基于可达性测度的公园绿地服务公平性时空分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
由于城区土地资源的稀缺性,公园绿地的供给与人口对绿地的需求往往难以匹配,出现了公园绿地空间分布不均衡和服务不公平性的现象。本文以两步移动搜索法的可达性测度为基础,开展武汉市主城区公园绿地社会公平性的时空分析研究。研究表明:新一轮规划实施后,从服务的整体效益来看,武汉市主城区公园绿地资源分配向着更趋于公平的方向发展;从公园绿地服务的空间格局来看,绿地可达性提高较为显著,可达性极低区域面积减少。  相似文献

地理可达性是研究评价各种服务设施布局及其服务域的重要指标之一,空间距离、交通便捷性、出行成本等是可达性测度的重要因子。由于医疗设施等公共设施通常以服务的公平性和覆盖性为目标,因此可定义居民点到最邻近医院的距离为地理可达性的测度。在此基础上,作者提出了基于GIS与Voronoi多边形的地理可达性计算方法。这一方法不仅将地理可达性分析中的空间点对之间的距离计算简化为空间查询,方便了GIS应用,而且计算的Voronoi多边形在本质上就是最邻近意义上医院的服务域,即服务域内各居民点到该医院的距离就是最邻近距离。此外结合人口分布等属性数据,还可深入分析各医院的服务承载力,本方法为医疗设施等公共服务设施的规划决策提供了重要的工具。  相似文献

公园绿地是城市公共基础设施的重要组成部分,公园合理的空间布局有助于城市居民便捷和公平地享用其服务功能。根据深圳市建筑普查数据和细粒度的人口数据提取住房信息,结合公园绿地数据和土地利用情况,针对不同类型公园的服务能力分别采用合适的可达性计算方法,从住房、社区和街道三个尺度评价深圳公园绿地可达性,结果表明:社区公园可达性一般,仅57.62%的社区的居民步行500 m以内能到达最近的社区公园;城市公园可达性总体较好,95.87%的社区市民步行前往最近城市公园所需时间在20 min以内。然而,大鹏半岛无城市公园,且多为自然生态保护区,市民到达城市公园所需时间长。社区公园可达性好的区域呈带状分布于深圳南部各区,城市公园高可达性区域呈多核围绕在各区行政中心。  相似文献

Spatio‐temporal clustering is a highly active research topic and a challenging issue in spatio‐temporal data mining. Many spatio‐temporal clustering methods have been designed for geo‐referenced time series. Under some special circumstances, such as monitoring traffic flow on roads, existing methods cannot handle the temporally dynamic and spatially heterogeneous correlations among road segments when detecting clusters. Therefore, this article develops a spatio‐temporal flow‐based approach to detect clusters in traffic networks. First, a spatio‐temporal flow process is modeled by combining network topology relations with real‐time traffic status. On this basis, spatio‐temporal neighborhoods are captured by considering traffic time‐series similarity in spatio‐temporal flows. Spatio‐temporal clusters are further formed by successive connection of spatio‐temporal neighbors. Experiments on traffic time series of central London's road network on both weekdays and weekends are performed to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.  相似文献

Traffic congestion represents an ongoing serious issue in many large cities. Many public facilities, such as hospitals, tend to be centrally located to ensure they are most accessible to local residents; as a result, they may contribute significantly to a city's traffic congestion. In this study, a multi‐objective spatial optimization model was provided to help formulate hospital relocation plans, taking into account both traffic congestion and hospital accessibility. Using intra‐urban movement data, we proposed a method to estimate the area‐wide traffic congestion caused by hospital visits and to identify potential hospitals to be relocated. An NSGA‐II (Non‐dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II) algorithm was applied to solve the hospital relocation optimization problem; we applied our model to study optimal hospital relocation plans in Beijing. Analysis results provide a tradeoff between traffic congestion relief and hospital accessibility. We discussed plans that significantly reduce traffic congestion while maintaining a high level of hospital accessibility. Our study has significant policy implications and provides insights for future facility planning and transportation planning.  相似文献

Traffic forecasting is a challenging problem due to the complexity of jointly modeling spatio‐temporal dependencies at different scales. Recently, several hybrid deep learning models have been developed to capture such dependencies. These approaches typically utilize convolutional neural networks or graph neural networks (GNNs) to model spatial dependency and leverage recurrent neural networks (RNNs) to learn temporal dependency. However, RNNs are only able to capture sequential information in the time series, while being incapable of modeling their periodicity (e.g., weekly patterns). Moreover, RNNs are difficult to parallelize, making training and prediction less efficient. In this work we propose a novel deep learning architecture called Traffic Transformer to capture the continuity and periodicity of time series and to model spatial dependency. Our work takes inspiration from Google’s Transformer framework for machine translation. We conduct extensive experiments on two real‐world traffic data sets, and the results demonstrate that our model outperforms baseline models by a substantial margin.  相似文献

提出了一种基于三步策略的方法来提取交通流模式并对其时变特征进行分析。首先,根据交通流量内部变化将其分割成非等长的一系列具有明显物理意义的子序列;然后,利用定量递归分析(recurrence quantification analysis,RQA)提取各子序列的统计参数;最后,通过聚类获得交通流典型模式。实验结果表明,此方法能有效提取交通流中隐含的4种模式及它们在全天中的时间分布和时变特征,以及它们在工作日和非工作日时态分布上的差异。  相似文献

针对广州地铁网络的可达性空间特征及产生的区域响应,该文基于图及可达性测度模型,结合GIS技术,探讨其时空发育状况、拓扑结构、可达性演变与区域差异特征。结果显示,广州地铁网络与商住区的空间扩张过程在时空上吻合;广州地铁网络逐步演化为回路网络,但拓扑结构存在不足;时间可达性重心从政治中心向商业中心转移,可达性从商业中心向四周区域辐射,并随距离逐渐衰弱;可达性空间模式存在着明显的区域差异,换乘站点对所在区域的可达性作用显著;潜力可达性空间分布形态呈现双中心特征,且在空间分异上与城市交通发展水平相呼应。通过对广州地铁网络进行可达性演化和空间特征分析,既为交通可达性研究提供实践经验,也为地铁网络发展决策提供理论参考。  相似文献

通过研究交通网络的空间连接及由此决定的节点间联系的连通程度,可观测交通可达性水平。本文对地下轨道交通和地面道路交通构成的立体拓扑网络进行了建模,采用空间句法形态分析变量构建了基于轨道站点的通达性模型,分析了深圳市轨道站点通达性水平和空间特征,并探讨了站点通达性与周边土地利用的相互关系。研究结果表明,深圳市轨道站点通达性平均值为0.088 4,通达性数值离散程度较低,在空间上形成了福田中心区、华强北商业区、东门商业区和后海片区4个高值热点区;商业用地、办公用地与站点通达性的相关程度最大,工业仓储用地受轨道站点的影响较小,轨道站点倾向于商业及办公用地等人流量集中的空间节点;轨道站点基本可承载周边的土地开发,组合类型为"高-中""中-低"的27个站点需提升综合立体交通体系功能。笔者从拓扑网络耦合的思路,客观评价了深圳市轨道站点通达性及其与土地利用的相互关系,提供了研究对象由线路向站点转换的研究视角,可为同类研究提供参考意义。  相似文献

针对现有城市医疗服务可达性分析方法未考虑就医偏好,导致测算结果与居民实际感受相差较大的问题,本文提出了一种顾及时间和距离成本偏好的医疗服务时空可达性分析方法,并以武汉市中心城区为例进行了分析。试验结果表明,研究方法充分利用交通路况,兼顾了交通距离和通行时间对就医选择的影响,距离偏好在新方法中作用显著。该方法一方面可以体现不同时刻可达性差异,另一方面又强调了居民就医的时间和距离成本偏好,相比单一的时间或距离成本更具优势,分析结果更符合现实。  相似文献

The spatial nature of crash data highlights the importance of employing Geographical Information Systems (GIS) in different fields of safety research. Recently, numerous studies have been carried out in safety analysis to investigate the relationships between crashes and related factors. Trip generation as a function of land use, socio‐economic, and demographic characteristics might be appropriate variables along with network characteristics and traffic volume to develop safety models. Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) describe the relationships between crashes and the explanatory variables by estimating the global and fixed coefficients. Since crash occurrences are almost certainly influenced by many spatial factors; the main objective of this study is to employ Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression (GWPR) on 253 traffic analysis zones (TAZs) in Mashhad, Iran, using traffic volume, network characteristics and trip generation variables to investigate the aspects of relationships which do not emerge when using conventional global specifications. GWPR showed an improvement in model performance as indicated by goodness‐of‐fit criteria. The results also indicated the non‐stationary state in the relationships between the number of crashes and all independent variables.  相似文献

Access to certain types of facilities can promote health and well‐being. When population and facilities are not uniformly distributed across the landscape, inequities in accessibility may occur. Current research into GIS‐based accessibility measures has focused primarily on spatial inequities between different geographic locations but not directly on differences in accessibility between subgroups of the population. The research presented here develops a new method for measuring differential accessibility to facilities between various segments of the population. The method extends concepts and techniques in spatial point pattern analysis that account for the spatial structure of demand and its relationship to supply. In this approach, the traditional Lorenz curve and its associated indices, the Gini coefficient and the dissimilarity index, which are used to measure inequality, are recast in spatial terms for measuring differences in accessibility between population subgroups. An analysis of spatial accessibility to grocery stores in Akron, OH illustrates the value of the spatial Lorenz curve and its associated indices compared to other methods.  相似文献

交通标线,作为道路上重要的交通标识,为司机和行人提供重要的引导信息。车载激光扫描系统(车载LiDAR)可以快速获得被测目标的表面三维坐标信息,为提取高精度三维交通标线提供了可靠数据源。本文通过分析道路点云数据的平面距离、点云强度、点云密度等特征,将点云数据归化成地理参考强度图像。针对生成的二维参考图像,充分借鉴图像处理中目标分类与识别的手段,将交通标线信息准确提取出来。实验表明,该方法可行、有效。  相似文献

交通网络具有极强的空间性与时序性。交通系统运用现代化的空间分析工具来提高对它的管理以及工作效率,是城市建设、交通建设部门普遍关注的问题。GIS-T专门为交通网络问题而设计,运用了专门的交通建模手段,在技术上加强了几何空间网络概念及线的叠置,并有一套以动态分段为代表的专门技术,是智能交通系统的有机组成部分,是辅助城市交通管理与规划的有效技术手段,特别是与其它高新技术,如:GPS、无线通讯、Internet、虚拟显示等进行有机结合后,能为建立广泛的实时数字交通信息用户服务体系。  相似文献

等高线群拓扑关系的提取和表示是基于等高线的空间推理和地形特征挖掘的关键。在顾及地形特征的基础上,本文提出了一种拓扑关系网络来组织地理目标之间的拓扑关系,并进而提出分区二叉树、增量等高线树、等高线拓扑关系网三种拓扑关系网络来组织含未封闭等高线的复杂等高线群的拓扑关系,从而从根本上解决了等高线群的侧向不连续性,使基于等高线的空间推理更加简便和准确。  相似文献

针对青岛市中心城区交通网络建设不完善的问题,研究了该区域路网的综合可达性,并提出了相应的解决方案。基于GIS平台,建立了青岛市中心城区路网模型;选取最小阻抗(时间和距离)、交叉口服务指数、路网密度和路网连通度作为关键评价指标,分别从路网距离关系、路网结构合理性、路网密度和路网发育程度4个方面分析了该区域的路网可达性;在此基础上,建立了青岛市中心城区路网综合评价模型。研究结果表明,该区域的路网以多中心多圈层形式分布,整体可达性良好;西南区域路网密度低,南部外围区域机动性差,南部地区可达性较差,应不断加强该地区的基础设施与路网建设。  相似文献

 This paper examines the effect of accessibility on individual response to unexpected traffic delays and congestion. The dataset used was collected by means of a travel simulator developed within a geographic information system (GIS) environment. The simulator models a commute trip where congestion takes place, and subjects are asked to respond by making a choice among alternative courses of action. Available alternatives for dealing with the unexpected traffic delay include changing the location of the planned activities or changing the activities to be performed. Accessibility to the new locations and to the different activities is computed using a cumulative measure. Analysis using CHAID tree technique found that accessibility is a good predictor of subjects' choice when responding to unexpected traffic delays. Integrated Traffic Management Systems (ITMS) need reliable, accurate, and real-time data. Travel time, speed, and delay are three of the most important factors used in ITMS for monitoring, quantifying, and controlling congestion. GPS has recently become available for civil applications. Because it provides real-time spatial and time measurements, it has an increasing use in conducting different transportation studies. This article presents the application of GPS in collecting travel time, speed, and delay information of 64 major roads in the state of Delaware. A comparative statistical analysis was performed on data collected by GPS, with data collected simultaneously by the conventional method. The GPS data proved to be at least as accurate as the data collected by the conventional method, and it was 50% more efficient in terms of manpower. Moreover, the sample-size requirement was determined to maintain 95% confidence level throughout the controlled test. Benefiting from the Geographic Information System's dynamic segmentation tool, our travel time, delay, and speed information were integrated with other relevant traffic data. This was presented graphically on the Internet for public use. Statistical trend analysis for the data collected in 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000 are also presented and applications on the overall ITMS are discussed. ? 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
