In the present work we tested the effect of Chlorella vulgaris and Scenedesmus acutus in different proportions on the population growth of Brachionus calyciflorus, Brachionus patulus, Ceriodaphnia dubia, and Moina macrocopa. In general, both rotifer species grew well on either type of algae. Regardless of algal mixture, B. calyciflorus had a shorter initial phase, while B. patulus needed more than a week to begin the exponential phase of growth. Both the rotifer species showed consistently better population growth with Chlorella than on Scenedesmus, or the mixture. At any given algal combination, B. patulus had higher peak values than B. calyciflorus. The rate of population increase (r) for both the rotifers varied from 0.18 to 0.48 d—1 depending on the algal type and combination. Regardless of algal type and combination, B. calyciflorus had a much higher value of r than B. patulus. Both C. dubia and M. macrocopa grew on the algal types, whether offered separately or in mixture. Regardless of the treatment type, C. dubia needed a longer period (about 2 weeks) than M. macrocopa to reach peak abundances. Thus, our study did not support the view that Scenedesmus is consistently superior to Chlorella as a basic diet to the tested species of zooplankton.  相似文献

Littoral rotifers and cladocerans feed on bacteria, phytoplankton, and detritus. In comparison to planktonic organisms their species diversity is high, yet little is known about their biology. In this study we present data on the functional response of the cladocerans Macrothrix triserialis and Alona rectangula, and the rotifer Brachionus macracanthus to different levels of the alga Chlorella vulgaris. Based on the incipient limiting level, we chose the food concentration and tested the population growth on four types of diets for three cladoceran species — Macrothrix triserialis, Alona rectangula, and Chydorus sphaericus — and three rotifer species — Brachionus macracanthus, Lecane quadridentata, and Platyias quadricornis. We studied growth rates of each of these species on diets of live Chlorella vulgaris, heat‐killed Chlorella vulgaris, baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), and field collected detritus. The incipient limiting level was around 0.9 · 106 cells mL?1 of Chlorella for the tested zooplankton species. The population growth patterns showed that, in general, the cladocerans took 25…50 d to reach their peak population densities, which ranged from 10…75 ind. mL?11. Among the rotifers L. quadridentata and B. macracanthus had equally high growth rates on live and heat‐killed forms of C. vulgaris while P. quadricornis grew best on detritus. The growth rates ranged from 0.03…0.21 d?1. The similarities and differences between littoral and planktonic organisms in relation to food type and availability have been discussed.  相似文献

Brachionus havanaensis is a common planktonic rotifer sometimes found together with Brachionus calyciflorus in Microcystis-infected waterbodies in México. Here, we evaluate the impact of mixed diets (dry weight basis, 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% Microcystis or Chlorella) on the growth of and competition between B. calyciflorus and B. havanaensis. In general, a higher proportion of Microcystis aeruginosa in the diet resulted in decreased population growth rate of both rotifer species. Whether grown separately or together, B. havanaensis was always numerically more abundant than B. calyciflorus, regardless of the proportion of Microcystis in the diet. However, when both species were grown together, the impact of M. aeruginosa in the diet had a more adverse effect on B. calyciflorus than on B. havanaensis. When grown alone, both rotifer species showed better population growth on a diet of 75% Chlorella and 25% Microcystis than either 100% Chlorella or Microcystis.  相似文献

We quantified the seasonal changes in the zooplankton abundances collected from the Huetzalin Lake (Mexico City, Mexico) for two years (February 2003–January 2004 and then March 2005–February 2006). Selected physicochemical variables (Secchi depth, temperature, pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, phosphorus, nitrogen, carbon and chlorophyll a concentration) were also measured at the time of zooplankton collection. The data on zooplankton abundances and the physicochemical variables were subjected to multiple correlation analysis and we also derived Shannon–Wiener species diversity index. Secchi depth ranged from 9 to 65 cm. Generally the lake was alkaline (pH 7–12). The conductivity ranged from 500–1000 mS cm−1, while the mean water temperature was 20.5 °C. Dissolved oxygen levels were generally >3 mg L−1 and were higher in the winter than warmer months. Nitrates (90–95 μg L−1) and phosphates (.2–.5 mg L−1) indicated that the water was eutrophic. Chlorophyll a levels ranged from 143 to 696 μg L−1 during the study period. The zooplankton community was dominated by rotifers (46 species), followed by cladocerans (9 species) and there were only two copepod species. The dominant rotifer species were Brachionus angularis, Brachionus calyciflorus, Brachionus havanaensis, Brachionus quadridentatus, Lecane bulla and Polyarthra vulgaris. Rare rotifer species in Lake Huetzalin were Lecane ohioensis, Dicranophorus forcipatus, Lecane pyriformis, Lindia torulosa, Pleurotrocha petromyzon and Brachionus durgae. Highest densities (occasional peaks of 400 ind L−1) of B. quadridentatus occurred between April and December, while B. havanaensis reached peak densities, during June to October. B. calyciflorus reached densities higher than 1240 ind L−1 during May–September. Cladoceran and copepod densities in Lake Huetzalin were much lower than that of the rotifers. This study confirmed the earlier findings that Xochimilco system of canals is dominated by rotifers and the crustacean zooplankton have much lower abundances possibly due to predation from fish.  相似文献

Rotifers are one of the smallest metazoans, served as perfect material for evolution theories and excellent food resources to larva in aquaculture. Population dynamics of rotifers help to optimize culture conditions, and to understand selection of asexual and sexual reproduction types. We described population dynamics of three Brachionus angularis strains using the life table method, with three types of food. The following demographic parameters were analyzed: intrinsic rate of increase (r), net reproductive rate (R0), generation time (T), average lifespan (L), and the total percentage of mictic females in the offspring. The results showed that there were significant effects of strain on the parameters except for R0. However, the food type significantly affected r, R0, T, and the total percentage of mictic females in the offspring. Demographic parameters differed among strains, showing the possible adaptation to local niches. In comparison to Chlorella pyrenoidosa, Scenedesmus obliquus served more nutrition to enlarge population size, and more mixis was induced in rotifer populations fed on it.  相似文献

在种群累积培养状态下研究了培养液更换对萼花臂尾轮虫( Brachionus calyciflorus)休眠卵形成的影响,结果表明,在培养液不予更换的情况下,萼花臂尾轮虫休眠卵的产量和形成效率分别为 724 3333± 40. 5257ind(6d.20mL)-1和 6 .0361± 0. 3377ind(5 × 106 cells)-1(al-gae diet)与之相比,当培养液每 2天更换一次时,其休眠卵的产量和形成效率分别下降至637.3333±16. 8028ind.(6d·20mL)-1和5 .3111±0 .1400ind(5×106cells)-1(algae diet).随着培养液更换频率增大至每天一次时,其休眠卵的产量和形成效率下降的幅度进一步增大培养液更换对轮虫种群中的混交雌体百分率和混交雌体受精率无显著的影响,最后探讨了培养液更换对萼花臂尾轮虫休眠卵形成影响的机理.  相似文献

The effects of coal-mine waters on the structure and the density of planktonic rotifer communities were studied in lakes formed as a result of subsidence due to mining (collapse of underground tunnels). Water samples were collected according to the standard methods from four mining lakes in Tychy-Czu?ów (near Katowice, southern Poland), twice a month from June till October in 2004-2006. Two of the studied lakes were fed by mine waters but differed in flow rate, conductivity, water pH, and the amount of aquatic vegetation. The effects of those factors on the planktonic rotifer communities were analysed. In total, 83 species and forms of rotifers were recorded. The highest diversity of rotifers was found in the lakes with the largest patches of aquatic vegetation, while the highest density of rotifers was observed in the smallest and the most eutrophicated lake. High-water conductivity limited both species diversity and densities of rotifers. The rotifer communities of the studied lakes differed significantly in species diversity, although all the lakes were dominated by eurytopic species: Keratella cochlearis, Brachionus angularis, Brachionus calyciflorus, and Polyarthra sp. In the largest lake, characterized by the lowest conductivity and pH, the superdominant was Polyarthra luminosa, which in the other lakes was rare or absent. Higher conductivity was correlated with a lower density of P. luminosa, Brachionus diversicornis, K. cochlearis f. tecta, and a higher density of B. calyciflorus. In the lakes with the largest patches of aquatic vegetation, conductivity affected the number of dominant rotifer species. Apparently no other abiotic factors (pH, phosphates, and nitrates) affected the rotifer communities.  相似文献

The population growth of the freshwater chlorophyte, Scenedesmus acutus and the cladoceran Moina macrocopa cultured in the laboratory and in microcosms of a wastewater treatment plant was studied. S. acutus was cultured in a defined algal medium and mixed with wastewater. On diets of S. acutus cultured using Bold medium or a mixture with wastewater, the peak densities of M. macrocopa were 6–7 ind. mL?1, while on a diet of algae cultured on wastewater alone the cladoceran density fluctuated around 2 ind. mL?1. Population growth rates of M. macrocopa, which ranged from 0.3 to 0.4 d?1, were significantly lower on alga cultured in wastewater alone. The body size structure of M. macrocopa was larger on algae cultured in Bold medium than in wastewater. Peak densities of M. macrocopa were around 700 ind. L?1 when the organic matter in the containers was supplemented with algae but it reached lower densities (400 ind. L?1) when cultured on the organic matter in wastewater alone. Our study indicates that the nutrients in the final stages of wastewater treatment can support the growth of both phytoplankton and zooplankton.  相似文献

2010年5月至2011年2月对洪泽湖轮虫进行季度采样,分析了洪泽湖轮虫的种类组成、时空分布及其群落结构与环境因子的关系.结果表明,洪泽湖共观察到轮虫17属34种,优势种为螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)、前节晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna priodonta)、长肢多肢轮虫(Polyarthra dolichoptera)、萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)和曲腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga).轮虫种类的空间分布格局呈现较大差异,种类数在北部成子湖最高(27种),西南部湖区次之(26种),东部沿岸带最低(19种);而密度则表现为西南部湖区略高于成子湖,东部沿岸带最低.轮虫的群落结构季节差异明显,密度和生物量在春季最高,秋季次之,而夏季最低.典范对应分析结果表明,水温、溶解氧及叶绿素a等因子对轮虫种类的季节变化及密度生物量的影响最大;总磷、总氮及可溶性无机氮等水体中的营养盐也是影响轮虫群落结构的重要因素.  相似文献

We studied the relative competitive abilities of littoral cladocerans M.triserialis and A. rectangula using green algal food at two levels (0.5 · 106 and 2 · 106 cells mL−1 of Chlorella) under five different inoculation ratios. Both the cladoceran species were influenced by food availability and mutual competitive pressure. Macrothrix could withstand competition better under conditions of lower food availability while Alona grew better, despite competition, when more Chlorella was available. Population growth rates (r) ranged from 0.022…0.070 for Alona and from 0.024…0.075 for Macrothrix. There was a significant impact of the inoculation ratio on the maximal population density reached by either test species. Food concentration had a significant influence on the peak population density reached only for Alona rectangula. Data on the body sizes of M. triserialis and A. rectangula showed that there was a higher somatic growth with increasing food availability and decreased competitive pressure in both the test species. In Macrothrix, food concentration and the competition from Alona through different initial inoculation densities had a significant impact on the body size. At the lower food concentration, the body size was significantly smaller when the inoculation density was lowest (highest competitive pressure). The body size of Alona, on the other hand, was not affected by the competition but was significantly higher under conditions of greater food availability. These results have been discussed in light of different theories of competition.  相似文献

Eight geographic populations of Brachionus calyciflorus collected from China in August 2007 were cultured at 18 °C, 23 °C and 28 °C with 3.0×106 cells mL−1 of alga Scenedesmus obliquus to investigate their differences in life table demography. The results showed that the response in each of the life table demographic parameters (age-specific survivorship and fecundity, life expectancy at hatching, generation time, net reproductive rate, intrinsic rate of population increase and proportion of sexual offspring) to increasing temperature differed with geographic population. Life expectancy at hatching, generation time, net reproductive rate and intrinsic rate of population increase were all significantly influenced by temperature, geographic population and their interaction and indirectly affected by the changes in body size and egg volume of the rotifers; however, the proportion of sexual offspring produced by the rotifers was markedly influenced only by geographic population. Among all the combinations of temperature and geographic population, the generation times of Guangzhou and Hainan populations at 18 °C were the longest, and the intrinsic rate of population increase of the Tai’an population at 18 °C was the lowest. Among all the eight geographic populations, the proportion of sexual offspring produced by Xuzhou population was the highest. Although the higher proportions of sexual offspring produced by all the geographic populations of rotifers (9.7-41.1%) might lead to higher resting egg productions, and thus to wide spread of the rotifers among the eight geographic populations, their differences in life table demography might be regarded as the results of adaptation to the different environmental conditions faced by them in the field.  相似文献

2007年1月-2010年10月,对杭州西湖进行调查研究,利用综合营养状态指数对西湖的营养状况进行评价,通过种类组成、优势种、多样性指数等指标探讨西湖轮虫的群落结构与水体营养状况之间的关系.结果表明,西湖总体处于中-富营养状态.调查期间共检出轮虫29种,以角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis)、螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)等最为常见;总数量处于较低的水平,多样性水平不高;各采样点在不同年份表现出不同的季节变化规律.相关性分析结果表明,西湖轮虫密度与水温、TLI指数、总氮、高锰酸盐指数、透明度和pH值的相关性高度显著;Margalef多样性指数和Shan-non-Wiener多样性指数与水体环境因子表现出不同的相关性.研究发现,西湖轮虫结构不仅与水体的营养状况关系密切,还受引水过程引起的水动力学的影响,从引水入湖口到出水口存在一个以水动力学过程为主导的生态梯度.  相似文献

竞争是调控水体浮游动物群落结构的生物因素之一.根据"大小效率假说",大型滤食性枝角类对小型枝角类有竞争优势.然而,大型滤食性枝角类体内磷含量通常高于小型枝角类,生长比小型枝角类更容易受食物磷缺乏的影响,食物的磷缺乏可能会改变大型枝角类和小型枝角类之间的竞争结果.本研究比较分析了食物碳磷比对两种常见枝角类(盔型溞(Daphnia galeata)和脆弱象鼻溞(Bosmina fatalis))的种群增长率、种群密度及种间竞争关系的影响.实验设计了3个食物质量处理组:高磷(碳:磷=105)、中磷(碳:磷=740)和低磷(碳:磷=2400),食物浓度均为2 mg C/L蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa);针对每一个食物质量处理组,盔型溞和脆弱象鼻溞分别单独培养或混合培养.盔型溞和脆弱象鼻溞平均最大种群密度分别为378~893和364~2399 ind./L;平均种群增长率分别为0.11~0.14和0.09~0.16 d-1;平均体长分别为1.53~2.50和0.25~0.35 mm.种群增长率和体长均随着食物碳磷比的升高而显著下降,而最大种群密度在中磷处理组显著高于其它两个处理组.盔型溞种群增长率在单独培养和混合培养间无显著差异;脆弱象鼻溞种群增长率在混合培养时显著低于单独培养时.在高磷和中磷处理组,盔型溞最大种群密度在单独培养和混合培养间无显著差异,在低磷处理组,混合培养时最大种群密度显著低于单独培养时;在高磷处理组,脆弱象鼻溞最大种群密度在单独培养和混合培养间无显著差异,在中磷和低磷处理组,混合培养时显著低于单独培养时.结果表明,在食物碳不缺条件下,不管食物磷是否缺乏,盔型溞均比脆弱象鼻溞有竞争优势.  相似文献

为了探明百花湖麦西河后生浮游动物的群落组成及动态特征,于2009年8月至2011年8月对百花湖麦西河河口后生浮游动物进行调查研究.结果表明:百花湖麦西河河口共监测到轮虫29种,丰度为0.16~837.80 ind./L;桡足类浮游动物仅检测到了温中剑水蚤(Mesocyclops thermocyclopoides)和猛水蚤(Harpacticella sp.)2种,以无节幼体和桡足幼体为主,其丰度为0~642.75 ind./L;枝角类浮游动物9种,丰度为0~31.20 ind./L.后生浮游动物的丰度主要由轮虫和桡足类组成,轮虫丰度比例为4.09%~100%,桡足类丰度比例为0~95.64%.前节晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna priodonta)、卜氏晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna brightwelli)、裂足臂尾轮虫(Brachionus diversicornis)为轮虫类的主要优势种,最高丰度分别达到424.88、392.20和61.99 ind./L;长额象鼻溞(Bosmina longirostris)为枝角类优势种,最高丰度达到27.93 ind./L.轮虫丰度与透明度、总氮、硝态氮呈极显著正相关;枝角类丰度与透明度、硝态氮呈极显著正相关,与温度呈极显著负相关.  相似文献

为了解水力调度对轮虫群落结构的影响,于2016年8月-2017年7月对调水水源相同而水力调度模式不同的两座水库(直流型水库和中等水力滞留时间水库)的轮虫种类、生物量及环境因子进行逐月观测.两座水库中共鉴定出轮虫37种,常见属为臂尾轮属(Brachionus)、异尾轮属(Trichcerca)、龟甲轮属(Keratella)、三肢轮属(Filinia)和多肢轮属(Polyarthra),它们的种类数分别占直流型水库和中等水力滞留时间水库所检出轮虫总种类数的58%和64%.两座水库轮虫种类虽基本一致,但轮虫优势种(相对生物量大于10%)有较大差异.直流型水库轮虫优势种以角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis)、镰状臂尾轮虫(B.falcatus)、裂足臂尾轮虫(B.diversicornis)、剪形臂尾轮虫(B.forficula)、截头皱甲轮虫(Ploesoma truncatum)、尖尾疣毛轮虫(Synchaetidae stylata)和真翅多肢轮虫(Polyarthra euryptera)为主;中等水力滞留时间水库主要以卜氏晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna brightwelli)、裂足臂尾轮虫(B.diversicornis)和镰状臂尾轮虫为轮虫优势种.两座水库Bray-Curtis相异系数为0.42~0.77,表明轮虫群落结构差异较大.冗余分析表明,叶绿素a浓度和温度是影响两座水库轮虫群落结构的重要因素.两座水库轮虫群落结构的Bray-Curtis相异系数与基于叶绿素a浓度和水温的环境欧氏距离呈显著正相关(Radj2=0.426,P<0.05).结果表明,虽然具有相同的调水水源,但由于两座水库的水力调度不同,叶绿素a浓度和水温有显著差异,轮虫群落结构趋于相异.  相似文献

食物质量会影响浮游动物的生长和繁殖,表征食物质量的指标包括食物大小、元素比、生物化学组成和毒性有无等.用斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)的碳磷比(C/P)表征食物质量,分析不同C/P斜生栅藻对同型溞(Daphnia similis)生长和繁殖的影响.研究中4个处理组斜生栅藻C/P分别为881.8、512.3、124.3和42.4.培养9 d后不同处理组同型溞的生长速率分别为0.15、0.27、0.47和0.44 d-1.C/P比为881.8的处理组同型溞在整个培养过程中没有产仔,其余3个处理组的同型溞第1成龄期的产仔量分别为1.2±1.3、9.8±2.3和9.5±2.5 ind./female.结果表明,与斜生栅藻C/P为124.3处理条件相比,斜生栅藻C/P过高(512.3和881.8)及C/P过低(42.4)处理条件下同型溞生长速率和产仔量均降低.本研究表明食物C/P的高低会影响溞的生长和繁殖,从而影响其在湖泊中的生存.  相似文献

We investigated the response of phytoplankton and zooplankton to experimental alteration of nitrate and phosphate levels in outdoor enclosures. Experiments were conducted in summer and winter and in the absence and presence of a layer of soil. The tubs (12 in all) except the two plain water controls were manured initially with a mixture of fresh cowdung (50g 1−1), mustard oil cake (25 g l−1) and poultry wastes (25 g l−1; mostly excreta), prior to enrichment. Water samples were collected from the experimental tubs twice a week to measure selected physico-chemical and biological variables. Water temperature in the summer experiments ranged from 20–30 °C and during the winter experiments from 11–15 °C. The pH values ranged from 8.0 to 9.5 and the dissolved oxygen levels from 8.2–10.0 mg l−1. The levels of soluble reactive phosphorus and nitrate nitrogen ranged from undetectable levels to 1800 μg l−1 and 6000 μg l−1, respectively. The increase in chlorophyll-a following enrichment was rapid (3–7 days) during summer, but slower in winter (7–14 days). The predominant phytoplankton species observed in the tubs belong to the genera Sphaerocystis, Chlorella, Scenedesmus, Cosmarium, Ulothrix, Zygnema, Gonium and Pandorina. The rotifer species observed were Brachionus calyciflorus, Rotaria neptunia, Lecane bulla, L. luna, L. unguitata, Euchlanis dilatata, Asplanchna intermedia, Pseudoharringia spp., Eosphora spp., Lepadella ovalis, Epiphanes brachionus, Hexarthra mira and Cephalodella gibba. In this study totally 25 rotifer species, 3 cladocerus species, and 2 copepoda species were identified in Ova Stream. Among zooplankton rotifer species were dominant. Population densities of planktonic organisms were calculated as individual per cubic meter and the relationship of the planktonic organisms with physicochemical parameters was determined applying canonical correspondence analysis (CCA). Also diversity index has been calculated according to the sampling stations. According to the results, the diversity index changes between stations and sampling time. The CCA results show that the rotifer species Keratella, Notholca showed negative correlation with the increasing chemical parameters and temperature but Brachionus, Mytilina, Colurella, and Testudinella have positive correlation with increasing temperature.  相似文献

轮虫是水体中重要的浮游生物类群,对环境变化敏感,是水生态系统中食物链及微型食物网的关键环节.于2015年夏季(7月)和冬季(12月)对养殖池塘、水库、广州城市湖泊、珠江河口及珠江河段水域的轮虫和理化环境指标进行了调查分析,共发现轮虫26属、76种,其中裂痕龟纹轮虫(Anuraeopsis fissa)在7月河流水体占绝对优势,但12月数量明显减少.冬季珠江河段和河口水体群落多样性指数与均匀度指数较夏季高,群落结构较夏季稳定.调查水体轮虫丰度范围为33~2625 ind./L,城市湖泊夏季丰度较高,冬季有所下降,而养殖池塘轮虫丰度在冬季有所上升.群落结构相似性分析(ANOSIM)分析表明,不同类型水体之间差异显著,尤以湖泊与河流差异性最大,广布多肢轮虫(Polyarthra vulgaris)在湖泊贡献率最高,暗小异尾轮虫(Trichocerca pusilla)其次;裂痕龟纹轮虫在河流贡献率最高,优势种丰度差异是造成湖泊与河流群落结构差异的主要原因.统计分析表明,轮虫丰度与叶绿素a浓度呈正相关.冗余分析与ANOSIM分析发现广布多肢轮虫在流花湖等叶绿素a浓度较高的静态水体中易形成优势;裂痕龟纹轮虫和角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis)在珠江河段等总氮和总磷浓度高的富营养化流动水体中易形成优势.综合轮虫群落结构和水质特征,广州市水体富营养化严重,耐污性轮虫种类多,应加强城市水生态系统保护和管理.  相似文献

2015年8月-2016年6月对安徽省迪沟采煤沉陷区湖泊后生浮游动物群落结构及环境因子进行了调查,研究了其群落结构及与环境因子的关系.共发现后生浮游动物16科27属53种,其中轮虫38种,枝角类9种,桡足类6种,优势种为萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)、角突臂尾轮虫(B.angularis)、蒲达臂尾轮虫(B.budapestiensis)、针簇多肢轮虫(Polyarthra trigla)、曲腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga)、螺形龟甲轮虫(K.cochlearis)、长额象鼻溞(Bosmina longirostris)和透明温剑水蚤(Thermocyclops hyalinus).密度和生物量平均值分别为965.00±541.91 ind./L和3.42±2.17 mg/L.密度峰值出现在2015年2月,而生物量峰值出现在10月,最低值均出现在12月.后生浮游动物密度的空间分布呈现西低东高的趋势,而生物量空间分布呈现西高东低的趋势.Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数分别为2.07~3.22、0.83~1.72和0.67~0.80.冗余分析及Pearson相关性分析结果表明,浮游植物生物量、水温、营养盐等是影响后生浮游动物群落结构的主要因子.综合理化指标、营养状态指数、后生浮游动物优势种及生物多样性指数结果表明,迪沟采煤沉陷区湖泊已处于轻度富营养状态.  相似文献
