A design method of reinforced concrete (R. C.) offshore platforms with nonlinear finite element analysis is proposed. According to the method, a computer program is developed. In this program nonlinear constitutive relationships and strength criteria of concrete and steel bars are included, and the progressive cracking and crushing of the concrete are taken into account. Based on the stress distribution obtained by the nonlinear finite element analysis, the amount of reinforcement in the control sections can be computed and adjusted automatically by the program to satisfy the requirement of the design. The amount of reinforcement required in the control sections, which are obtained with the nonlinear finite element analysis, is agreeable to that obtained in the experiment. This shows that the design method of R. C. offshore platform with the nonlinear finite element method proposed by the authors is reliable for practical use.  相似文献

因建设需要,拟对钱塘江九溪岸段堤线进行调整。九溪岸段是钱塘江知名的观潮点之一,涌潮是该河段一个重要的自然景观资源。为减小堤线调整对涌潮景观的影响,建立了基于有限元/有限体积法的SCHISM三维涌潮模型,复演了九溪涌潮现象,提出了观潮区的涌潮高度、涌高明显的岸线长度和涌高明显的区域面积等三个综合评价指标,对堤线调整给涌潮带来的影响做出了评价。该研究对其他工程对钱塘江涌潮景观的影响评价具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

通过引入合理的撞击模型,建立了水面运动船只低速撞击埋置框架结构的传递矩阵-节点耦合矩阵动力分析模型。该模型可模拟船只与结构在撞击过程中的短暂脱离,并分析撞击力时程曲线和整个撞击系统的动力响应。与有限元方法的比较验证了结构传递矩阵-节点耦合矩阵动力分析方法的有效性。不同于规范计算方法,分析发现撞击过程中的最大撞击力不仅与船只的初始动能有关,还受船只与结构间的接触刚度及结构的自身刚度影响,这两种刚度越大,则最大撞击力也越大,撞击持续时间则越短,而撞击力时程曲线的振荡越明显,甚至在船只撞击结构后的很短时间内就可能产生较大的撞击力峰值。  相似文献

我国近海区域海床表面广泛存在一层深厚软黏土,具有一定的超固结性与结构性。自升式海洋平台沉垫基础的离底吸附力对海上平台的起浮回收影响显著。通过数值方法模拟了沉垫基础的作业工况,将可以描述土体超固结性和结构性的弹塑性本构模型通过UMAT子程序嵌入有限元软件ABAQUS中,采用可以描述材料强度破坏和刚度衰减的黏结接触模型模拟基础底与海床的相互作用,并通过现场模型试验对数值模型进行了验证。在此基础深入探讨了黏土海床超固结性和结构性对基础离底吸附力的影响规律。研究结果表明:沉垫基础上拔时,底部会产生负孔隙水压力,随上拔时间先减后增,且沉垫基础边缘位置率先发生离底;黏土超固结性越强,离底吸附力越大;黏土结构性越强,离底吸附力越小。  相似文献

评估结构耐撞性能最可靠的方法是实尺度碰撞试验,然而对于大尺度结构物的碰撞试验,因其耗资巨大而不易开展,适当开展比例模型试验可以为简化解析算法及数值仿真计算提供验证依据,也可在一定程度上评估结构的耐撞性能。但是在进行碰撞模型试验时,材料应变率的敏感性会使得缩尺模型的动态响应与实尺度结构结果出现偏差,模型试验得到的数据与实际结构的动响应不完全遵循相似关系,这就限制了相似理论在大型结构物冲击问题上的应用。本文给出了一种通过改变冲击质量来修正应变率效应的方法,不同于传统量纲分析法中选取时间、质量和长度为基本量纲,而是以冲击质量、初始冲击速度和动态应力代替,得到计及应变率效应的质量相似关系。以此为基础,将该修正方法应用于船舶-自升式海洋平台的碰撞分析中。研究结果表明,该修正方法可以有效降低由于应变率效应而造成的缩尺误差,修正后的缩尺模型在碰撞冲击载荷下的位移、碰撞力和撞击时间等动态响应参数与实尺度模型结果的一致性更好。本文研究成果可以为大型结构物冲击模型试验设计提供技术支撑。  相似文献

针对导管架式海洋平台结构型式与特点,利用冲击隔振理论,将冰锥体与隔振技术结合起来,提出一种能有效降低冰荷载激励的"两级柔性隔振锥体"设计方案。建立了两极隔振锥体简化计算模型,确定了系统振动传递系数参数之间的关系。通过建立海洋平台有限元模型,采用有限元程序,进行了模拟冰荷载激励下的振动响应分析,并对安装隔振装置的小比例模型结构进行了冲击荷载下的减振试验。结果表明采用"两级柔性隔振锥体"能有效降低传递给海洋平台的冰力极值,减小海洋平台冰激励的响应。  相似文献

The crashworthiness of the cargo containment systems (CCSs) of a floating liquid natural gas (FLNG) and the side structures in side-by-side offloading operations scenario are studied in this paper. An FLNG vessel is exposed to potential threats from collisions with a liquid natural gas carrier (LNGC) during the offloading operations, which has been confirmed by a model test of FLNG-LNGC side-by-side offloading operations. A nonlinear finite element code LS-DYNA is used to simulate the collision scenarios during the offloading operations. Finite element models of an FLNG vessel and an LNGC are established for the purpose of this study, including a detailed LNG cargo containment system in the FLNG side model. Based on the parameters obtained from the model test and potential dangerous accidents, typical collision scenarios are defined to conduct a comprehensive study. To evaluate the safety of the FLNG vessel, a limit state is proposed based on the structural responses of the LNG CCS. The different characteristics of the structural responses for the primary structural components, energy dissipation and collision forces are obtained for various scenarios. Deformation of the inner hull is found to have a great effect on the responses of the LNG CCS, with approximately 160 mm deformation corresponding to the limit state. Densely arranged web frames can absorb over 35% of the collision energy and be proved to greatly enhance the crashwo-rthiness of the FLNG side structures.  相似文献

Large monopiles are used as foundations for offshore wind turbines and are generally designed with a tapered section or conical shape. Some loss of driving energy is expected to occur during installation of these structures due to the submerged section of the tapered monopile. The current literature on this subject is limited and indicates rather large losses compared to field observations.A numerical model of the monopile–water–soil system was set up in the general-purpose finite element package Abaqus. By simulating the hammer impact and the resulting stress wave propagation through the monopile and water, the energy losses to be expected can be calculated accurately. The model was verified against independent finite element analyses and experimental data.A parametric study was performed and the effect of hammer characteristics, submerged monopile length and monopile geometry on the driving energy losses were quantified. The results enable a simple relationship between the energy losses and the monopile geometry to be proposed which increases linearly with pile diameter, taper angle, and submerged length. The losses are typically on the order of 0.15–0.3% per metre submerged length for large tapered monopiles.  相似文献

The impact of dropped anchor on submarine photoelectric composite cables may possibly cause electrical faults, i.e. electricity and optical signal transmission failure. In order to study the impact capacity and structural impact failure mechanism, a test setup is designed originally to examine the structural and functional integrity. A detailed finite element model (FEM) is created, considering material nonlinearity and component interaction. A parametric analysis has been performed to predict the deformation of components and impact forces, under different impact velocities and collision directions. Relationships between the armor layer indentation rate and that of internal power and optical units are achieved. The impact deformation of internal entities can be evaluated intuitively by armor layer indentation. The proposed experimental and numerical methods are well correlated, suitable to assess the impact capacity of subsea power cables and assist the protection design of subsea power cables in engineering.  相似文献

Various offshore structures, especially large structures such as Tension Leg Platforms (TLP), are usually supported by concrete piles as the foundation elements. The stress distribution within such a large structure is a dominant factor in the design procedure of an offshore pile. To provide a more accurate and effective design for offshore foundation systems under axial and lateral wave loads, a finite element model is employed herein to determine the stresses and displacements in a concrete pile under similar loading conditions. A parametric study is also performed to examine the effects of the stress distribution due to the changing loading conditions.  相似文献

针对船舶与中空夹层钢管混凝土(CFDST)导管架平台碰撞问题,利用ABAQUS/Explicit非线性有限元软件建立中空夹层钢管混凝土导管腿导管架数值模型,对船舶碰撞进行数值模拟,对比分析1 m/s、2 m/s和3 m/s的3种碰撞速度下工况下导管架抗碰撞性能、耗能及损伤。从碰撞力、碰撞区域变形以及导管架能量耗散等方面详细研究中空夹层钢管混凝土导管腿作用下导管架整体的损伤模式和动力响应。结果表明:CFDST导管架在船舶碰撞荷载作用下主要由CFDST导管腿耗能,有效控制了结构整体位移变形,提升了整体刚度,有效发挥平台各构件之间组合耗能,结构抗碰撞能力得到明显提升。  相似文献

了解阴极保护电位分布是合理设计阴极保护工程的必要条件和评价阴极保护效果的重要依据。本文应用有限元素法(FEM)计算海洋平台复杂节点表面的阴极保护电位分布。在实验室通过边界条件试验建立数学模型,计算海水中被保护的I,Y,K型复杂节点电位分布情况。计算结果与测量结果吻合得很好,说明FEM能够应用于海洋平台复杂节点阴极保护电位分布的计算,所获得的边界条件合理。  相似文献

针对多礁石、渔船等障碍物的近海复杂环境下的一些应用,提出了一种基于有限状态机(finite-state machine,FSM)模型的无人船(unmanned surface vehicle,USV)局部转向避碰路径规划算法。首先,基于速度障碍法和障碍物区域分层方法,获取无人船固定航速条件下的航向角约束解析结果。然后,基于该约束条件及障碍物探测情况设计FSM的有限状态及执行动作和状态迁移条件,其中,通过转向控制实现向目标位点或缓冲位点进行导航的状态为FSM的2个重要状态。最终通过FSM的执行实现局部转向避碰路径规划。仿真结果表明提出的多障碍物避碰算法具有可行性和实用性。该方法易于改进和扩展,且容易与当前主流的无人船控制系统结合,有利于无人船避碰系统快速工程化的实现。  相似文献

基于3D FEMDEM方法建立三维原型尺度数值模型,模拟波浪荷载作用下斜坡上护面块体内部的应力分布。波浪作用下结构物的水动力荷载采用微幅波理论模拟,护面块体之间的运动、碰撞接触以及块体内部的应力变化采用3D FEMDEM方法模拟。块体之间的接触力采用基于势函数的罚函数法计算,有限元的变形采用中心差分的显式方法求解。应用该数值模型与ANSYS软件程序对自重作用下混凝土扭王字块的内部应力分布特性进行了比较分析,验证了数值模型应力计算的可行性和计算精度。通过数值模拟计算给出了波浪作用下斜坡上护面块体之间的相对运动和块体内部的应力分布及应力历时曲线,探讨了块体内部应力变化特性。  相似文献

面对通航区很可能发生的船舶抛锚、落物以及沉船等事故造成的危险,使用新型沉箱防护设施对水下生产系统进行安全防护,但目前撞击载荷下沉箱防护设施的安全评估标准并无明确界定。采用有限元方法对水下生产系统沉箱安全防护设施的撞击损伤进行了深入研究,考虑不同落物形状、下落速度、落物质量、碰撞位置对沉箱防护设施撞击损伤的影响。结果表明,锚、长方体落物对沉箱撞击最严重;撞击速度和落物质量与撞击应力成正比;对于非对称开孔的沉箱顶盖,距离开孔较近区域为应力敏感区,受到撞击时撞击应力较大。  相似文献

In this paper a numerical analysis method combining FEM incemental technique with limit analysis concept is proposed for the study of the static strength of offshore platform in collision. Large deformation and plasticity are accounted for and the limit yield surface expressed by generalized stress for a tubular section is derived. The modified stiffness matrix of space beam element is formulated by Plastic Node Method. The buckling behavior of beam columns can also be taken into account. It can trace the generation of plastic hinges during loading and finally the ultimate strength of offshore platform against collision is obtained.  相似文献

In this study, we exploit the flexibility and advantages of polyhedral finite elements in modeling 3D hollow concrete block revetments. In the present method, a new concept is proposed, in which the polyhedral elements are subdivided into sub-tetrahedrons through virtual nodes located at the centroids of the faces and element. Piecewise linear shape functions of polyhedral elements are constructed for the sub-tetrahedrons. Then, the shape functions are used to formulate the stiffness and mass matrices. By this way, the present approach yields lower computational cost than that of the standard polyhedral finite element method based on rational basis functions. The presented method suits well general polyhedral meshes including concave elements, which are used to model 3D complicated structures in design of coastal defenses system protection such as interlocking revetments. Reliability and effectiveness of the present approach are validated by the well-known commercial ANSYS software through static and dynamic analysis.  相似文献

Monitoring offshore platforms, long span bridges, high rise buildings, TV towers and other similar structures is essential for ensuring their safety in service. Continuous monitoring assumes even greater significance in the case of offshore platforms, which are highly susceptible to damage due to the corrosive environment and the continuous action of waves. Also, since a major part of the structure is under water and covered by marine growth, even a trained diver cannot easily detect damage in the structure. In the present work, vibration criterion is adopted for structural monitoring of jacket platforms. Artificial excitation of these structures is not always practicable and ambient excitation due to wind and waves may not be sufficient for collecting the required vibration data. Alternate methods can be adopted for the same purpose, for example, the application of an impact or a sudden relaxation of an applied force for exciting the structure. For jacket platforms, impact can be applied by gently pushing the structure at the fender while relaxation can be accomplished by pulling the structure and then suddenly releasing it using a tug or a supply vessel in both cases. The present study is an experimental investigation on a laboratory model of a jacket platform, for exploring the feasibility of adapting vibration responses due to impulse and relaxation, for structural monitoring. Effects of damage in six members of the platform as well as changes in deck masses were studied. A finite element model of the structure was used to analyze all the cases for comparison of the results as well as system identification. A data acquisition and analysis procedure for obtaining the response signatures of the platform due to the impulse and relaxation procedure was also developed for possible adoption in on-line monitoring of offshore platforms. From the study, it has been concluded that both impulse and relaxation responses are useful tools for monitoring offshore jacket platforms. The present work forms the basis for the development of an automated, on-line monitoring system for offshore platforms, using neural networks.  相似文献
