采用同步辐射光源和金刚石对顶砧(DAC)技术,对透视石进行了室温下的原位高压单晶X射线衍射研究。实验的最高压力为11.7 GPa,在实验压力范围内,未观察到透视石发生相变。随着压力的升高,晶胞体积逐步被压缩,体积压缩率符合三阶Birch-Murnaghan状态方程,拟合获得体模量K0为114.6(5.3)GPa。压力低于9.3 GPa时,c轴的压缩率大于a轴;在9.3~11.7 GPa压力范围内,限制于透视石结构中的水分子在高压下会阻碍硅氧四面体六元环沿c轴方向的扭曲变形,导致c轴的抗压性增强,最终a轴与c轴的被压缩程度趋于一致。通过分析多种含水环状硅酸盐矿物的高压行为,发现高压下结构中水的存在形式对含水环状硅酸盐矿物的弹性性质有重要的影响。  相似文献

应用LA-ICP-MS方法对新疆西南天山高压-超高压变质带中的榴辉岩及其高压脉体中的金红石和榍石进行了Zr含量的检测和Zr温度计的计算。榴辉岩中位于石榴石幔部且与绿辉石共生的金红石包体Zr含量都集中于10~20μg/g;而基质金红石的Zr含量为30~50μg/g,高于包体金红石。榍石均为金红石退变质的产物,且各样品间的榍石Zr含量较均一,都集中在3~5μg/g之间。脉体金红石Zr含量则与榴辉岩中基质金红石的Zr含量相当甚至偏高一些,为30~60μg/g。金红石和榍石的Zr温度计研究也表明,榴辉岩石榴石中的金红石包体生长于压力峰期阶段,温压条件为480~540℃、2.7~3.0 GPa;基质金红石随温度增加达到退变质再平衡,记录了温度峰期的条件,约530~590℃、2.4~2.7 GPa;榴辉岩中高压脉体中的金红石则生长于退变质榴辉岩相阶段,金红石Zr温度计给出结果为540~580℃、1.5~2.1 GPa,记录了近等温降压的过程;榴辉岩中的榍石在1.0 GPa左右达到平衡,榍石Zr温度计给出的温度为540~560℃,记录了进一步的近等温降压的过程。根据以上4个阶段的分析结果,得出一个较完整的顺时针p-T轨迹,且与相平衡模拟所限定的p-T轨迹相一致。金红石的Zr含量可以作为压力的指示,表明压力校正在金红石Zr温度计中起到了重要作用。在对金红石和榍石Zr温度计进行应用时,要结合细致的岩相学观察,综合考虑压力、活度、扩散速率、退变质作用和流体影响等方面的因素,才能得到比较精确的温压估算结果和pT轨迹。  相似文献

蛇纹岩矿物组合简单,主要组成矿物蛇纹石的温压稳定范围很大,这导致确定蛇纹岩的变质温压条件存在困难。本文通过实验岩石学模拟的方法,确定了钛粒硅镁石是蛇纹岩经历超高压变质的特征变质矿物。根据实验观察,压力达到3.0~3.5 GPa条件下,600~700℃范围内均存在钛粒硅镁石的生成反应,说明钛粒硅镁石在压力大于3.0~3.5 GPa条件下才能稳定;温度高于750℃,钛粒硅镁石开始减少直至消失。至于钛粒硅镁石的压力上限,由于实验条件所限,本次实验并未得出。钛斜硅镁石先于钛粒硅镁石出现,晚于钛粒硅镁石消失,稳定的温压范围更大。对实验样品观察发现,普遍存在钛粒硅镁石、钛斜硅镁石和橄榄石互为核边、互相交生的现象,这些实验现象与自然界中观察到的现象一致。低温高压条件下,由于这3类矿物结构的相似性,钛斜硅镁石与橄榄石通常出现互为核边的现象;随着温度升高,钛斜硅镁石以斑块或者片晶出现在橄榄石中,直至最终分解消失。钛粒硅镁石的出现与否取决于温压条件:低温低压条件下,钛粒硅镁石不稳定,发生分解产生钛斜硅镁石,出现钛斜硅镁石包裹钛粒硅镁石的现象;低温高压条件下,钛粒硅镁石稳定生长,出现钛粒硅镁石发育于钛斜硅镁石边部的现象;高温条件下,钛粒硅镁石不稳定,以片晶形式存在于橄榄石或钛斜硅镁石中。研究表明,钛粒硅镁石稳定于低温高压条件,确定其为冷俯冲带蛇纹岩超高压变质的标志。同时详细的岩相学显示了钛硅镁石矿物在高压变质过程中的行为,从而为俯冲带超基性岩变质研究提供理论依据。  相似文献

黝帘石属于绿帘石族矿物[Ca2(Al,Fe)3Si3O12(OH)],产出于各种不同地质环境(比如大陆碰撞带和俯冲带)的高压和超高压变质岩中。不同于其他绿帘石族矿物属于单斜晶系矿物,黝帘石属于斜方晶系(空间群Pnma)。本文采用金刚石压腔装置(DAC)结合同步辐射X射线衍射及拉曼光谱技术对天然黝帘石[Ca2(Al2.71Fe0.29)(Si O4)(Si2O7)O(OH)]进行了原位常温高压实验研究,以期增进对黝帘石在常温高压下的稳定性以及Fe含量的不同对于其弹性性质影响的认识。原位常温高压X射线衍射实验在上海同步辐射装置(SSRF)的BL15U线站上完成。实验采用DAC高压装置结合单晶X射线衍射实验技术,实验最高压力约为30 GPa,衍射谱图采用黝帘石标准谱(JCPDS85-1631)进行指标化,衍射斑点的位置用来计算其在不同压力下的晶胞参数。随着实验压力的升高,所有的衍射晶面间距逐渐减小,当压力达约15.2 GPa,在衍射图谱上出现一新的衍射晶面信号(晶面间距d=2.238 3),并在之后的压力范围内一直存在。此外当压力达约22.6 GPa,又有一晶面间距d=2.689 6的新衍射信号出现,并一直保持存在到最高压力。据此推断黝帘石在压力约15 GPa时存在结构的变化。同时,在常温最高压力约为40 GPa条件下,对黝帘石进行了拉曼光谱测量。随着实验压力的增加,黝帘石的拉曼振动峰向着高波数方向移动,在压力约为15.7 GPa,低压下存在的波数为1 083 cm-1和1 098 cm-1的两个振动峰消失,与此同时,在波数为247 cm-1、303 cm-1、339 cm-1、和379 cm-1位置分别出现了新的拉曼谱峰,其中,339 cm-1峰于27.6 GPa时消失,其余新峰一直保持到实验最高压力值。因此,本文推测天然黝帘石样品在15~16 GPa压力范围内存在有结构的变化。对于变化后的结构和性质还有待于进一步研究。另外,本文利用三阶Birch-Murnaghan状态方程拟合了发生结构变化前(0~14.4 GPa)的p-V数据,得到V0=908.1(9)3、K0=108(2)GPa和K'0=6.5(6),其中V0、K0和K'0分别表示零压晶胞体积、等温体积模量及其压力导数值。综合上述获得的实验结果并结合前人对黝帘石的研究成果,本文探讨了含Fe量的不同对于黝帘石弹性性质以及晶体结构性质的影响。与不含Fe黝帘石的等温体积模量[Ca2Al3Si3O12OH(]122.1(7)GPa,123.4(4)GPa)以及低含Fe量的黝帘石[Ca2Al2.88Fe0.12Si3O12OH]的体积模量(119.1(7)GPa)相比,本次实验样品黝帘石[Ca2(Al2.71Fe0.29)(Si O4)(Si2O7)O(OH)]的体积模量(108(2)GPa)明显偏小,说明含Fe会增加黝帘石矿物的可压缩性,并且,含铁量越大其体积模量越小。  相似文献

利用同步辐射X射线衍射及拉曼光谱技术对葡萄石分别进行了原位高温及原位高压实验。原位高温实验结果表明葡萄石的热膨胀系数为K=1. 77(3)×10~(-5)K~(-1),轴向热膨胀系数具有各向异性(α_aα_bα_c),葡萄石在1073K时开始发生脱水反应,分解为钙长石及硅灰石。原位高压X射线衍射实验结果表明,在大于12. 4GPa时,葡萄石的晶胞参数发生不连续变化,可能发生了相变;在24. 0GPa左右,葡萄石发生不可逆的非晶化转变。原位高压拉曼光谱表明,葡萄石在12. 6GPa左右发生相变,这一相变很可能与其[(Si,Al)O_4]四面体中的Si发生有序排列有关。结合葡萄石的热膨胀性及压缩性,我们确定了葡萄石在高温高压下的稳定范围,这一结果对认识上地幔中含水矿物的状态以及地幔中水的来源有重要意义。  相似文献

在1.0~5.0GPa压力范围内,运用高温同时高压下电导测量方法确定了蛇纹石的脱水温度。实验结果表明,压力小于2.0GPa时叶蛇纹石的脱水温度随压力的增大呈微弱升高趋势,压力大于2.0GPa时其脱水温度随压力的增大明显降低,意味着较高压力下有利于脱水反应的发生,是俯冲带岩浆作用及地幔交代作用流体的重要来源。蛇纹石脱水后,由于自由水的存在导致其电导明显增加,可能是高导层产生的原因之一。  相似文献

对2个不同冲击变质程度球粒陨石研究表明,橄榄石晶内高压多形转变可在较低温度(<1000℃)和较大压力范围内(14.5~23GPa)产生。橄榄石晶内高压相转变主要是形成薄层状林伍德石,不发生直接的橄榄石-瓦士利石转变。由微晶集合体组成的薄层状林伍德石多沿着橄榄石中层错和面状裂隙分布并替代母相橄榄石。某些陨石中橄榄石产出薄层状瓦士利石和薄层状林伍德石组合,这些瓦士利石的形成与退变质作用有关,是压力释放过程林伍德石被瓦士利石替代的结果。研究结果对探讨岩石圈俯冲板块橄榄石多形转变环境和温度压力条件具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

通过对内蒙古黄岗梁地区不同色调绿色鱼眼石样品的基础宝石学特征、 X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、 红外光谱、拉曼光谱等多方面综合分析,系统探讨了不同色调绿色鱼眼石的化学成分和谱学特征。通过高压X射线衍射(HPXRD)光谱测试,深入剖析了该矿物在高压环境下的晶体结构特征,为揭示鱼眼石在地质运动中再次俯冲进入地壳后的稳定存在深度提供了关键线索。研究结果表明,内蒙古黄岗梁地区的鱼眼石属于氟鱼眼石, Fe3+和结晶水的含量对绿色鱼眼石的色调深浅产生显著影响。在HPXRD实验中,随着压力的升高,鱼眼石的轴长和晶胞体积逐渐减小,特别是c轴的压缩率较a轴更高。在9.0 GPa和15.3 GPa两个压力节点上,观察到压缩率的突变,伴随着新衍射峰的出现以及旧衍射峰的分裂和消失。这一发现揭示了鱼眼石晶体在高压环境中发生的两次明显相变过程。本研究为鉴定鱼眼石、寻找矿物资源提供了有力的科学依据,同时为鱼眼石在地质学领域的进一步研究提供了新的视角和认识。  相似文献

在室温下使用金刚石对顶砧(DAC)高压装置和同步辐射光源,对架状硅酸盐矿物方钠石进行了原位高压X射线衍射实验,最高压力达到17.4GPa。在研究的压力范围内观察到在3GPa左右方钠石发生了一次相变,且压力大于6.3GPa时,d222出现异常增大。对方钠石在高压下相变以及d222增大的原因进行了分析,认为方钠石结构中存在着充填大阳离子的多面体笼和孔道,高压下这些笼和孔道容易扭曲变形,从而造成结构的改变。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
