湖相碳酸盐岩是一种分布极其广泛的陆相碳酸盐岩。中国湖相碳酸盐岩沉积始于二叠纪—三叠纪,经侏罗纪—白垩纪发展,鼎盛于古近纪,具有沉积时间跨度长、分布面积广的特征。碳酸盐岩发育方式多样,常以多个单层、薄夹层状、互层状、韵律沉积为主,也见以结核状或钙质微体化石等薄层赋存于泥岩、页岩等细粒碎屑岩中。湖相碳酸盐岩δ13C值介于-10.0×10-3~+10.0×10-3之间,多数为-5.0×10-3~+5.0×10-3,正负值均有。二叠系—三叠系δ13C发生负偏,侏罗系—白垩系先正向漂移随后负偏,古近系—新近系再次正偏,达最大值约+5.0×10-3。氧同位素δ18O值介于-20.0×10-3~+2.0×10-3之间,多数为-15.0×10-3~-0.0×10-3,几乎全部为负值。二叠系—三叠系、侏罗系—白垩系碳酸盐岩δ18O值在-15.0×10-3~-3.0×10-3之间变化,古近系—新近系δ18O值明显正偏移,多数位于-10.0×10-3~0.0×10-3。中国湖相碳酸盐岩碳氧同位素相关性分析表明,δ13C与δ18O密切相关,且δ13C值多正值或轻微负值,指示湖泊为封闭型咸水—半咸水环境;δ13C和δ18O不相关,δ13C值为负值,指示湖泊为开放型淡水环境。  相似文献

We have performed holographic interferometry measurements of the dissolution of the (0 1 0) plane of a cleaved gypsum single crystal in pure water. These experiments have provided the value of the dissolution rate constant k of gypsum in water and the value of the interdiffusion coefficient D of its aqueous species in water. D is 1.0 × 10−9 m2 s−1, a value close to the theoretical value generally used in dissolution studies. k is 4 × 10−5 mol m−2 s−1. It directly characterizes the microscopic transfer rate at the solid-liquid interface, and is not an averaged value deduced from quantities measured far from the surface as in macroscopic dissolution experiments. It is found to be two times lower than the value obtained from macroscopic experiments.  相似文献

The present work provides an online Bench II-IRMS technique for the measurement of stable chlorine isotope ratio, which is used to measure the δ37Cl of 38 groundwater samples from the Karst and Quaternary aquifers in Anyang area. The regional distribution and signature of δ37Cl value are characterized on the base of isotopic data. The results suggest that the δ37Cl value of Quaternary groundwater decreases with increasing Cl? concentration, and has no correlation with δ18O and δD values, but closely correlates with the depth to water table. The fractionation mechanism of the chlorine isotope is expounded according to the type of groundwater. The δ37Cl value of karst water is generally positive, which is relevant to the dissolution of evaporite (gypsum mine), and may be caused by the mixing of groundwater and precipitation. The groundwater of Quaternary unconfined aquifer is mainly recharged by precipitation, and the δ37Cl value of groundwater is generally negative. The δ37Cl value of groundwater in Quaternary confined aquifer is more negative with increasing the depth to water level and elevated Cl? concentration, which is possible to result from the isotope fractionation of ion filtration. The groundwater with inorganic pollutants in Quaternary unconfined aquifer has generally a positive δ37Cl value.  相似文献

锶同位素已经成为全球海平面变化、造山运动、古气候和古环境等全球地质事件研究与对比的有效工具之一。本文以四川盆地东部地区早中三叠世蒸发岩的野外剖面和钻孔岩心为主要研究对象,测试了碳酸盐岩、硫酸盐岩和石盐岩的锶同位素组成,并建立了相应的锶同位素演化曲线。研究结果显示,碳酸盐岩的87Sr/86Sr值平均为0.707 895,硬石膏岩的87Sr/86Sr值平均为0.708 174,石盐岩的87Sr/86Sr值平均为0.708 177,同时碳酸盐岩的87Sr/86Sr值从早三叠世的0.707 413快速增加到中三叠世早期的0.708 515,而后呈现下降趋势。从总体上看,这些87Sr/86Sr值与全球早中三叠世同期的87Sr/86Sr值数据接近,说明四川盆地东部地区早中三叠世钾盐的物质来源大部分为海水,并沉积于海相沉积环境,同时由于火山...  相似文献

Measurement of 17 laboratories on the stable isotope reference materials, NBS 22 lubricating oil and NBS 21 graphite, resulted in a revised calibration on the PDB scale. NBS 22 13C/12C ratios of all laboratories did not demonstrate a gausssian distribution. Therefore, values which resulted from direct comparison with NBS 20 carbonate standards were selected the mean value of which is ?29.81 ± 0.06?; this value is recommended as new value for NBS 22. The reported variations in δ13C for NBS 21 were consistent within the accuracies for single meaurements; the mean value is ?28.16 ± 0.01. The variations of D/H ratios of NBS 22 also were consistent with the accuracy quoted, with a mean value of ?119?.  相似文献

The effect of Rayleigh distillation by outgassing of SO2 and H2O on the isotopic composition of sulphur remaining in silicate melts is quantitatively modelled. A threshold mole fraction of sulphur in the sulphide component of the melts is reckoned as being critically important in shifting the δ34S value of degassed melts with respect to the original magmas. During the outgassing, melts above the threshold are depleted in 34S, whereas melts below the threshold are enriched in 34S. In particular, the outgassing of SO2 above the sulphide threshold can produce large negative δ34S values in the degassed melts, whereas the outgassing of H2S below the threshold will strongly drive the δ34S value of the melts in the positive direction. The correlation between δ34S value and sulphur content of total sulphur in the solidified rocks is indicative of the Rayleigh-type degassing.  相似文献

Indoor radon is considered as one of the potential dangerous radioactive elements. Common building materials and soil are the major source of this radon gas in the indoor environment. In the present study, the measurement of radon exhalation rate in the soil and building material samples of Una and Hamirpur districts of Himachal Pradesh has been done with solid state alpha track detectors, LR-115 type-II plastic track detectors. The radon exhalation rate for the soil samples varies from 39.1 to 91.2 mBq kg?1 h?1 with a mean value 59.7 mBq kg?1 h?1. Also the radium concentration of the studied area is found and it varies from 30.6 to 51.9 Bq kg?1 with a mean value 41.6 Bq kg?1. The exhalation rate for the building material samples varies from 40.72 (sandstone) to 81.40 mBq kg?1 h?1 (granite) with a mean value of 59.94 mBq kg?1 h?1.  相似文献

植物化石和土壤中的有机质碳同位素指标常用来反映古气候的变化,然而碳同位素这个指标在特定地区反映气候的定量关系缺乏检验。研究剖面选择自中国的秦岭(34°14'24″N,106°55'30″E)到蒙古人民共和国北部,接近贝加尔湖地区(51°35'08″N, 100°45'49″E)的研究剖面线,选择了3种C3植物(Artemisia scoparia, Ajania achilleides 和 Artemisia frigida),在剖面线上沿南北方向上每隔4'到5'采取一个样点,共选取161个C3植物茎叶样品进行了δ13 C值测定。同时收集了剖面线附近气象站的降水、气温等资料,用插值方法得到每个采样点的气温、降水数据。分析表明:C3植物的δ13 C值分布范围为-30 ‰ ~-22 ‰ ,其平均值为-26.81 ‰ ,该平均值较全球C3植物δ13 C平均值偏正。通过对比C3植物δ13 C与年均温、年均降水量、生长季节的干燥度等随纬度的变化规律,发现C3植物δ13 C、年均降水量、生长季节的干燥度有非常一致的变化趋势,而C3植物δ13 C和年均温不具有一致性。通过一元回归分析也同样发现C3植物δ13 C与年均降水量呈线性负相关关系(y=-0.0077x-24.838,n=161,R2=0.4418,p=0.01),与生长季节的干燥度呈线性正相关关系(y=0.7328x-28.806,n=161,R2=0.3685,p=0.01),而与年均温度没有明显的相关关系(y=-0.0461x-26.756,n=161,R2=0.0232,p=0.01)。在本研究区C3植物δ13 C对年均降水量和生长季节的干燥度响应十分显著,而对温度的响应不明显。研究区具有明显的降水和温度的梯度分布特征,是验证植物碳同位素与气候关系的理想场所,而土壤中的有机质碳同位素与其地面上的植物碳同位素息息相关。研究也说明,在本研究区或其他气候植物组合相似的地区可以利用古土壤中的有机质碳同位素来定量或半定量地反映古气候的变化。  相似文献

The activity concentrations of 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K are measured in soil samples from various locations in the Kadikoy and Uskudar district of Istanbul (Turkey). The 226Ra activity concentrations range from 19.97 Bqkg?1 to 50.80 Bqkg?1 and average 226Ra concentration value 31.40 Bqkg?1 was calculated. The 232Th activity concentrations range from 21.38 Bqkg?1 to 52.61 Bqkg?1 and average 232Th concentration value 34.44 Bqkg?1 was calculated. The 40K activity concentrations range from 464.06 Bqkg?1 to 711.27 Bqkg?1 and average 40K concentration value 619.59 Bqkg?1 was calculated. In addition, radium equivalent (Raeq), absorbed gamma dose rate (D), annual effective dose equivalent, (AEDE), excess lifetime cancer risk (ELCR) were calculated in this study. All of the calculations have been compared with both national and international standards and similar studies. As a result of this comparison, levels of natural radioactivity and radiological effects were slightly higher than the World average and Turkey.  相似文献

Effective porosity value was analyzed from the tritium concentration of sampled groundwater using a three-dimensional groundwater-flow and advection-dispersion code based on the finite element method. The effective porosity value was about 10%. Porosity values measured from core samples were 7–15%. The groundwater flow velocity estimated from the tritium concentrations was about 1 × 10–5 cm s–1. Therefore, during the low groundwater flow velocity condition, effective porosity and porosity values were the same. At the same test site, a 0.48% effective porosity value, determined by another tracer test injecting Br solution into the aquifer during groundwater level change, was smaller than the porosity value when the flow velocity was 1.8×10–2 cm s–1. Thus the effective porosity value is concluded to be due to groundwater flow velocity. The specific yield value was calculated to be 0.6% by the total volume of tunnel seepage water and the total volume of the rock unsaturated during tunnel construction. However, as pore water continued to be drained after the groundwater level change was completed, the specific yield value became larger than 0.6%. Thus specific yield value is concluded to be due to drainage time.  相似文献

A new certified reference material, labelled GSB 04‐3258‐2015, for use as a 143Nd/144Nd isotope ratio reference has been prepared by the Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, Beijing. Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China provided the certification for this reference material. This report presents the reference 143Nd/144Nd isotope ratio and supporting production and certification procedures. The reference value was determined by an interlaboratory comparison of results from eleven participating laboratories using MC‐TIMS or MC‐ICP‐MS. The calibration of mass fractionation was conducted by using the exponential law, and the 143Nd/144Nd isotope ratios were normalised to the 146Nd/144Nd isotope ratio value of 0.7219. Isobaric interference of 144Sm on 144Nd was corrected using an interference‐free 147Sm/149Sm isotope ratio value for mass fractionation. GSB 04‐3258‐2015 shows sufficient homogeneity and stability for use as an international isotopic reference material. The certified value was calculated from the unweighted means of the results submitted by the participating laboratories. The 143Nd/144Nd isotope ratio value for GSB 04‐3258‐2015 is 0.512438, with a combined expanded uncertainty (= 2) of 5 × 10?6. Reference material GSB 04‐3258‐2015 is available upon request from the Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, and may be used for accurate interlaboratory calibration of Nd isotope analysis.  相似文献

Taking limestone soil and yellow soil, the two major soil types in karst areas as examples, analyzing stable carbon isotope composition (δ13C value) of soil organic matter (SOM) in bulk soils and particle-size fractions of four soil profiles under three vegetable forms, the following results are reached: in the limestone soil profile, soil organic carbon contents are all above 1.0%, the highest value is 7.1% in the surface soil; however, they are between 0.3% and 4.6% in the three yellow soil profiles. From the surface to the bottom of the soil profiles, the variation of δ13C value of soil organic carbon for limestone soil profile is only between −24.1‰ and −23.0‰, however, it’s between −24.8‰ and −21.1‰ for yellow soil profiles. The variation range of δ13C value of soil organic carbon associated with particle-size separates is slight for limestone soil but is considerable for yellow soil. The contrast research indicates that the changes between the contents and the δ13C value of soil organic carbon with depth are complex. The vertical patterns of stable carbon isotope in soil organic matter have a distinct regional characteristic in karst areas.  相似文献

The carbon isotopic composition of CO2 inclusions trapped in minerals reflects the origin and evolution of CO2-bearing fluids and melts, and records the multiple-stages carbon geodynamic cycle, as CO2 took part in various geological processes widely. However, the practical method for determination isotope composition of individual CO2 inclusion is still lacking. Developing a microanalytical technique with spatial resolution in micrometers to precisely determinate the δ13C value of individual CO2 inclusion, will make it possible to analyze a tiny portion of a zoning mineral crystal, distinguish the differences in micro-scale, and possible to find many useful information that could not be obtained with the bulk extraction and analysis techniques. In this study, we systematically collected Raman spectra of CO2 standards with different δ13C values (?34.9 ‰ to 3.58 ‰) at 32.0 °C and from ~7.0 MPa to 120.0 MPa, and developed a new procedure to precisely determinate the δ13C value of individual CO2 inclusion. We investigated the relationship among the Raman peak intensity ratio, δ13C value, and CO2 density, and established a calibration model with high accuracy (0.5 ‰?1.5 ‰), sufficient for geological application to distinguish different source of CO2 with varying δ13CO2. As a demonstration, we measured the δ13C values and the density of CO2 inclusions in the growth zones of alkali basalt-hosted corundum megacrysts from Changle, Shandong Province. We found the significant differences of density and δ13C between the CO2 inclusions in the core of corundum and those inclusions in the outer growth zones, the δ13C value decreases from core to rim with decreasing density: δ13C values are from ?7.5 ‰ to ?9.2 ‰ for the inclusions in the core, indicating the corundum core was crystallized from mantle-derived magmas; from ?13.5 ‰ to ?18.5 ‰ for CO2 inclusions in zone 1 and from ?16.5 ‰ to –22.0 ‰ for inclusions in zone 2, indicating the outer zones of corundum grew in a low δ13C value environment, resulted from an infilling of low δ13C value fluid and/or degassing of the ascending basaltic magma.  相似文献

Radon is a radioactive hazardous and ubiquitous gas. It has been recognized to be one of the major contributors to natural radiation even causing lung cancer if present at enhanced levels. There are large variations in data available in the literature for radium content and radon exhalation rates of various materials. It is a well-documented fact that radon exhalation from the ground surface depends upon a number of parameters such as soil grain size, soil porosity and radium content. For this purpose, in this study the so-called can technique has been used to measure radium content and exhalation rates of radon in soil samples collected from different places of Aligarh, Etah and Mathura districts of Uttar Pradesh??a province in northern India. These districts lie within the subtropical region of the Indo-Gangetic plains. The values of effective radium content are found to vary from 8.11 to 112.83?Bq?kg?1 with a mean value of 33.21?Bq?kg?1 and a standard deviation of 28.15. The values of mass exhalation rates of radon vary from 0.76?×?10?6 to 15.80?×?10?6?Bq?kg?1?day?1 with a mean value of 4.21?×?10?6?Bq?kg?1?day?1, while the surface exhalation rates vary from 1.97?×?10?5 to 41.03?×?10?5?Bq?m?2?day?1 with a mean value of 10.93?×?10?5?Bq?m?2?day?1.  相似文献

This contribution analyzes the similarities and differences between the measured activities of 137Cs and excess 210pb (210Pbex) in the cultivated brown and cinnamon soils of the Yimeng Mountain area, discusses the influ- ence of soil texture on the measurement of 210Pbex, and presents differences between the two types of soils. Fields A and B were selected to represent the fields that contain cultivated brown and cinnamon soils, respectively. From either study field, one site of sectioned core and six bulk cores were collected to measure 137Cs levels, 210Pbex levels, and the particle-size composition of soil samples. Three undisturbed soil samples were collected to measure capillary and aeration porosities. The 137Cs inventories for the two study fields are very similar. The 137Cs is a man-made ra- dionuclide, which means that its measured levels for soils are unaffected by soil texture. In contrast, levels of the naturally occurring 210Pbex of soils from Field A were lower than those of Field B by about 50%. In contrast to aquatic sediments, levels of 210Pbex in terrestrial surface soils are affected by the emanation of 222Rn from the soils. It can be assumed that the coarser the soils, the greater the emanation of 222Rn; in addition, the lower the measured 210pbex, the greater the underestimate of this value. The cultivated brown soils in Field A are coarser than the culti- vated cinnamon soils in Field B. As a result, 222Rn in Field A will diffuse more easily into the atmosphere than that in Field B. As a consequence, the measured 210pbex in soils from Field A is much lower than the actual value, whereas the value measured for Field B is much closer to the actual value.  相似文献

对青藏高原北部地区新生代陆相地层中湖相碳酸盐岩进行了系统采样分析,以碳氧同位素作为古环境和古气候变化的替代指标,试图从古湖泊演化的角度,阐明高原新生代早期环境演变历史和过程。研究结果表明,该区所有分析样品中生物碎屑灰岩类样品的δ18O和δ13C显示最低值,反映它们沉积在一个水体滞留时间短的开放性淡水湖泊系统中。泥晶灰岩类样品的δ18O和δ13C之间具有正相关关系,表明它们发育在蒸发作用明显的封闭性咸水湖泊体系中,而叠层石灰岩类明显富集13C可能与微生物活动有关。从始新世到渐新世至中新世,湖相碳酸盐岩δ18O值具有逐渐增大的趋势,δ13C则由古近纪的负值变为新近纪的正值,反映该区古湖泊系统经历了一个由开放到封闭的过程,预示古近纪到新近纪之交高原古气候格局发生了重大变革。  相似文献

In the last ten years, with important discoveries from oil and gas exploration in the Dabashan foreland depression belt in the borderland between Shanxi and Sichuan provinces, the relationship between the formation and evolution of, and hydrocarbon accumulation in, this foreland thrust belt from the viewpoint of basin and oil and gas exploration has been studied. At the same time, there has been little research on the origin of fluids within the belt. Based on geochemical system analysis including Z values denoting salinity and research on δ13C, δ18O and 87Sr/86Sr isotopes in the host rocks and veins, the origin of paleofluids in the foreland thrust belt is considered. There are four principal kinds of paleofluid, including deep mantle-derived, sedimentary, mixed and meteoric. For the deep mantle-derived fluid, the δ13C is generally less than ?5.0‰PDB, δ18O less than -10.0‰PDB, Z value less than 110 and 87Sr/86Sr less than 0.70600; the sedimentary fluid is mainly marine carbonate-derived, with the δ13C generally more than ?2.0‰PDB, δ18O less than ?10.0‰PDB, Z value more than 120 and 87Sr/86Sr ranging from 0.70800 to 0.71000; the mixed fluid consists mainly of marine carbonate fluid (including possibly a little mantle-derived fluid or meteoric water), with the δ13C generally ranging from ?2.0‰ to ?8.0‰PDB, δ18O from ?10.0‰ to ?18.0‰ PDB, Z value from 105 to 120 and 87Sr/86Sr from 0.70800 to 0.71000; the atmospheric fluid consists mainly of meteoric water, with the δ13C generally ranging from 0.0‰ to ?10.0‰PDB, δ18O less than ?8.0‰PDB, Z value less than 110 and 87Sr/86Sr more than 0.71000. The Chengkou fault belt encompasses the most complex origins, including all four types of paleofluid; the Zhenba and Pingba fault belts and stable areas contain a simple paleofluid mainly of sedimentary type; the Jimingsi fault belt contains mainly sedimentary and mixed fluids, both consisting of sedimentary fluid and meteoric water. Jurassic rocks of the foreland depression belt contain mainly meteoric fluid.  相似文献

The boron isotope-pH technique is founded on a theoretical model of carbonate δ11B variation with pH that assumes that the boron isotopic composition of carbonates mirrors the boron isotopic composition of borate in solution (δ11Bcarb = δ11Bborate). Knowledge of the fractionation factor for isotope exchange between boric acid and borate in solution (α4-3), the equilibrium constant for the dissociation of boric acid (pKB*), as well as the isotopic composition of boron in seawater (δ11Bsw) are required parameters of the model.The available data suggests that both the value of α4-3 and the history of δ11Bsw are poorly constrained. However, if one assumes that δ11Bcarb = δ11Bborate, an empirical value for α4-3 can be estimated from the results of inorganic carbonate precipitation experiments. This exercise yields an α4-3 value of ∼0.974 in accordance with recent theoretical estimates, but substantially deviates from the theoretical value of 0.981 often used to estimate paleo-ocean pH. Re-evaluation of ocean pH using an α4-3 value of 0.974 and published foraminiferal δ11B values for the Cenozoic yield pH estimates that are relatively invariant, but unrealistically high (∼8.4-8.6). Uncertainty increases as foraminiferal ‘vital effects’ are considered and different models for secular changes in seawater δ11B are applied.The inability to capture realistic ocean pH possibly reflects on our understanding of the isotopic relationship between carbonate and borate, as well as the mechanism of boron incorporation in carbonates. Given the current understanding of boron systematics, pH values estimated using this technique have considerable uncertainty, particularly when reconstructions exceed the residence time of boron in the ocean.  相似文献

The long-lived nuclide 92Nb together with 91Nb and 94Nb were produced from Mo by neutron irradiation. The activities of the nuclides were determined by γ spectroscopy and the atomic abundances were determined by mass spectrometry. Intercomparison of 92Nb and 94Nb activities and abundances yielded a value for half-life (92Nb) = (3.3 ± 0.5) × 107 yr based on a value for half-life (94Nb) = 2.0 × 104 yr. The same value was obtained within errors from absolute counting data and dilution analysis.  相似文献
