云南宁洱6.4级地震是近年来距离城市较近的一次地震事件,造成了较多的人员伤亡和经济损失。震后,地方各级政府和地震部门都迅速启动地震应急预案,周密安排和部署地震应急处置与救灾行动。本文简要介绍了宁洱6.4级地震的应急行动和灾害情况及特征。  相似文献

根据云南宁洱地区地质构造、 历史强震资料、 云南监测中心区域台及现场流动台数字化观测台网测定的2007年宁洱6.4级地震序列资料及1970年以来宁洱地区6级地震序列等, 深入分析研究了宁洱地区中强地震活动规律、 宁洱6.4级地震的余震时空展布以及参数变化等特征, 并利用2007年宁洱6.4级地震地震现场数字化观测流动台测定的余震波资料研究了该序列地震波动力学特征。 研究结果认为, 宁洱6级地震活动在空间上具有较高的原地重复性, 在时间上具有强弱交替活动的韵律; 2007年6月3日宁洱6.4级地震的余震展布方向与穿过震区NW向宁洱断裂的走向大致一致, 宁洱6.4级地震可能是由无量山断裂活动构造加剧所引起;根据2007年6月3日宁洱6.4级地震序列及历次宁洱6级地震序列时序发展特征分析研究得出, 宁洱6.4级地震序列能量主要集中在震后3天内释放, 4.9级以上余震发生在主震当天, 地震序列早期参数和3.0级以上余震的垂直方向P波最大振幅与S波最大振幅非线性关系等显示, 宁洱6.4级地震序列具有较明显的主-余震型特征。  相似文献

采用统计拟合的方法,详细分析了汶川地震震后恢复重建工程资金的分布特点,依据震后恢复重建工程资金与烈度、人口、GDP和损失的拟合关系,提出了基于人口、地震灾害损失、GDP等因素的3个震后恢复重建工程资金快速评估模型,并利用宁洱地震数据验证经验公式的可行性。震后恢复工程资金分布特点及资金评估经验公式对未来地震进行恢复重建规划有良好的借鉴作用。  相似文献

分析了2007年6月3日云南宁洱6.4级地震序列基本特征,动态追踪了宁洱地震前的中短期地震学异常,结果表明:宁洱地震序列为主震—余震型,最大余震为5.1级,衰减正常。据云南区域数字地震台网资料测定,震源机制解中节面Ⅰ走向为138°,倾角为70°,P轴方位为3°,仰角为9°,宁洱6.4级地震的发震断层为NNW向的普(宁)洱断裂,在NNE向主压应力作用下产生右旋走滑错动,引发宁洱地震。宁洱地震孕育的中短期阶段,地震学异常以云南M≥6.0地震平静和震中附近中小地震活动增强等为主;地震孕育进入短临阶段,最为突出的地震学异常为震源区及附近地区中小地震活动明显增强、出现窗口地震及云南省4级地震平静等。  相似文献

利用宁洱地震现场流动台网监测资料进行精确定位,结合云南区域测震台网地震波资料,给出了宁洱地震主、余震的震源参数,分析讨论了宁洱地震的震源过程。研究显示,宁洱6.4级地震发震构造为NW向断裂,主破裂走向约N50°W,倾向WS,倾角约80°,断层性质为走滑型。断层破裂长度约为30km,宽度约5km,破裂面深2~12km,断层走向与宏观等震线长轴方向基本一致。震源参数研究表明,宁洱震区地震矩范围为1012~1018N·m,震源破裂半径为300~3500m,应力降为0.0044~14MPa。高应力降地震事件主要发生在4~10km深度范围内,表明该深度区是宁洱地震的主要活动区域。地震应力降随时间逐渐衰减,表明宁洱地震序列类型为主震—余震型。  相似文献

传统震后供水管网水力模拟中,每根管线上都设置虚拟渗漏点并以管线的平均渗漏程度设置渗漏点参数。显然这样会大大增加管网拓扑结构的复杂程度,且没有考虑实际地震中管线的爆管漏损。为了模拟真实的震后管网局部的渗漏状态,采用数字仿真模拟管线地震破坏程度,对比其地震破坏概率确定渗漏类型,给出考虑管线三态破坏的震后供水管网水力模拟方法,并编制程序对算例管网进行地震破坏模拟分析,得到结论:由于不考虑爆管断开水力损失,传统方法对震后管网功能估计偏高。  相似文献

以2007年6月3日云南省宁洱6.4级地震地表裂缝、喷砂冒水、地震滑坡、地震崩塌等资料为基础,结合震区的地质构造、震源机制解、余震分布等资料,研究了本次地震的发震断层及其强震频繁发生的动力学机制. 地震地表裂缝资料表明,北西向的宁洱断裂班海段具有右旋走滑的特征,北北东向的断层具有左旋走滑的性质. 地震地质灾害集中分布在330deg;方向上的长13.5 km、宽4 km的范围内. 等震线的长轴方向亦为330deg;,Ⅷ度区长轴长度为17 km. 震源机制解资料显示,宁洱6.4级地震的北西向节面为右旋错动,北东向节面为左旋错动. 大于等于2.0级的余震分布优势方向为330deg;,深度为3——12 km,优势深度为3——10 km,余震分布与地震地质灾害集中分布带一致. 以上资料说明,宁洱断裂班海段为这次地震的发震断层. 最后以活动地块理论为基础,讨论了宁洱地震的动力来源为印度板块的向北推挤使青藏高原向东滑移,在滇西南地区转化为向南南东方向的挤出,使宁洱附近网络状的北西向断裂发生右旋活动,北东向断裂发生左旋活动. 这种构造格局可能是该区频繁发生6.0——6.9级地震的原因.   相似文献

突发地震灾害下,城市供水管网往往不可避免地会发生不同程度的破坏而导致城市供水功能的失效,对人们的生产生活产生了严重影响,快速对震后城市供水管网进行科学合理的功能修复,对于降低地震灾害损失具有重要意义。本文以城市供水管网为对象,针对震后管网系统功能评价及快速修复决策等问题进行了研究。在中国点式渗漏模型的基础上,采用基于破坏概率的渗漏面积计算方法,建立了考虑地震破坏随机性的管线渗漏流量计算模型;针对震后破坏管线展开了水力分析,并提出了以节点水头损失比为指标的节点服务性能失效状态量化方法;进而建立了震后管线的修复决策模型以及功能修复费用模型。研究成果可为震后功能修复工作中管线修复顺序及修复方案的优选提供科学依据,可显著提高震后应急救灾效率,实现城市供水功能的快速修复。  相似文献

In 1981 the Florida Keys Aquaduct Authority permitted the construction of a new water transmission pipeline through the Florida Keys, USA. The seagrasses Halodule wrightii and Thalassia testudinum in an estuary and wetland area north of Key Largo would be removed by a portion of the pipeline construction. Consequently, government construction permit conditions required restoration of these seagrasses.After construction, Halodule shoots were planted over the pipeline trench in an area 6.1 × 975 m on 0.9 m centres. Additional transplantation of Halodule and Thalassia was deemed necessary, especially in areas lateral to the pipeline trench, and was done later in 1981 by a second party. Results after ten months showed that 31.1 ± 0.9% (X ± S.E.) of the area in the pipeline trench was covered by Halodule shoots. 1261 Thalassia seedlings were observed in the entire affected pipeline area. This is the first report of pipeline damage restored with seagrasses.  相似文献

The response of an open high-pressure pipeline containing moving liquid to horizontal seismic loading is investigated. The problem of the interaction between the pipe and the liquid inside it is solved after thorough kinematic analysis, involving two-stage application of the Coriolis theorem. The basic axial loading on the pipeline is also taken into account. As a result, the equation of motion of an arbitrary one-span part of the pipeline under seismic loading is obtained. The harmonic balance is used to find the solution. As an illustration to the theory a numerical example is given with the data of a real water power station pressure pipeline under a past earthquake record.  相似文献

Recent earthquakes show that pipeline damage is severe in the areas where permanent ground deformations (e.g., liquefaction zones) occur. Ground movement hazard to pipeline systems can be assessed by using ground displacement measurements around the location of pipelines. There are many different ways of measuring ground displacements after an earthquake occur. This paper compares displacements measured in Avonside area, Christchurch, NZ, by using four different ways with respect to their effects on pipeline damage assessments. They are air photo, satellite, high resolution light detection and ranging (LiDAR) surveys data presented at 4- and 56-m grids acquired before and after the Mw6.2 22 February 2011 earthquake. Avonside area was in the liquefaction zones of the 22 February 2011 earthquake. Where possible, benchmark measurements were also included in the comparisons. In this study, the focus was on asbestos cement and cast iron water pipelines as the length of the pipelines and the number of damages in the study area was much higher compared to other pipe materials, providing sufficient repair rate data passing the screening criteria to develop linear regressions. The correlations between pipeline damage and lateral ground strains were developed by calculating the horizontal strains from these four different type displacements. The comparisons show that satellite imagery is good for estimating total movements but not so good for estimating lateral strains and conversely LiDAR surveys are not so good for estimating total movements, but much better for estimating lateral strains. Hence, pipeline damage correlations with LiDAR calculated strains provide higher determination coefficient (r2) value. The results of comparisons are presented and discussed.  相似文献

The long-term dynamics of zooplankton in a northern river has been studied in the context of its pollution after an oil pipeline break. Oil has been shown to have both negative and stimulating effect on planktonic communities and populations, and the role of the drainage area in river system self-purification is studied. Artificial settling water bodies, which had been formed by regulation of polluted flows in the river, have been found to have additional significance as biological regenerators of aquatic ecosystems.  相似文献

Sediments along the Israeli coast were examined to determine the effects of large scale dumping of sewage on trace metal contents. The Tel Aviv-Yafo sewage pipeline outlet is the largest point source of sewage effluent along the coast.Significant quantities of trace metals—Ag, Co, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb and Zn—were found in sediments extending to a distance as far as 400 m from the sewage pipeline outlet. Beyond this point, sufficient dilution occurs to limit contamination by sewage to relatively low levels at present. In the contaminated area, there are seasonable variations with maximum trace metal concentrations occurring in the summer. The upper layers of the cores contain a greater trace metal burden than do the lower.  相似文献

The evaluation of the wave-induced pore pressure around a buried pipeline is particularly important for pipeline engineers involved in the design of offshore pipelines. Most previous investigations of the wave-induced dynamic response around an offshore pipeline have limited to two-dimensional cases. In this paper, a three-dimensional model including buried pipeline is established, based on the existing DYNE3WAC models. Based on the proposed numerical model and poro-elastic soil material assumption, the effects of wave and soil characteristics, such as wave period, water depth, shear modulus and permeability, and configuration of pipelines, such as pipeline radius and pipeline buried depth, on the wave-induced excess pore pressure will be examined. Numerical results indicated that the normalized excess pore pressures versus z/h near the pipeline increase as the obliquity angle, wave period and water depth increase, and they decrease as the burial depth and radius of pipeline increase above the pipeline. Soil permeability has obvious influence on the wave-induced normalized excess pore pressure, and different soil material will result in distinct computation results.  相似文献
