目的是探讨乳化碘油增强CT对早期肝癌的诊断作用。方法采用乳化碘油:由碘化油、卵磷脂、甘油等经超声乳化而成:用二乙基亚硝胺诱导法建立大鼠肝癌模型(n=4):观察静脉注射乳化碘油(0.4ml/只)后,正常大鼠(n=4),及大鼠肝癌病灶的强化情况,并与病理学检查进行对照分析。结果得到:乳化碘油能引起肝脾组织特异性显著强化:透视电镜证实肝细胞参与碘油乳粒的摄取:选取的4只大鼠肝癌模型中,共有14个瘤结,大小4、5±3.4mm;乳化碘油增强CT检出率85.7%(12/14)的瘤结,明显高于平扫时,病灶显示率(14.3%)。结论为乳化碘油是一种潜在的肝脾特异性造影剂,对早期肝癌的检出具有重要价值。  相似文献

Settling particles in the Lake Zürich were collected at different depths. Water samples and particles have been analyzed for heavy metals and for organic matter elements. Samples were investigated by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X ray and X ray. The elemental composition of the settling particles was found to be almost constant. Special remarks are made on iron and phosphate and on manganese. Manganese oxidizing microorganisms were found near the bottom of the lake.  相似文献

Magnetic hysteresis effects have been observed in ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) spectra obtained at 9 and 16 GHz for certain simulated lunar glasses which were reduced by H2 in the melt and rapidly quenched. Transmission electron microscopy has revealed that these samples contained spherical particles in the size range ~0.01–0.5 μm. FMR spectra obtained at 35 GHz (applied field ~ 12.5 kOe) exhibited a line shape characteristic of spherical, single-domain (SD) iron particles with no hysteresis. Computer simulations of the latter spectra confirmed that the average deviation from sphericity must be ?3% and that (2K1/Ms) ≈ + 600 Oe for the precipitated magnetic phases. The principal features of the spectra obtained at all three frequencies have been explained on the basis of a simple theoretical treatment for spherical iron particles which have 2 domains in applied fields ?7 kOe, but become saturated at higher fields. Isothermal remanent magnetization (IRM) of these samples has been studied by both FMR and standard static techniques; the mean coercive force measured by the former (~4 kOe) contrasts with the mean value determined by the latter (~550 Oe). Apparently, FMR singles out and even amplifies the contributions of two-domain particles (which are magnetically hard), while the static measurement is more sensitive to the average of all particles present. The intensity of the FMR hysteresis of typical lunar soils is found to be ~1% of the total FMR intensity. In spite of this seemingly small value, two-domain iron particles may be important carriers of natural remanent magnetization (NMR) in certain lunar rocks.  相似文献

Two substrate-controlled varnish types were identified from arid southeast Morocco: (1) patchy varnish interspersed with ‘silica glaze’ on silicified limestone and (2) a complete varnish cover on partially-silicified limestone. Electron probe microanalysis was used in conjunction with scanning electron microscopy to investigate their chemical composition. In both instances, varnishes are predominantly silica and iron-rich with localized concentrations of manganese. Inorganic fixation of iron and manganese is the preferred explanation, with manganese and iron derived predominantly from external sources—possibly wind-blown dust. Some iron and silica may also be derived by outward migration from within the substrate, particularly on partially silicified limestone.  相似文献

We present a study of the textural signature of terrestrial weathering and related biological activity in the Tatahouine meteorite. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy images obtained on the weathered samples of the Tatahouine meteorite and surrounding soil show two types of bacteria-like forms lying on mineral surfaces: (1) rod-shaped forms (RSF) about 70-80 nm wide and ranging from 100 nm to 600 nm in length; (2) ovoid forms (OVF) with diameters between 70 and 300 nm. They look like single cells surrounded by a cell wall. Only Na, K, C, O and N with traces of P and S are observed in the bulk of these objects. The chemical analyses and electron diffraction patterns confirm that the RSF and OVF cannot be magnetite or other iron oxides, iron hydroxides, silicates or carbonates. The sizes of the RSF and OVF are below those commonly observed for bacteria but are very similar to some bacteria-like forms described in the Martian meteorite ALH84001. All the previous observations strongly suggest that they are bacteria or their remnants. This conclusion is further supported by microbiological experiments in which pleomorphic bacteria with morphology similar to the OVF and RSF objects are obtained from biological culture of the soil surrounding the meteorite pieces. The present results show that bacteriomorphs of diameter less than 100 nm may in fact represent real bacteria or their remnants.  相似文献

Very fine samples from the mineralized zones of the Jacupiranga complex at the Cajati mine were selected for crystallographic identification of Ti-magnesioferrite (TMf) nanostructures embedded in titanomagnetite (TM) using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM). A magnetic concentrate obtained of pyroxenite samples (sites 4 to 7) was reduced and divided into fractions of distinct range sizes: 26±2 μm, 19±1 μm, 13±1 μm, 9±1 μm, 6±1 μm and 6-0.1 μm. The mineralized samples of carbonatite and pyroxenite were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmitted and reflected light microscope, and scanning electron microscope with multielemental analysis. The finest magnetic concentrate sample (MC6) was analyzed under high-resolution transmitted electron microscopy (TEM) and high angle annular dark field and Raman spectroscopy. Magnetic properties were measured for the distinct granulometric fractions, showing drastic changes when grain sizes go beyond the frontier from micro to nanometer sizes. Frequency-dependent magnetic susceptibility percentage (÷fd%) report higher values (10.2%) for the finer fractions (6±1 μm and 6-0.1 μm) attributed to dominant fractions of superparamagnetic particles. Nanometer and < 6 μm grain size TMf in TM particles require a magnetic field up to 249 mT to reach saturation during the isothermal remanent magnetization experiment. Coercivity and remanent magnetization of these samples increase when the particle size decreases, probably due to parallel coupling effects. Magnetic susceptibility versus temperature experiments were conducted two times on the same (< 35 nm) sample, showing that the repetition during the second heating is probably due to the formation of new TMf nanoparticles and growth of those already present during the first heating process.  相似文献

目的:通过回顾性分析新型冠状病毒肺炎病例临床表现及胸部CT特点,旨在加深对该病的认识,并对疾病诊治起到一定的推动作用。方法:收集东莞市确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎病例70例。所有病例行血常规、C-反应蛋白检查,69例行胸部CT检查,层厚1.25 mm、层距1.25 mm。图像评价主要观察以下指标:肺内病灶部位与数量、分布、外部形态或形状、密度、内部特征、边缘、晕征以及肺外征象。结果:男性37例,女性33例,年龄平均(41.29±17.86)岁。首诊症状发热45例(占比64.29%),血常规提示白细胞总数正常或减低者67例(95.71%),淋巴细胞计数减低52例(74.29%),C-反应蛋白升高43例(61.43%)。胸部CT影像学表现:69例胸部CT检查中肺炎表现者55例,其中单肺病灶21例,双肺多发病灶34例。分布以外周胸膜下为主42例,病灶形态呈现多样性改变,可见片状或斑片状、结节状、条索状。病灶密度多不均匀。病灶边缘模糊者44例,出现晕征改变35例。55例均可见磨玻璃密度影改变,网格样改变37例。病灶内部支气管血管异常52例。胸膜异常改变38例。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床与CT表现具备一定的特征,结合流行病学史及CT的特征表现诊断不难,但是该病的特殊表现应予以重视并注意鉴别诊断。   相似文献

目的:探讨表现为多发磨玻璃影(GGO)新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者的CT及临床特征,提高对该病的认识。方法:回顾性分析12例确诊为COVID-19患者的临床及CT资料,分析其临床特征和影像征象,同时对CT征象及相应的病理基础进行对照分析。结果:12例表现为多发GGO样COVID-19患者中,发热11例,咳嗽7例,病灶数量≤5者2例,病灶数量6~10者2例,数量>10者8例;累及上叶10例,中叶和舌叶10例,下叶11例,同时累及上中(舌叶)、下叶者9例;小叶间隔增厚11例;病灶伴实变7例;胸膜改变11例,其中胸膜增厚10例,叶间裂少量积液1例。所有患者未见纵隔、肺门淋巴结肿大。结论:表现为多发GGOCOVID-19患者的CT及临床表现有一定的特征性,结合患者流行病学史及实验室检查,有助于该病的诊断和鉴别诊断。   相似文献
