The Hani Rice Terraces System, based on gravity-flow irrigation, is one of the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems(GIAHS) pilot sites selected by FAO in 2010. The water resource plays an important role in the sustainable development of this system. The value of water conserved by the forest is influenced by natural, economic and social factors. In this paper, the water quality, per capita water resources, per capita GDP and population density are chosen as indices to construct an index system for a comprehensive evaluation of water resources value. The weights of these indices are 0.443, 0.31, 0.141 and 0.106 respectively, which are determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method. The water resources value has been assessed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results show that the water resources value in the Hani Rice Terraces System is 4.25 RMB/m~3. Evaluating the value of water resources in the Hani Rice Terraces System can provide a reference for ecological compensation, for raising public awareness of the importance of protecting the system, and ultimately achieving its sustainable development.  相似文献

In the coastal catchments of Shandong Province the water scarcity is aggravated due to saltwater intrusion, reducing the usability of water resources available. Such a situation calls for sustainable integrated water resources management (IWRM). The idea for the objectives and implementation of the IWRM are explained in this paper. The general objective of the planned project disscussed in the present study is to bring together German traditional expertise in water resources management and newer developments in the context of the European Water Framework Directive; the research efforts aim to relieve the desperate water scarcity situation in the costal area of Shandong Province.  相似文献

全面、客观地反映土地动态变化有利于正确认识对土地资源的开发和利用,能为地区产业结构调整,制定可持续发展的土地管理和土地规划提供依据。多时相遥感数据已经被成功运用于研究土地变化,评估前期政策对环境和土地利用的影响[1~5]。在遥感和GIS技术支持下,分析了岷江流域上游地区的土地利用/土地覆被状况及其1986~2000年的时空动态变化和驱动力影响。为保护该地区有限的珍贵林业资源,恢复长江上游的生态屏障作用和国土资源的有效可持续利用提供决策依据。  相似文献

The island mountain utilization is a kind of mountain utilization. Although the islands cover little area, they can be used as the base of marine development. The sustainable development of island mountains is of significance to marine development. There are more than 6500 islands (including the South China Sea Islets) in China, and most of them are continental islands which are the extension of continental mountains extent towards sea. For this reason, there are many hills but few mountains, the area of hills makes up more than two thirds of the whole land area. In order to keep ecological balance of islands, the utilization of island hills and mountains should take exploitation of forests as the main to conserve water source and water-soil, and forests become an important factor in keeping ecological balance and sustainable development of islands. At the same time we should make good use of forests through setting up forest nature protecting area and forest parks and developing forest tourism. 如何实现地热资源合理开发、高效利用,实现地热资源采灌均衡可持续开发利用模式已成为地热资源开发利用地区重点研究内容。该文根据庆云县某典型小区(以下简称小区A)一个采暖季的开采、回灌监测数据,总结了水温、开采量、回灌量、水位及回灌率变化情况。通过数据分析及调查可知,庆云县回灌工程普遍存在地热尾水温度偏高、热利用效率偏低、地热尾水直接回灌引起管道腐蚀影响供暖效果等问题。针对地板辐射和暖气片采暖两种模式提出了换热技术和增加热泵机组的改进措施建议,既可提高热利用效率,又可保证供暖效果避免设备腐蚀,对庆云县地热供暖工程的升级改造具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

通过对山东省砂岩热储地热资源、开发利用现状及存在问题的分析,结合社会、经济、环境效益及清洁能源应用需求,提出了地热供暖、梯级利用、多级取热、尾水回灌为适合山东省砂岩热储地热资源合理开发、高效利用及采灌均衡可持续开发利用模式。以此模式建立的山东省首个砂岩热储地热回灌示范工程——德州市水文家园,示范效果良好,促进了山东省鲁北地区地热供暖产业的持续健康发展,实现了社会、经济、生态环境的共赢。  相似文献

城市作为人类活动的重要场所,消耗着大量的物资与能源。实现城市的低碳可持续发展对于促进节能减排,保护环境具有重要意义。目前欧盟主要采用推广可再生能源,调节能源价格,改善建筑材质,降低消耗等多种方式推进城市的低碳绿色转型。但各种能源使用与消耗方式缺乏整体全面分析,不利于指定决策与宣传推广。为此,欧盟启动了对于城市的综合能源生产与消费的分析研究项目。该项目主要通过城市三维模型CityGML,实现对于城市建筑模型、能源管网设施,以及能源消耗的标准化数据管理,并通过CityGML自带的应用领域扩展模块实现对于能源消耗模拟所须数据的支持。在统一数据格式的基础上,实现与专业能源分析软件(Energy Plus,Trnsys等)的数据对接,并将分析结果通过CityGML标准实现共享与可视化。该项目以瑞典斯德哥尔摩,瑞典日内瓦等欧洲绿色能源城市为代表,通过将电力、地热能、太阳能等多种能源进行经济、排放分析,结合建筑物的散热,消耗等多种因素,分析各种能源政策可能会产生的环境、经济、人文影响,从而为支持欧洲城市的可持续发展。本文对IntegrCity项目的研究内容、预期成果、组织方式进行了介绍,并总结了基于CityGML的智慧城市的研究方法与可视化策略。这对于我国城市的发展具有促进意义。  相似文献

基于气象监测网络的森林火险快速预警模型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
森林火灾发生频繁且突发性强,进行森林火险快速预警对于减小森林火灾损失和促进森林资源可持续发展至关重要。本文基于GIS空间分析和可视化技术,利用地面气象站构建实时气象监测网络,设计了运用气象监测网络的森林火险预警模型,可实现森林火险及时、快速预警。模型应用层次分析法建立了预警因子重要性层次结构并确定预警因子的权重;运用Voronoi图技术,基于气象站点和实时气象数据,构建气象监测网络;利用叠置分析技术计算得出预警结果。基于该模型设计的森林火灾快速预警系统应用于青海省林业局,验证了系统可行性与适用性,该模型可全面、准确、快速地实现对森林火险的预警。结果表明:① 根据预警模型及实时气象监测数据,可及时发出预警信号,快速实现县级、林场级别的森林火险早期预警和及时响应;② 运用GIS可视化技术,可快速生成相关区域森林火险的空间分布专题图,直观地观察预警等级的变化情况。实践表明,森林火险快速预警对森林火灾进行有效预防、中断管理和制定扑救措施具有重要的指导作用,并对森林防火工作、保护森林资源和人类生命财产安全具有重大意义。  相似文献

This paper discusses the constraining factors to sustainable utilization of water resources in China,and the countermeasures to realize sustainable water utilization.The result of comprehensive analysis shows that constraining factors to sustainable utilization of water resources in China are complicated, including physical geographi cal factors and socio-economic factors, such as uneven distribution of water resources at temporal and spatial scales,inappropriate institutional arrangement and non-water-saving and non-water-conservation production and life mode.The countermeasures against constraining factors to water resources sustainable development are put forward as follows: l) using wetlands and forests, and through spatial conversion to realize temporally sustainable supply of water resources; 2) transferring water between basins and areas and developing various water resources in water shortagearea; 3) establishing water-saving society; 4) strengthening water pollution control and water resources protection;and 5) establishing unified water resources management mechanism.  相似文献

This study analyzed the causes of forest devastation, the characteristics of forest rehabilitation process, and the success factors of reforestation. And it reviewed the management of rehabilitated forest resources and identified the income sources of mountain villages in South Korea. The devastation of forest starting from the early twentieth century was continued to the 1950's. The main causes of deforestation were the illegal cutting of trees for fuel and the slash-and-burning agriculture in forest. The success factors of reforestation were the decrease in the dependence on forest of fuel source, strict administration system and national participation. Sustainable forest management could be made possible through the practical use of social issues like public work project for prevention of landslide damages caused by the thinned logs left in the forest. Also it could be possible by making people realize that the public benefit was obtained from forest and the income sources of mountain villages were supplemented by non-timber forest products and tourism. Food and Agriculture Organization indicated Korea as the country that forestation was succeeded in a very short period. Korea seems to be not ordinary because economic growth was accomplished with rehabilitating natural environment. Korean forestation can become a good prototype of combining environmental rehabilitation and economic development.  相似文献

国家“九五”科技攻关计划在国家可持续发展综合实验区建立了可持续发展公共信息网示范工程。本文介绍该示范工程的主要研究内容及成果;提出以发展为重点,通过资源、环境、经济、社会的动态平衡实现可持续发展的建模思路;提出“发展牵引”、“诊断决策”两种不同的可持续发展信息化类型;建立时空一体化、历史模拟、仿真预测、空间配准、知识能力建设以及环境与生态承载能力制约等模型和示范区的可持续发展公共信息网;介绍了可持续发展水平时空动态分析和农作物种植结构调整2个应用实例。该示范工程的完成,极大地推动了示范区信息化建设。  相似文献

Owing to the geographic disadvantages of mountain villages, the social, cultural, and economic conditions of mountain villagers are inferior to those of urban dwellers in South Korea. Thus, in 1995, the The government of South Korea launched a mountain village development support program to promote agriculture and forestry, balance national land development, and preserve cultural heritage. The program was effectively implemented, improving the income, population size, and living conditions of villagers in addition to setting up a system for stable project implementation. However, concerns were raised about long-term development planning, the creation and marketing of specialty brands, facility management/operation, and follow-up support. The government conducted surveys of mountain villagers in 2003 and 2014, obtaining basic data to address these issues. This study evaluates the outcomes of these two surveys, suggesting areas requiring focused action, concentrating on village development projects, forest resource distribution and use, demographic trends, the economy, exchange with urban areas, green tourism, and master planning. We find that despite growth in the forest labor force, forest ownership is diminishing in terms of the number and scale of holdings. Consequently, it is necessary to commercialize forest resources, establish favorable settlement conditions, and expand government support for village-run projects. In addition, systematic forest management for older tree age classes would benefit the public and provide assets for future mountain village development. Our results are expected to provide baseline information for the establishment and efficient implementation of mountain village development policy.  相似文献

在国家863重点项目支持下,我国成功研制出全球30 m地表覆盖数据产品Globe Land30。该成果包括2000基准年和2010基准年两期,有耕地、森林、草地、灌木地、湿地、水体、苔原、人造地表、裸地和冰雪十大类型,第三方评价总体精度为83.50%。2014年9月22日,中国政府将其赠送给联合国使用,是中国向联合国提供的首个全球地理信息产品。该成果成为全球变化和可持续发展研究的重要科学数据,目前已有近120个国家的用户下载使用,推动了国际对地观测与地理信息的开放共享,彰显了中国负责任大国的形象。本文主要介绍了Globe Land30产品的技术创新、精度评价与成果应用。  相似文献
