船用加筋板极限强的有限元计算方法应用广泛,但其计算方法具有一定的不稳定性,计算结果受多种因素的影响。本文针对加筋板有限元计算方法的不稳定性进行研究,通过将有限元计算结果与其他学者的研究成果进行对比,验证了本文所采用的有限元方法的可靠性,然后针对加筋板材料、边界条件、网格密度、初始缺陷等几种因素的敏感性进行了具体的研究,发现使用材料的理想应力应变关系得到的计算结果偏于危险,且误差最大可达到17%左右,网格的形状和疏密程度对结果均有影响,边界条件若不考虑横向加强构件的作用,所得计算结果不准确,初始缺陷对有限元结果影响复杂,需要根据加筋板的实际缺陷选取适合的屈曲模态。  相似文献

为研究导流板对波浪作用下海底管线的影响,在FLUENT中建立二维数值波浪水槽对不同导流板高度的海底管线附近波浪场进行数值模拟,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了比较,结果表明,计算结果与试验结果较为吻合。添加导流板后管线表面压力分布及波浪力均发生变化。水平波浪力最大值随着导流板高度的增大而增大,而垂直波浪力最大值则随之逐渐减小。  相似文献

船体板架结构在屈曲约束下的优化问题具有变量多和约束多的特点,且屈曲计算需借助有限元分析,属于大规模耗时优化问题,运用常规优化方法求解需要较高的计算成本。这里提出一种适用于屈曲约束下船体板架快速优化方法,该方法利用板格屈曲利用因子具有局部性的特点,对板格厚度自变量空间进行降维处理;利用板格屈曲利用因子对板格厚度具有单调性的特点,采用牛顿迭代方法求解其达到目标值的板格厚度;同时比较板格在相同重量增量下,加筋叠加板厚与仅加板厚对屈曲利用因子改善程度的大小决定是否加筋;通过两阶段的迭代寻优,快速获得最优的板厚以及防屈曲筋布置方案。某油船双层底优化结果显示,该方法能够在30步之内完成优化计算,优化效率高;优化方案相比原始方案减重达17.63%,绝大部分板格屈曲利用因子取值在0.9~1.0之间,材料得到充分利用。  相似文献

开发并验证了一种基于CFD-FEM耦合的弹性浮体水弹性响应计算模拟方法。采用CFD方法建立黏性数值水池模拟非线性波浪,弹性浮板进行有限元离散,并在交界面进行数据交互实现耦合计算;通过与水池试验数据和三维板理论在各种波浪环境下的浮体垂向位移结果对比,证实CFD-FEM耦合方法的有效性。并进一步研究了浮板的厚度、入射波波幅和浮板的三维效应对浮板水弹性响应的影响。结论表明,波幅的增加会加剧弹性浮板的水弹性响应,浮板各点处的垂向位移随波幅的增加而增大;当浮板厚度改变时,不同厚度浮板自由端处的垂向位移差异较小,而在中部等位置处,厚度对浮板的水弹性响应有较大的影响。  相似文献

基于非线性有限元分析方法和LS-DYNA计算软件,使用黏聚单元法建立层冰的数值模型,并进行了层冰与锥形立柱相互作用的数值模拟,研究抗冰锥角、冰厚等参数对立柱所受冰载荷的影响。模拟结果与实测和试验结果吻合良好。研究结果表明:使用黏聚单元法建立的层冰模型可以较好地模拟出层冰的破碎和堆积过程,冰载荷计算结果与ISO冰力标准结果以及离散单元法计算结果吻合较好;锥形立柱的抗冰锥角大小对冰载荷影响明显,随着锥角增大,水平方向的最大冰力增大而竖直方向上最大冰力减小;锥形结构改变了碰撞过程中层冰的破坏形式;结构物所受冰力大小与层冰厚度呈正相关,且增加速度接近线性。  相似文献

加筋板是深海浮式平台的主要组成部分,其设计的合理性直接关系到平台整体经济性和安全性,提出一种基于可靠度的加筋板优化设计方法。首先,分析深海浮式平台加筋板的失效模式,得到其极限状态方程,以此为基础采用验算点法计算可靠度指标值,将该可靠度指标值作为结构优化设计的控制参数,得到加筋板的优化设计数学模型。然后,根据可靠度指标值在标准正态空间中的几何意义,推导出其对基本随机变量灵敏度分析的计算表达式,以之作为导数信息,构建出寻找设计最优点的迭代计算公式。以某张力腿平台浮筒部分某加筋板为例,用该算法对其进行基于可靠度的优化设计。计算结果表明,与传统约束优化方法相比,该算法在计算效率和收敛性上具有明显优势。  相似文献

耐压舱体是水下系统不可或缺的一部分,既要承载内部设备,又要承受外部压力,其强度至关重要。当舱体的加强筋板并非环肋时,筋板的设计只能凭设计师的经验完成,再进行仿真验证,这大幅增加了研发成本。采用基于 SIMP 插值的变密度拓扑优化方法,求解了耐压舱体在外压作用下的传力路径,并以此为依据优化了舱壁上加强筋的布置。经计算,优化后的舱体模型最大应力减小到了材料的许用范围内,并且变形量大幅减小,说明该拓扑优化方法在筋板设计上具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

阐述汽车荷载作用下挡土墙土压力的计算:现行计算方法把挡土墙路基上布置的汽车荷载,在有效范围内换算成等代均布土层厚度,计算挡土墙土压力.由于简化的假定条件,使计算结果产生较大的误差;改进的计算方法是通过解析分布长度和分布宽度的方法,计算出对挡土墙最不利的土压力,并用算例说明它的实用性.  相似文献

球柱组合壳是单壳体潜艇耐压船体结构的主要形式,其结构在极限载荷作用下的极限承载能力和变形是评估潜艇结构安全性的重要指标。 在试验模型基础上,根据三维实测初挠度数据建立含缺陷的球柱组合壳有限元模型,将极限强度计算结果与试验数据对比分析,结果表明:上述数值方法准确可靠,且缺陷的引入对于工程上潜艇结构的极限承载能力评估具有实际意义。  相似文献

This work describes the theoretical modal analysis model for the stiffened bottom plate of a tank that is filled with fluid having an undisturbed free surface. In the analysis model, the effects of bending, transverse shear and rotary inertia in both the plate and the stiffener are considered. Analytical results concerning the natural frequencies of the stiffened plate correlate well with experimental modal testing (EMT) results for above the second mode. To overcome the complexities in the modal analysis of the fluid–structure interaction, the Mindlin plate theory and the potential flow theory are applied; the velocity potential is also expressed using double finite Fourier transforms. Additionally, a parametric study was also performed for eigenfrequencies of the plate with a stiffener, in terms of the ratio of the depth of the stiffener to the thickness of the plate and that of the width of the stiffener to the thickness of the plate. Analysis results revealed the phenomenon of “mode reversal”, i.e. the first and second mode shapes of the plate with a deep stiffener in contact with air and water, respectively, are reversed. An occurring condition of “mode reversal” is derived and verified by both finite element analysis and EMT.  相似文献

The failure of a ship hull girder is governed by buckling and plastic collapse of the deck, bottom and side shell steel stiffened plates. The stiffened steel plating in ships is generally subjected to both in-plane and out-of-plane loading and is more important to understand the characteristics of these panels under buckling. Tests are reported on the collapse load of stiffened plates with and without cutout and with reinforced cutout under uniaxial compression. A generalized computer program for the semi-analytical solutions proposed by various investigators based on strut approach and orthotropic plate approach, and a finite element analysis program based on orthotropic plate approach are developed. The panels are also analysed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. An approximate method based on strut approach is proposed to calculate the collapse load of stiffened plates with cutouts and initial imperfections. The reduction in strength of the panels due to the presence of square cutout, rectangular cutout and increase in strength due to reinforcement around rectangular cutout are calculated based on the test results. Comparisons are made between the test results and predictions based on semi-analytical solutions and finite element analyses, and the uncertainty parameters calculated are discussed. Based on this study it is concluded that the cutout can be reinforced with a maximum increase in strength up to 19% for plate initiated failures.  相似文献

A stiffened plate is one of the principal structural components of the hull. During the design phase it is useful to study this structure considering it as a system consisting of monodimensional elements. Therefore, it is appropriate to identify the plate breadth that collaborates with the stiffener in the simplified calculation.The aim of this work is to investigate the effective breadth, regarding both stiffness and strength. The analysis is performed comparing various numerical solutions supplied by a finite-element program with solutions based on the beam theory. Analytic expressions and graphs, derived from the results of the parametric investigation, are proposed to design this kind of structure.  相似文献

为了研究循环载荷作用下扶强材初始损伤对其极限强度的影响,进行了14组扶强材的循环加载试验和分析。构造了考虑材料累积损伤完整、断筋和大变形的扶强材单元极限承载力计算公式,提出了相应循环载荷作用下损伤扶强材单元的端缩曲线表达式和船体梁极限强度计算的简化逐步破坏法。编制了循环载荷作用下船体梁损伤极限强度计算程序,进行了船体梁极限强度计算,并与有限元结果进行对比。研究结果表明:改进的损伤扶强材模型可较为准确地描述扶强材材料损伤的完整、断筋和大变形的极限承载力退化情况,扶强材腹板断裂的损伤相较初始大变形及材料累积损伤形式承载力下降程度更明显;所提出的循环载荷作用下损伤船体梁极限强度计算的简化逐步迭代方法,能定量地计算扶强材在不同类型损伤下的极限承载力退化程度,具有较高精度,方便易行,可应用于工程设计。  相似文献

船舶与海洋结构在服役期间会遭受电化学和微生物侵蚀等多种腐蚀环境影响,加筋板作为此类结构的主要受力构件,其表面易产生不规则形态的点蚀,引起构件的强度退化。利用ANSYS有限元软件构建加筋腹板遭受随机点蚀损伤的加筋板有限元模型,研究带板长宽比、带板长细比、加筋长细比和腐蚀体积损失率对加筋板极限强度的影响。研究结果表明,加筋遭受同等腐蚀体积损失率下,带板长宽比变化对极限强度退化的影响很小,但带板长细比和加筋长细比变化产生的影响明显;带板长细比越大,极限强度退化越严重,而加筋长细比越大,极限强度退化反而越小。针对文中研究的加筋板,当加筋长细比为 0.2时,腐蚀体积率为14%的随机点蚀导致结构极限强度退化程度达到约14.0%。因此,加筋的随机点蚀损伤会显著削弱加筋板结构的极限强度,其影响不可忽略。  相似文献

A general theoretical model is developed to investigate the sound radiation from an infinite orthogonally stiffened plate under point excitation force. The plate can be metallic or composite, and fluid loading is also considered in the research. The first order shear deformation theory is used to account for the transverse shear deformation. The motion of the equally spaced stiffeners is examined by considering their bending vibrations and torsional movements. Based on the periodic structure theory and the concepts of the equivalent dynamic flexibility of the plate, the generalized vibro-acoustic equation of the model is obtained by applying the Fourier transform method. The generalized model that can be solved numerically is validated by comparing model predictions with the existing results. Numerical calculations are performed to investigate the effects of the location of the excitation, the spacing of the stiffeners, the plate thickness, the strengthening form and the fiber orientation on the sound radiation characteristic of the orthogonaUy stiffened plate, and some practical conclusions are drawn from these parameter studies.  相似文献

Static analysis of stiffened shells has been carried out using an eight-noded isoparametric element for the shell and a three-noded curved beam element for the stiffener. A same displacement function is used for the shell and the stiffener elements. A modified technique has been followed to analyse the shell, which is an improvement over the degenerated shell concept. The stiffness matrix of the curved beam element is generated irrespective of its position and orientation within the shell element. The stiffness matrix of the stiffener is then transferred to all the nodes of the shell element. Numerical examples of stiffened shells with concentric and eccentric stiffeners have been analysed and the results presented together with those available in published literature.  相似文献

A postbuckling analysis is presented for a shear deformable anisotropic laminated cylindrical shell with stiffener of finite length subjected to axial compression. The material of each layer of the shell is assumed to be linearly elastic, anisotropic and fiber-reinforced. The governing equations are based on a higher order shear deformation shell theory with von Kármán-Donnell-type of kinematic nonlinearity and including the extension/twist, extension/flexural and flexural/twist couplings. The ‘smeared stiffener’ approach is adopted for the beam stiffeners. This arrangement allows the beam stiffeners to be assembled directly into the global stiffness matrix. The nonlinear prebuckling deformations and initial geometric imperfections of the shell are both taken into account. A singular perturbation technique is employed to determine the buckling loads and postbuckling equilibrium paths. The numerical illustrations concern the postbuckling response of perfect and imperfect, grid, axial, ring stiffened, and unstiffened shells. The results confirm that there exists a compressive stress along with an associate shear stress and twisting when the anisotropic shell is subjected to axial compression. The postbuckling equilibrium path is unstable for the moderately thick cylindrical shell under axial compression and the stiffened shell structure is imperfection-sensitive.  相似文献
