气候是人们赖以生存的自然环境,不同气候因素在抑制人体健康、促进病患康复、增加人体免疫系统韧性等方面因人因病而异。本文回顾了温度、湿度、日照、气压、大气污染等气候环境要素与人体健康关系以及四季气候易发病症,介绍了滨海、高山、森林、丘陵与平原等优质气候资源的康养价值和气候康养特性,从趋利避害角度强调了气候康养所应注意问题。在综述有关气候与健康以及气候康养适宜性评估等相关研究基础上,结合我国养生养老产业及医养融合经济发展前景,指出了气候康养未来研究主要方向。  相似文献

针对辽宁省污灌区污染现状,分析了沈抚和张士2个重点污灌区的环境风险。结果表明:长期污灌造成土壤、农作物和地下水的严重污染,沈抚灌区人群患病率明显高于对照区,且有逐年增高趋势,其中以肝肿大为主要疾病。张士灌区尿镉水平明显高于对照组,引起人群肾功能损伤。鉴于污灌区环境污染的复杂性与长期性,提出未来加快开展人体健康损害风险评估和区域健康风险研究重点。  相似文献

The dramatic growth in the production and use of liquid biofuels has led to concerns about associated impacts on human health. To date however, there has been no attempt to comprehensively synthesize the literature on this topic, despite a wealth of new research published over the past few years. We searched the Medline and Embase databases, as well as Google Scholar, in order to review the state of evidence linking liquid biofuels to human health, to characterize the magnitude of potential impacts, and to identify areas in need of more empirical research. The search results indicate that the key pathways to health associated with liquid biofuels consist of four sets of exposures: occupational hazards; water/soil pollution; air pollution relating both to the production and use of the fuel; and the price of food (affecting nutrition). Of these, only air pollution and food price seem likely to meaningfully influence health at the population level: liquid biofuels may improve air quality – at least in urban environments – but could have serious adverse effects on nutrition in food-insecure populations. However, much more work is needed in both areas. Very few studies have explored more indirect pathways to health, such as those relating to land-use change, climate change and economic factors.  相似文献

Air pollution and its related health impacts are a global concern. This paper addresses how current policies on air pollution, climate change and access to clean cooking fuels can effectively reduce both outdoor and household air pollution and improve human health. A state of the art modeling framework is used that combines an integrated assessment model and an atmospheric model to estimate the spatial extent and distribution of outdoor air pollution exposures. Estimates of household energy access and use are modeled by accounting for heterogeneous household energy choices and affordability constraints for rural and urban populations spanning the entire income distribution. Results are presented for 2030 for a set of policy scenarios on air pollution, climate change and energy access and include spatially explicit emissions of air pollutants; ambient concentrations of PM2.5; and health impacts in terms of disability adjusted life years (DALYs) from both ambient and household air pollution. The results stress the importance of enforcing current worldwide air quality legislation in addressing the impacts of outdoor air pollution. A combination of stringent policies on outdoor air pollution, climate change and access to clean cooking fuels is found to be effective in achieving reductions in average ambient PM2.5 exposures to below World Health Organization recommended levels for a majority of the world's population and results in a significant decline in the global burden of disease from both outdoor and household air pollution.  相似文献

Studies have largely discussed the impact of air pollution on the stock market. However, the latter requires certain financial knowledge and certain income, which may lead to sample selection bias. To address this concern, using unique data from online peer-to-peer lending platform, namely, RenRenDai, this paper analyzes the effects of air pollution on loan decisions in China. In the identification strategy, we use approximate exogenous and random daily level air pollution to alleviate the endogenous problem. In a preferred specification, results show that air pollution has significant positive effects on loan amounts with elasticity of 0.013. Such result is driven by health expenditure and behavioral bias. Specifically, after air pollution rises for two or three days, individuals will then increase loan amounts for health and consumption. However, air pollution has no proof of increasing investment. Our study provides new evidence on the effects of air pollution on cognitive performance, particularly on financial behavior. It then reveals the mechanism how air pollution influences loan decisions. In view of the negative impact of air pollution, we also need to know the risks it poses to the financial industry.  相似文献

Marine plastic pollution is caused by humans and has become ubiquitous in the marine environment. Despite the widely acknowledged ecological consequences, the scientific evidence regarding detrimental human health impacts is currently debated, and there is no substantive evidence surrounding public opinion with respect to marine plastic pollution and human health. Results from a 15-country survey (n = 15,179) found that both the European and Australian public were highly concerned about the potential human health impacts of marine plastic pollution, and strongly supported the funding of research which aims to better understand its health/wellbeing implications. Multi-level modelling revealed that these perceptions varied across socio-demographic factors (e.g. gender), political orientation, marine contact factors (e.g. marine occupation and engagement in coastal recreation activities) and personality traits (e.g. openness, conscientiousness and agreeableness). Quantifying attitudes, as well as understanding how individual-level differences shape risk perception will enable policy makers and communicators to develop more targeted communications and initiatives that target a reduction in marine plastic pollution.  相似文献
