以独立样本的平均绝对预报误差最小为依据。进行了自回归定型阶方法的研究。简称MAPE方法。应用MAPE方法及五种常用的定阶方法,对上海月平均温度序列进行定阶试验计算和预报检验。结果表明,MAPE方法是一种效果较好的自回归模型定价方法,并且简单实用。  相似文献

将时变参数模型引入门限自回归模型中,提出具有时变参数的门限自回归模型,并对昆明,蒙自,河口等地区3月温度序列进行预报,结果表明:这种模型比门限自回归模型的预报准确度有明显提高,这是因为用这种模型进行预报时,可以随时更新预报模式。  相似文献

根据经典门限自回归模型的基本思想,引入半截多项式变换,导出了一种新的统计回归模型,并提出了相应的一整套建模方案。这种模型和建模方案的特点是:(1)解决了统计回归分析中逐段线性化模型的检验问题;(2)在确定统计回归模型中各待估参数和变量——包括门限变量、门限值、阶数、时滞和回归系数时显得十分方便、快捷。试验结果表明,根据此方案建立的统计回归模型具有较高的拟合和预报精度,同时具有良好的稳定性。  相似文献

本文用混合回归模型对长江由下游五站月降水总量和月平均气温问题进行了建模和预报,并且与自回归模型进行比较。结果表明,混合回归模型比自回模型、多元回归模型更适合于各种时间尺度的气象要素的分析和预报,其预报能力比较强,效果比较稳定。对降水等预报难度较大的气象要素的预报,效果改善尤为明显。  相似文献

本文将门限自回归应用于降水、气温场的模拟与预报,并讨论了门限识别准则存在的问题,提出了新的AIC加权最小识别准则,取得了令人满意的效果。降水、气温各主成分的自激励门限自回归和开环门限自回归均以零时滞为最优。说明降水、气温存在两种不同的自相关和互相关,但这种相关形式选择不能由序列自身预先提供。非零时滞门限游程序列的SETAR模型拟合和预测效果均很好。因此,降水和气温场的预报可由零时滞SETAR模型和非零时滞门限游程SETAR模型组成方程组完成。  相似文献

利用1990~2000年南京市支气管哮喘与感冒逐月就诊人数病例资料和同期国家气象中心资料室的月平均压、温、湿等资料,讨论了2种疾病发病人数的月际和年际变化规律,分别建立了包含气象因子的预报2种疾病逐月就诊人数的条件异方差和动态回归模型。南京地区支气管哮喘就诊人数高峰期出现在春末与秋季,逐年的就诊人数呈现上升趋势,其发病与当月月平均气压、上一个月月平均温度有关。感冒就诊人数高峰期出现在夏秋季,其发病与月平均最低温度和月极端最低温度有关。将模型应用于2种疾病逐月就诊人数的等级预报中,其预报等级准确率分别达75.0%和66.7%,表明此建模方案是可行的,此类模型有一定的使用价值。  相似文献

以均生函数表征预报量自身周期变化,结合500hPa月平均高度场和月平均海温场预报因子,采用神经网络方法建立了一种新的短期气候预报模型。分别以广西桂北、桂中和桂南6月降水量作为预报对象进行预报试验,结果表明,这种新的预报方法比均生函数回归预报模型及高度场、海温场预报因子的回归预报模型,具有更好的物理基础和预报能力。  相似文献

In order to study the mechanisms of climate natural variability under the united effects of antarctic ice cover(AIC) and sea surface temperature(SST),we have done a series of numerical experiments for the climate variability of the period from January 1981 to December 1983 by using a threelevel atmospheric general circulation model(AGCM).Firstly we conduct climate integration for sixyears,then 3 years' control integration from January 16 of the seventh year.Moreover,we do threesensitivity experiments,which are the sensitivity experiments forced by observed SST and AIC.observed SST and climatic AIC,observed AIC and climatic SST respectively,to study the climate variability and its mechanisms affected by SST and AIC.We put emphasis on the variability of East Asiamonsoon and the Southern Hemisphere(SH) circulation.In this paper,introduction is made to theresults of control test and the sensitivity experiment forced by observed SST and AIC,and the predictability of the monsoon climate variability is discussed.  相似文献

The analysis of the daily rainfall occurrence behavior is becoming more important, particularly in water-related sectors. Many studies have identified a more comprehensive pattern of the daily rainfall behavior based on the Markov chain models. One of the aims in fitting the Markov chain models of various orders to the daily rainfall occurrence is to determine the optimum order. In this study, the optimum order of the Markov chain models for a 5-day sequence will be examined in each of the 18 rainfall stations in Peninsular Malaysia, which have been selected based on the availability of the data, using the Akaike’s (AIC) and Bayesian information criteria (BIC). The identification of the most appropriate order in describing the distribution of the wet (dry) spells for each of the rainfall stations is obtained using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov goodness-of-fit test. It is found that the optimum order varies according to the levels of threshold used (e.g., either 0.1 or 10.0 mm), the locations of the region and the types of monsoon seasons. At most stations, the Markov chain models of a higher order are found to be optimum for rainfall occurrence during the northeast monsoon season for both levels of threshold. However, it is generally found that regardless of the monsoon seasons, the first-order model is optimum for the northwestern and eastern regions of the peninsula when the level of thresholds of 10.0 mm is considered. The analysis indicates that the first order of the Markov chain model is found to be most appropriate for describing the distribution of wet spells, whereas the higher-order models are found to be adequate for the dry spells in most of the rainfall stations for both threshold levels and monsoon seasons.  相似文献

Studying airborne pollen concentrations is an essential part of aerobiology owing to its important applications in allergology. A time-varying first order autoregressive (AR(1)) model able to describe the annual cycle of both the expectation and variance as well as the highly skewed probability distribution of daily ragweed pollen concentrations conditioned on previous-day pollen concentration values is developed. Confidence bands for forecasts obtained with these conditional lognormal distributions are analysed. The probability of exceeding specific pollen concentration thresholds is also addressed with the model based on a refinement of the AutoRegressive To Anything process. In order to have more accurate forecasts for the next-day pollen concentration level, eight meteorological variables influencing pollen concentrations are considered. Based on a procedure similar to the stepwise regression method, only one predictor has been retained, namely the daily mean temperature. Using root mean square error, the percentage variance of the ragweed pollen concentration level accounted for by this extended AR(1) model is 53.5%, while the mean absolute error produced by the model is 32.2 pollen grains?m?3. The probability of exceeding pollen concentration thresholds obtained from the conditional lognormal distributions under the extended AR(1) model fits well the observed exceedance events.  相似文献

A stochastic rainfall model is presented for the generation of hourly rainfall data in an urban area in Malaysia. In view of the high temporal and spatial variability of rainfall within the tropical rain belt, the Spatial–Temporal Neyman–Scott Rectangular Pulse model was used. The model, which is governed by the Neyman–Scott process, employs a reasonable number of parameters to represent the physical attributes of rainfall. A common approach is to attach each attribute to a mathematical distribution. With respect to rain cell intensity, this study proposes the use of a mixed exponential distribution. The performance of the proposed model was compared to a model that employs the Weibull distribution. Hourly and daily rainfall data from four stations in the Damansara River basin in Malaysia were used as input to the models, and simulations of hourly series were performed for an independent site within the basin. The performance of the models was assessed based on how closely the statistical characteristics of the simulated series resembled the statistics of the observed series. The findings obtained based on graphical representation revealed that the statistical characteristics of the simulated series for both models compared reasonably well with the observed series. However, a further assessment using the AIC, BIC and RMSE showed that the proposed model yields better results. The results of this study indicate that for tropical climates, the proposed model, using a mixed exponential distribution, is the best choice for generation of synthetic data for ungauged sites or for sites with insufficient data within the limit of the fitted region.  相似文献

气温的天气和气候记忆性特征分析对于提高气候预测水平具有积极意义。利用济南和青岛1961—2020 年逐日、月和年平均气温资料,运用自相关性函数和标准化频率分布分析了上述时间序列的气温记忆性特征和概率分布特征,并利用结构函数法建立了月、年平均气温距平与日平均气温距平之间的分数阶导数关系。结果表明:(1)济南和青岛的月、年平均气温距平呈现不同程度的记忆性特征,其中年平均气温距平相比于月平均气温距平具有更好的记忆性。(2)济南和青岛的月、年平均气温距平与日平均气温距平之间存在分数阶导数关系,济南和青岛相应的月、年尺度阶数分别为0. 529、0. 665 和0. 553、0. 791,两地的月尺度阶数相近,但青岛略大,青岛的年尺度阶数大于济南,即青岛月和年平均气温距平的记忆性大于济南。(3)济南和青岛的月和年平均气温距平相比于日平均气温距平有不同程度的长尾特征,长尾特征反映了极值温度发生的概率。  相似文献

使用WRF模式对内蒙古某风电场区域内的2011年1-6月,50m高度的风速进行了模拟,并结合实测风速对模拟结果进行了评估。在此基础上再利用自回归模型(AR模型)和持续法对WRF模式模拟结果进行了订正预报,订正结果表明:AR模型和持续法都能有效地减小WRF模式风速的模拟误差,AR模型订正效果优于持续法。为能对订正预报时效进行延长,提出了"假设观测值"概念。在AR模型的基础上建立一种新的订正模型称之为New AR模型。其订正预报结果表明:新模型能在12h时效内,改善WRF模式风速模拟精度,其中6h的改进效果较好。  相似文献

基于青岛和济南1967—2016年的气象观测数据,采用气候统计方法和气候舒适度评价模型,对比分析沿海和内陆城市各气候要素之间及气候舒适度的差异。结果表明:(1)两市各个季节及年际平均气温均呈增温趋势,各个季节及年平均风速均呈减小趋势,年平均相对湿度均呈不明显减小趋势,四季及年日照时数均呈显著减少趋势。(2)温湿条件方面,两市感觉舒适以上的月份均为4个月;人体感觉舒适风的月份青岛为3个月,济南为4个月;穿配有衬衫或常用便服的月份青岛为4个月,济南为3个月。(3)青岛温湿指数、风效指数绝大多数月份呈明显上升趋势,穿衣指数呈明显下降趋势,综合舒适度指数6—9月呈明显下降趋势,其余月份呈明显上升趋势。济南四类指数除2—3月升降趋势显著外,其余大多数月份升降趋势不显著。(4)气候舒适期均在逐渐延长,较舒适期以上等级,青岛有8个月,济南有7个月。青岛舒适度比济南增加明显,全年气候舒适度高于济南。  相似文献

Following the Balloon Intercomparison Campaigns carried out from the NSBF, Palestine, Texas, in the fall of 1982 (BIC1) and spring of 1983 (BIC2), three instruments have reported infrared measurements (one in emission and two in absorption) from which results on the concentration of methane between 20 and 40 km altitude have been deduced. While the absorption-retrieved concentration profiles are in excellent agreement, the results from the emission measurements are significantly lower. Recent methane profiles obtained by satellite and from Spacelab 1 are in satisfactory agreement with the absorption data reported here.  相似文献

Measurements of the Balloon Intercomparison Campaign (BIC), conducted during fall, 1982 (BIC-1) and summer, 1983 (BIC-2), are reported. Results of five remote and two in situ techniques agree (with a few exceptions) within 95% confidence level uncertainties and generally within 15% above 20 km. Weighted mean profiles, which best represent conditions during the capaign, are used as a comparison standard. Accuracies of experiments indicated by BIC generally confirm estimated uncertainites for ECC sondes, UV photometry, and microwave emission experiments, are somewhat better for far IR emission and IR absorption experiments, and are somewhat worse for IR emission and solar UV absorption experiments. The large collection of BIC measurements confirms a problem reported earlier with current theoretical modeling of ozone near 40 km where transport is negligible and the chemistry is believed to be simpler.  相似文献
