The paper reports on new data focusing on organic carbon contained in aeolian material and precipitation falling on coastal and water areas of the northeastern part of the Sea of Azov. Atmospheric deposition was sampled in 2006–2014. The particulate organic carbon content varied from 4 to 27% in aeolian dust samples. The concentration of the organic carbon dissolved in rainwater was from 1.6 to 4.3 mg C/L, and from 0.9 to 16.6 mg C/L in snow. The particulate organic carbon content varied from 2 to 43% in snow. Intensity of aeolian dust settling decreased from 178 to 33 mg/m2 per day with distance from a source of dust; in contrast, the relative content of organic matter increased. In a spring–summer season the aeolian organic carbon fluxes varied from 12 to 18 mg C/m2 per day in Rostov-on-Don, from 28 to 48 mg C/m2 per day on the Gulf of Taganrog coast, and from 20 to 80 mg C/m2 per day in the water area of the Gulf of Taganrog.  相似文献

利用中国-尼日利亚国际合作航次获得的船载重力数据,分析了尼日利亚南部大陆边缘的自由空间重力异常和布格重力异常特征,并通过两条从陆架—陆坡—陆隆一直延伸到深海盆地的重力剖面拟合出地壳密度结构。研究结果表明,地壳厚度总体上从陆架、陆坡至深海平原呈现阶梯状减薄的趋势,东侧的减薄幅度大于西侧,东侧从24 km减小到10 km,西侧从21 km减小到14 km。  相似文献

利用常规观测资料和6 h一次的NCEP 1°×1°再分析场资料对新疆2015年2月12—14日北疆暴雪过程和2015年5月17—21日南疆暴雨过程的环流形势和主要影响系统进行分析,并基于HYSPLIT模式模拟的后向轨迹分析强降水的水汽来源和输送特征。结果表明:1) 2次强降水过程均发生在高空低槽东移,低层有低涡,地面有锋面气旋,高空有辐散的天气背景下。2)冬季暴雪过程中,北疆水汽主要源自西亚和中亚地区。其中源自西亚地区的干气块下沉到近地面时从下垫面获得水汽,对强降雪的贡献最大;其次是起源于中亚西南部地区近地层的湿气块对强降雪的贡献。3)春季暴雨过程中,南疆的水汽主要来自中亚的哈萨克斯坦。其中来自哈萨克斯坦南部上空的干空气下沉到近地层时从下垫面获得水汽,对强降雨的贡献最大;其次是源自哈萨克斯坦东部和东南部对流层低层的湿气块对强降雨的贡献大。4) 2次强降水过程中水汽主要来自陆地而不是海洋,气块在近地层移动或下沉到近地层时,下垫面水汽蒸发使气块变湿,是强降水的水汽主要贡献者;表明春季和冬季的水汽输送通道与夏季来自阿拉伯海等低纬的水汽通道不同。  相似文献

Little was studied on oceanography and ecology on the eastern sea waters off the Philippines,Bashi Channel and Balintang Channel in the past.In this paper are presented the results of an ecological study on Ostracoda in the above-stated sea waters in which the samples of Ostracoda were collected in the North Pacific nets from 90 stations by Surveyer I(May-July,1968) in accordance with CSK Program.The study took into consideration the in situ temperature-salinity data.In addition,a comparative dissection has been carried out on the samples of Ostracoda obtained in the normal nettings trawled from bottom to surface during an annual survey(see May,1984-May,1985)in the west from the central line of the Taiwan Strait(see Fig.1) by the Third Institute of Oceanography,State Oceanic Administration.The interaction of different current systems,especially the Kuroshio on Ostracoda,is described from the distribution of different ecological attributions.  相似文献

The analysis of the structure of the cryolithozone, facies, and thicknesses of the Quaternary sediments and the results of the physicochemical mathematical modeling of the modern shelf of the western part of the Laptev Sea support the influence of the Late Pleistocene glaciations on the heat conditions and the distribution of the permafrost in the area. A ~200-m thick glacier formed under aerial conditions from atmospheric precipitation represented the metamorphosed snow cover. According to the modeling, the long-living (from 60?50 to 10?4 ky) glacier reduced the thickness of the permafrost rocks in the reviewed shelf area for 280–360 m. The Holocene marine transgression additionally decreased the thickness from 50–140 m on the inner shelf to 220–350 m on the outer shelf. The modern submarine cryolithozone 450-0 m thick is wide-spread in the studied region from the coast to the shelf boundary (isobaths of 130–140 m), where it pinches out at a distance of ~380 km from the coast at a depth of ~250 m above the sea level.  相似文献

本研究工作以福建九龙江口龙海红树林自然保护区浮宫种苗园内7种红树植物为材料,采用改进的CTAB法获得了纯度较高(A260/A280在1.6~2.0之间),得率高(DNA平均得率约为120×10-6m/m,FreshWeight),片段完整(片段大小约为23kb左右)的基因组DNA,并运用RAPD技术对这7种红树植物进行了遗传多样性分析.从30个10-mer随机引物中筛选出9个有效引物,并利用这9个有效引物共扩增出352条DNA带.利用UPGMA法对红树植物的7个种间的亲缘关系进行聚类分析,得出7个种的DNA分子分类系统图,并与传统的分类进行比较,发现结果相符,从而确定了RAPD技术用于红树植物分子分类研究的可行性,并为从分子水平研究红树植物遗传多样性,保护、开发和利用红树林资源提供科学依据.  相似文献

从采集自福鼎敏灶湾和硖门湾海域的健康坛紫菜(Porphyra haitanensis)叶状体体表分离、纯化到26株外生细菌.根据细菌菌落特征、菌体形态和16SrDNA基因序列分析相结合的方法进行鉴定,将其确认为6种不同的菌属,分别是假交替单胞菌属(Pseudoaheromonas)、Aquimarinas属、交替单胞菌属(Aheromonas)、黄杆菌属(Flavobacteriums)、弧菌属(Vibrio)和嗜琼胶菌属(Agarivorans).2个海湾坛紫菜叶状体体表外生菌群数量稳定且差别不大,外生细菌菌属组成基本相同,个别菌属稍有差异,优势菌属为假交替单胞菌属和Aquimarinas属,常见菌属为交替单胞菌属和黄杆菌属,少见菌属为弧菌属.敏灶湾坛紫菜体表外生菌群数量为(5.7~6.5)×10^4cfu/g,外生细菌中各菌属所占比例为:假交替单胞菌属占38.5%,Aquimarinas属占52.8%,交替单胞菌属占13.9%,黄杆菌属占11.5%,弧菌属占3.3%.硖门湾坛紫菜体表外生菌群数量为(6.4~7.6)×10^4cfu/g,外生细菌中各菌属所占比例为:假交替单胞菌属占37.3%,Aquimarinas属占32.0%,交替单胞菌属占14.0%,黄杆菌属占12.7%,弧菌属占2.7%,嗜琼胶菌属占1.3%.优势和常见菌属菌株对健康坛紫菜叶状体进行感染,发现这些菌株对坛紫菜叶状体无致病力,叶状体生长无异常.这些可为坛紫菜微生物学研究提供基础资料.  相似文献

A computational method for diagnosing three-dimensional atmospheric fronts from temperature, wind, and geopotential fields on a three-dimensional regular grid is proposed. The criterion, which serves for the diagnosis of atmospheric fronts, is discussed. The weights of the input information about the mentioned fields are optimized based on the maximal difference between the correlation functions for (a) pairs of particles separated by the front and (b) pairs from one synoptic mass. These weights were different for different baric levels. The correlation functions and the optimization of weights were estimated on the basis of the archive of fields of the NCEP objective analysis on the half-degree latitude-longitude grid and data from aerological observations. The results of numerical experiments on the construction of atmospheric fronts are presented. Applying the described method to fields predicted for a term of up to 36 h showed that errors in the prognostic models introduce a relatively weak distortion into the geometry of atmospheric fronts.  相似文献

对7株赤潮原甲藻28S rDNA 5'端部分序列进行扩增、克隆和序列测定,并从GeneBank上获取14个原甲藻28S rDNA序列,用NJ法和ME法构建了原甲藻属的系统树,并对序列进行分析.结果表明,7株原甲藻28S rDNA扩增序列长度为950~958 bp,通过NJ法和ME法构建的系统树完全一致.大部分分离自不同海域的同种原甲藻的序列高度保守,而不同种间在序列高变区却有较大的差异.但来自南海海域的海洋原甲藻(Prorocentrum micans)与分离自其他海域的株系序列差异较大,甚至超出了有些种间的差异.由28S rDNA高变区获得的序列,有望成为浮游植物特异性分子探针设计的良好靶区域.  相似文献

The taxonomy of oysters has been traditionally based on characteristics of the shell. More recently, the analysis of protein and DNA polymorphism has provided a means to overcome difficulties in distinguishing the different species of oysters based solely on shell morphology. In order to identify oysters of the Tunisian north-east coast, we sequenced a 16S rRNA mitochondrial fragment from 68 oysters sampled from the Bizert Lagoon and the Gulf of Hammamet in northern Tunisia. Comparison of oyster 16S rRNA sequences available in GenBank showed the presence of both Ostreola stentina and Crassostrea gigas in our samples, which could not be detected on the basis of shell morphology only. These data confirmed that C. gigas, a non-native species, is now naturalised in the Bizert Lagoon. Furthermore, significant levels of genetic divergence among the 16S rRNA haplotypes from O. stentina populations have been observed. Specifically, the haplotypes found in the Bizert Lagoon are closer to those previously detected from Morocco and Portugal, whereas those in the Gulf of Hammamet are closer to the haplotypes from the south of Tunisia, with a divergence ranging from 2.1% to 2.7% between the northern and eastern Tunisian haplotypes. The possible impact of the Siculo-Tunisian Strait on the phylogeography of O. stentina is discussed.  相似文献

Along with the sequencing technology development and continual enthusiasm of researchers on the mitochondrial genomes, the number of metazoan mitochondrial genomes reported has a tremendous growth in the past decades. Phylomitogenomics—reconstruction of phylogenetic relationships based on mitochondrial genomic data—is now possible across large animal groups. Crustaceans in the class Malacostraca display a high diversity of body forms and include large number of ecologically and commercially important species. In this study, comprehensive and systematic analyses of the phylogenetic relationships within Malacostraca were conducted based on 86 mitochondrial genomes available from Gen Bank. Among 86 malacostracan mitochondrial genomes, 54 species have identical major gene arrangement(excluding t RNAs) to pancrustacean ground pattern,including six species from Stomatopoda, three species from Amphipoda, two krill, seven species from Dendrobranchiata(Decapoda), and 36 species from Pleocyemata(Decapoda). However, the other 32 mitochondrial genomes reported exhibit major gene rearrangements. Phylogenies based on Bayesian analyses of nucleotide sequences of the protein-coding genes produced a robust tree with 100% posterior probability at almost all nodes. The results indicate that Amphipoda and Isopoda cluster together(Edriophthalma)(BPP=100).Phylomitogenomic analyses strong support that Euphausiacea is nested within Decapoda, and closely related to Dendrobranchiata, which is also consistent with the evidence from developmental biology. Yet the taxonomic sampling of mitochondrial genome from Malacostraca is very biased to the order Decapoda, with no complete mitochondrial genomes reported from 11 of the 16 orders. Future researches on sequencing the mitochondrial genomes from a wide variety of malacostracans are necessary to further elucidate the phylogeny of this important group of animals. With the increase in mitochondrial genomes available, phylomitogenomics will emerge as an important component in the Tree of Life researches.  相似文献

Twenty-seven samples of suspended sediments collected on Millipore filters from the St. Lawrence estuary were directly analysed for Si, Al, Ca, Mg, Na, K, Fe, Ti, Mn, Ni, Co, Cu, Cr and Zn by X-ray fluorescence using standards prepared from suspended matter collected by continuous flow centrifugation. Calibration curves prepared from the analysis of these standards could be directly used in calculating the weight percent of elements for the unknown samples, if the weight of the total suspended matter on the filters did not exceed 25 mg.  相似文献

Theoretical studies so far on random wave groups have all been in linear ways.Methods to sim-ulate random wave groups,an important subject in ocean engineering,also employ relationship resulting froma Gaussian process.Many filed measurements have shown that the real sea surfase displacement deviatessomewhat from Gaussian distribution.Tayfun et al.have further depicted in theory that the envelope spectralpeak frequency is constantly zero for a Gaussian process which means that the groupiness factors will be con-stants,too.In this paper,the effect of nonlinearity on groupiness of a random wave field is examined via thetheoretical results derived by Tayfun et al.from an expression of amplitude-modulated Stokes waves.Whenthe surface displacement is treated as a non-Gaussian process,it is found that the group height factors GF_1and GF_2 proposed by Zhao et al.and Yu et al.,respectively,depend on a nonlinearity factor as well as aspectrum-bandwidth factor,deferring from the case of a Gaussion process.Compariso  相似文献

The Jason-1 satellite altimeter mission represents a first step towards operational oceanography from satellite altimeter missions. An operational data product, the Operational Sensor Data Record (OSDR), provides measurements from the on-board altimeter and radiometer within 3-5 h of real time. This data product is a wind and wave product that is aimed towards near-real-time meteorological applications. A higher accuracy and more detailed data product, the Interim Geophysical Data Record (IGDR), that is better suited to detailed scientific studies of ocean topography, is available no sooner than 2-3 days from real time. The measurements reported on the OSDR primarily differ from those on the IGDR in that the OSDR reports measurements derived from on-board processing of the altimeter waveforms, while ground retracking of the waveforms is performed for the IGDR. The altimeter-derived measurements on the OSDR are validated through a statistical evaluation of the differences between data on the OSDR and IGDR. In doing so, the impact of ground retracking of the altimeter waveforms is also illustrated.  相似文献

High-resolution (<1 cm) roughness height measurements were made of the seafloor at seven locations on continental-shelf sediments on water depths ranging from 18 to 50 m. Roughness profiles of the sediment-water interface were digitized primarily from stereo photogrammetric measurements of varying pathlengths and increments. The data show that the root-mean-square roughness height varies from 0.3 cm for flat, featureless bottoms to 2.3 cm for rippled bottoms. Slopes of the roughness power spectra were calculated to be -1.5 to near -3.0 and depended to a large extent on contributions in higher spatial frequencies due to coarse sediments. Correlation lengths of different bottom types were estimated by using the Weiner-Khintchine theorem and examining the low-frequency behavior of the roughness spectra derived from the longest roughness profiles  相似文献

DNA条形码不仅为物种鉴定提供了有效方法,而且也有助于分类学和生物多样性研究。本研究旨在探讨将COI和16S rRNA基因序列应用于中国沿海蜑螺科贝类物种鉴定的可行性,获得了该科3属7种贝类61个个体的COI和16S rRNA基因序列。基于COI基因序列的种内遗传距离为0.00—1.29%,平均为0.67%;属内种间遗传距离为4.62%—19.25%,平均为13.02%;基于16S rRNA基因序列的种内遗传距离为0.00%—0.48%,平均为0.23%;属内种间遗传距离为2.47%—8.48%,平均为6.37%。两种基因序列在所研究的蜑螺中,种内遗传差异均小于种间遗传差异,存在明显的条形码间隙,所有物种在系统发生树上都表现为独立的单系群。结果表明,线粒体COI和16S rRNA基因序列可以作为DNA条形码标准基因对蜑螺科贝类进行有效地物种鉴定。  相似文献

邻近城市土壤重金属对九龙江口沉积土壤的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在研究建立于漳州地区生态地球化学调查基础上,对河口湾沉积物的重金属与人口高度集中的城市地区土壤重金属的分布特征进行了对比,分析了人为活动对河口的影响,结果表明,城区与河口湾表层样品都舍有相对区域基准值较高的Hg、Cd,而且Hg富集系数要远高于Cd的富集系数。分析两种元素来源与迁移方式可知,Hg由于可通过气态形式迁移而对河口影响更大。城区与河口湾样品的重金属进行聚类分析与主因子分析结果表明:城区土壤的As、Zn、Mo、Ni、Cr和Mn主要来自基岩来源。Pb、Se、Cd可以作为人为污染的指示元素,Hg、Sn显示与其他元素具有相对独立的行为。河口湾的元素组合与城区重金属基本相似,但Pb、Cu、Se、Mo、Cd显示出两种因素都有较大影响,可以指示人为影响与基岩源的双重作用。  相似文献

Results of spectroscopic measurements of the carbon dioxide total column amount near St. Petersburg during forest fires in the period from August to September 2002 are analyzed. The HYSPLIT model is used to calculate air-mass trajectories and CO distribution on a mesoscale in this period. The HYSPLIT model simulations and measurements of carbon dioxide total column amount yield an estimate of the specific intensity of CO emission in a Pskov forest fire on August 28–September 8, 2002, equal to 0.17–0.26 kg m2. This estimate can be used for an estimation of the integral CO emission from fires in northwestern Russian forests and for model simulations of atmospheric CO concentration fields. The estimate of the CO emission from forest fires that is obtained from ground-based measurements can also be made on the basis of satellite measurements if they contain information on CO in the lower tropospheric layers (0 to 2 km).  相似文献
