This paper proposes a numerical approach to the hyperstatic reaction method (HRM) for the analysis of segmental tunnel linings. The influence of segmental joints has been considered directly using a fixity ratio that is determined on the basis of the rotational stiffness. The parameters necessary for the calculation are presented. A specific implementation has been developed using a FEM framework. This code is able to consider the three‐dimensional (3D) effect of segment joints in successive rings on the tunnel lining behaviour. The present HRM allows one to take an arbitrary distribution of segment joints along the tunnel boundary into consideration. In addition, the rotational stiffness of segment joints has been simulated using nonlinear behaviour, as it is closer to the true behaviour of a joint than linear or bilinear behaviour. The numerical results of three hypotheses on ring interaction, which allow the 3D effect of a segmental tunnel lining to be taken into account, have been compared with data obtained from the shield‐driven tunnel of the Bologna–Florence high‐speed railway line project. The numerical results presented in the paper show that the proposed HRM can be used to effectively estimate the behaviour of a segmental tunnel lining. The main purpose of this study was to provide a three-dimensional numerical model, which would allow the tunnel lining behaviour and the displacement field surrounding the tunnel to be evaluated. Most of the processes that occur during mechanized excavation have been simulated in this model. The influence of the lining joint pattern, including segmental lining joints and their connections, has in particular been taken into consideration. The impact of the processes during mechanized excavation, such as the grouting pressure and the jacking forces in the structural forces induced in the tunnel lining, has been presented. These values depend on the tunnel advancement. However, a negligible influence of the joint pattern on the ground displacement field surrounding the tunnel has been observed. Generally, a variation in the structural forces in successive rings along the tunnel axis has been found in a staggered segmental lining, indicating the necessity of simulating the joints in the tunnel lining and using a full three-dimensional numerical model to obtain an accurate estimation. In addition, the considerable influence of the coupling effect between successive rings on the lining behaviour has been highlighted.  相似文献

基于盾构隧道衬砌结构接头的构造特征,建立了接头的力学模型,将接头位置管片间的相互作用离散为一系列由剪切弹簧和法向弹簧组成的组合弹簧,根据得到的节点弹簧应力或法向位移在计算过程中动态调整弹簧刚度参数,将接头模型应用到衬砌结构计算中。该方法可以综合考虑衬砌结构的横向和纵向结构性能,计算管片和接头的内力与变形以及接缝的张开量。采用上海长江隧道衬砌结构整环试验结果对计算模型进行了验证,结果表明该模型能比较合理地模拟衬砌结构的变形特性。  相似文献

Some of the factors affecting ground deformation around shield tunnelling excavations in stiff clays are considered. There is particular reference throughout the paper to an analysis and interpretation of measured ground deformation around a 4.146-m diameter, hand-excavated, shield-driven tunnel at a nominal axis depth of 29.3 m in the overconsolidated London Clay. The maximum surface settlement was found, by precise levelling, to be 6.1 mm but the shape of the transverse surface settlement profile conformed to a normal probability curve only up to the time of shield passage. Of the contributory ground losses at the tunnel, yield of the clay at the tunnel face appears to dominate to the extent of generating up to 50% of the eventual surface settlement. Measurement evidence suggests a rate of yield at the face that is 2 to 3 times the radial yield over the shield and implies that up to about one-fifth of the surface settlement could be attributed to radial yield into the grouted sections of the erected tunnel lining.  相似文献

盾构法隧道在国内的应用越来越广泛,早期建造的盾构隧道在工后沉降较大时出现较大的纵向变形问题,考虑隧道结构特征的设计模型及其刚度计算逐渐得到重视。在考虑管片螺栓等结构特征基础上,建立可考虑环缝张开的三维纵向结构计算模型。研究结果表明,与管片环接缝相关的影响因素,如螺栓的数量、螺栓的预紧力以及管片环宽度对纵向弯曲刚度有效率影响较大,随着纵向螺栓数量和管片环宽度的增加而线性增加,随着螺栓预紧力的增加而非线性快速增加,而管片环的横向弯曲刚度有效率影响较小。研究成果为盾构隧道纵向设计提供了关键参数。  相似文献

采用FLAC3D软件建立了交叉隧道的三维有限差分模型,以人工数定激励力模拟列车荷载,计算列车动荷载作用下土体的变形和应力。采用修正动偏应力长期沉降计算模型,结合分层总和法计算软土的沉降,预测交叉隧道的长期沉降规律。分析3种不同行车工况下地基长期沉降,工况1为一辆列车单独通过1#隧道,工况2为一辆列车单独通过2#隧道,工况3为两辆列车同时通过1#和2#隧道。对比不同的列车行驶速度、隧道衬砌刚度及厚度对隧道地基的长期影响。结果表明,由列车荷载引起的地基沉降主要集中在距隧道中心轴20 m范围内;在工况3下土体沉降大于工况1、2沉降之和;车速越快,沉降越小;衬砌刚度和厚度越小,沉降越大,且衬砌厚度对沉降的影响较大,衬砌刚度影响较小。  相似文献

The development and extension of large cities creates a need for multiple shallow tunnels in the soft ground of building areas. Prediction of the ground settlement caused by the tunnel excavation is a major engineering challenge. A numerical simulation using a finite element method was implemented in the aim of developing a procedure to predict the movement induced by shield tunnelling in soft soil. This study describes a two-dimensional modelling and compares two procedures. The first procedure is done in a simple way (called “deconfinement modelling”) simulating the excavation using a stress decrease vector exerted on the excavation boundary (inside the tunnel) described by a stress release scalar parameter λ (named the “deconfinement factor”). The second procedure is composed of a complete stage of modelling (called “phase modelling”) taking into account different phases which simulate the different kinds of interactions between the tunnel and the soil (deconfinement, lining installation, pore pressure applied on the lining, and weight of the lining). Using a shallow lined tunnel with homogeneous soil conditions, the two procedures are analysed and compared. Then, the second modelling procedure is applied to the case of the metro of Lyon where field data have been obtained. Observations of the results and comparison with the experimental data demonstrate that the proposed modelling is adequate for the analyses of settlement induced by tunnelling in soft soil.  相似文献

盾构隧道衬砌结构由若干管片及其间的连接螺栓组成。在其断面受力的工程设计中,目前普遍采用梁-弹簧系统模型来模拟其受力性态。其中,梁可分成直梁和曲梁两类。本文在考虑弹簧刚度的轴向、切向和转动效应的同时,从卡氏(Castigliano)第二定理出发,给出了梁-弹簧模型的矩阵式,并论证了直梁-弹簧模型与曲梁-弹簧模型的一致性关系。在数值模拟计算过程中,还考虑了地层反作用力非线性情形和管片接头转动刚度正、负弯矩时的非对称性问题。  相似文献

西安地区由北向南间隔分布有十多条近东西走向的地裂缝,建设中的多条地铁线路与地裂缝呈斜交状态。为了揭示地铁隧道斜交穿越地裂缝时受地裂缝活动而产生的力学性状变化,采用50:1几何相似比尺的物理模型试验仪,在合理模拟围岩地层、衬砌结构、应力条件、地裂缝与洞轴线交角及其错动位移基础上,开展了斜交地裂缝活动条件下隧道衬砌结构与围岩相互作用的物理模型试验研究,并与正交地裂缝活动下的测试结果进行了对比分析。表明斜交地裂缝活动对地铁隧道的影响范围更大,各变形缝均有明显的沉降差发展;邻近斜交地裂缝的衬砌结构易处于“悬臂梁”受力状态,衬砌结构不均匀沉降使其产生旋转位移,围岩土压力变化使衬砌结构内力产生显著变化;随着地裂缝错动位移的发展,上盘内拱顶和下盘拱顶、拱底出现围岩作用的加强,而上盘拱底出现围岩作用的松弛。与隧道正交穿越地裂缝的情况比较,斜交穿越地裂缝时围岩土压力和衬砌结构内力变化更大,易出现拉裂破坏。  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) numerical analyses have been carried out to study the behaviour of a single pile to adjacent tunnelling in the lateral direction of the pile. The numerical analyses have included comparisons between the current study, previous elastic solutions and advanced 3D elasto-plastic analyses. In the numerical analyses, the interaction between the tunnel, the pile and the soil next to the pile has been analysed. The study includes the axial force distributions on the pile, the relative shear displacement between the pile and the soil, the shear stresses at the soil next to the pile and the pile settlement. In particular, the shear stress transfer mechanism along the pile related to tunnel advancement has been analysed by using interface elements allowing soil slip. It has been found that existing solutions may not accurately estimate the pile behaviour since several key issues are not included. Due to changes in the relative shear displacement between the pile and the soil next to the pile with tunnel advancement, the shear stresses and axial force distributions along the pile change drastically. Downward shear stress develops at the upper part of the pile, while upward shear stress is mobilised at the lower part of the pile, resulting in a compressive force on the pile. A maximum compressive force of about 0.25–0.52Pa was developed on the pile, solely due to tunnelling, depending on the pile tip locations relative to the tunnel position, where Pa is the service pile loading prior to tunnelling. The majority of the axial force on the pile developed within ±2D in the transverse direction (behind and ahead of piles) relative to the pile position, where D is the tunnel diameter. In addition, mobilisation of shear strength at the pile–soil interface was found to be a key factor governing pile–soil–tunnelling interaction. The reduction of apparent allowable pile capacity due to tunnelling was dependent on the pile location relative to the tunnel position. Some insights into the pile behaviour in tunnelling obtained from the numerical analyses will be reported and discussed.  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) finite element analyses have been performed to study the behaviour of a single pile and 3 × 3 and 5 × 5 pile groups during open face tunnelling in stiff clay. Several governing factors, such as tunnelling-induced ground and pile settlement, axial pile force changes and shear transfer mechanism at the pile–soil interface, have been studied in detail. Tunnelling resulted in the development of pile head settlement larger than the free-field soil surface settlement. In addition, axial force distributions along the pile change substantially due to changes in the shear transfer between the pile and the soil next to the pile, which triggers tunnelling-induced tensile forces in the piles with tunnel advancement. It was found that the relative displacements and the normal stresses at the pile–soil interface drastically affected shear transfer. The extent of slip length along a pile increased as the tunnelling proceeded. The apparent allowable pile capacity was reduced by up to approximately 42% due to the development of tunnelling-induced pile head settlement. Shear stress on the pile was increased for most of the pile depth with tunnel advancement, which was associated with changes in soil stresses and ground deformation, and hence, the axial pile force was gradually reduced with tunnel advancement, indicating the development of tunnelling-induced tensile pile force. The maximum tunnelling-induced tensile force on the pile was approximately 0.33Pa, where Pa is the allowable pile capacity applied to the pile head prior to tunnel excavation. The range affected by tunnelling in the longitudinal direction may be identified as approximately −2D  +(1.5–2.0D), where D is the tunnel diameter, from the pile centre (behind and ahead of the pile axis), in terms of pile settlement and axial pile force changes based on the analysis conditions assumed in the current study. Larger pile head settlements and smaller changes in axial pile forces were computed for piles that were part of groups. It has been found that the serviceability of piles experiencing adjacent tunnelling is more affected by pile settlement than by axial pile force changes, in particular for piles inside groups. The magnitude of the tunnelling-induced excess pore pressure was small and may not substantially affect pile behaviour.  相似文献

某黄土公路隧道在通车运营几年后出现了衬砌开裂及隧道沉降病害。通过对该黄土公路隧道病害的监测及其发展过程的分析,得出黄土工程特性、地表水及黄土隧道埋深是造成隧道病害的主要影响因素。针对上述隧道病害,本文提出用有限元计算分析方法对4种不同工况下的加固方案进行分析,结果表明对结构的局部补强和对地表水的处理,结构与土体之间应力的传递和消散作用使得应力逐步得到调整与改善,最后对拱脚的加固使得隧道结构的整体性进一步加强,应力分布更加合理,承受荷载的能力进一步提高。故而本文提出,该隧道衬砌裂缝应进行修补加固,同时对拱脚地基采用树根桩和夯扩桩加固的方法可以提高隧道安全通行能力。  相似文献

关角隧道是西(宁)格(尔木)二线的控制性工程,在隧道入口处存在长约450 m的砂层,施工难度较大。由于在3台阶施工中出现了冒顶事故,故提出了4台阶施工的设想,并利用三维数值计算模拟了4台阶开挖支护过程,揭示了隧道的空间变形、地表沉降和初支受力特征。通过与3台阶施工模拟结果对比证实了4台阶方案的优越性;现场施工和变形量测结果表明,采用大拱脚断面形式和超短四台阶施工方案,施作长大水平超前管棚、设置临时钢横撑、缩短仰拱封闭距离等是保证大断面浅埋砂层隧道安全施工的有效方法,对其他类似工程施工提供了宝贵的工程经验。  相似文献

随着城市内地铁盾构区间隧道临近城市道路桥桩工程的增多,急需研究盾构隧道临近桥桩施工对桥桩的变形影响问题。采用有限元数值计算方法,结合盾构隧道穿越桥桩实际工程,建立了盾构隧道施工对临近桥桩影响的数值分析模型,模拟盾构隧道施工,对盾构隧道穿越临近桥桩的桩体沉降、桩体侧移、地表沉降进行了数值分析研究,盾构隧道穿越时及穿越后桩体沉降、桩体侧移、地表沉降控制结果较为理想,桩体处于稳定状态。结合现场监测成果,对数值计算结果和监测结果进行对比分析,表明采用的数值分析计算模型、参数取值对盾构隧道施工对临近桥桩影响的模拟是可靠的,可以运用文中的数值计算方法预测后续盾构隧道施工引起临近桥桩沉降、桩体侧移和地表沉降结果。  相似文献

The interactions between perpendicularly crossing tunnels in the Sydney region are investigated using a full three-dimensional (3D) finite element analysis coupled with elasto-plastic material models. Special attention is paid to the effect of subsequent tunnelling on the support system, i.e. the shotcrete lining and rock bolts, of the existing tunnel. The results of the analysis show that in a region such as Sydney, with relatively high horizontal stresses, installation of the new tunnel causes the shotcrete lining of the existing tunnel to be in tension in the side facing towards the tunnel opening and in compression at the crown and invert. The pre-stressed rock bolts are usually tensioned more in the sections closest to the tunnel opening. For this particular study, if a new tunnel is driven perpendicularly beneath an existing tunnel, significant increases are induced in the bending moments in the shotcrete lining at the lateral sides of the existing tunnel and in the axial forces at its crown and invert. The increase in side bending moments causes further tensile cracking but the crown and invert stresses remain within the thresholds for both compressive failure and tensile cracking for shotcrete lining of typical concrete quality. Moreover, the driving of the new tunnel causes the tensile forces in the existing side rock bolts to increase and those in the existing crown rock bolts to decrease. In contrast, if the new tunnel is driven perpendicularly above the existing tunnel, compressive failure of the existing shotcrete lining is induced at the crown of the deeper tunnel for concrete of typical capacity and a significant tensile force increase of the existing rock bolts around the crown. It is concluded that in order to ensure the stability of the existing tunnel, local thickening is needed at the sides of the existing shotcrete lining if the shallow tunnel is installed first and local thickening is needed at the crown if the deep tunnel is installed first.  相似文献

为探明强震区千枚岩地层中长大山岭隧道支护参数变化与衬砌结构变形的相互作用关系,基于新奥法施工理念,结合强震区在建杜家山绢云千枚岩隧道现场试验段的实际施工过程,根据采取的三台阶施工方法,以试验段设置的5种支护方案为依托,对各种情形下隧道变形及主体结构内力进行现场动态跟踪测试,探讨隧道施工过程中随各部开挖不同支护方案下拱顶沉降、周边收敛、地表沉降及结构内力的变化关系,分析初步认定支护强度及刚度大的F5方案更适用于震区千枚岩隧道施工。对5种方案的施工过程进行三维有限元弹塑性模拟,通过对开挖后隧道变形、支护受力与现场监测值的对比分析,对施工过程中隧道结构的安全性和围岩稳定性做出评价。现场试验和数值模拟结果综合分析表明,仅有两种(F4、F5)方案适用于隧道开挖,而F5方案的隧道变形及结构受力较其余4种方案更为合理,该方案的成功运用也验证了这一方案的合理、有效性。在该基础上总结提出的软岩隧道支护参数技术要领及方法可供类似工程参考。  相似文献

在膨胀土地基中进行隧道对群桩影响的三维离心模型试验研究,目标地层损失比为2%,着重研究引起的地基沉降槽、桩的附加沉降、附加弯矩、轴力的变化规律。试验得出:隧道开挖沉降槽空间效应明显;隧道开挖从-0.75D至1.25D时,桩附加沉降呈线性增长,隧道开挖至1.25D以后,桩依然沉降明显。前桩与后桩沉降值不同,桩帽会出现倾斜;前桩上部出现负附加弯矩而下部出现正附加弯矩,而后桩仅在下部出现正附加弯矩;前桩附加弯矩最大值出现在隧道轴线附近,且比后桩附加弯矩大得多;前桩附加轴力随着隧道的开挖而增加,且每步最大值在隧道轴线附近。后桩的轴力也随隧道的开挖而增加,但每步最大值出现在桩顶附近。  相似文献

As far as the bifurcated tunnel of underground engineering is concerned, it is usually used in the water conveyance system. Due to the complexity of underground rock masses and concrete lining, researches on mechanical characteristic and stability of the bifurcation tunnel have attracted more and more attention in the geotechnical field. In order to understand bifurcated tunnel in detail, three-dimensional (3D) numerical method is applied to solve the above key subjects by simulating a practical project. Furthermore, sub-model technology is applied to analyze the intersection position, corresponding deformation and stress results in the practical condition. Meanwhile, 3D excavation and support calculation under four conditions have been simulated based on 3D self-compiled code and Ansys software. In addition, the paper plays emphasis on the stress, displacement analysis considering different stress releasing ratio instead of rheological analysis, and the results corresponding with the fact indicate the feasibility of 3D elasto–visco–plastic code.  相似文献

The paper reviews the application of numerical methods in tunnelling, the achievements and the shortcomings, hence also the future tasks for closing the gap between real ground behaviour in critical tunnelling situations and the present approaches by numerical models. After discussing the role of the structural model within the entire design procedure for a tunnel project, problems are mentioned where numerical methods are essential. This is explained for soft ground tunnelling as well as for tunnels in rock. A special section is devoted to the kind of numerical models needed for the interpretation of field measurements. There is still much to do, especially in covering failure modes of tunnels by numerical analysis. The paper is a shorter version (e.g. without photographs of the actual tunnelling work) of a lecture presented at the Innsbruck Conference on Numerical Methods in 1988.  相似文献
