针对地震作用下公路桥梁的碰撞问题,采用接触单元法模拟桥梁之间的碰撞作用,并在此基础上研究了采用磁流变阻尼器的公路桥梁碰撞的半主动控制方法。通过对某公路桥梁的数值模拟发现,地震作用下桥梁之间的相互碰撞,将大幅增加桥梁的绝对加速度响应。采用磁流变阻尼器的半主动控制系统能够较好地降低结构的地震响应和消除地震作用下的碰撞。  相似文献

Passive supplemental damping in a seismically isolated structure provides the necessary energy dissipation to limit the isolation system displacement. However, damper forces can become quite large as the passive damping level is increased, resulting in the requirement to transfer large forces at the damper connections to the structure which may be particularly difficult to accommodate in retrofit applications. One method to limit the level of damping force while simultaneously controlling the isolation system displacement is to utilize an intelligent hybrid isolation system containing semi-active dampers in which the damping coeffic ient can be modulated. The effectiveness of such a hybrid seismic isolation system for earthquake hazard mitigation is investigated in this paper. The system is examined through an analytical and computational study of the seismic response of a bridge structure containing a hybrid isolation system consisting of elastomeric bearings and semi-active dampers. Control algorithms for operation of the semi-active dampers are developed based on fuzzy logic control theory. Practical limits on the response of the isolation system are considered and utilized in the evaluation of the control algorithms. The results of the study show that both passive and semi-active hybrid seismic isolation systems consisting of combined base isolation bearings and supplemental energy dissipation devices can be beneficial in reducing the seismic response of structures. These hybrid systems may prevent or significantly reduce structural damage during a seismic event. Furthermore, it is shown that intelligent semi-active seismic isolation systems are capable of controlling the peak deck displacement of bridges, and thus reducing the required length of expansion joints, while simultaneously limiting peak damper forces. 本文仿真分析了应用磁流变(MR)阻尼器对相邻结构地震反应的控制效果,为进一步开展模型试验研究奠定了基础。建立了地震激励下相邻结构MR阻尼器控制系统的运动方程,提出了描述MR阻尼器阻尼力滞回特性的改进S igmoid模型,分别对应用开关控制、半主动控制以及最小或最大电流被动控制的四种控制方法的相邻结构地震反应的控制效果进行了仿真分析。结果表明,在相邻结构间连接安装MR阻尼器可以有效地控制相邻结构的地震反应,且开关控制方法和半主动控制方法的控制效果均好于两种被动控制方法,体现了MR阻尼器阻尼力可调的优点;在四种控制方法中,半主动控制方法的控制效果最好,体现了MR阻尼器阻尼力具有连续调节能力的优点;若能解决MR阻尼器的剩磁问题,半主动控制方法的控制效果会得到进一步的提高。  相似文献

磁流变阻尼器作为一种比较典型的半主动控制元件,具有构造简单、响应速度快、耐久性好、阻尼力大且连续可调等优点。即使地震中能源中断,磁流变阻尼器仍可以作为被动耗能装置继续工作发挥作用,可靠性高。设计合理有效的磁流变阻尼器半主动控制方法,对于整体结构的减震效果尤其重要。提出一种改进的磁流变阻尼器的半主动控制策略-改进的Bang-Bang控制策略,对装有磁流变阻尼器的减震控制3层框架结构进行了一系列的实时混合模拟试验,对多种半主动控制方法下的振动控制效果进行试验分析。试验结果表明:磁流变阻尼器对框架结构的减震效果显著,并验证了提出的磁流变阻尼器半主动控制策略的有效性。  相似文献

In this paper, the seismic response reduction performance of magnetorheological (MR) damper is experimentally investigated for a suspension bridge. First, the force–displacement and force–velocity curves under a range of excitation frequencies, amplitudes and currents are obtained by mechanical behavior test of the RD1097 type MR damper. Then a new non-linear hysteretic model is proposed to model the mechanical behavior of the MR damper and the model parameters are identified from test data. An experimental method, as well as a set of testing setups with the MR damper for longitudinal seismic response reduction of a SDOF generalized system representing the fundamental longitudinal mode of suspension bridge, is developed. Finally, the seismic response reduction experiment subject to three kinds of earthquake excitations, including the Pingsheng Bridge earthquake wave, the El-Centro wave and the Taft wave, is carried out, and nine control cases, including uncontrolled, six passive control schemes with different input currents and two semi-active Bang–Bang control schemes, are tested. The results verify that the seismic response reduction experimental method is feasible and the good performance of seismic longitudinal response reduction of the suspension bridge can be achieved by MR damper. It is also shown that the passive control with optimum input current outperforms the semi-active Bang–Bang controls.  相似文献

近断层地震长周期成分丰富,存在速度大脉冲效应;而大跨度斜拉桥一般采用半漂浮体系或漂浮体系,所以固有频率较低。为了研究大跨度斜拉桥在近断层地震作用下的反应规律及减震措施,利用ANSYS软件分析了某半漂浮体系的大跨斜拉桥在近断层地震作用下的时程响应,并对其减震控制方法进行了探讨。研究表明,大跨度斜拉桥的近断层地震响应随着PGV/PGA值的增大而增大,且增大幅度较大,近场脉冲效应较为显著;对于近断层地震作用,不建议采用塔梁弹性连接装置作为主梁纵漂的减震措施,而采用参数适宜的铅挤压阻尼器和粘滞阻尼器则均能获得很好的减震效果;由于大跨度斜拉桥的近断层地震反应较大,应提高其支座的设计允许位移。  相似文献

位于高烈度区的深水斜拉桥在地震下不仅会受到强震的作用,还会受到附近水体的作用,结构抗震要求高,选择合理的抗震体系非常重要.以云南格巧高速双河特大桥为工程实例,分析动水作用对斜拉桥地震响应的影响及其与地震强度的关系,在此基础上对斜拉桥的纵、横向抗震体系展开研究并给出合理建议.结果表明,动水作用会增大索塔塔底内力和结构整体位移响应,且对剪力的影响最大;动水对结构各响应的放大作用随地震强度增加呈现出增减不一的变化趋势,抗震设计时应分别考虑各级地震下的动水效应;索塔、辅助墩和桥台处均设置黏滞阻尼器等阻尼约束的纵向协同抗震体系能够最有效减小墩、塔底纵向内力及结构纵向位移,建议作为斜拉桥纵向抗震体系; 斜拉桥横向推荐采用索塔处设置固定约束、墩台处设置钢阻尼器等弹塑性约束的组合约束体系,该体系能同时降低墩、塔底横向内力,并有效控制结构整体横向位移响应.  相似文献

A semi-active tuned mass damper (TMD) which is capable of adjusting initial displacement and damping is applied to seismic protection of structures. Control algorithms are derived in closed forms using perturbation analysis on modal properties of the single degree of freedom (SDOF) structure/TMD system. Because perturbation solutions are given in a relatively simple form, the control algorithms are developed in a physically intuitive manner. In the first half of the paper, the control algorithms are introduced using numerical simulations of the impulse response. Then the algorithms are applied to seismic protection of civil structures using the strategy of multiple releasing and capturing of TMDs. The control strategy for seismic control is summarized in a flow chart. Numerical studies with the El Centro earthquake record show that the proposed semi-active method has higher performance than conventional passive TMDs.  相似文献

本文探讨了高架桥结构地震反应LQR(Linear Quadratic Regulator)半主动控制算法以及考虑刚度退化的桥墩非线性计算模型,并利用Matlab语言编制的程序对其进行了数值仿真计算。结果表明,将隔震技术与利用MR阻尼器的半主动控制技术相结合,能够有效地减小高架桥的地震反应;MR阻尼器的设置位置以及结构的参数对控制效果有较大影响。考虑桥墩非线性影响将能得到更为接近实际的计算结果。  相似文献

Magnetorheological (MR) damper is a prominent semi-active control device for earthquake responses mitigation of structures. The most important topic for the intelligent MR structures is choosing the control current of MR dampers quickly and accurately. The typical control strategy is on–off control strategy, i.e. bi-state control strategy, while inherent time-delay and coarse control precision lie in this strategy. This paper proposes neuro-fuzzy control strategy, in which the neural-network technique is adopted to solve time-delay problem and the fuzzy controller is used to determine the control current of MR dampers quickly and accurately. Through comparison between the bi-state control and the neuro-fuzzy control strategies and a numerical example about a three-story reinforced concrete structure, it can be concluded that the control strategy is very important for semi-active control, the neuro-fuzzy control strategy can determine currents of MR dampers quickly and accurately, and the control effect of the neuro-fuzzy control strategy is better than that of the bi-state control strategy.  相似文献

作为最近发展起来的高性能半主动控制装置,磁流变阻尼器通过改变磁场强度来调节控制力,可靠度高,体积小,出力大,并且具有Fail-Safe的特点,是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型结构控制装置。本文主要研究结构非线性振动的磁流变阻尼半主动控制。首先采用我们提出的自适应模糊滑模控制(AFSMC)算法得到了结构非线性振动的主动控制力,然后参照主动控制力,提出和仿真实现了结构非线性振动的磁流变阻尼半主动控制。最后,针对3层和20层benchm ark非线性模型,每层均设置一个磁流变阻尼器,对在给定的地震动下的结构响应进行了计算,分析了半主动控制跟踪主动控制的效果,并且对于半主动控制下的结构位移响应、加速度响应等各项指标也进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明,由于自适应模糊滑模控制算法与半主动控制算法相结合可以很好地实现结构非线性振动的半主动控制,所以能够得到令人满意的控制结果。  相似文献

The aseismic design of cable-stayed bridges in the transverse direction with newly proposed metallic dampers that can accommodate both longitudinal and transverse movement of the deck has recently been considered. This work focuses on developing a simplified method to design an appropriate metallic damper. The seismic performance of cablestayed bridges with different damper stiffness, main span lengths, tower shapes and types of deck in the transverse direction are investigated. The transverse displacement of the deck of a cable-stayed bridge increases significantly with the increment of the damper stiffness, which proves that the design of the damper stiffness is crucial. A simplified model considering the damper stiffness, cable system and tower in the transverse direction is developed to evaluate the period and lateral displacement of a complicated cable-stayed bridge. Based on the simplified model, a design method is proposed and assessed using two cable-stayed bridges as examples. The results show that metallic dampers can be designed with high efficiency, and the optimal ductility of the damper can be selected.  相似文献

在大震或特大震下,黏滞阻尼器可能因某个极限状态的出现而发生破坏。现有在斜拉桥上设置黏滞阻尼器的研究多集中在阻尼器的参数优化上,很少考虑到阻尼器失效对斜拉桥抗震性能的影响。针对这一问题,以某三塔斜拉桥为背景,利用OpenSees平台建立斜拉桥有限元模型和可以考虑承载力及行程极限的黏滞阻尼器模型;分析黏滞阻尼器的阻尼系数和阻尼指数对斜拉桥地震响应的影响,确定阻尼器参数的取值;对不安装阻尼器、安装不考虑极限状态及考虑极限状态阻尼器等多种工况的斜拉桥进行非线性时程分析,对比各工况斜拉桥的地震响应。分析结果表明,在大震下,考虑极限状态阻尼器的耗能能力及减震效果将显著降低;不考虑阻尼器达到极限状态后失效的情况将高估耗能减震设计斜拉桥的抗震能力。  相似文献

In the field of civil engineering, magnetorheological fluid (MRF) damper-based semi-active control systems have received considerable attention for use in protecting structures from natural hazards such as strong earthquakes and high winds. In this paper, the MRF damper-based semi-active control system is applied to a long-span spatially extended structure and its feasibility is discussed. Meanwhile, a _trust-region method based instantaneous optimal semi-active control algorithm (TIOC) is proposed to improve the performance of the semi-active control system in a multiple damper situation. The proposed TIOC describes the control process as a bounded constraint optimization problem, in which an optimal semi- active control force vector is solved by the trust-region method in every control step to minimize the structural responses. A numerical example of a railway station roof structure installed with MRF-04K dampers is presented. First, a modified Bouc- Wen model is utilized to describe the behavior of the selected MRF-04K damper. Then, two semi-active control systems, including the well-known clipped-optimal controller and the proposed TIOC controller, are considered. Based on the characteristics of the long-span spatially extended structure, the performance of the control system is evaluated under uniform earthquake excitation and travelling-wave excitation with different apparent velocities. The simulation results indicate that the MR fluid damper-based semi-active control systems have the potential to mitigate the responses of full-scale long-span spatially extended structures under earthquake hazards. The superiority of the proposed TIOC controller is demonstrated by comparing its control effectiveness with the clipped-optimal controller for several different cases.  相似文献

磁流变液是一种性能优良的智能材料,用其制成的MR阻尼器是一种理想的半主动控制装置。本文提出了一种新型MR阻尼器——逆变型MR阻尼器,给出了逆变型MR阻尼器的设计方法,并设计了一个足尺的阀式逆变型MR阻尼器。实验证明逆变型MR阻尼器阻尼力可调,在电源失效或无电源时能够在大阻尼状态工作,这提高了半主动控制装置在地震中的使用安全性。逆变型MR阻尼器具有良好的可靠性、实用性和经济性。本文最后针对试验中阻尼器出力的可调范围比较小的问题给出了几种改进的思路。  相似文献

本文研究半主动控制系统中磁流变(MR)阻尼器的控制力优化问题,从而提高MR阻尼器的半主动控制效果。文中首先建立了多自由度结构MR阻尼器控制系统的运动方程;然后根据MR阻尼器的出力特性提出了结构控制的半主动控制律,并对控制率中MR阻尼器的最大控制力设计值提出了不同的优化取值方法;最后仿真分析了MR阻尼器的不同最大控制力设计值对不同自由度结构的控制效果。研究表明,当设计值取最优控制力的平均绝对值或均方根值时,MR阻尼器的最大控制力比最优控制力的最大值降低了85%,而控制效果降低不多,可以满足对结构的控制要求;降低最大控制力设计值后,不但可以充分发挥MR阻尼器的出力性能,而且可以缩小MR阻尼器的设计尺寸,便于工程应用。  相似文献

本文针对安装有半主动磁流变阻尼器(MR damper)的一座二层模型结构进行了抗震振动台试验研究,通过采用基于加速度反馈控制策略的两种半主动控制算法进行了在各种地震动作用下模型结构的半主动控制的抗震试验研究,并进行了Passive-on和Passive-off两种被动控制的试验研究。试验结果表明,MR阻尼器作为一种半主动控制装置可以有效地控制结构的峰值位移和均方差反应,且半主动控制对结构顶层的峰值位移和均方差的控制效果均优于两种被动控制方法。因此,本文提出的两种半主动控制算法都是有效的,并宜于实现。  相似文献

本文首先提出了一种新型的半主动磁流变质量驱动器(MR-AMD),该装置用磁流变驱动器替代AMD的液压驱动系统;其次采用所提出的半主动控制算法仿真分析了MR-AMD用于结构振动控制的有效性;第三,比较了半主动质量驱动器(MR-AMD)、调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)及主动质量驱动器(AMD)对同一模型结构的控制效果。分析结果表明,MR-AMD作为一种半主动质量驱动器有效地降低了结构的反应,其控制效果虽然不如具有相同质量块参数的AMD但却优于TMD,且同AMD一样具有较宽的有效频带范围。  相似文献

Sliding base‐isolation systems used in bridges reduce pier drifts, but at the expense of increased bearing displacements under near‐source pulse‐type earthquakes. It is common practice to incorporate supplemental passive non‐linear dampers into the isolation system to counter increased bearing displacements. Non‐linear passive dampers can certainly reduce bearing displacements, but only with increased isolation level forces and pier drifts. The semi‐active controllable non‐linear dampers, which can vary damping in real time, can reduce bearing displacements without further increase in forces and pier drifts; and hence deserve investigation. In this study performance of such a ‘smart’ sliding isolation system, used in a 1:20 scaled bridge model, employing semi‐active controllable magneto‐rheological (MR) dampers is investigated, analytically and experimentally, under several near‐fault earthquakes. A non‐linear analytical model, which incorporates the non‐linearities of sliding bearings and the MR damper, is developed. A Lyapunov control algorithm for control of the MR damper is developed and implemented in shake table tests. Analytical and shake table test results are compared. It is shown that the smart MR damper reduces bearing displacements further than the passive low‐ and high‐damping cases, while maintaining isolation level forces less than the passive high‐damping case.
