遥感技术的飞速发展为应用部门提供了大量地球资源信息,遥感数字图象处理技术已日趋成熟.对遥感数据进行特殊的增强处理从而提取矿产信息是遥感地质专业领域重要的发展方向.美国地质调查所已把利用陆地卫星多光谱扫描数据在干旱、半干旱地区进行褐铁矿露头圈定作为一种常规的地质手段.有人成功地在植被茂盛区进行了褐铁矿露头的圈定.北京大学刘燕君老师和首钢陈希华合作在密云一迁安铁矿区进行了铁矿信息的提取,取得了较好的效果.白云鄂博铁矿是世界上最大的含铌稀土铁矿之一,地处干旱地区,植被覆盖稀少.矿体出露良好.笔者选择该区进行图象增强处理提取铁矿信息的方法探讨,已知的东矿、主矿、西矿都得到了彩色异常显示.  相似文献

The product of the mining industry (ore) is considered to be the raw material for the metal industry. The destination policy of the raw materials of iron mine is highly dependent on the class of iron ores. Thus, regular monitoring of iron ore class is the urgent need at the mine for accurately assigning the destination policy of raw materials. In most of the iron ore mines, decisions on ore class are made based on either visual inspection by the geologist or laboratory analyses of the ores. This process of ore class estimation is time consuming and also challenging for continuous monitoring. Thus, the present study attempts to develop an online vision-based technology for classification of iron ores. A laboratory-scale transportation system is designed using conveyor belt for online image acquisition. A multiclass support vector machine (SVM) model was developed to classify the iron ores. A total of 2200 images were captured for developing the ore classification model. A set of 18 features (9-histogram-based colour features in red, green and blue (RGB) colour space and 9-texture features based on intensity (I) component of hue, saturation and intensity (HSI) colour space) were extracted from each image. The performance of the SVM model was evaluated using four confusion matrix parameters (sensitivity, accuracy, misclassification and specificity). The SVM model performance was also compared with the other methods like K-nearest neighbour, classification discriminant, Naïve Bayes, classification tree and probabilistic neural network. It was observed that the SVM classification model performs better than the other classification methods.  相似文献

Landsat TM digital spectral data of Lancang-Jinghong area (Yunnan Province) has been used for the purpose of geological interpretation. To meet this object, different image processing tech-niques including selected band color composites, principal component analysis and IHS decorrelation stretching are used to improve the discrimination of different lithologicai and structural features in the area. It was found that IHS decorrelation stretching images obtained from the transformation of false color composite 741 (in red, green and blue) provided the best results based on the original data. By combining the characteristics of images produced by different approaches and other canonically trans-formed images with available geological data and surface observations, the geological interpretation could be done with satisfactory degree of accuracy.  相似文献

A Method is proposed for detecting vegetation change using global area coverage data from the NOAA-7 Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer. Other methods of vegetation change detection, such as baseline images, are discussed, but not demonstrated. Vegetation Change Detection Images are produced by combining three separate weekly composites of Channel 2 minus Channel 1 AVHRR data. This compositing method takes the highest value of the differenced data for each week period and each pixel location. Three such weekly composites red imaged by individual red, green and blue CRT color guns respectively and then combined to form a color composite. The Vegetation Change Detection Image has 20 km resolution. It can be used to show an entire continent on a single image when the data point to CRT pixel ratio is 1:1. The vector vegetation change (magnitude and direction) is depicted by the color pattern resulting from the relative amount of red, green and blue placed in the pixel due to the individual weekly color composites. If there is no greenness change at a pixel location the amount of red, green and blue will be the same and a gray scale color results. The VCDI could provide a timely first alert for identifying regional and global agricultural changes.Doubts have been expressed about the reliability of this satellite data because of the unknown (and variable) effects of atmospheric attenuation. A basic qualitative rather than quantitative analysis of the data has been suggested as the correct approach.  相似文献

This work illustrates the effectiveness of hyperspectal image spectroscopy and lab spectroscopy in identification techniques of minerals in alteration zone of ore body. The adopted procedure involves testing of Hyperion image spectra, their processing for noise, spectral matching and spectral similarity measurement with selected library spectra. Average weighted spectral similarity; visual and statistical matching techniques were used to select end-members from image spectra. Minimum noise fraction and pixel purity index technique were used to retrieve end-member spectra from hyperion image. Hyperspectral image like hyperion has the capability to deliver laboratory standard spectroscopic result. This paper illustrates the capability of hyperion image spectra in copper ore identification and mapping of chalcopyrite outcrop. A systematic approach has been made in this paper. This approach describes how image end member spectra and laboratory spectra can be co-related to fetch accurate spectral form of chalcopyrite ores. Thus, statistical and graphical comparison has been carried out between image derived end member spectra and laboratory spectra of chalcopyrite for better accuracy. The visual measurements is satisfactory, R = 0.973 for fine and 0.976 for medium grained chalcopyrite ore. Excellent statistical significance levels (90–97%) are found while comparing these spectra. There are many success stories of sub-pixel and N-dimensional feature space methods to separate the hydrothermal alteration zones from iron oxide mixed ore bodies. Thus, unmixing methods are very useful for mapping of most dominating mineral parts of a pixel from hyperspectral images which have coarse spatial resolution. Finally, mapping of mineralized zone has been achieved through sub-pixel based classifiers like spectral angle mapper (SAM), constrained energy minimization (CEM) and adaptive coherence estimator (ACE) techniques.  相似文献

The structure and texture of the ores and ore-bearing metasomatic rocks at the Pravourmiisky tin-tungsten deposit are discussed. The zonal distribution of various genetic and morphological types of structure and texture has been revealed in vertical sections of the ore zone. The most diversity with a prevalence of cataclastic texture is characteristic of the middle (in section) ore zone segment, where the main economic greisen-type tin mineralization is hosted. Upsection, this mineralization gives way to the quartz-tourmaline Cu ore with widespread exsolution microtextures indicating high-temperature ore deposition. The structural and textural diversity of the ore is caused by the long-term geological history of the deposit under conditions of low-amplitude strike-slip and thrust faulting when compression was repeatedly followed by periods of relative quiescence or weak extension.  相似文献

福建武夷山上西坑钼矿为中温热液型钼矿.文章根据野外考察,在岩相学的基础上,进行了矿相学及辉钼矿矿石矿物学的系统研究,得出上西坑钼矿矿石自然类型主要为构造角砾岩型、石英脉型.矿石构造主要有角砾状构造、浸染状构造、细脉状构造.矿石结构以细-中细粒鳞片结构为主,局部呈现厚板状、带状分布;矿石矿物辉钼矿铅灰色,多色性明显,2H多型,矿物成分中杂质含量较低,Re含量为1.479 ~34.35μg/g,显示其矿源为壳幔混合源;Re作为伴生矿产,具一定的综合利用价值.  相似文献

The structure of magnetite lodes is determined by iron and sulfur distribution, as well as texture and structure of ore. These features have been revealed by documentation of cores from ore intervals in exploration boreholes penetrating two main lodes 21 and 22 of the Estyunino iron deposit. The documentation of cores was accompanied by sampling for microscopic examination of texture and structure of ore and selection of Fe and S contents in ore. Then these data were summarized as sections of the lodes. It was established that the structure of magnetite lodes is characterized by conformable ore layers distinguished by texture, structure, and Fe and S contents. Banded and spotty ores containing less than 50% magnetite are predominant. Layers of homogeneous massive ore are infrequent. The textural pattern indicates a volcaniclastic nature of host rocks. The spotty texture is characteristic of hyaloclastites with vitreous shards. The banded texture with oriented distribution of fiamme is inherent to volcaniclastic rocks. In both cases, magnetite selectively replaces dark-colored vitreous fragments and is also dispersed in the salic matrix and lava fragments. No indications of crosscutting superposed relationships are observed. The available data can be satisfactorily explained by an impregnation-metasomatic mode of ore deposition.  相似文献

位于法国比利牛斯山的Trimouns矿床是世界上最大的滑石-绿泥石矿床之一。对该矿床形成的条件及滑石和绿泥石矿石的含量已较清楚。它是由不同类型的岩石通过热液交代蚀变而形成的,主要包括白云岩蚀变为滑石为主的矿石和硅铝质岩石(云母片岩和伟晶岩)蚀变为绿泥石为主的矿石。滑石矿石显示片理化结构(滑石片岩)或压实块状结构(块滑石)。由伟晶岩蚀变而来的绿泥石矿石为呈绿色的球状矿体,而由云母片岩蚀变而来的绿泥石矿石呈块状或片理状、颜色为灰绿色和深灰色。本文对欧洲这个独一无二的滑石和绿泥石矿床的地质特征和成因进行了总结和讨论。流体包裹体研究表明成矿流体为高盐度(20to30%eq.wt%NaCl)、中温(320℃)、压为为2.5kbars。磷钇矿和独居石的U—Ph定年结果表明,成矿年代为112—97Ma,成矿作用可能持续了16Ma以上。  相似文献

遥感图像的条纹噪音,不但影响图像的判读,而且时图像的后续处理影响较大.利用常规处理软件去噪,在去除条纹的同时,也去除了图像的细节纹理,相当于降低了图像的几何分辨率;使用小波阈值去噪方法,效果欠佳.文章使用小波反阈值方法,不仅去除了图像上的条纹噪音,而且对图像的细节纹理不产生目视效果上的影响,达到了较好的效果.  相似文献

Australian uranium ores are often composed of complex mineral assemblages. Differences in ore compositions and textures are seen between deposits as well as within a single deposit, which can host a range of ore types. Such a wide variety of uranium ores make it impossible for a single extraction or treatment process to be developed that will accommodate all of the ores. From a mineralogical perspective, key issues confronting the Australian uranium mining industry include: the prevalence of low grade ores; a lack of detailed chemical and mineralogical information (uranium speciation, texture, grainsize) for the various ore deposit types; and the presence of refractory uranium-bearing minerals and highly acid-consuming gangue minerals. This paper reviews some of the main controls on uranium geometallurgy by linking concepts relating to ore genesis and the resulting ore mineralogy, with the processing behaviour of specific Australian uranium ore types. Emphasis is placed on the value of detailed ore mineralogical analysis and the insight this provides into the factors of importance when considering uranium extraction.  相似文献

Combination of flotation and magnetic separation methods is widely used for enrichment of feldspar ores by purifying from dark-colored gangue minerals such as iron and titanium. In this study, the removal of dark-colored minerals from feldspar ore (Aydin Cine region of Turkey) was studied using a dry magnetic separator. The effect of several parameters such as feed particle size, blade angle, and roll speed on the removal efficiency was investigated in detail. In addition, the gangue contents of the magnetic and non-magnetic products were determined by a digital image processing (DIP) method in terms of using color differences between the feldspar sample and gangue minerals. The results obtained from this study clearly indicated that the dry magnetic separation method can be successfully applied in enrichment of feldspar. Meanwhile, the particle size of the sample showed no significant influence on the separation recovery. According to the results obtained from the digital image processing process, the sample with 0.04% cross sectional area of dark-colored minerals can be obtained at roll speed of 100 rpm and 130° of blade angle using the original particle size of 500×106 μm. Additionally, most importantly, these results showed that digital image processing method can be used to determine gangue content (dark-colored minerals) of the magnetic separation products compared to conventional methods as a simple, a reliable, and a repeatable method.  相似文献

Proper quality planning of limestone raw materials is an essential job of maintaining desired feed in cement plant. Rock-type identification is an integrated part of quality planning for limestone mine. In this paper, a computer vision-based rock-type classification algorithm is proposed for fast and reliable identification without human intervention. A laboratory scale vision-based model was developed using probabilistic neural network(PNN) where color histogram features are used as input. The color image histogram-based features that include weighted mean, skewness and kurtosis features are extracted for all three color space red, green, and blue. A total nine features are used as input for the PNN classification model. The smoothing parameter for PNN model is selected judicially to develop an optimal or close to the optimum classification model. The developed PPN is validated using the test data set and results reveal that the proposed vision-based model can perform satisfactorily for classifying limestone rocktypes. Overall the error of mis-classification is below 6%. When compared with other three classification algorithms, it is observed that the proposed method performs substantially better than all three classification algorithms.  相似文献

The study area comprises Çayirli, Harapa?illari and Ortabel (ÇHO) districts in the Haymana town 25 km SW of the Ankara city. In this study, geologic setting, mineralogical and geochemical characteristics of manganese mineralizations are examined and their origin is discussed. Data were obtained from field observations, various polished and thin section determinations and chemical analyses of 25 ore samples. Major and trace element analyses were conducted with ICP-ES and ICP-MS methods at ACME Laboratories (Canada). ÇHO manganese ores are found in reddish radiolarites and partly interbedded marls of the Ankara ophiolitic melange of lower Cretaceous-upper Senonian age. In these extremely folded rocks, manganese is observed as band and lenses. All samples are composed of pyrolusite and quartz. Circular pyrolusites around the gangue form a ring texture and radiolarite ores yield spherical sections. In addition, breccia-like texture is observed between pyrolusite and quartz. Geologic setting, mineralogical and textural data indicate an exogene environment. Major and trace element abundances and correlation among them imply that ÇHO mineralizations are of hydrothermal origin and linked to the same source. Evaluation of all these data shows that ÇHO manganese mineralizations are of hydrothermal type sedimentary mineralization and they were deposited in distal part of the source.  相似文献

研究了句容甲山膨润土矿的矿床地质特征,发现地层上覆下白垩统碱性流纹岩,矿石呈黄绿色、粉红色、灰白色和肉红色等多种颜色,局部保留有原岩的角砾结构,并观察到含有风化残余的粗面岩团块和因断层滑移形成的断层角砾。X射线衍射(XRD)分析发现不同颜色矿石的矿物组成差异很大,通过扫描电子显微镜观察到岩石风化现象和伴生的次生矿物类型。研究表明,该矿属于火山熔岩风化残积型膨润土矿床,在开发过程中应进行分类开发或进行深加工处理,可提高开发效益。  相似文献

The bulk composition, mineralogy and mineral chemistry of base-metal sulfides have been investigated in the Fe-Ni-(Cu) ore deposits of the Ivrea-Verbano basic complex.The sulfide ores mostly display textural evidence of having been primarily deposited as an immiscible melt. Bulk compositions of the ores indicate that considerably low Ni/Fe and Ni/Co ratios are found in deposits developed close to metasedimentary country rocks, possibly as a result of mixing with sedimentary sulfur.Phase relations of primary sulfides indicate that early crystallization of the ore was dominated by a monosulfide solid solution (Mss) with a pyrrhotite composition, from which pentlandite and chalcopyrite were formed through subsolidus exsolution. Pentlandite from contaminated ores is typically enriched in Co. Troilite and hexagonal intermediate pyrrhotite intergrowths frequently occur due to low-temperature equilibration of metal-rich pyrrhotites, suggesting a low S fugacity of the original sulfide melt.The sulfides may be locally mobilized and redeposited along shear zones within the same host rock, giving rise to fairly massive ores having a typical cemented-breccia texture. Bulk composition and assemblages suggest that mobilization occurred at various temperatures during the cooling history of the ore, when sulfides were still in the molten state or at a lower temperature under the influence of abundant deuteric fluids. In this last case, growth of pyrite is seen as being possibly due to sulfurization and/or oxidation.  相似文献

This paper presents a test of the automatic identification of photomicrographs of rocks in thin sections using digital image processing and texture analysis. Three sets of textural measures derived respectively from the cooccurrence matrix, texture space, and texture spectrum have been used to identify six rock types (mylonite, diorite porphyry, diorite. gabbro, granite, and peridotite). Exploring only the texture characteristics of images, the average correct recognition rate reaches 89% for 58 photographs belonging to the six types. The results also show the importance of using those more discriminating texture features in the classification algorithm. For the present study, the average rate of correct classification ranges from 46% to 89% depending on the set of texture measures used. The features extracted from the texture spectrum have more discriminating performance than the conventionally used Haralick measures derived from the cooccurrence matrix.  相似文献

热水沉积成矿与正常沉积矿床在矿质来源和成矿机制上有很大的差异 ,反映在岩矿石结构构造上也有明显的差异性。虽然都有特征的沉积韵律条带、纹层构造 ,但由于热水沉积成矿矿质浓度大而形成了稠密而富集的组构 ,二者可区分。通过对西成铅锌矿化集中区两类热水沉积矿床的岩矿石组构进行论证 ,认为他们不但以上述特征区别于正常沉积矿床 ,而且各自也有差异 ,厂坝式矿床在组构上保留了原始沉积富而大的特点 ,虽有矿物粒度在变质作用中重结晶加粗的富集过程 ,但没有完全破坏原始的热水沉积构造。毕家山式矿床也具有原始沉积特点 ,但在改造过程中有热液叠加交代充填的现象 ,而原始沉积特点则又可区别于热液矿床 ,硅质岩的结构构造就是明显的证据。  相似文献
