2013年“一带一路”倡议提出将设施联通作为合作战略重点之一,航空网络作为设施联通的重要组成部分,其地位提升到新的高度。为评估“一带一路”倡议的提出对中国国际航空网络的影响,论文选取了2013年和2018年数据,从国际航线、国际航班以及通航城市3个方面分析“一带一路”倡议提出以来中国国际航空网络的空间格局及其演变特征。研究结果表明:① 整体上来看,“一带一路”倡议并未从根本上改变中国国际航空网络的空间格局,仍以东亚、东南亚、美国以及俄罗斯等地区和国家为主,5 a来其变化主要集中在进一步加深与已有城市的联系;② 从沿线国家来看,一带一路”倡议增加了与中国直接通航的沿线国家数量,并提升了沿线国家在中国国际航空网络中的地位;③ 越来越多的境内城市参与到中国对外开放格局中,且航线和航班在北京、上海、广州的聚集程度下降,而其他城市的航线和航班占比逐渐增加。  相似文献

基于“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的中国国际航运网络演化   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
建设海上航运通道和国际航海运输网络,增强国际联系与基础设施互联互通,是构建"21世纪海上丝绸之路"(简称"海丝之路")的基本条件。基于1995年、2005年、2015年的中国集装箱航运数据,论文运用枢纽度模型、复杂网络方法以及赫希曼—赫芬达尔指数等分析工具,重点分析了中国与"海丝之路"沿线国家的航运网络空间格局。研究表明:(1)国际航运网络特征:1995-2015年中国与"海丝之路"沿线国家的联系范围扩大;国际航线分布呈现集中化趋势和距离衰减特征;首位联系国家保持稳定,首位联系港口在同一个国家内部变动较大;(2)国内航运网络特征:中国通往"海丝之路"沿线国家的国际航海运输枢纽形成,网络层级结构明显,由一主一副的双中心(香港港、上海港)向四中心(上海港、宁波港、深圳港、香港港)发展,且上海港—宁波港航线重合度较高,竞争激烈,香港港部分航线转移到深圳港,形成错位发展;国内港口和航线分布呈现分散化的特点,航线南退北进,体现在西南沿海地区的港口退出"海丝之路"航运网络、珠三角港口地位的下降、长三角港口地位的上升、环渤海地区逐渐与"海丝之路"沿线国家建立起直接联系;枢纽港口对外联系方向较为集中,但已出现分化,除了新加坡港外,巴生港、丹戎帕拉帕斯港、科伦坡港等港口与中国联系紧密;(3)整体上,"海丝之路"沿线航运网络经历了发育阶段、等级化阶段、网络化阶段的发展演化,受全球化、运输技术变革、地缘政治—经济演变等因素的影响。  相似文献

基础设施互联互通是不同区域之间空间网络形成的支撑,对区际生产要素流动、市场融合和资源配置具有重要作用,也是“一带一路”建设的重点内容和前提条件。立足于综合基础设施网络,以“一带一路”沿线国家/地区为分析地域,设计数理模型,评价了中国与沿线国家的基础设施网络连通性,考察其基本特征与空间格局,然后分别从铁路、公路、航运、通讯、能源等各种基础设施方式的视角,分析了不同基础设施网络的互联互通水平,探讨了基础设施连通的类型分异及其主导因素,凝练基础设施连通的空间模式。主要结论如下:① 从海陆属性来看,岛屿型国家与中国设施连通性最高,其次为综合型国家,内陆型国家最低。对国际区域而言,俄蒙和东南亚地区与中国的设施连通性最高,中东欧地区连通性最低。从国家尺度来看,俄罗斯和越南是与中国设施连通水平最高的国家,巴勒斯坦、东帝汶等5个国家与中国尚未形成设施连通性。从连通方式的构成来看,航运网络的连通性最高,其次为航空和光缆。② 空间距离、连通方式和重大交通走廊共同主导了设施连通性的类型分异。③ “一带一路”沿线国家/地区与中国的设施连通形成了四种典型模式,包括海陆融合型外缘连通模式、陆路通道直接连通模式、陆心内生性低水平连通模式、远距离不均衡连通模式。  相似文献

基于洲际航空物流的视角,通过构建基本航线,对比哈尔滨与北京、上海、广州、新加坡和仁川在中美航空物流网络中的可达性,论述哈尔滨在优化中美航空物流网络中的作用。研究认为,洲际航空货运需要在商载和航程之间进行选择,因而可以有不同于客运的枢纽布局安排。哈尔滨处于中美之间航空物流联系的门户位置,相对于北京、上海、广州、仁川等城市具有更好的可达性,具有发展成为国际航空物流枢纽的潜力。国际航空物流枢纽功能的成长,将使哈尔滨由东北地区主轴的"末端"转变为"门户",极大地提升城市的地位,由此可见,航空物流业的飞速发展使某些城市的地理位置具有了新的属性,并需要予以重新审视。  相似文献

油气资源合作是"一带一路"倡议的重要内容。分析"一带一路"沿线国家油气资源的分布格局,并采用保障度、依赖度、相互依赖度等指标,对2000年以来中国与沿线国家油气合作中的相互依赖关系进行解析。研究发现:沿线国家的油气资源在空间上形成了以俄罗斯和中东为双中心的分布格局,区域上主要集中在西亚、北非19国和蒙俄地区,国别上的前三位分别是沙特阿拉伯、伊朗、伊拉克和伊朗、俄罗斯、卡塔尔;石油合作中,沙特阿拉伯、俄罗斯对中国的保障度较高,而蒙古、阿曼、也门则极度依赖于中国,除沙特阿拉伯与俄罗斯外,其他国家均处于相对被动地位;天然气合作中,土库曼斯坦在对中国高保障度的同时也极度依赖于中国,而除卡塔尔与俄罗斯外,其他国家均处于相对被动地位。由此,中国应采取差异化策略、借力亚投行平台、加强与沿线国家的互联互通、打造油气合作共同体等方式以促进沿线油气合作。  相似文献

航空运输在实现各国互联互通、推动全球经济发展中发挥着重要作用。突发公共卫生事件或恶劣天气等均易对航空网络的连通性造成影响。本研究以新冠疫情为例,从全球航空网络视角探讨新冠疫情对中国国际航空网络连通性的影响及地区差异。研究结果表明:疫情期间,中国境外通航城市、国际航班、国际航线数量均大幅缩减,航空网络连通效率显著降低,但其空间格局未发生根本性变化,东亚和东南亚仍是中国对外主要联系地区,经济联系与贸易仍然起着重要作用。航线停飞对中国与中亚、西亚和大洋洲航空网络的连通性影响最大,而航班缩减对中国与东亚、中亚和东南亚航空网络的连通性影响最大。在国内,北京、上海和广州仍然是中国对外联系的枢纽城市,且其聚集度在疫情期间得到提升。  相似文献

基于标准差椭圆和空间基尼系数,利用2001~2012年机场和航段的数据对中国航空货运空间变化特征进行分析,为制定航空货运产业发展战略和优化航空货运网络布局提供决策参考。结果表明:① 航空货运的空间格局和经济格局分布一致,航空货运中心由东南沿海地区向西北内陆方向移动;② 航空货运网络由混合式网络向轴辐式枢纽网络转化,由单一机场枢纽发展形成了京津、沪杭、广深和成渝4个组合枢纽;③ 航空货运在机场和航段上分布趋于分散;④ 航空货运主通道集中了30%以上的运输量。  相似文献

选取110个物流枢纽承载城市为研究对象,从“点-线-网”全局性视角,动态刻画2007—2016年中国物流枢纽承载城市货运网络时空特征,在此基础上利用空间面板动态数据模型,剖析了其演化驱动机制。研究表明:① 物流枢纽承载城市 “多核心-边缘”空间格局清晰,核心区域范围向西部地区延伸;② 货运联系快速分化,空间格局层级性特征显著,中部地区、西部地区网络复杂性逐步提升。③ 货运联系网络向集聚性稳增长、网络结构趋于稳定、无标度网络特性减弱的小世界网络发展。④ 基础设施、市场环境、信息科技等因素的发展对物流枢纽承载城市货运网络空间格局形成具有正向驱动作用。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
