Many methods are used to calculate the positron lifetime, these methods could be divided into two main types. The first method is atomic superposition approximation method and the second one is the so called energy band calculation method. They are also known as the non-self-consistent field method and self-consistent field method respectively. In this paper, we first introduce the two basic methods and then, we take Si as an example and give our calculation results, these results coincide with our latest experimental results, finally, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.  相似文献

It is shown how the computational burden of source localization by matched field processing (MFP) can be significantly reduced (20 to 30 times) by expressing the correlation in terms of a discrete Fourier transform and using the fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm. The price paid to achieve increased speed is in the form of quantization phase errors. It is shown through analysis and computer simulation that the quantization errors reduce the source peak height, depending upon the size of DFT. The proposed fast MFP works for range localization only. However, the depth estimation is possible by repeated application of the above algorithm for different depths  相似文献

The velocity fluctuations of wind over wind-waves in a wind tunnel are measured with a X-type hot-wire anemometer at some heights over the water surface.The observed vertical profiles of the wave-induced velocity fluctuations and the wave-induced Reynolds stress at the wave spectral peak frequency are different from those expected from the inviscid quasi-laminar model;i.e., the observed vertical profiles of the power spectral density of the wave-induced horizontal or vertical velocity fluctuations of wind have the minimum value at the height much heigher than the critical layer, and the value of the wave-induced Reynolds stress is negative at several heights over the water surface. From the comparison between the experimental results and the numerical solutions of a linear model of the turbulent shear flow over the wavy boundary, it is shown that the discrepancy described above can be attributed to the atmospheric turbulence.  相似文献

In order to make horizontal sections in the current velocity field and to study the velocity's spatial variability using an electromagnetic current meter (EMCM), one must know the nature and value of the electrostatic field in the areas of variable velocity, which proves to hamper measurements. Formulae have been derived to calculate the electrostatic field induced by water mass motion relative to the geomagnetic field's horizontal component. Interferences have been assessed, in the areas having different geomagnetic latitudes. At high and middle latitudes, interferences may be neglected. Interferences have been estimated at low latitudes, specifically in the equatorial areas, where the geomagnetic field's vertical component tends to decrease, whereas the horizontal one increases. In this paper, the issue of employing an EMCM to perform horizontal sections in the equatorial currents system, specifically in the subsurface countercurrent, is addressed.Translated by Vladimir A. 本文根据TAG区的钻探资料及岩心测试结果,建立了双层地质模型,在此基础上利用ANSYS应力软件并结合TAG热液区的地形数据对该区进行应力模拟。结果表明:热液喷口区域与最大水平应力低值区有较好的对应关系。其中仍处于活动状态的TAG丘状体区呈现明显的局部最大水平应力低值;而已经停止活动并且不具有典型喷口地形的MIR丘状体区域则处于最大水平应力的非封闭低值区域。据此,本文在TAG丘状体区域圈定了5个喷口可能区域,钻探结果揭示区内存在较好的矿化和蚀变现象,表明应力场预测法可能是一种有效的成矿预测方法。  相似文献

基于AVISO卫星高度计数据计算得到的地转流场,利用SOM神经网络对吕宋海峡海面涡度场与地转流场进行特征分析,研究吕宋海峡上层流场的变化特征。结果表明:在SOM 2×2的网络结构实验中,4个分类结果的空间形态类似于气候态的季节分布形式,其中冬季型可以由11月延续至次年3月,夏季型在5月至9月都会存在。时间序列显示分类结果存在年际变化信号,其中在ENSO较强的年份,季节变化信号明显。SOM 3×4网络结构的结果显示,12个分类结果可以分为4类,即冬季型、春季型、夏季型、秋季型。每种类型内的分类图形形态存在差别;在时间上,分类图形存在连续性,并集中出现在某个月份。时间序列显示季节变化信号与年际变化信号同时存在。  相似文献

The spatial statistics of the acoustic field in shallow water are strongly affected by interfacial roughness and volume fluctuations in the water column or the seabed. These features scatter energy, reducing the coherence of the acoustic field. This paper introduces a consistent, mode-based modeling framework for ocean scattering. First, the rough surface scattering theory of Kuperman and Schmidt is reformulated in terms of normal modes, resulting in computation times which are reduced by several orders of magnitude. Next, a perturbation theory describing scattering from sound speed and density fluctuations in acoustic media is developed. The scattering theories are combined with KRAKEN, creating a unified normal mode code for wave theory modeling of shallow-water spatial statistics. The scattered field statistics are found to be a complicated function of scattering mechanism, scatterer statistics, and acoustic environment. Wave records at seven different locations within a groin field have been analysed by both statistical and spectral approaches to study the general wave climate. The wave heights and periods from the wave records were obtained by both upcross and downcross methods for the statistical approach. The variation of different wave height and wave period parameters with respect to the time of measurement at a particular location and its variation at different locations within the groin field at a particular instant of time are presented and discussed in detail in this paper. It is generally found that the wave heights follow the Weibull distribution.  相似文献

研究了含Kerr介质高Q腔内单个二能级原子与双模二项式光场发生双光子共振相互作用系统的腔场谱,给出了Kerr效应与量子干涉项ΔS(ω)关系的数值计算结果,讨论了Kerr效应对二项式腔场谱量子干涉的影响.结果表明:若初始时刻原子处于激发态而双模光场处于二项式态,随Kerr效应的增强,致使量子干涉项引起谱线强度的改变量呈现出"不规则的周期性衰减振荡"特性,震荡幅度与两模光场的频差密切相关.在Kerr系数χ<g(g为光场与原子的耦合常数)时,Kerr效应对干涉项的影响比  相似文献

The average residence time and the remnant function which are quantitative expressions of water exchange in coastal waters are investigated in a timevarying transport field by using a simple model. It is shown that the influence of temporal variation on the average residence time and concentration is small, when the ratio of the period of variation to the average residence time in the average state is small, and the influence is large when the ratio is large. The results are applied to the Seto Inland Sea, Lake Hamana, and Osaka Bay.  相似文献

The geodynamic history of a region is archived in its geologic record which, in turn, may reflect deformation patterns that causally can be related to certain configurations of paleostresses. In the Oslo Region, the exposed geological record ranges from Precambrian high-grade metamorphic rocks through Cambro-Silurian sedimentary rocks to Permo-Carboniferous sedimentary and magmatic rocks, the latter being related to the development of the Oslo rift system. We investigate the kinematics of outcrop-scale faults to derive the diversity of paleostress states responsible for the observed strain. For this purpose, we combine different graphical and numerical approaches to separate heterogeneous fault-slip data sets and estimate the associated reduced stress tensors. A reduced stress tensor consists of the directions of the three principal stress axes with σ1σ2σ3 and the ratio of principal stress differences, R = (σ2σ3)/(σ1σ3).  相似文献

Matched-field ambiguity surfaces produced by deep-water ambient-noise data are discussed and quantified in terms of power levels and correlation values. Two processors were implemented (Bartlett and minimum variance) using data at 35 and 95 Hz with similar but distinct vertical angular distributions. In general, the ambiguity surfaces have both diffuse and discrete components. The diffuse distribution extends across the sound channel with correlation values increasing with distance. The discrete sources have higher correlation values and are distributed in a convergence-zone sidelobe structure. Local wind conditions appear to affect the received power but not the correlation values or the processor output power  相似文献

This paper is an observational study of small-scale coherent eddies in the Labrador Sea, a region of dense water formation thought to be of considerable importance to the North Atlantic overturning circulation. Numerical studies of deep convection emphasize coherent eddies as a mechanism for the lateral transport of heat, yet their small size has hindered observational progress. A large part of this paper is therefore devoted to developing new methods for identifying and describing coherent eddies in two observational platforms, current meter moorings and satellite altimetry. Details of the current and water mass structure of individual eddy events, as they are swept past by an advecting flow, can then be extracted from the mooring data. A transition is seen during mid-1997, with long-lived boundary current eddies dominating the central Labrador Sea year-round after this time, and convectively formed eddies similar to those seen in deep convection modeling studies apparent prior to this time. The TOPEX / Poseidon altimeter covers the Labrador Sea with a loose “net” of observations, through which coherent eddies can seem to appear and disappear. By concentrating on locating and describing anomalous events in individual altimeter tracks, a portrait of the spatial and temporal variability of the underlying eddy field can be constructed. The altimeter results reveal an annual “pulsation” of energy and of coherent eddies originating during the late fall at a particular location in the boundary current, pinpointing the time and place of the boundary current-type eddy formation. The interannual variability seen at the mooring is reproduced, but the mooring site is found to be within a localized region of greatly enhanced eddy activity. Notably lacking in both the annual cycle and interannual variability is a clear relationship between the eddies or eddy energy and the intensity of wintertime cooling. These eddy observations, as well as hydrographic evidence, suggest an active role for boundary current dynamics in shaping the energetics and water mass properties of the interior region.  相似文献

A number of different methods for the 3D measurement of the water surface in wave fields have been proposed in the literature, based mostly on refraction, photogrammetry and/or reflected light intensity. Although these methods can map the distorted water surface, they appear to be difficult in practical applications in hydraulic engineering laboratories. A novel wave mapping technique using particle image velocimetry to measure surface flow velocities, and linear wave theory to determine wave heights from the measured velocities, has been developed and validated for regular waves. The method allows for the mapping even of complex wave fields with simple means and appears robust enough for application in the laboratory.  相似文献

The stress state and rock mechanical properties govern the growth of faults and fractures, which constitute shallow hydrothermal pathways and control the distribution of seafloor massive sulfide (SMS) mounds in the seafloor hydrothermal field. The stress field has an important influence on the formation and persistence of hydrothermal pathways. Based on multibeam bathymetric data from the Trans-Atlantic Geotraverse (TAG) field, we establish two three-dimensional geological models with different scales to simulate the stress field, which investigate the characteristics of hydrothermal pathways and associated SMS mounds. The simulation results show that oblique faults and fissures form in the tensile stress zone and that mounds, including active and inactive hydrothermal mounds form in the compressive stress zone. Fault activity, which is related to the stress field, affects the opening and closing of hydrothermal channels and changes the permeability structure of subseafloor wall rock. Therefore, the stress field controls the development and persistence of shallow hydrothermal pathways. The features of shallow hydrothermal pathways in the stress field can provide geomechanical information that is useful for identifying favorable zone for SMS deposit formation.  相似文献

A new method for inversion of gravity field using the technique of inverse filtering is presented in this paper to calculate the structure of crust.After inversing gravity data of West Pacific and Okinawa Trough, it has been proven that the method of inverse filtering has many advantages, such as high accuracy, fast convergence rate, small memory space used and arbitrary reduction of sampling interval. 在考虑海洋工程装备在极端海况和运行海况下的载荷与受力,风载荷也是一个不可忽视的因素.目前物理模型试验仍是研究海洋工程结构物载荷与运动性能的重要手段,而深海结构物在水平漂移运动较大,如何在较大范围内得到满足试验要求的风场,是提高试验能力的重要问题.应用数值计算方法对大范围的风场模拟进行了分析,并进行了相应的物理实验,在此基础上对海洋工程试验的风场模拟提出了若干建议.  相似文献
