受到复杂的海岸地形、流和冰内应力的共同作用,所得到的大范围海冰运动规律和多年历史观测资料分析结果基本一致,并清楚地显示了冰边缘带海冰运动的特征,弥补了局地、单站海冰观测的局限性.  相似文献

鉴于渤海海冰监测和预报对海冰卫星遥感数字化产品的迫切需求,本文利用MODIS的1B级数据进行渤海海冰参数反演,提供海冰遥感图像和海冰密集度、冰厚数值产品,作为渤海海冰监测和海冰数值预报初始场的重要信息来源,以及海冰预报质量检验的参考依据之一。反演结果表明,其各通道对海冰性质有很好的反映,资料信号比较稳定,对不同密集度和厚度的冰有较好的区分,相对NOAA/AVHRR和HY-1A资料有更好的实际应用价值;Terra/MODIS和HY-1A/COCTS海冰遥感反演结果对比也为HY-1A系列卫星海冰遥感的改进和提高提供有益的启示。  相似文献

海冰是影响渤海冬季海运的严重灾害,研究年度周期内海冰时空变化具有重要意义。依据研究内容选择11期具有代表性的中分辨率成像光谱仪(MODerate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer,MODIS)影像数据,采用ENVI(The Environment for Visualizing Images)软件进行预处理,利用目视解译方法提取海冰面积与空间位置信息,采用ArcGIS软件制作了海冰时空变化图、海冰结冻与融化过程变化图。最后,对海冰面积变化、海冰结冻与融化过程进行了详细分析。研究结果表明,利用MODIS影像进行年度周期内海冰变化分析技术方法是可行的。  相似文献

采用CART决策树方法从MODIS卫星遥感数据反演海冰面积,同时对可见光、近红外和热红外多波段进行自动分类计算,有效消除了传统阈值法在反演高悬沙等海洋环境时出现的海冰误判。经较高分辨率的中国环境与灾害监测预报小卫星(HJ-1A/1B)校验,结果表明基于决策树方法所得出的反演数据具有较高精度。利用建立的CART决策树方法反演了2003年以来辽东湾冬季海冰面积的生消变化过程,为进一步分析和建立气象因素与海冰演化规律的关系提供了精确可靠的基础资料。  相似文献

渤海AVHRR多通道海冰密集度反演算法试验研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
为了得到更精确的渤海海冰密集度反演参数,采用辽东湾不同类型海冰ASD实测数据,在分析光谱特征的基础上,针对NOAA/AVHRR数据确定出合适海冰密集度反演算法阈值。继而,基于线性光谱混合模型的多通道反演算法进行了一系列算法试验。同时实现了基于LandSat5-TM数据的渤海海冰密集度场反演,并利用该结果与AVHRR单通道和多通道算法得到的海冰密集度反演结果进行比对分析。定量误差分析结果表明,当单通道算法或组合算法中包含1通道时,与Landsat5-TM反演结果的平均误差为正值,包含2通道且不包含1通道时,平均误差为负值;同时使用这两个通道较只包含其一的各种组合算法的平均误差明显偏小;在各种组合算法中,1245四个通道组合反演的海冰密集度结果误差最小,可应用于渤海AVHRR数据海冰密集度反演。  相似文献

针对目前海冰信息解译时对海冰外缘线及面积信息提取不精确、业务化应用不强问题,提出一种基于分裂Bregman算法的海冰外缘线自动提取方法,并通过遥感影像预处理、算法程序化等工作步骤,将该算法应用到业务化海冰信息解译工作中。方法:分别选取五景中、高空间分辨率的可见光卫星遥感影像,将影像上待提取海冰区域首先进行不规则图像裁剪、图像增强等预处理工作,然后基于变分水平集及快速分裂Bregman投影方法进行了海冰外缘线信息的提取,并对提取出的海冰面积进行量化,最后与传统人工提取海冰信息进行了比较。实验结果表明,基于变分水平集及其快速分裂Bregman算法提取的海冰信息,具有提取的海冰边缘精确、自动化程度高、提取结果稳定可靠等优点。  相似文献

MODIS影像是浒苔业务化卫星遥感监测的重要数据源,但其空间分辨率(250m)较低,混合像元效应导致传统的NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index)阈值法浒苔提取误差较大。为解决此问题,本文以准同步的较高分辨率的HJ-1CCD影像浒苔提取结果为基准,建立基于MODIS NDVI与浒苔像元丰度(浒苔覆盖面积占像元面积百分比)关系的浒苔信息提取模型,利用该模型可提取每个像元的丰度(即浒苔覆盖率),从而提高整景影像浒苔覆盖面积提取精度。该模型可为浒苔灾害等级的确定以及防灾减灾应急决策提供支持。  相似文献

国家卫星气象中心使用2011年至今的风云三号卫星数据开发了一套基于Nasa Team2(NT2)算法的北极海冰密集度数据集,并可实时业务更新。将该数据集与其他国家不同机构业务运行并实时更新多种同类型数据集进行横向对比分析,其中包括:(1)美国冰雪中心基于Nasa Team(NT)算法以及SSM/I、SSMIS数据制作的1978年至今25 km分辨率全球极区海冰覆盖数据集;(2)美国冰雪中心基于Boot Strap(BS)算法以及SSM/I、SSMIS数据制作的1978年至今25 km分辨率全球极区海冰覆盖数据集;(3)美国NOAA基于多种卫星资料、地面观测数据以及海冰模型制作的2004年至今4 km分辨率北半球海冰覆盖数据集(IMS)。对比表明,上述数据集在北极地区不同的时空范围内存在一定的偏差。以分辨率较高的IMS数据集为基准,对其他3种长序列数据集进行初步评价,总体最大偏差超过100×104 km2,其中,NT2数据集过估较明显。经过与IMS数据集多年各月监测最大值的对比订正,NT2数据集过估情况得到改善。在此基础上的分析结果表明,NT、BS、NT2等3种数据集与IMS数据集相比,过估区域主要分布在海岸线附近,夏季过估比冬季更加明显,少估区域与算法、月份相关性明显,夏季少估面积也较冬季更大。NT、BS、NT2等3种数据集之中,NT2数据集与IMS数据集偏差最小,NT数据集次之,BS数据集与IMS数据集偏差最大。结果表明使用风云三号卫星数据的北极海冰覆盖数据集精度与国外3种同类型数据集相当。  相似文献

Sea-ice is an important operational item for real timely monitoring and forecasting marine environment of China. This paper introduces an operational method of satellite remote sensing to monitor sea- ice using quantitative data of NOAA, and its contents include computer processing of AVHRR sounding data of NOAA and its program design, imagery processing of sea-ice imagery from satellite and their thematic analysis. The sea-ice satellite colour imageries processed via this software system are able to interpret sea-ice pattern, characterizing it by thickness, maximum position of ice boundary, floe concentration and dynamic process of ice changing. At the same time, analyses of the ice condition of the Bohai Sea for the two-year period (1986-1988) as monitored by satellite have been summarized.  相似文献

The sea-ice export out of the central Arctic through the Fram Strait is a key variable in the Arctic climate system. Satellite data provide the only basis for mapping ice features with a high spatial and temporal resolution in polar regions. An automatic drift algorithm has been employed and optimized to monitor the sea-ice drift velocity in the Greenland Sea with AVHRR data. The combination of the ice drift and the spatial ice distribution provides an insight into the ice transport processes along the coast of Greenland. The combination with sea-ice thickness measurements allows an estimation of the spatial distribution of the sea-ice mass flux. The seasonal and spatial variability of the mass flux allows further predictions of the meridional melting and freezing processes along the East Greenland Current. This investigation covers the years 1993 and 1994. Seasonal and spatial distributions of the sea-ice drift were derived. The derived absolute values in this study are in good agreement with estimates proposed by other authors.  相似文献

利用卫星资料分析黄海海表温度的年际与年代际变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
海表温度长期变化在一定程度上反映了海域的气候变化信号,卫星遥感资料是获取高时空分辨率水温长期变化的有效手段。基于国家海洋局1982—1999年黄海断面监测器测数据的2 954组水温数据对时空匹配的卫星(NOAA/AVHRR)反演海表温度(SST)进行校验,计算得到卫星反演SST系统偏差为(0.18±1.00)℃。卫星反演的水温空间分布以及长期变化趋势与器测趋势较为一致,可以用来研究海域SST长期变化规律。利用校验后1982-01~2011-08NOAA/AVHRR的SST数据,分析了该时段黄海冬夏季代表月2、8月海表水温的变化规律。结果显示:(1)近30a,黄海冬季水温有2次跃迁:1989—1990年由冷至暖的状态跃迁,2000-2001年出现由暖至冷的状态转变;1990年代冬季水温达最高,相比1880年代,水温升高1.07℃,新世纪水温稍有降低,水温较1990年代下降了0.53℃,温度变化较大区域位于北黄海、山东半岛沿岸,苏北浅滩毗邻海区,该区SST与局地经向风场存在显著正相关,且北极涛动通过影响冬季风间接影响黄海水温变化;(2)夏季海表水温在1994—1995年呈现由冷至暖的状态跃迁,冷、暖期水温相差0.57℃,水温变化较显著的区域为黄东海分界处,其具体变化机制需深入研究。  相似文献

The Gironde estuary (France) discharges to the ocean an important amount of suspended particulate matter in the form of turbid plumes. The surface plume is more particularly studied from coastal oceanographic surveys and NOAA/AVHRR satellite data collected during a French programme of coastal oceanography (PNOC-Atlantic). The AVHRR reflectances are atmospherically corrected according to an algorithm based on the clear water concept. The comparison with suspended sediment concentrations are realised by direct and indirect calibrations. The correlations obtained show that at a same concentration the reflectance varies, probably because of varying particle (floc) size and composition. The shape and the surface measured from low resolution (4 km × 4 km) and high resolution (1 km × 1 km) AVHRR data are then compared to the forcings introduced by the fluvial output, the tide, neap and spring tide and the wind variations. The latter have an important effect on the orientation of the distal part of the turbid plume.  相似文献

Over a 1-year period, field and satellite measurements of surface water turbidity were combined in order to study the dynamics of the turbidity maximum zone (TM) in a macrotidal estuary (the Gironde, France). Four fixed platforms equipped with turbidity sensors calibrated to give the suspended particulate matter (SPM) concentration provided continuous information in the upper estuary. Full resolution data recorded by the moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) sensors onboard the Terra and Aqua satellite platforms provided information in the central and lower estuary twice a day (depending on cloud cover). Field data were used to validate a recently developed SPM quantification algorithm applied to the MODIS ‘surface reflectance’ product. The algorithm is based on a relationship between the SPM concentration and a reflectance ratio of MODIS bands 2 (near-infrared) and 1 (red). Based on 62 and 75 match-ups identified in 2005 with MODIS Terra and Aqua data, the relative uncertainty of the algorithm applied to these sensors was found to be 22 and 18%, respectively.Field measurements showed the tidal variations of turbidity in the upper estuary, while monthly-averaged MODIS satellite data complemented by field data allowed observing the monthly movements of the TM in the whole estuary. The trapping of fine sediments occurred in the upper estuary during the period of low river flow. This resulted in the formation of a highly concentrated TM during a 4-month period. With increasing river flow, the TM moved rapidly to the central estuary. A part of the TM detached, moved progressively in the lower estuary and was finally either massively exported to the ocean during peak floods or temporary trapped (settled) on intertidal mudflats. The massive export to the ocean was apparently the result of combined favorable environmental conditions: presence of fluid mud near the mouth, high river flow, high tides and limited wind speeds. The mean SPM concentration within surface waters of the whole estuary showed strong seasonal variations but remained almost unchanged on a 1-year-basis. These observations suggest that the masses of suspended sediments exported toward the ocean and supplied by the rivers were almost equivalent during the year investigated (2005). Results show the usefulness of information extracted from combined field and current ocean color satellite data in order to monitor the transport of suspended particles in coastal and estuarine waters.  相似文献

For the study of the ocean south of Japan, the HIGHER spatial resolution Sea surface temperature (HIGHERS) data have been produced from the AVHRR/NOAA data. The grid size is 0.075 degree and is much smaller than that of the usual sea surface temperature (SST) analysis field, which is gridded at most in 1 degree. In order to calculate accurate SST, the split-window Multi-Channel SST method is applied to cloudless pixels, which are detected with a cloud detection algorithm. The accuracy of the HIGHERS data is checked in comparison with the in-situ observation data.  相似文献

The resolution of the sea-ice component of a coarse-resolution global ocean general circulation model (GCM) has been enhanced to about 22 km in the Southern Ocean. The ocean GCM is designed for long-term integrations suitable for investigations of the deep-ocean equilibrium response to changes in southern hemisphere high-latitude processes. The space and time scales of the high-resolution sea-ice component are commensurate with those of the resolution of satellite passive-microwave sea-ice data. This provides the opportunity for a rigorous evaluation of simulated sea-ice characteristics. It is found that the satellite-derived continuous high ice concentration of the interior winter ice pack can only be captured when vertical oceanic mixing is modified in a way that less local, intermittent convection occurs. Furthermore, the width and the variability of the coastal polynyas around the Antarctic continent and its ice shelves are best captured when some form of ice-shelf melting is accounted for. The width of the wintertime ice edge is reasonably reproduced, while its variability remains underestimated, closely following the coarse-grid pattern of the ocean model due to its high dependence on ocean temperature. Additional variability besides daily winds, e.g. in form of idealized tidal currents, improves the temporal and spatial ice-edge variability, while leads in the interior ice pack become more abundant, more in line with the fine-scale satellite-derived texture. The coast- or ice-shelf line is described on the fine grid based on satellite passive-microwave data. This method requires parts of a coarse coastal ocean grid cell to be covered by an inert layer of “fast ice” or “ice shelf”. Reasonable long-term global deep-ocean properties can only be achieved when these areas are not inert, i.e. are exposed to heat flux and ice growth, or when the vertical mixing parameterization allows for excessive open-ocean convection. The model area exposed to cold high-latitude atmospheric conditions thus being most decisive for a realistic representation of the long-term deep-ocean properties, suggests that high-latitude coastlines are definitely in need of being represented at high resolution, including ice sheets and their effects on the heat and freshwater flux for the ocean.  相似文献
