贝类通过生物沉积作用加速了养殖海区水体中的颗粒物质向海底的输送。在桑沟湾中筏式养殖的长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas),将大量的有机物以生物沉积物(真粪和假粪)的形式排向养殖区海底。为完成对桑沟湾筏式养殖长牡蛎生物沉积物对环境底质影响的量化研究,作者通过在桑沟湾内不同的海区设置采样点(5个养殖区,3个对照点),对采样点SG 2与SG 6两个点的长牡蛎生物性沉积物与海区悬浮颗粒物进行了稳定同位测定及有机物来源分析。实验结果表明:选取的采样点沉积物稳定碳氮同位素丰度集中于δ~(13)C–22.82‰~–21.62‰,δ~(15)N 4.73‰~6.21‰。在SG 2点的悬浮颗粒物中,长牡蛎生物性沉积物贡献有机物占9.95%,对照区沉积物与SG 2区沉积物贡献分别为54.19%和35.86%。在典型的采样点,稳定同位素法能较准确地量化出各有机物来源的贡献比例。以SG C点为对照,其余7个采样点长牡蛎生物性沉积物有机物贡献在4.06%~28.64%,平均贡献率为13.96%±8.62%,牡蛎养殖已经对桑沟湾底质造成了一定的影响。  相似文献

对2006年2,5,8,11月份长江口海域表层水体中的悬浮颗粒物(SPM)进行稳定氮同位素分析,根据不同季节、不同区域内其1δ5N值的变化研究水体中氮的迁移、转化等生物地球化学过程,揭示其环境行为,从而对该海域的氮循环机制进行探索。研究发现:该海域悬浮颗粒有机物的稳定氮同位素组成(1δ5Np)分布范围较宽,在0.6‰~8.2‰之间,具有明显的时空分布特点,反映了不同程度的陆源输入和氮的生物地球化学过程的影响。口门内,表层水体中1δ5Np的变化主要受长江径流的陆源输入影响,生物地球化学作用影响较弱;最大浑浊带,水体中的悬浮颗粒有机氮受微生物的降解活动影响明显,各季节均存在不同程度的颗粒物分解作用;外海区,陆源输入减弱,悬浮颗粒物的δ15Np值主要受微藻的同化吸收作用以及一定程度的颗粒物分解作用影响。  相似文献

研究了长江口及其邻近海域有色可溶性有机物(CDOM)的光吸收特性,分析了CDOM浓度(吸收系数a(440))、光谱斜率(Sg)与盐度的关系。结果表明:长江口及其邻近海域CDOM的a(440)变化范围为0.21~0.85 m-1,平均值为0.44 m-1;Sg值的范围为0.013 3~0.016 7 nm-1,平均值为0.014 nm-1;a(440)的水平分布表现为长江口海区比外海区高,Sg的水平分布表现为长江口海区比外海区低,反映了长江口海区CDOM中的腐殖酸成分比外海区大。研究区内a(440)与盐度、Sg与盐度明显线性相关,表明CDOM在河口混合行为中呈保守行为,CDOM具有良好的保守性质。  相似文献

通过测定有色溶解有机物(CDOM)的吸收光谱、荧光光谱、溶解有机碳(DOC)浓度,探究了2014年夏季长江口CDOM的来源及河口混合行为。结合吸收系数a(355)、光谱斜率S275-295、比紫外吸光度SUVA254与盐度的关系,结果表明南港水道受黄浦江输入影响显著,北港水道由长江径流控制呈保守性混合行为,二者CDOM的物质结构性质较为相似。DOC的浓度可通过a(275)与a(295)模拟估算:ln[DOC]=4.94–0.87ln[a(275)]+0.90ln[a(295)],a(275)8.0 m–1;ln[DOC]=4.77–6.79ln[a(275)]+8.05ln[a(295)],a(275)≥8.0 m–1。模拟结果表明,在长江口及邻近海域,CDOM对DOC具有示踪意义。利用三维荧光光谱-平行因子分析(EEMs-PARAFAC)技术,可得到夏季长江口FDOM含有3个类腐殖质组分(C2,C4和C5)和3个类蛋白质组分(C1,C3和C6)。类腐殖质组分具有相似的来源及地球化学行为,且与a(355)及盐度存在显著相关性;类蛋白质组分则与a(355)及盐度之间无显著相关性,揭示其与区域内微生物的活动有关。  相似文献

对2006年7月北部湾北部海区调查过程中采集的表层沉积物运用SEDEX方法进行了系统的总磷及其磷赋存形态分析.把磷(P)分为6种赋存形态:弱吸附态(Ads-P)、铁结合态(Fe-P)、自生磷灰石及钙结合态(Ca-P)、碎屑态(De-P)、有机态(OPS)及硅酸盐态(SIF-P).结合上覆水的环境参数,讨论了磷的地球化学行为特征.研究表明,沉积物是上覆水体颗粒磷(PP)的汇,而不是上覆水体溶解态总磷(DTP)的源,沉积物中的P具有保守性;TPS、Fe-P和OPs具有亲大陆性;盐度(S)是影响Fe-P、OPS、SIF-P的含量变化的重要因子;Ca-P、De-P、SIF-P是沉积物中的"惰性磷",Ads-P、Fe-P、OPS为沉积物中的"活性磷";海区P的主要循环路径可以描述为:PP (←→)OPS→SIF-P →Fe-P→IPS.  相似文献

经研究表明,黄河水中钙含量是我国河流水中含量最高的,其含量为0.0439g/kg,Ca/Cf‰比值为0.549,黄河每年向渤海输入Ca量为2.2×1012g,在调查海区中,钙具有很好的保守性.通过河水与海水混合实验表明,水体中有机物分解,会使水中的钙含量增加,这种影响主要在低盐区,因此黄河水中钙的含量可能随着有机物及其分解情况而变化,调查区域水体中Φ值的平均值为0.474±0.003,其变动的原因可能主要受水体中有机物的影响.整个调查区水体中碳酸钙都处于过饱和状态,其值在450%—370%之间.  相似文献

利用历史数据和卫星观测,系统分析20多年来(1980年-2003年)在南海海域发生的赤潮事件与环境特征,详细比较赤潮在南海四大区域(北部、东部、南部和西部海区)的区域分布、多发藻种和季节变化等特征。研究结果表明南海海域赤潮发生具有以下特点:(1)区域性:赤潮多发区域集中在珠江口附近(中国),马尼拉湾和马辛洛克湾(菲律宾)和沙巴州的西海岸(马来西亚);(2)季节性:在北部海区,赤潮的发生时间主要集中在3-5月份,东部海区在5-7月份,西部海区在7月份,而南部海区在全年都会发生;(3)藻种差异性:主要赤潮藻种在北部海区是夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans),东部海区和南部海区是扁甲藻(Pyrodinium bahamense);(4)年际变化:不同海域赤潮的多发年份不同,对于整个南海而言,1991-1998年是赤潮的多发年。赤潮发生受到环境条件的影响,如季风、河流的排放、上升流、以及沿岸海域水体富营养化。  相似文献

有色可溶性有机物(CDOM)是水体中一类重要的光吸收物质,在短波的吸收大大降低了紫外辐射在水体的衰减,因而其光学行为和生物地球化学循环将对水体生态系统产生重要影响。CDOM在水体生态系统、水色遥感和全球碳循环研究中具有广阔的应用前景。文章综述了国内外CDOM研究现状与动态,其中包括CDOM的光吸收特性、荧光特性、光化学降解以及CDOM和DOC浓度的水色遥感,最后提出在内陆水体湖泊中开展CDOM研究的设想。  相似文献

南黄海海水中悬浮体垂向分布类型及跃层   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
海水中悬浮体的垂向分布并非上下均匀,而是具有明显的层化现象,这种情况与海水中的温度、盐度、密度等物理性质的层化现象一样,不是偶然的,而是常年存在的,同时,悬浮体含量的层化分布对于海水的某些物理性质有较大影响。 1958年中国科学海洋研究所在南黄海南部海水中悬浮体的调査中已发现了悬浮体含量分布的层化现象。1981年, Kanau Matsuike等(1983)在东海区悬浮体的调查中发现了长江口外浅滩区海水中光束衰减的层化现象。Gorsline和Swift (1977)在关于大陆架沉积动力学的论述中指出,海水密度的层化现象总是伴随着悬浮体浓度的层化现象。1983-1984年中美南黄海沉积动力学联合调查中,作者(秦蕴珊等,1986)也发现了该区内海水中悬浮体含量的层化分布现象,并且提出了“悬浮体跃层”的概念。同期,赵保仁等(1986)在研究秋末南黄海海水透光度及其与环流的关系时指出,水体中透光度存在着一个“跃变层”。实际上,影响海水透光度衰减的主要因素是悬浮体浓度,因而,上述透光度之“跃变层”乃是悬浮体跃层在光学方面的表现。上述报道结果说明,悬浮体垂向分布的层化现象及悬浮体跃层的存在已经引起了有关学者的注意。但是,其性质、季节变化及成因等问题却很少有人研究,它们对海水许多重要物理性质的影响也鲜为人知,因而这些问题的解决在理论和实践方面均具有重要意义。 在总结了历年调查资料基础上,作者于1988年4月又在南黄海进行了补充调査,共设55个站位(图1),对本区悬浮体分布中的层化现象、跃层问题及季节变化等进行了系统分析,并且对其成因及其物理意义进行了初步探讨。关于悬浮体的平面分布问题作者已有专文讨论,兹不赘述。  相似文献

Suspended matter samples filtered from surface waters and two depth profiles from the Flores Sea and Makasar Strait were investigated by electron probe X-ray microanalysis (EPXMA) and laser microprobe mass analysis (LAMMA). EPXMA yielded discrete morphological and chemical analysis of the major particle types of suspended matter. Cluster analysis revealed that thirteen main particle types described the composition of suspended matter of the Flores Sea and Makasar Strait. Silicates, aluminosilicates and Fe-oxyhydroxides were the predominant particle types. Suspended matter of the basins studied contained high levels of tin-bearing particles. On the basis of their composition, tin particles can be divided into three groups: (1) tin oxide/hydroxides (cassiterite, romarchite, hydroromarchite); (2) iron-oxyhydroxides with adsorbed tin; and (3) mixed oxidation state tin hydroxysulphates. Only ultra-fine cassiterite particles enter the seawater in suspended state. Dissolved tin species entering the sea have three alternatives: (1) to be scavenged by Fe-oxyhydroxides; (2) to precipitate as tin oxide/hydroxides (romarchite, hydroromarchite); (3) to precipitate as tin hydroxysulphates. The conclusion is that dissolved and suspended tin originate from local sources in the land frame of the basins as well as from remote sources in the Indonesian Archipelago. Four different sectors of the waters studied have suspended matter with different composition: (1) the Mahakam River–Delta zone; (2) the open Flores Sea; (3) the landlocked Saleh Bay; (4) the Makasar Strait proper. The depth distribution of suspended particle types is mainly influenced by: (1) the bottom nepheloid layer and calcite lysocline in the Flores Sea; (2) the high bioproduction in the surface water layer and the vertical distribution of organic matter in the Makasar Strait.  相似文献

Chemical speciation of particulate metals in seawater was examined theoretically. Mass balance considerations showed that the apparent conditional stability constant, defined for organically binding metals in suspended particles, coincides with the conditional stability constant determined for the corresponding metal-organic complexes dissolved in seawater. This hypothesis suggests that some metals, which are present as organic complexes (e.g. copper), are directly associated with particulate organic matter. Metals, whose free ion is buffered by organic and/or inorganic ligands, may be used as indicators of the presence of particulate organic matter in the marine environment.  相似文献

The data on the isotopic composition of particulate organic carbon (δ13CPOC) in the Caspian Sea water in summer–autumn 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2013 are discussed in the paper. These data allowed as to reveal the predominant genesis of organic carbon in suspended particulate matter of the active seawater layer (from 0 to 40 m). The δ13CPOC =–27‰ (PDB) and δ13CPOC =–20.5‰ (PDB) values were taken as the reference data for terrigenous and planktonogenic organic matter, respectively. Seasonal (early summer, late summer, and autumn) variations in the composition of suspended particulate matter in the active sea layer were revealed. A shift of δ13CPOC towards greater values was seen in autumn (with a slight outburst in the development (bloom) of phytoplankton) in comparison with summer (with large accumulations and an extraordinary phytoplankton bloom confined to the thermocline area). The seasonal dynamics of autochthonous and allochthonous components in the suspended particulate matter of the Middle and Southern Caspian Sea was studied with the use of data on the concentration of particulate matter and chlorophyll a, the phytoplankton biomass and the POC content.  相似文献

Studies of the dynamics of the concentration of the suspended particulate matter (SPM) and Corg in the seawater of Chupa Inlet were performed for the three-year period of 2010–2012. In general, the concentration of SPM increased from the spring through the summer, decreased through the autumn period, and declined dramatically in the winter. The ratio of the organic matter in the SPM decreased gradually from the surface water layer to the bottom and averaged 61%. The abiotic factors affecting the SPM concentration and suspended organic matter were studied; the water temperature and tide events were named as the liming ones.  相似文献

The paper deals with the distribution of suspended particulated materials (SPM) in the Changjiang Estuary, the relation of salinity to particulated organic carbon and particulated organic nitrogen, and behaviour of SPM in mixing river-sea water. At the same time, the article shows that the SPM in Changjiang River emptying into the sea contains a large amount of organic matter. The relative concentrations of suspended particulate organic matter and living organic matter gradually increase seaward. In the estuarine environment, there is a linear relationship between log SPM and C/N ratio during the mixing of fresh water with seawater.  相似文献

Field investigation was carried out during 4 to 15 April 2001 around the Changjiang River Estuary. The similar distribution of sea surface nutrients and suspended sediment (SS) concentration is attributed to the physical mixing of Changjiang diluted water (CDW) with the Taiwan Warm Current (TWC). On the basis of the observed positive relationship between total phosphorus (TP) and SS concentration, the sea surface TP is inversed from satellite SS data. SS is believed to be an ideal eutrophic state assessing index substitution for TP, the eutrophication classification critical value of SS adopted in this research was based on the linear model: cTP=0.000 6cSSsat 0.016 3, r2=0.564 5, n=32. Although lack of in-situ chromophoric dissolved organic matter (CDOM) measurement, a good relationship was observed between the in-situ DIN (dissolved inorganic nitrogen) concentration with near real time SeaWiFS absorption coefficient of CDOM (ACD) data: cDIN=1.406 5AACBsat-0.035 9,r2=0.741 5,n=16. This empirical regression algorithm was also utilized for inversing the DIN concentration from SeaWiFS ACD data, and for establishing the eutrophication classification critical value of satellite ACD data. The established remote eutrophication classification system was later used for seawater eutrophic state assessment. The evaluation suggested that the Zhoushan Fishing Ground especially the western border is affected seriously with the nutrient input. The nutrient is mainly from the terrestrial source transported by the Changjiang River runoff. The seawater quality classification precision was assessed by in-situ data, which suggested the seawater quality distribution is similar to the two classification systems, and the remote classification error is below 25%.  相似文献

海水中的悬浮体包含有机物和无机物,有机物主要为有机碎屑颗粒,例如植物碎屑、浮游生物等;无机物主要是无机碎屑矿物、粘土矿物,也有少量硅质生物骨骼。海水中无机颗粒物质能通过吸附作用,从海水中有效地富集有机溶解物质。海水中天然有机物的分布、变化与浮游生物的活动密切相关,在海洋食物链中占有重要地位,海水中的颗粒有机物是某些游泳动物和底栖动物的食物,因此,海水中有机物的存在不仅对海洋生物有一定的生态学意义,而且对海洋无机元素的存在形式和地球化学转移过程都有直接影响。 胶州湾是一个典型的半封闭海湾,平均水深7m,面积390km2,自然环境优良,水产资源丰富,因此胶州湾的生态环境、生物资源及生态系统持续发展的研究对胶州湾的综合开发利用具有十分重要的意义。胶州湾海水中悬浮体的分布与变化是胶州湾生态环境研究中的一个重要组成部分。本文根据胶州湾海水中悬浮体的定点观测资料,阐明了胶州湾海水中悬浮体平均含量的分布及其季节变化特征,分析了影响悬浮体含量变化的主要因素。  相似文献

Phthalate plasticizers have been accumulated from filtered seawater by liquid—solid adsorption, and in suspended organic matter collected on glass-fibre filters. They were characterized by gas chromatographic retention indices and by their mass spectra. Single-ion detection, focused on m/e 149, was used as a selective and sensitive method to quantify different phthalate esters in Baltic seawater in the 1:1010–1:1011 concentration range.  相似文献
