尼木矿集区是冈底斯铜矿带重要的铜矿区之一,采用基于GIS的证据权法对该区进行成矿预测。介绍了证据权法的基本理论,对研究区进行综合致矿信息提取,分别从地质、化探和遥感数据中提取致矿异常信息,将不同异常信息作为成矿预测证据因子,并对相应证据因子进行分析和筛选。选择10个证据因子进行成矿预测,最终得出A类远景区1处,B类远景区5处,C类远景区10处。  相似文献

以成矿系统理论为指导,通过提取甘肃夏河—合作一带与成矿有关的地层、岩体以及断裂等成矿有利证据图层,基于证据权法、找矿信息量以及最大熵模型方法进行成矿预测。成矿系统理论为从不同尺度选取成矿要素提供了理论依据,为进一步的数据驱动成矿预测奠定了基础。最大熵模型法作为广泛应用于成矿潜力分布的方法,通过与证据权法、找矿信息量法的预测结果对比以及ROC曲线分析,表明其在矿产资源预测中同样具有应用潜力。  相似文献

运用证据权法,根据东北太平洋Clarion-Clipperton地区(简称CC区)的海底断裂构造、海底沉积物类型、初级生物生产力、水深等主要控矿地质证据资料,对该地区潜在多金属结核资源进行了预测。地质证据与多金属结核矿床的空间相关性研究表明,控制多金属结核的地质证据依次为:海底沉积物类型、初级生物生产力、海底断裂构造和水深。预测结果表明,已发现的多金属结核矿床分布的后验概率区间为0.29~0.73,说明证据权法在大洋多金属结核潜在资源预测中具有良好的应用效果。多金属结核矿床形成的有利后验概率区间表明,在研究区的西南部和南部存在寻找多金属结核资源的潜力地段。  相似文献

为了探索证据权法在三维空间下成矿预测的实际应用,在传统证据权的基础上,探讨了适用于三维空间下成矿预测的证据权建模思路和方法。并以Visual Studio 2010为开发平台,在Access 2003中建立多元地学空间数据库,开发可进行证据因子选择、因子权重计算及后验概率计算的证据权软件WofE3DSys,其输出结果可在Voxler中进行三维可视化呈现。经分析,WofE3DSys计算结果与Arc WofE输出结果在异常圈定方面基本一致,验证了WofE3DSys的准确性。最后,以招平断裂带大尹格庄金矿为实例,选取成矿信息作为证据图层,进行成矿预测。该研究是对三维空间下证据权法的一次探索,为将来该证据权法在其他矿区的成矿预测提供了现实依据  相似文献

应用证据权法和MORPAS GIS技术开展了通城地区铍矿的成矿预测研究。在总结通城地区区域地质背景和预测准则的基础上,通过建立通城地区地质、矿产、物探、化探、遥感等基础空间数据库,综合分析多源数据,运用MORPAS矿产资源评价系统提取与铍矿相关的信息,采用证据权法对铍矿有关的证据图层进行系统的分析和处理,编制成矿后验概率等时线图,最后根据高值区圈定了找矿远景区。此次预测工作共选出15个证据因子层,对该地区以铍矿为主的稀有金属矿床进行了定量预测,最终圈定了两个远景区。该两处远景区与己知铍矿点具有相似的成矿条件,应在今后的勘探工作中引到足够的重视。  相似文献

应用GIS技术结合地质、地球物理、地球化学等资料进行综合信息成矿预测是目前找矿的趋势。以霍山县东溪金矿及外围1∶10 000大比例尺地区为研究对象,在野外地质调查的基础上,结合空间位置统计结果和矿区成矿特征,利用GIS平台提取地质、地球物理、地球化学等多元地质找矿信息,建立矿区找矿预测模型。选择符合条件的独立预测因子作为证据图层,以5m×5m为网格单元,分析各证据图层与矿体空间分布关系。运用证据权法对矿区及外围进行成矿预测,通过图形方式直观表达成矿高概率的空间分布,对圈定的找矿靶区进行综合评述。研究区找矿靶区内地质、物探、化探找矿信息良好,各靶区内均有较好的金矿化信息。  相似文献

This paper presents a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based spatial analysis scheme to account for spatial patterns and association in geological thematic mapping with multiple geological data sets. The multi-buffer zone analysis, the main part of the present study, was addressed to reveal the spatial pattern around geological source primitives and statistical analysis based on a contingency table was performed to extract information for the assessment of an integrated layer. Mineral potential mapping using multiple geological data sets from Ogdong in Korea was carried out to illustrate application of this methodology. The results obtained from the case study indicated that some geochemical elements and residual magnetic anomaly dominantly affected spatial patterns of the mineral potential map in the study area and the dominant classes of input data layers were also extracted. This information on spatial patterns of multiple geological data sets around mines could be used as effective evidences for the interpretation of the integrated layer within GIS.  相似文献

A data-driven application of the theory of evidential belief to map mineral potential is demonstrated with a redefinition of procedures to estimate evidential belief functions. The redefined estimates of evidential belief functions take into account not only the spatial relationship of an evidence with the target mineral deposit but also consider the relationships among the subsets of spatial evidences within a set of evidential data layer. Proximity of geological features to mineral deposits is translated into spatial evidence and evidential belief functions are estimated for the proposition that mineral deposits exist in a test area. The integrated maps of degrees of belief for the proposition that mineral deposits exist in a test area is classified into a binary mineral potential map. For the Baguio district (Philippines), the binary gold potential map delineates (a) about 74% of the training data (i.e., locations of large-scale gold deposits) and (b) about 64% of the validation data (i.e., locations of small-scale gold deposits). The results demonstrate the usefulness of a geologically constrained mineral potential mapping using data-driven evidential belief functions to guide further surficial exploration work in the search for yet undiscovered gold deposits in the Baguio district. The results also indicate the usefulness of evidential belief functions for mapping uncertainties in the geologically constrained integrated predictive model of gold potential.  相似文献

由于找矿难度越来越大,应用地质、地球物理、地球化学、遥感等资料进行综合信息成矿预测是目前找矿工作发展的一个重要趋势。GIS技术已成为多元信息深层次提取与综合,实施综合信息成矿预测的有效工具。文中以赤峰地区有色金属资源成矿预测研究为例,在总结区域成矿规律的基础上,以地质异常致矿理论为指导,利用GIS平台提取地质、地球物理、地球化学、遥感多元地质找矿信息,并利用航磁、重力资料进行隐伏构造、岩体等相关地质找矿信息的推断与解释,进一步丰富和深化成矿地质背景与深部找矿信息。在此基础上,建立多元地质异常信息找矿模型,采用证据权模型进行多元找矿信息的综合,对有利成矿区进行圈定。预测结果显示,在赤峰地区北部有三条北东-南西向的有利成矿区带,在南部有一条北西-南东向有利成矿区带,已知的86%的矿床或矿点位于这些有利区内,显示出良好的预测效果。本文的研究思路、方法为多元信息成矿预测研究提供了参考,其成果为赤峰地区的有色金属资源勘探开发提供了科学依据。  相似文献

Quantification of a mineral prospectivity mapping (MPM) heavily relies on geological, geophysical and geochemical analysis, which combines various evidence layers into a single map. However, MPM is subject to considerable uncertainty due to lack of understanding of the metallogenesis and limited spatial data samples. In this paper, we provide a framework that addresses how uncertainty in the evidence layers can be quantified and how such uncertainty is propagated to the prediction of mineral potential. More specifically, we use Monte Carlo simulation to jointly quantify uncertainties on all uncertain evidence variables, categorized into geological, geochemical and geophysical. On stochastically simulated sets of the multiple input layers, logistic regression is employed to produce different quantifications of the mineral potential in terms of probability. Uncertainties we address lie in the downscaling of magnetic data to a scale that makes such data comparable with known mineral deposits. Additionally, we deal with the limited spatial sampling of geochemistry that leads to spatial uncertainty. Next, we deal with the conceptual geological uncertainty related to how the spatial extent of the influence of evidential geological features such as faults, granite intrusions and sedimentary formations. Finally, we provide a novel way to interpret the established uncertainty in a risk-return analysis to decide areas with high potential but at the same time low uncertainty on that potential. Our methods are illustrated and compared with traditional deterministic MPM on a real case study of prospecting skarn Fe deposition in southwestern Fujian, China.  相似文献

Mineral exploration programs commonly use a combination of geological, geophysical and remotely sensed data to detect sets of optimal conditions for potential ore deposits. Prospectivity mapping techniques can integrate and analyse these digital geological data sets to produce maps that identify where optimal conditions converge. Three prospectivity mapping techniques – weights of evidence, fuzzy logic and a combination of these two methods – were applied to a 32,000 km2 study area within the southeastern Arizona porphyry Cu district and then assessed based on their ability to identify new and existing areas of high mineral prospectivity. Validity testing revealed that the fuzzy logic method using membership values based on an exploration model identified known Cu deposits considerably better than those that relied solely on weights of evidence, and slightly better than those that used a combination of weights of evidence and fuzzy logic. This led to the selection of the prospectivity map created using the fuzzy logic method with membership values based on an exploration model. Three case study areas were identified that comprise many critical geological and geophysical characteristics favourable to hosting porphyry Cu mineralisation, but not associated with known mining or exploration activity. Detailed analysis of each case study has been performed to promote these areas as potential targets and to demonstrate the ability of prospectivity modelling techniques as useful tools in mineral exploration programs.  相似文献

Qualitative and quantitative knowledge about the spatial association between mineral occurrences and geological features are important in mineral potential mapping. Two existing methods for quantifying spatial association between mineral occurrences and curvilinear geological features are applied to the Baguio district of the Philippines. An experimental method is described and applied to the study area as well. The results of the three methods are highly similar, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the experimental method presented here for quantifying spatial association between mineral occurrences and curvilinear geological features. It is shown that gold occurrence in the Baguio district are strongly spatially associated with northeasterly trending faults/fractures rather than with northwesterly trending faults/fractures. It is also shown that the spatial association between the gold occurrence and older batholithic intrusives is stronger than the spatial association between gold occurrence and younger porphyry intrusives. These spatial geoinformation characteristics can be used as evidential data layers in GIS-based mineral potential mapping.  相似文献

This study aims to elaborate on the mineral potential maps using various models and verify the accuracy for the epithermal gold (Au) — silver (Ag) deposits in a Geographic Information System (GIS) environment assuming that all deposits shared a common genesis. The maps of potential Au and Ag deposits were produced by geological data in Taebaeksan mineralized area, Korea. The methodological framework consists of three main steps: 1) identification of spatial relationships 2) quantification of such relationships and 3) combination of multiple quantified relationships. A spatial database containing 46 Au-Ag deposits was constructed using GIS. The spatial association between training deposits and 26 related factors were identified and quantified by probabilistic and statistical modelling. The mineral potential maps were generated by integrating all factors using the overlay method and recombined afterwards using the likelihood ratio model. They were verified by comparison with test mineral deposit locations. The verification revealed that the combined mineral potential map had the greatest accuracy (83.97%), whereas it was 72.24%, 65.85%, 72.23% and 71.02% for the likelihood ratio, weight of evidence, logistic regression and artificial neural network models, respectively. The mineral potential map can provide useful information for the mineral resource development.  相似文献

提出了一种基于图层综合的矿产资源潜力自动制图模型。应用该模型生成矿产资源潜力分布图分三步完成:第一步,以每一种找矿标志的空间分布图为依据,生成相应的基本概率分配函数栅格图;第二步,统计综合基本概率分配函数栅格图;第三步,生成研究区矿产资源潜力分布图。利用新疆北部多拉纳萨依—阿舍勒地区的地质资料,比较了该模型与合成有矿可信度模型的找矿靶区圈定结果。两种模型的靶区圈定结果基本相同,证明证据理论模型是有效的和实用的。  相似文献

A restricted Boltzmann machine can be trained to encode and reconstruct training samples from a training sample population with an unknown complex probability distribution. Small probability samples can be differentiated from the training sample population due to their comparatively larger encoded and reconstructed errors. In mineral potential mapping, mineral potential areas usually take up only a small proportion of the whole mineral exploration region and have specific evidence map patterns. Assume that the whole mineral exploration region is divided into uniform cells and a restricted Boltzmann machine is then trained on all the cells. As a small proportion of the total training cells, mineral potential cells have much larger encoded and reconstructed errors compared to non-mineral potential cells. Based on the encoded and reconstructed errors of the training cells, ASC and ASE are thus defined as two mineral potential indicators for mineral potential mapping with the trained restricted Boltzmann machine. The Altay district in northern Xinjiang in China, which is linked with a complex geological setting, is chosen as a case study area. Restricted Boltzmann machines with 12 visible units and differing hidden units are constructed and trained on 9582 training cells in the study area. The ASC, ASE, posterior probability, and deposit-bearing probability are used to predict the mineral potential of each grid cell in the study area. The AUC (area under the curve), a measure of aggregated classification performance in machine learning, is applied to measure the mineral potential mapping performance of these four mineral potential indicators. The results show that the four mineral potential indicators perform similarly well. Therefore, a restricted Boltzmann machine can be trained to map mineral potentials, and the ASC and ASE are two feasible indicators for the mineral potential mapping with the trained restricted Boltzmann machine.  相似文献

在介绍模糊逻辑的基本理论、详细分析秦岭-松潘地区金成矿规律的基础上,应用ArcView GIS及其扩展模块Arc-SDM对研究区地质、地球化学、地球物理等数据进行处理,提取预测变量。已知的金矿(点)被用来构造研究区隶属度函数,确定各预测变量的隶属度大小。根据不同预测变量与金矿的相关性大小,选择不同的模糊算子进行综合,生成控矿因子。最后应用伽马算子,综合控矿因子,得到最终的秦岭-松潘金矿潜力图。根据金矿潜力图和模糊逻辑模型的检验结果,说明模糊逻辑可以对空间数据进行有效的综合,预测潜力图件中圈出的有利矿化区,可用于进一步勘查研究。  相似文献
