以武汉市部分地区为例,运用多主体模型(MAS/RE)在Arc/Info平台上对该地区的居住用地扩展进行了模拟尝试。研究显示,MAS/RE模型对于理解主体行为对居住用地扩展过程的影响是合适的,特别是在对时间、空间和行为复杂性的表达上具有优势,从而能够为政府和城市规划者制定规划政策提供依据。  相似文献

An invertible model is proposed which uses the basis of scale-independence and scale-dependence to capture some of the essential cartographic elements of topographic relief. The model, which uses Fourier and fractal methods in combination with local surface operators, is invertible, and is used to simulate topography. The uses of such simulated topography are discussed, as are the advantages of the particular model used. The model is developed mathematically. and seems in its application to produce terrain with some desirable cartographic traits.  相似文献

Capturing spatial population distribution can offer useful information for urban planning to promote reasonable population distribution and allocate urban resource. Agent-based model (ABM) based on the modeling idea of “bottom-up” can offer the ability to simulate the complex individual behaviors that generate spatial population distribution. Previous ABMs were unable to be extended for simulation of spatial population distribution at a fine scale due to the shortage of fine characterization of the urban environment and the calibration of agents' behavior. This study filled these gaps by proposing a genetic algorithm-ABM (GA–ABM) for fine-scale simulation of spatial population distribution in a manufacturing metropolis. In this model, the employment and residential choice behaviors of agents were defined by the labor economic theory and discrete selection model. Multisource geospatial big data such as enterprise points-of-interest big data and building footprints data were used to finely characterize the labor market and urban environment to reflect the impact of agents' employment choices on their residential decision. Furthermore, the grid-scale population investigation big data were combined with the GA to calibrate the agents' residential decision behaviors. The proposed model was used in Dongguan, the typical manufacturing metropolis in China. As a comparison, the expert-experience-based method-ABM (EEBM–ABM) was also conducted by using the same data set. Through the comparison of the results produced by these two models, it was demonstrated that the model coefficient calibrated by GA could effectively reflect the agents' residential decisions. The calibrated GA–ABM is more capable than EEBM–ABM in simulating spatial population distribution in a manufacturing metropolis. Hence, the proposed model can be used to simulate spatial population distribution in a manufacturing metropolis which helps the urban planner to conduct scientific urban planning.  相似文献

Residential location choice modeling is one of the substantial components of land use and transportation models. While numerous aggregated mathematical and statistical approaches have been developed to model the residence choice behavior of households, disaggregated approaches such as the agent‐based modeling have shown interesting capabilities. In this article, a novel agent‐based approach is developed to simulate the residential location choice of tenants in Tehran, the capital of Iran. Tenants are considered as agents who select their desired residential alternatives according to their characteristics and preferences for various criteria such as the rent, accessibility to different services and facilities, environmental pollution, and distance from their workplace and former residence. The choice set of agents is limited to their desired residential alternatives by applying a constrained NSGA‐II algorithm. Then, agents compete with each other to select their final residence among their alternatives. Results of the proposed approach are validated by comparing simulated and actual residences of a sample of tenants. Results show that the proposed approach is able to accurately simulate the residence of 59.3% of tenants at the traffic analysis zone level.  相似文献

全域综合整治背景下的宅基地复垦项目审查是保证复垦项目合法性合规性的有效手段,针对当前宅基地复垦项目审查效率低的问题,本文提出了基于遥感影像的农村宅基地复垦项目立项真实性审查方法。首先以重庆市农村宅基地复垦项目为例,建立宅基地复垦项目立项真实性审查模型,利用改进的U-Net模型准确提取建筑物,然后与复垦红线叠加实现复垦项目真实性的智能审查。试验结果表明,该方法能够快速准确地审查复垦项目真实性,对优化土地结构、促进土地流转、实现乡村振兴具有重要意义,可为全域综合整治背景下宅基地复垦项目真实性审查提供技术参考。  相似文献

 A simple preliminary model of gentrification is presented. The model is based on an irregular cellular automaton architecture drawing on the concept of proximal space, which is well suited to the spatial externalities present in housing markets at the local scale. The rent gap hypothesis on which the model's cell transition rules are based is discussed. The model's transition rules are described in detail. Practical difficulties in configuring and initializing the model are described and its typical behavior reported. Prospects for further development of the model are discussed. The current model structure, while inadequate, is well suited to further elaboration and the incorporation of other interesting and relevant effects. Land-use change models grounded in complexity theory such as agent-based models (ABMs) are increasingly being used to examine evolving urban systems. The objective of this study is to develop a spatial model that simulates land-use change under the influence of human land-use choice behavior. This is achieved by integrating the key physical and social drivers of land-use change using Bayesian networks (BNs) coupled with agent-based modeling. The BNAS model, integrated Bayesian network–based agent system, presented in this study uses geographic information systems, ABMs, BNs, and influence diagram principles to model population change on an irregular spatial structure. The model is parameterized with historical data and then used to simulate 20 years of future population and land-use change for the City of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. The simulation results identify feasible new urban areas for development around the main transportation corridors. The obtained new development areas and the projected population trajectories with the“what-if” scenario capabilities can provide insights into urban planners for better and more informed land-use policy or decision-making processes.  相似文献

Agent‐based modeling provides a means for addressing the way human and natural systems interact to change landscapes over time. Until recently, evaluation of simulation models has focused on map comparison techniques that evaluate the degree to which predictions match real‐world observations. However, methods that change the focus of evaluation from patterns to processes have begun to surface; that is, rather than asking if a model simulates a correct pattern, models are evaluated on their ability to simulate a process of interest. We build on an existing agent‐based modeling validation method in order to present a temporal variant‐invariant analysis (TVIA). The enhanced method, which focuses on analyzing the uncertainty in simulation results, examines the degree to which outcomes from multiple model runs match some reference to how land use parcels make the transition from one land use class to another over time. We apply TVIA to results from an agent‐based model that simulates the relationships between landowner decisions and wildfire risk in the wildland‐urban interface of the southern Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA. The TVIA approach demonstrates a novel ability to examine uncertainty across time to provide an understanding of how the model emulates the system of interest.  相似文献

冠层光谱的多项式表达模型是理解叶片/土壤系统内的光线散射过程,描述植被的冠层光谱与组分光谱间非线性关系的一种新的方法。冠层光谱的多项式表达模型用高阶多项式的形式表达了系统内的各组分对入射光的散射过程,多项式中每一项系数表达了各组分对入射光多次散射的可能性有多少,这与冠层的结构,包括作物的覆盖率、叶倾角、垄行结构等有关。因此,多项式系数具有反演冠层结构参数的潜力。本次研究首先使用SAILH模型得到玉米全生长期的BRDF波谱以及模型计算过程的中间变量冠层多角度覆盖率,建立多项式系数与多角度覆盖率之间的经验关系。最后,设计了一次野外BRDF观测试验,对经验关系进行验证。  相似文献

The transition to agricultural sustainability involves difficult choices and an understanding of the complex trade-offs associated with agricultural activities. Decision support tools and techniques assist in making the informed decisions for a transition to sustainable agriculture. Georgia Basin — Quite Useful Ecosystem Scenario Tool (GB-QUEST) is a computer-based, user-friendly tool that has been developed to look at the future sustainability scenarios of the Georgia Basin in British Columbia. The objective of this paper is to describe the agricultural model that has been developed for implementation in GB-QUEST. We present its framework, spatial methodology for land-use simulation, and the initial results of its application. The agriculture model is a spatial model that examines the social, economic and environmental consequences of user-defined agricultural development strategies. The model simulates changes in the Georgia Basin from the year 2000 to 2040 in decadal steps. User choices of local and global development factors, along with their "worldview" choices, are important inputs in the model that determine the effects on environmental and socio-economic systems. The model has two components — Generation of land-use scenarios, and Development of Indicator models. The first component uses cell-based spatial algorithms to simulate likely changes/conversions in land-use up to the year 2040. The approach used here integrates the functionality of Multi-Criteria Evaluation (MCE) and Cellular Automata (CA) techniques in order to simulate the land-use conversions. It uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing techniques for creating, storing and deriving the data sets required for the model. The second component develops the indicator models for relating scenario variables to socio-economic and environmental variables such as physical and economic yields, economic operation costs and nutrient surplus per unit area. These indicator models are used to evaluate land-use scenarios generated by the users. The model encourages understanding of sustainability, by allowing one to explore different possible scenarios of the future for their environmental and socio-economic consequences.  相似文献

以昆明主城区为例,分别利用PS-InSAR和SBAS-InSAR技术对2014—2017年间29景升轨Sentinel-1A数据进行沉降监测,对比两种技术得到的沉降结果,进行剖面图分析与时序分析。结果表明,PS-InSAR和SBAS-InSAR技术监测结果具有一致性、相关性和可靠性。研究发现,昆明市沉降漏斗主要位于居民区、地铁、道路、高速公路以及滇池等区域,最大年沉降速率可达-39.580mm/a,累积沉降量达到85mm。研究表明,昆明主城区地面沉降主要由于近几年城市和轨道交通建设的飞跃发展,导致居民区和交通网络密集,地面载荷增加,地下隧道开挖与地下水开采等原因引起地面软土地层下沉。  相似文献

本文在分析现有居民地提取方法的基础上,提出将归一化建筑指数(NDBI)、改进归一化差异水体指数(MNDWI)、土壤调节植被指数(SAVI)、比值居民地指数(RRI)相结合进行居民地信息提取的方法。以浙江省宁波市为例,通过光谱采样及各类地物在4种指数上的取值分析,建立模型进行居民地信息提取及精度验证,结果表明:利用该模型可以实现居民地信息的自动提取,能提高居民地与裸地的可分性,减少背景地物的影响,总体精度为91.08%。  相似文献

The population dynamics from 1991 to 2006 for the seven-county Twin Cities Metropolitan Area (TCMA), Minnesota, USA, was analysed in this study. Per cent impervious surface areas (%ISA) for 1991, 1999 and 2006 were derived from Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) images and were modified using two different masking methods. The modified %ISA images of 1991 and 1999 were correlated with 1990 and 2000 census block group data of the ‘two highly developed counties’, ‘five suburban counties’ and ‘all seven counties.’ Populations of both years were then modelled, assessed and compared. Next, the statistical models based on the 1999 %ISA and 2000 census data were applied to the 2006 residential %ISA image to estimate the 2006 population. These 2006 estimates were compared with census county-level population projections for 2006. In comparison to Method A, which uses ‘adjusted %ISA images’ by masking out highway centrelines and areas that have greater than 75% imperviousness, Method B based on ‘pure residential %ISA image’ has higher coefficient of determination (R 2) and much lower, consistent mean absolute relative errors (MARE). For both methods, the strongest R 2 and lowest MARE values between modelled population density and true density were found in the five-county model, followed by the seven-county model. The two-county model ranks last in terms of model performance for both years. In general, populations for the two highly developed counties were underestimated whereas the opposite was true for the five suburban counties. Population was most accurately estimated based on data from counties with the same or similar characteristics. By comparing the 1990/1991 and 1999/2000 models, we also found that the rate of population density per unit of impervious surface declined from 1991 to 1999. High accuracy was achieved when applying the 1999/2000 model to predict the 2006 population, suggesting that the relationship between per cent imperviousness and population density were relatively stable between 1999 and 2006.  相似文献

Toward Optimal Calibration of the SLEUTH Land Use Change Model   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
SLEUTH is a computational simulation model that uses adaptive cellular automata to simulate the way cities grow and change their surrounding land uses. It has long been known that models are of most value when calibrated, and that using back‐casting (testing against known prior data) is an effective calibration method. SLEUTH's calibration uses the brute force method: every possible combination and permutation of its control parameters is tried, and the outcomes tested for their success at replicating prior data. Of the SLEUTH calibration approaches tried so far, there have been several suggested rules to follow during the brute force procedure to deal with problems of tractability, most of which leave out many of the possible parameter combinations. In this research, we instead attempt to create the complete set of possible outcomes with the goal of examining them to select the optimum from among the millions of possibilities. The self‐organizing map (SOM) was used as a data reduction method to pursue the isolation of the best parameter sets, and to indicate which of the existing 13 calibration metrics used in SLEUTH are necessary to arrive at the optimum. As a result, a new metric is proposed that will be of value in future SLEUTH applications. The new measure combines seven of the current measures, eight if land use is modeled, and is recommended as a way to make SLEUTH applications more directly comparable, and to give superior modeling and forecasting results.  相似文献

居民区生活便利度分析是城市研究的热点问题之一,对提升城市居民生活质量具有重要意义。城市空间中的居民活动主要发生在道路网络空间,加色法同位规则是一种网络空间同位模式可视化挖掘方法,避免了复杂的数学公式、算法及相关参数,具有形象直观的特点。鉴于此,本文利用加色法同位规则这一可视化数据挖掘手段,在表达空间交互的同时将数据挖掘的结果直接用于居民区生活便利度分析。以兰州市为例,进行居民区与其他14类城市基础设施之间位置关系的挖掘试验,全局分析与局部分析相结合,对不同区域的居民区生活便利度进行评价,以期为兰州市城市建设提供参考。结果表明:在兰州市,居民区与药店、超市、牛肉面馆等地理要素存在最强同位规则,与医院、火锅店存在较强同位规则,与商场、派出所、消防站无同位规则;居民区在整体上呈现多个宜居中心的分布特点,在区位上呈现便利度东高西低的分布特征。  相似文献
