本文针对北京市日益严重的交通拥堵及由此引起的大气污染和安全问题, 结合环境经济 学的外部性理论, 提出应该重视汽车交通的外部性, 认为北京市的交通拥堵症结在于外部性引起 的市场失效。由于汽车交通的群体性特点, 应该使用政府方法来解决城市汽车交通的外部性, 文 章结合英国伦敦市、新加坡和日本名古屋市的交通管理措施, 建议采取管制和经济手段相结合的 方式, 从控制机动车拥有量和机动车出行率及鼓励市民采取公共交通方式出行等各个方面加强 对北京市交通的管理。 相似文献

通过收集整理、统计分析有关广州市商品住宅销售价格的信息资料，探讨了广州市商品住宅价格时空分布规律及影响因素。结果认为，广州市商品住宅价格分布不平衡，价格分布东山东东湖区为最高价中心，并向四周逐渐降低。而且住宅价格呈直线上升，其影响因素主要与地价、城市形态与功能结构、交通与绿化环境、生活服务设施以及物业管理水平有关。并就此提出一些建议。 相似文献

中国乡村旅游主要在大城市周边地区。广州市周边具有丰富的乡村旅游资源,在对广州市乡村旅游的供给主体（已开发的118个乡村旅游设施点）的资料统计前提下,以广州市地理空间信息系统为基础,运用回转半径、旅游地平均城市中心距离、旅游地空间离散指数等定量分析方法,研究得出广州市乡村旅游供给的空间分布总体上存在着乡村旅游地呈现中心递减趋势、沿交通干线集聚寄生的状态、平均城市中心距离各异但差别不显著、空间离散程度呈现产品指向性等多方面特征。 相似文献

城市道路交通事件检测是道路交通智慧应急系统的关键技术之一。针对当前难以自动检测交通事件问题,提出了一种利用路况数据发现造成交通拥堵的交通事件检测方法。首先,分析空间维和时间维下的路况异常模式,并利用交通事件在时间和空间上的相关性提取交通事件点;进一步计算交通事件的持续时间,根据持续时间的长短对交通事件划分预警等级,为交通管理部门的应急部署提供决策支持。运用郑州市252个拥堵路段的路况数据进行实验分析,检测交通事件点的完整率为84.85%。经验证,在检测高峰期城市快速路和主干道的交通事件点时,该算法具有较高的检测率,对高峰期和平峰期城市快速路的交通事件误报率均较低。 相似文献

以广州市为例,对大都市批发市场的空间分布规律进行了初步研究.研究发现,大都市批发市场的集聚分布是一种常见现象;广州市批发市场的空间分布类型可大致分为老城区传统型、交通枢纽导向型、城市内部交通主干道沿线型和城市外围快速干线沿线及交叉口型4种;批发市场的空间分布主要受区位、交通、集聚度、城市规划等因素影响;批发市场的功能、分布与其所面向的市场需求密切相关. 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
