振动台子结构试验是一种有效的实时结构混合试验方法,持续受到国内外学者的关注。利用振动台和其它加载装置进行联合加载,从而提升和扩展振动台的加载能力,实现大比例甚至足尺结构试验的目的。基于主动质量驱动器(AMD)加载方法的振动台子结构试验中,在试验子结构和数值子结构完全拆分的情况下,无论采用位移PID还是三参量控制,在界面加速度输入情况下AMD系统在3~5 min后会产生失稳现象,通过调整控制增益、对加速度反馈信号进行滤波无法消除这种现象。在加速度传感器噪声的影响下,子结构试验系统无法保持长期稳定,通过数值仿真表明现有的时滞补偿算法也无法消除这种失稳现象。考虑这种情况,将卡尔曼滤波引入界面加速度的量测环节,通过整体结构模型求得的界面加速度对实测界面加速度进行修正,从而提升了振动台子结构试验的系统稳定性和试验精度。数值仿真结果表明,通过设置合理的卡尔曼滤波参数,可以抑制加速度传感器随机噪声对子结构试验精度的影响,系统时滞稳定性也得到显著改善。文中的研究结果为振动台子结构试验的成功实施提供了一种可行的解决方案。  相似文献

针对地震模拟振动台受到系统和试件非线性等因素影响,导致波形再现精度不高的问题,提出基于幂指数法的地震模拟振动台频域前馈补偿方法以提高振动台的控制效果,通过数值仿真和实际振动台试验对该方法的控制性能进行研究。研究结果表明:基于幂指数法的地震模拟振动台频域前馈补偿方法能够快速收敛,迭代次数较少,可以大幅提高振动台的波形复现精度,能够提高振动台的控制性能。  相似文献

在一个1:4的五层模型刚架结构上进行了变阻尼半主动结构控制振动台试验,在结构的底层安装了一个溢流阀式变阻尼控制器,输入几种不同的地震动并采用几种不同的控制算法对结构进行了变阻尼半主动控制,振动台试验结果表明,变阻尼半主动结构控制仅需要很少的电能,就可以达到较好的控制效果,是一种很有效的前景的结构振动控制方案,结合溢流阀式变阻尼控制器的特点,分析了一些因素对控制效果的影响。  相似文献

本文系统地介绍了利用微型计算机对地震模拟振动台进行数字控制的工作原理和实施过程,并通过试验数据和图形对一个单向1.5吨出力的电液振动台的数控结果进行了分析和比较。结果表明,利用微机和数字迭代控制方法,可以满意地实现对电液振动台输出波形的控制。如果微机的容量和速度能进一步改善,数控的精度和速度则可进一步提高。  相似文献

本文从控制装置实现角度,研究了调谐质量阻尼控制装置的关键技术,其中包括装置的支撑系统、气压弹簧和液压阻尼器。应用这些技术研究了在地王大厦安装HMD装置控制结构风振响应,解决了地王大厦在风荷载作用下总侧移和层间位移角超出我国规范限值的问题。在准确把握结构动力特性和设计准则的前提下,对控制装置的参数进行了设计。系统仿真分析表明,HMD控制装置在地王大厦上应用可以有效降低结构侧向位移。  相似文献

针对桥梁横桥向抗震条件相对较差的情况,提出利用变阻尼控制装置对典型桥梁结构横向振动进行控制的方法,探讨其基于LQR算法的半主动控制效果.将被控结构作为多自由度体系,建立了结构-变阻尼系统力学模型和运动微分方程,进而结合实例利用 Matlab软件仿真分析了各种半主动控制算法和被动控制策略的控制效果.研究结果表明:采用半主动变阻尼控制装置有效的降低了桥梁结构横向地震反应,控制效果明显.  相似文献

实时耦联动力试验(RTDHT)是一种将物理模型试验与数值求解计算实时耦联在一起的新型结构动力试验方法.本文采用SIMULINK对液压伺服振动台系统进行了仿真,建立虚拟振动台模型对真实振动台进行离线调试.并提出基于虚拟振动台进行实时耦联动力仿真试验,从而对真实实时耦联动力试验进行指导的思想.仿真结果表明,虚拟振动台可以很好地仿真真实振动台的动力特性,离线调试结果应用于真实振动台能够得到优良的控制性能;基于虚拟振动台的实时耦联动力仿真试验能够反映真实实时耦联动力试验中存在的时滞以及由此而可能导致的系统失稳问题.采用预测补偿算法对时滞进行了补偿,结果表明补偿算法消除了时滞的影响,试验系统稳定且试验结果与数值计算结果吻合得较好.基于虚拟振动台对实时耦联动力试验进行研究,既能对真实试验提出指导又可避免试验系统失稳对设备的损害,是一种实用且必要的研究手段.  相似文献

对拟负刚度阻尼减振结构的动力特性与减振效果进行了研究。首先,证明了采用拟负刚度控制方法时,结构响应与外荷载之间满足齐次性;其次,对拟负刚度阻尼减振结构的加速度放大系数和位移放大系数进行了研究,并与粘滞阻尼减振结构的加速度放大系数和位移放大系数进行了比较;最后,对地震荷栽作用下拟负刚度阻尼减振结构的减振效果进行了分析。研究结果表明:当外荷载与结构的频率比大于1或结构的周期较长时,拟负刚度控制对结构绝对加速度的控制效果要好于粘滞阻尼减振结构的控制效果,对结构位移的控制效果要差于粘滞阻尼减振结构的控制效果。  相似文献

In this paper, a new hybrid control technique, based on a combination of base-isolation and semi-active variable stiffness/damping in a superstructure, is presented. To illustrate the efficiency of the proposed control system, model tests on a mini-electromagnetic shaking table and a numerical simulation were performed. The test and numerical calculation results indicate that this new hybrid control mode with additional damping and smaller additional stiffness can achieve a better control efficiency.  相似文献

针对当前采用PID控制器控制无人驾驶救援车伺服系统时存在的轨迹跟踪精度不高,误差控制性能较差,灵活性、平稳性和安全性能不佳等问题,提出并设计基于BP神经网络整定PID控制器的无人驾驶救援车伺服控制系统,建立突发地震灾害中无人驾驶救援车伺服控制系统驱动模型,并以此模型作为被控对象;根据系统期望输出值与实际输出值构成的控制偏差获得PID控制规律,并通过调节PID控制器控制参数实现系统控制,在此基础上,采用BP神经网络通过对无人驾驶救援车伺服控制系统性能的学习,构建基于BP神经网络整定的PID控制器,并采用梯度下降法修正控制器加权系数,通过在线调整BP神经网络加权系数即可实现控制器的自适应调整,控制突发地震灾害中无人驾驶救援车实施救援。实验结果表明,设计的基于BP神经网络整定PID控制器的无人驾驶救援车伺服系统可有效提高轨迹跟踪精度,具有较好的灵活性,且能够保证驾驶员的安全和车辆平稳行驶。  相似文献

This paper presents the implementation of Three Variable Control (TVC), an advanced control method, to the existing hybrid simulation (HS) system at the University of California, Berkeley. Motivation, background, and implementation of the TVC are explained together with modifications in the existing HS system. An application, which consists of the real‐time HS of electrical disconnect switches on a shaking table configuration, demonstrates successful implementation of the TVC. The presented application also covers other HS‐related features, namely employment of a three‐dimensional analytical substructure, real‐time HS‐compatible operator‐splitting integration method, and an efficient equation solver for faster computations. This paper presents the first application of a semi-active damper system to an actual building. The Semi-active Hydraulic Damper (SHD) can produce a maximum damping force of 1000 kN with an electric power of 70 W. It is compact, so a large number of them can be installed in a single building. It is thus possible to control the building's response during a severe earthquake, because a large control force is obtained in comparison with a conventional active control system. This paper outlines the building, the control system configuration, the SHD, the control method using a Linear Quadratic Regulator, the response analysis results of the controlled building, and the dynamic loading test results of the actual SHD. The simulation analysis shows that damage to buildings can be prevented in a severe earthquake by SHD control. The dynamic loading test results of the SHD are reported, which show that the specified design values were obtained in the basic characteristic test. The control performance test using simulated response time histories, also shows that the damping force agrees well with the command. Finally, it is confirmed that the semi-active damper system applied to an actual building effectively controls its response in severe earthquakes. Copyright © 1999 John Wiley & Sons Ltd.  相似文献

The development and the applications of an active controlled viscous damping device with amplifying braces are described. The system of the dampers, defined as active viscous damping system (AVDS), connected to an amplifying brace (AB) is presented herein. Instantaneous control theory with velocity and acceleration feedback is used to obtain the control forces at each time step during an excitation. Control of the damping forces is possible due to the mechanical structure of the proposed AVDS, and the connection to the AB. The proposed system can be efficiently used to enhance the damping of a structure without modifying its stiffness. The added damping forces can be adjusted in a wide range. The efficiency of the presented system is demonstrated by a numerical simulation of a seven‐storey building subjected to earthquakes. The simulation shows a considerable reduction of control forces required for control to the AVDS with AB, compared to the same system without AB. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

提出了相邻结构高效阻尼控制的概念,并基于双液缸的放大原理提出了一处相应的装置,该装置通过放大相邻结构间的振动差别,使阻尼器具有更大的变形和速度,从而更高效地工作,文章阐明了该装置的工作原理,建立了两相邻结构高效阻尼控制体系的运动方程,并对此进行了计算机仿真分析,结果表明,高效阻尼控制的概念是正常的,本文提出的控制装置是有效的,可取得远优于普通阻尼控制的效果。  相似文献

The development and applications of a supplemental viscous damping device with active capacity are described. The system of the dampers defined as active viscous damping system (AVDS) is presented herein. Structural control principles defined here as active control theory (ACT) are used to obtain the control forces at each time step during an excitation. Control of the damping forces is possible due to a mechanical structure of the proposed AVDS and do not require the input of large power and energy. This system can be efficiently used to enhance the damping of a structure without adding in stiffness and strength. The added damping forces can be adjusted in a wide range. Its efficiency is demonstrated by a numerical simulation of a seven‐storey building subjected to earthquakes. The simulation shows that the behaviour of the damped structure with the AVDS is significantly improved compared to that of an uncontrolled system. Moreover, the response is better than that of adding either passive viscous dampers or electrorheological damping devices. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

利用形状记忆合金超弹性、形状记忆特性和MR液的材料特性,提出了SMA-MR复合阻尼器,建立了阻尼器的理论模型。通过输入正弦波得到小震、大震时相应的滞回曲线,并对一单层框架进行输入El Centro地震波下的减震效果分析,比较了SMA-MR阻尼器、仅有SMA和仅有MR作用下的减震效果。结果表明,所设计的SMA-MR阻尼器具有卓越的阻尼性能,对大震、小震的控制实现了自适应的智能性。  相似文献

Real‐time hybrid testing is a very effective technique for evaluating the dynamic responses of rate‐dependent structural systems subjected to earthquake excitation. A smart base isolation system has been proposed by others using conventional low‐damping isolators and controllable damping devices such as magnetorheological (MR) dampers to achieve specified control target performance. In this paper, real‐time hybrid tests of a smart base isolation system are conducted. The simulation is for a base‐isolated two‐degrees‐of‐freedom building model where the superstructure and the low‐damping base isolator are numerically simulated, and the MR damper is physically tested. The target displacement obtained from the step‐by‐step integration of the numerical substructure is imposed on the MR damper, which is driven by three different control algorithms in real‐time. To compensate the actuator delay and improve the accuracy of the test, an adaptive phase‐lead compensator is implemented. The accuracy of each test is investigated by using the root mean square error and the tracking indicator. Experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid testing procedure using the proposed actuator compensation techniques is effective for investigating the control performance of the MR damper in a smart base isolation system.
