21世纪被称为海洋经济时代,人们越来越关注沿海地区的发展及其资源的合理利用程度.以浙江省为例,着重探讨了海洋旅游的不同类型与特点,海洋旅游资源的开发要点.在日本和浙江相近沿海地区资源的比较与研究基础之上,分析了沿海地区的旅游规划与发展所面临的问题以及挑战,论述了浙江沿海地区旅游资源的开发和管理的可持续发展模式,并对浙江海洋资源开发的多样化发展提出了若干具体的建议. 相似文献

海洋资源的过度开发导致沿海地区资源短缺、环境污染等问题不断出现,海洋生态系统逐渐遭到破坏,本文选取河北省海域典型资源即渔业、盐业、旅游作为承载力的研究视角,主要基于供需平衡法对河北省海域资源承载力进行综合测算。研究结果表明,河北省沿海地区整体渔业资源已经处于接近饱和状态,现状开发已大大满足该地区需求,应适当缩减;盐业不具备经济比较优势,应控制盐田规模扩张;旅游资源整体具有较大发展空间,应在不对环境产生影响的前提下鼓励沿海地区进行旅游资源开发。该研究可为沿海地区经济发展与资源优化配置提供科学依据,同时也为协调和决策区域海洋经济产业发展提供相关理论基础。 相似文献

文章针对国内已有研究测度旅游消费增长较少,以及未考虑空间效应等不足,系统构建了基于旅游消费水平、旅游消费结构、旅游消费质量与旅游消费环境的旅游消费增长综合评价体系,测算2007—2018年沿海11个省(自治区、直辖市)旅游消费增长综合指数,并进一步运用空间杜宾面板计量经济模型,分析沿海地区的旅游消费行为、影响因素及空间效应。研究发现:近年来沿海地区旅游消费增长明显并存在显著的空间溢出,与旅游产业建设资金显著负相关,与旅游从业劳动力、技术创新及交通条件显著正相关。未来建议进一步加强沿海地区旅游消费增长的区域协同,推进旅游产业供给侧改革,优化提高旅游产业要素配置效率与发展质量,充分发挥旅游消费增长的空间溢出。 相似文献

填海造地是沿海地区最为重要的海域使用活动,全面准确掌握沿海地区填海造地活动特征对于海域空间资源综合管理具有重要意义。本文从填海造地海域使用过程出发,将填海造地活动划分为在填区、成陆区、建设区,并采用遥感和GIS技术,判别提取2008-2015年期间沿海地区填海造地影像,并结合海岸地貌特征和开发利用类型对其空间分异特征进行综合分析。结果表明:2008-2015年期间累计填海造地201 738.56 hm2,填海在填区、填海成陆区、填海建设区面积分别为44 607.00 hm2、100 949.65 hm2、56 181.91 hm2;总体空间分布上填海造地在部分地区呈集聚分布态势,与海岸地貌类型紧密关联,低潮出露潮滩海岸填海造地有109 614.38 hm2,河口海湾区域填海造地可达132 767.41 hm2;港口+工业、城镇+旅游两种组合类型是沿海地区典型的填海造地区域开发利用类型。 相似文献

通过大量文献资料,总结了近30年来中国湖泊与环境演变研究的状况。20世纪70—80年代中期,湖泊沉积研究受油田开发的带动而得以兴起;80年代中期以后,研究的内容侧重气候变化,研究区域不断扩大,方法不断完善,测年手段更趋精确。目前该领域研究的新特点表现为:注重研究云贵高原和青藏高原湖泊,加强短时间尺度研究,注重人为因素对湖泊沉积环境的影响。今后研究方向为:①加强环境指标与环境要素间的定量关系研究;②加强分析人为因素对环境演变的影响。③加强高分辨率湖泊沉积与环境演变的整体、长序列研究,建立湖泊数据库。 相似文献

Adsorption and desorption of proteins and polyamino acids by clay minerals and marine sediments 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The adsorption and desorption of proteins and polyamino acids on illite, montmorillonite, goethite, and marine sediments was investigated. Three 14C-labeled hydrophilic proteins, Rubisco from C. reinhardtii, and GroEL and GroES from genetically modified Escherichia coli, were synthesized and purified for this study. The proteins were strongly and rapidly adsorbed by the clay minerals and marine sediments, and much of the adsorbed protein was not readily desorbed. Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) extraction and separation by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and sucrose density gradients showed that Rubisco and GroEL were adsorbed on illite and sediments in their original forms. The apparent adsorption partition coefficients of the proteins were on the order of 102 l/kg on illite, 103–104 l/kg on goethite and montmorillonite, and 200 and 75 l/kg on Skan Bay and Resurrection Bay (Alaska) sediments, respectively. These partition coefficients are sufficiently large to permit sedimentary protein preservation via an adsorptive mechanism. Generally, basic polyamino acids had greater adsorption partition coefficients than acidic polyamino acids. Molecular size did not affect the electrostatic interaction between polyamino acids and mineral surfaces. Adsorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and negatively charged polyamino acids inhibited Rubisco adsorption, while positively charged cytochrome c and polyamino acids increased Rubisco adsorption. 基于近年来射阳港区水下地形数据和定点全潮水文观测资料,分析了双导堤建设前后冲淤变化特征,并对其成因进行了初步探讨。研究结果表明,研究区近6年来总体上以淤积为主,净淤积量约为65.23×106m3,年均净淤积速率约为7.9 cm/a;淤积区域主要分布于导堤两侧浅水区,侵蚀区域主要分布于导堤口附近。2008-2013年间研究区冲刷、淤积和相对稳定区域面积分别占15%、55%和30%。堤口东侧的SSW02站实测最大流速为1.54 m/s,北堤北部的SSW01站为1.4 m/s,无论是涨潮还是落潮,堤口均大于导堤北侧;导堤产生了沿堤水流和口门回流,改变了导堤两侧附近海域潮流方向并增大了口门处的沉积动力。研究区泥沙运动方式主要表现为波浪掀沙、潮流输沙;区域海流泥沙的沿程落淤和导堤挡流效应导致导堤两侧出现淤积,导堤产生的回流促使堤口冲刷和堤内泥沙回淤。导堤引起的局部流场变化是海底冲淤格局重新分布的主因。 相似文献

This paper focuses on the rate-dependent yield stress, undrained strength, and long-term undrained strength of clay. Various oedometer and triaxial tests were performed on Wenzhou marine clay. The uniqueness of rate-dependent and long-term yield stress and strength is discussed. A new anisotropic elastic viscoplastic model is proposed by adopting the concept of anisotropy and isotropy processes. The determination of model parameters is discussed, demonstrating how all model parameters can be determined in a straightforward way requiring the same basic tests as for the Modified Cam Clay model. Experimental verifications are carried out using the constant strain-rate and creep tests on the Wenzhou marine clay. 相似文献

The effect of a residual current on the combined tidal and wind driven flow and the resulting bedload sediment transport in the ocean has been investigated, using a simple one dimensional two-equation turbulence closure model. Predictions of the combined tidal and wind driven flow with given residual currents are presented, showing that the residual current has a substantial effect on both the depth averaged mass transport and the mean bedload transport directions; in some cases the effect of the residual current is to almost reverse the mean bedload transport direction. The residual current affects the rotation of the flow due to the Coriolis effect in the lower part of the water column (the near-surface flow is wind dominated), causing a larger or smaller clockwise rotation of the depth averaged mass transport, depending on the direction of the residual current. 相似文献

The growing literature on individual transferable quotas (ITQs) and on intensive salmon aquaculture and its negative impacts on the environment and other users of related marine space has been little connected to the developing literature on financialization and to the literature on ocean grabbing within fisheries. This paper seeks to address this gap through a case study of the recent history of herring fisheries and intensive aquaculture in New Brunswick, Canada, exploring how specific neoliberal processes – including privatization and marketization (in herring fleet ITQs and aquaculture lease systems), (re)regulation, financialization and globalization – have interacted to support the reshaping of regional fisheries from mixed small-scale, family-based, petty commodity fisheries towards vertically-integrated, corporate, financialized fisheries characterized by ocean grabbing. 相似文献

Little is known about the effects of offshore energy installations on the marine environment, and further research could assist in minimizing environmental risks as well as in enhancing potential positive effects on the marine environment. While biofouling on marine energy conversion devices on one hand has the potential to be an engineering concern, these structures can also affect biodiversity by functioning as artificial reefs. The Lysekil Project is a test park for wave power located at the Swedish west coast. Here, buoys acting as point absorbers on the surface are connected to generators anchored on concrete foundations on the seabed. In this study we investigated the colonisation of foundations by invertebrates and fish, as well as fouling assemblages on buoys. We examined the influence of surface orientation of the wave power foundations on epibenthic colonisation, and made observations of habitat use by fish and crustaceans during three years of submergence. We also examined fouling assemblages on buoys and calculated the effects of biofouling on the energy absorption of the wave power buoys. On foundations we demonstrated a succession in colonisation over time with a higher degree of coverage on vertical surfaces. Buoys were dominated by the blue mussel Mytilus edulis. Calculations indicated that biofouling have no significant effect in the energy absorption on a buoy working as a point absorber.
