西安城市"新经济"发展的空间特征及其机制 总被引：11，自引：2，他引：11
基于西安市第二次基本单位普查数据库等资料,对以高新技术密集制造业、新技术密集公共服务业、生产者商务服务业三大产业组群为主体的“新经济”在典型中国城市发展的空间特征及其机制予以解析.结果显示：“新经济”增长与发展格局受“路径依赖”及“新区位创生”双重效应影响,“地理靠近”依然是“新经济”活动获取有利区位条件的主要策略;两个国家级开发区、老城商业中心区、以及大学/科研/文教单位密集区是西安“新经济”生长发展主要区段;其中,高新技术产业开发区因其特有运作机制而成为城市新经济体系的组织中枢与增长核心. 相似文献

以知识为基础、以计算机与信息技术为依托、技术与制度创新驱动、兼跨第二与第三产业并以服务业居重、高度外向而趋于全球化的当代"新经济"的兴起,正从诸多方面影响和改变着城市。本文以西安市为实证分析案例,依据对"新经济"内在禀赋特性的认识,从城市"产业区"格局重构、城市办公楼宇设施增长、高新技术产业区的CBD化、产业与居住功能分区的模糊化、城市经济与社会空间的极化等方面对城市"新经济"发展的空间影响效应进行了分析,并就其对于城市规划与决策的启示予以探讨。 相似文献

依据城市中央商务区(CBD)和城市副中心商务区(Sub_CBD)理论,分析了西安南郊区域中心地———小寨Sub_CBD形成的区位背景条件,对Sub_CBD产业定位的区位优势与劣势条件进行了对比研究,依据区位条件和小寨Sub_CBD产业定位的相关性,提出小寨应当建成一个“文化-商业型”的城市Sub_CBD。论证了依托西安特有的文化产业发展而形成的城市Sub_CBD的功能,在分析了小寨Sub_CBD存在不足的基础上,提出了相关规划建设的构想,为知名度很高的历史文化古城西安市的文化产业经济的开发提供科学依据。 相似文献

以广州天河北CBD某企业银行为例,通过收集其客户资料和短期贷款业务信息,结合深度访谈,分析该企业银行的基本情况、与客户的商务活动强度及其商务活动空间形态,并从银行业的空间行为机制等微观角度解释其成因,探讨商务产业的空间形态与微观行为机制对CBD发展演变的影响。研究表明,在宏观层面,银行客户和业务联系的分布总体上存在一定的空间递减规律,但也受地区经济发展水平、聚集经济区位以及银行自身的业务定位和市场开拓等的影响;在微观层面,银行业的商务活动在CBD内部高度集聚,其成因除了受以往分析的聚集经济作用外,还与银行业的业务模式密切相关。将银行业业务模式划分为与客户的商务活动联系模式和与辅助性生产性服务业商务活动联系模式两大类,前者的一对多业务模式和后者的客户媒介模式是促成CBD中以银行业为首的商务集聚的主要内在机制之一。具体而言,面对面业务的需求是CBD商务产业集聚的主要原因之一,多机构或多部门的协作要求,形成协作网络是产业集聚的另一重要原因,银行在CBD商务集聚中扮演着重要的角色。 相似文献

在我国CBD(中央商务区)的规划建设中,区位选择一直是存在疑问和争议的热点问题。文章认为CBD在不同的发展阶段具有不同的功能特征和空间结构,明确CBD发展阶段是区位选择的前提和关键。以重庆市为例,在构建CBD区位选择工作流程的基础上,明确了重庆CBD在功能结构上处于商贸功能逐渐向商务功能转变的阶段,在空间结构上处于集中大于分散的阶段。在这个阶段,商贸功能和商务功能不宜分离,CBD的建设在空间上不宜分散。最后通过综合比较渝中区和北部新区两个具体区位对CBD区位要求的满足程度,提出了在渝中区培育重庆CBD的方案。 相似文献

针对以往文化产业区位特征研究中缺乏与城市功能格局有机联系的问题,以中国西部重要的文化产业集聚中心西安市为案例,采用土地利用区位商、标准差椭圆、热点分析和叠加分析等方法,分析其文化产业的空间集聚特征及与城市功能格局的耦合关系。结果表明,2016年西安市的文化产业布局具有较强的“空间+功能”依附性特征,其空间集聚以城市发展主轴为方向线,集中在以一类工业和科教功能为主、开发较为成熟的城市综合功能区。传统商贸业、物流业等要素集散枢纽对文化产业的空间集聚影响较为显著。面向生活服务的文化休闲娱乐服务业的空间分布相对均衡,而面向生产服务的文化创意和设计服务业则表现出较强的产业关联导向和环境氛围导向特征。 相似文献

随着时代的发展,城市商业活动的频率和强度明显增多和增强,商业中心的作用越来越重要。商业中心的合理布局不仅可以满足消费需求、促进商业中心繁荣,而且会影响城市空间结构和居住区、商业区等的功能布局。为此,本文以南京为研究区域,总结商业发展的现状特征,研究城市商业中心体系的演变过程,分析影响商业中心形成与分布的因素。在此基础之上,通过圈层距离法和可达性方法,评价南京商业中心布局的合理性,并提出优化空间布局的方案。研究发现南京商业中心的分布具有时代特点,在20多年的发展过程中,其规模和等级结构均发生变化。其次,目前南京商业中心布局不合理,中心城区密度过大,郊区数量不足;要通过合理规划和增强交通可达性等方法加以解决。 相似文献

价值链的空间重组正在深刻的改变着城市体系的经济景观,建立在价值链分工基础上的城市功能结构的研究已经成为经济地理学的重要课题。将中国上市公司500强企业网络划分为公司总部、商务服务、研究开发、传统制造、现代制造、物流仓储和批发零售七种类型功能区块,研究了中国城市价值链功能分工及其影响因素。结果发现：沿着价值链的功能分工已经成为中国城市体系经济景观的显著特征,功能多样化城市和功能专业化城市并存于中国城市体系,东部地区和城市密集地区的城市在价值链分工中占据了更好的地位;中国城市按照价值链中的优势功能可以划分为九种类型,少数城市转变为承载公司总部、研究开发、商务服务等多样化功能的高等级中心城市,而大量中小城市则转变为传统制造专业化基地;市场潜力、关键资源、区位条件、营商环境等城市属性特征是城市功能分工的重要影响因素,城市资源、区位可达性等属性特征的增强将提高城市成为总部基地、商务中心和研究基地的概率,而降低城市成为传统制造基地的概率。 相似文献

不同职能类型商业中心识别对研究城市商业空间结构有重要意义。与传统识别方法相比,大数据的分析更为精确和便捷。本文以广州市核心区59125条城市热点(POI)数据为基础,利用核密度分析、统计分析、最邻近距离分析等方法识别广州市多类型商业中心的边界,探索其商业空间结构与模式。结果表明：①广州市商业结构呈现明显双核集聚式分布,传统的越秀分区与现代的天河分区构成当前广州市商业空间的双中心;②不同类型的商业中心在空间上呈现显著分异,其中城市生活与公共服务中心在越秀区,商务与金融中心在天河区,休闲娱乐中心呈现分散集聚式特征;③广州市商业结构的空间模式是“圈层+组团”式分布,其中,生活、公共服务、商务职能集中分布于内圈层,娱乐休闲职能呈组团状镶嵌于各圈层中。 相似文献

城市商业中心是指在城区范围内,零售、餐饮、文化娱乐、金融、商务、住宿等服务业在空间上集中,密集度高于城市其他区域的地区。以河网型城市江苏省淮安市为研究对象,抓取城市商业活动类的餐饮、购物、休闲娱乐、商务POI设施点数据,采用核密度估计、空间维信息熵和最小生成树方法,从整体和各业态分别识别商业中心的边界范围与等级结构,同时结合各业态商业的叠合特征,界定城市各级商业中心区的类型。结果表明:淮安市商业中心分市级、区级、社区级3个等级,主要集中在盐河和里运河之间的原清河区和淮阴老城区,形成以淮海广场为中心的极化分布特征。随着商业中心等级由高到低,空间分布形态从规模团状集聚逐渐转变为规模带状和小规模沿街分布。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
