风浪状态参数常用于对海面粗糙度的参数化。中等风速条件下考虑风浪状态参数影响的海面粗糙度参数化方案常存在自相关效应,本文通过分析实测数据得到了无量纲粗糙度随波陡变化的参数化方案,该方案能够有效去除自相关效应;高风速下风浪状态对海面粗糙度仍存在影响,文中基于新得出的中等风速下的海面粗糙度参数化方案,考虑海面飞沫悬浮层的影响,建立了适用于高风速条件下的海面粗糙度参数化方案,该海面粗糙度方案同样考虑了波陡的作用,将该方案计算出的理论值与实测数据进行比对,发现随着波陡的变化,理论值基本涉及测量值的覆盖范围,说明新建立的高风速条件下海面粗糙度方案对海面风浪状态具有较好的敏感性,且该方案能够较合理地描述海气界面之间动量传输。将新提出的适用于高风速下的海面粗糙度方案加入到海浪数值模式中,模拟飓风Ivan产生的台风浪,利用浮标数据进行验证,结果显示模拟的有效波高相对模式默认方案具有较高的精度,说明采用本文新建立的适合高风速的海面粗糙度方案能够改进海浪模式的台风浪有效波高模拟结果。  相似文献

以一维海洋水温模型为例,利用伴随法进行海洋观测数据同化试验,以便为水温的数值预报提供较准确的初始场.文中利用泛函的Gâteaux微分和Hilbert空间上伴随算子的概念讨论了连续的伴随模型的建立,并通过选择适当的差分格式离散伴随模型,使其保持连续时的伴随关系,同时给出了水温初始场最优化过程及相应的同化试验数值结果.  相似文献

投影寻踪门限自回归模型在海洋冰情预测中的应用   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
为预测海洋冰情时序这类非线性动力系统,提出了投影寻踪门限自回归(PPTAR)模型。用自相关分析技术确定预测因子,构造了新的投影指标函数,用门限回归(TR)模型描述投影值与预测对象间的非线性关系,并用实码加速遣传算法优化投影指标函数和TR模型参数。实例的计算结果表明,用PPTAR模型预测海洋冰情时序是可行和有效的,PPTAR模型简便,适用性强,克服了目前投影寻踪方法计算量大,编程实现困难的缺点,有助于投影寻踪方法的推广应用。为解决非线性时序复杂预测问题提供了新的途径。  相似文献

由于海冰热力过程太复杂,难于精确计算冰面和水面热量收支方程中的每一项,并且净热量收支比每项小得多,因此难以确定海冰热力一动力模式中的净热通量。本文根据渤海的水文气象观测,详细分析了太阳短波辐射、长波辐射、云量、感热和潜热等对海冰热力增长函数的贡献,给出了一种海冰热力过程的参数化方案。并选取2个典型的个例进行了对比研究。模拟结果表明,该参数化方案能较好地模拟渤海海冰的热力过程。  相似文献

本文详细介绍了SIS海冰模式中引进两种盐度参数化方案即等盐度方案和盐度廓线方案对海冰模拟所存在的差异。利用盐度廓线方案导出的表征盐度与海冰温度间关系的方程比等盐度方案多出一项,将定义为盐度差异项。盐度差异项对海冰厚度的热力作用表现为:在海冰厚度增长季节(11月到次年5月),盐度差异项通过升高海冰内部温度,抑制海冰增长;在消融的第一阶段(6.8月),盐度差异项通过升高海冰内部温度加快海冰消融;在消融的第二阶段(9.10月),盐度差异项通过降低海冰内部的温度抑制海冰消融。但尺度分析表明,盐度差异项要比方程中队海冰温度作用最大项小1.2个量级,如果采用一级近似,可以略去盐度差异项,因此盐度差异项对海冰增长和消融影响很小。同时利用冰洋耦合模式(ModularOceanModel,MOM4),分别采用两种盐度参数化方案模拟北极海冰厚度和海冰密集度的季节性变化,模拟结果也表明两种方案模拟得到的海冰厚度和海冰密集度的季节性变化相差甚小。  相似文献

冰面融池的反照率介于海水和海冰之间,获得较准确的融池覆盖率对认识极区气冰海耦合系统的热量收支有重要意义。在数值模式中,融池覆盖率的模拟结果直接影响到冰面反照率计算的准确性,本文对CICE5.0中的3种融池参数化方案进行了较系统的比较分析,结果显示3种方案各有优缺点,模拟结果都存在一些问题。cesm方案中判断融池冻结的条件更为合理。比较而言,融池冻结条件更改后的topo方案模拟的北冰洋区域平均融池覆盖率的年际变化幅度、融池覆盖范围、融池发展盛期持续时间与MODIS数据最接近。通过修改CICE5.0中的代码漏洞,研究了融池水的垂向渗透效应,这一效应会带来一些负面影响,如lvl方案中多年冰上几乎没有融池,说明目前的CICE模式中对于海冰渗透性演化或其他物理机制的处理仍有待改进。最后,着重讨论了topo方案的改进思路。  相似文献

Sea ice thickness is one of the most important input parameters for the prevention and mitigation of sea ice disasters and the prediction of local sea environments and climates. Estimating the sea ice thickness is currently the most important issue in the study of sea ice remote sensing. With the Bohai Sea as the study area, a semiempirical model of the sea ice thickness(SEMSIT) that can be used to estimate the thickness of first-year ice based on existing water depth estimation models and hyperspectral remote sensing data according to an optical radiative transfer process in sea ice is proposed. In the model, the absorption and scattering properties of sea ice in different bands(spectral dimension information) are utilized. An integrated attenuation coefficient at the pixel level is estimated using the height of the reflectance peak at 1 088 nm. In addition, the surface reflectance of sea ice at the pixel level is estimated using the 1 550–1 750 nm band reflectance. The model is used to estimate the sea ice thickness with Hyperion images. The first validation results suggest that the proposed model and parameterization scheme can effectively reduce the estimation error associated with the sea ice thickness that is caused by temporal and spatial heterogeneities in the integrated attenuation coefficient and sea ice surface. A practical semi-empirical model and parameterization scheme that may be feasible for the sea ice thickness estimation using hyperspectral remote sensing data are potentially provided.  相似文献

冰与海洋的热力耦合对冰与海洋环流的模拟有极其重要的影响,是冰-海洋相互作用的一个重要方面.对其精确确定需要详细考虑冰-海洋界面附近的湍流过程,这在长时期的模拟特别是气候模拟中,常受到技术条件的限制.过去的研究常常假设冰下海洋混合层的温度为冰点,特别是在单纯冰模式的模拟中,但考虑海冰漂移和冰点变化的效应时,这一假设是不精确的.因此,弱化冰下海洋混合层温度为冰点的约束,不考虑详细的冰-海洋界面和海洋混合层的湍流过程,根据冰-海洋耦合系统的能量收支关系,设计了一个简化的冰-海洋热力耦合方案.对该方案引起的海洋混合层适应、热力结构和海冰发展的影响进行了分析,并将其用于全球冰海洋耦合模式的数值试验,结果表明,在大气热力强迫下该耦合方案既可使冰区混合层海水温度向冰点适应,又使冰边缘带海水温度与冰点保持明显差异,能够较好地反映冰-海洋热力相互作用.利用该耦合方案构造的全球冰-海洋耦合模式模拟的海冰范围及季节变化与实际观测非常接近.  相似文献

以如何提高黄海海雾数值模拟初始场质量为研究目的,利用WRF模式及其先进的3DVAR同化模块,设计并构建了循环3DVAR同化方案。以2006年3月6~8日的1次大范围黄海海雾过程为研究对象,利用该同化方案进行了一系列WRF数值模拟对比试验。模拟结果显示,循环3DVAR同化方案能有效改进黄海海雾数值模拟初始场质量,主要体现在增加低层大气温度层结构的稳定性与改变大气边界层下层的风场结构,从而导致海雾的模拟结果显著改善。研究结果表明进行海雾数值模拟时,必须高度重视其初始场质量。  相似文献

运用各方面的观测资料,和非流体静力学中尺度模式第5版本对2002年12月2日发生在环渤海地区的一次低能见度天气事件进行了分析研究.利用MM5模式对本次事件进行了模拟,并计算了大气的水平能见度分布.模拟结果显示当能见度低于某一低值即1km,同时大面积爆发时,模拟结果与实况比较吻合;当能见度处于轻雾并零星分布状态时,模式还不能非常灵敏地将其有效模拟出来.  相似文献

为减少复杂地形对台风浪数值模拟的干扰,有效优化模拟精度和效果,充分发挥台风浪数值模式在防灾减灾中的作用,文章利用ERA-interim风场驱动模式,以1513号台风"苏迪罗"为例,采用2种方案对其形成的台风浪进行数值模拟,并对二者进行比较。其中,方案(1)为采用WW3模式,方案(2)为采用WW3模式和SWAN模式嵌套。研究结果表明:选取有效波高的模拟值和观测值,根据对散点分布的定性分析以及对相关系数、偏差和均方根误差的定量计算,采用方案(2)的模拟精度更高;通过绘制台风浪场分布图,采用方案(2)对有效波高的动态数值模拟更加明显和准确,尤其对于复杂地形海域的模拟效果更优。因此,在未来的海浪数值模拟中,可参照采用方案(2),即在大区域采用WW3模式,在复杂地形海域嵌套SWAN模式。  相似文献

Antarctic krill, Euphausia superba Dana, has a heterogeneous circumpolar distribution in the Southern Ocean. Krill have a close association with sea ice which provides access to a critical food source and shelter, particularly in the early life stages. Advective modelling of transport pathways of krill have until now been on regional scales and have not taken explicit account of sea ice. Here we present Lagrangian modelling studies at the circumpolar scale that include interaction with sea ice. The advection scheme uses ocean velocity output from the Ocean Circulation and Climate Advanced Modelling (OCCAM) project model together with satellite-derived sea ice motion vectors to examine the potential roles of the ocean and sea ice in maintaining the observed circumpolar krill distribution. We show that the Antarctic Coastal Current is likely to be important in generating the large-scale distribution and that sea ice motion can substantially modify the ocean transport pathways, enhancing retention or dispersal depending upon location. Within the major krill region of the Scotia Sea, the effect of temporal variability in both the ocean and sea ice velocity fields is examined. Variability in sea ice motion increases variability of influx to South Georgia, at times concentrating the influx into pulses of arrival. This variability has implications for the ecosystem around the island. The inclusion of sea ice motion leads to the identification of source regions for the South Georgia krill populations additional to those identified when only ocean motion is considered. This study indicates that the circumpolar oceanic circulation and interaction with sea ice is important in determining the large-scale distribution of krill and its associated variability.  相似文献

Realistic representation of sea ice in ocean models involves the use of a non-linear free-surface, a real freshwater flux and observance of requisite conservation laws. We show here that these properties can be achieved in practice through use of a rescaled vertical coordinate “z*” in z-coordinate models that allows one to follow undulations in the free-surface under sea ice loading. In particular, the adoption of “z*” avoids the difficult issue of vanishing levels under thick ice.Details of the implementation within MITgcm are provided. A high resolution global ocean sea ice simulation illustrates the robustness of the z* formulation and reveals a source of oceanic variability associated with sea ice dynamics and ice-loading effects. The use of the z* coordinate allows one to achieve perfect conservation of fresh water, heat and salt, as shown in extended integration of coupled ocean sea ice atmospheric model.  相似文献

本文利用海冰-海洋动力耦合模式对渤海典型天气形势下海冰动力过程作了数值模拟,海冰模式建立在动量和质量守恒基础上,忽略了海冰变化的热力过程。海冰厚度被划分为三类:堆积冰、平整冰和开阔冰,冰的形变由一个厚度的重新分布约束条件确定。海洋模式是一个二维风暴潮模式.同时考虑了潮汐的作用。风场资料来自于沿岸气象观测站每日四次的风观测,计算网格是十分之一经纬度。主要的分析和模拟是在大气和海洋共同作用下海冰的漂流特点。观测结果比较表明,数值模拟结果基本上反映了该海域流冰的漂移性质,同时也可为短期冰情预报提供有益的参考。  相似文献

Analysis of a craft with two degrees of freedom (2DOF) consumes time more than simulation of a craft with a fixed trim condition; therefore in most of the previous researches fixed trim condition is taken into account to analyze the flow field around a craft in shallow water and head sea wave conditions. In this paper numerical simulation of Reynolds Average Naiver Stokes (RANS) equations are used to analyze the motion of DTMB 62 model 4667-1 planing vessel in calm water and head sea waves in both deep and shallow water with two degrees of freedom (heave and pitch). For this purpose, a finite volume ANSYS-FLUENT code is used to solve the Navier-Stokes equations for the simulation of the flow field around the vessel. In addition, an explicit VOF scheme and SST k-ω model is used with dynamic mesh scheme to capture the interface of a two-phase flow and to model the turbulence respectively in the 2DOF model.Regarding the results, reducing the wavelength and also the depth of the water can increase the drag force. Also comparing the results of a fixed trim vessel with the results of a free to sink and trim one in calm water shows a difference of approximately 50% in the drag force in shallow water.  相似文献

The purpose of this short communication is to describe the Third International Workshop on Sea Turtle Conservation and Fisheries Exchange that took place from April 22–30, 2009 on Cuba’s Isla de la Juventud [Isle of Youth]. A group of 28 fishers, conservationists, marine scientists and fisheries managers from Cuba, Mexico and the U.S. gathered at Siguanea Bay off the island’s southwest coast. The goals of the exchange were to 1) provide a forum for sea turtle experts and fishing communities in Cuba, Mexico, and the U.S. to share experiences on conservation activities, 2) develop the scientific basis for future conservation in this highly biologically important region of Cuba, and 3) increase support by Cuban fishers for local sea turtle conservation efforts. During the exchange, participants met with local Cuban fishers about the challenges of conserving sea turtle populations while maintaining their fishing livelihoods, shared solutions developed by fishers to accomplish the same in Mexico, and undertook field and cultural activities. Key outcomes for the exchange include an improved understanding of sea turtle bycatch off the Isla de la Juventud, enhanced collaboration among the three nations in turtle conservation, and increased motivation by fishers to participate in sea turtle research and conservation. Additionally, as a direct result of this exchange, the community of Cocodrilo on the Isla de la Juventud has hosted annual sea turtle festivals that increase support for turtle conservation efforts by the local community.  相似文献

In general, competition between buoyancy mechanisms and mixing dynamics largely determines the water column structure in a shelf sea. A three dimensional baroclinic ocean model forced by surface heat fluxes and the 2.5 order Mellor-Yamada turbulence scheme is used to simulate the annual cycle of the temperature in the Bohai Sea. The difference between the sea surface temperature (SST) and sea bottom temperature (SBT) is used to examine the evolution of its vertical stratification. It is found that the water column is well-mixed from October to March and that the seasonal thermocline appears in April, peaks in July and then weakens afterwards, closely following the heat budget. In addition, the Loder parameter based on the topography and tidal current amplitude is also computed in order to examine tidal fronts in the BS, which are evident in summer months when the wind stirring mechanism is weak.  相似文献

本文提出一种简便的交替方向隐式差分格式求解沿水深平均的二维风暴潮模型。这种差分格式比常用的ADI法具有更简单的形式和更高的计算效率。文中的精度分析和稳定性分析表明该差分格式在等步长条件下具有二阶精度、无条件稳定。在采用理想模型验证之后,本文给出了一次台风暴潮过程的计算实例,其中台风气压场和风场的模拟采用藤田气压模式和梯度风公式,并考虑台风移行产生的风场以及梯度风到海面风的订正。数值摸拟结果和实测值符合良好,其精度达到工程应用要求。  相似文献

本文建立了大亚湾风暴潮涌浪传播数学模型,以任意多边形离散计算海区,每一多边形构成单元,以波浪运动学和动力学守恒方程模拟单元内能量传递,以风暴潮过程模拟边界入射波高过程,用风暴潮涌浪传播基本方程和波能缓坡方程结合模拟湾口巨浪向湾内的传播过程。通过分析大亚湾不同种类岸线反射系数的概率分布,并结合实测波高对模型进行率定,最终确定模型参数。将大亚湾特征点计算波高与统计推荐波高比较进行模型验证,结果显示SE向波高与H_(13%)推荐波高对应较好,可以用于大亚湾海区的波浪预报。计算当大亚湾口分别出现10年一遇、50年一遇及100年一遇的波高时,在E、ESE以及ES向入射波浪条件下大亚湾海域极值波高的分布。分别对风暴潮涌浪在不同类型岸线的爬高以及风暴潮涌浪传播对岸线的作用力进行计算。  相似文献
