临界孔隙度模型是利用岩石的临界孔隙度来计算岩石骨架的弹性模量,岩石的临界孔隙度值受到很多因素的影响,而实际应用中通常无法获得准确的临界孔隙度值,只能选取经验临界孔隙度值,就会给岩石物理建模带来误差。本文提出了一种利用纵波速度反演岩石的临界孔隙度的方法,并且把它应用于横波预测中。实验室和测井数据应用结果表明本文提出的方法可以降低以往选取经验值带来的不确定性,并且能够为横波预测提供准确的临界孔隙度值,提高了横波预测的精度。  相似文献

随着地震勘探目标从构造型油气藏向岩性油气藏的转变,地震勘探难度日益增大,这就要求从地震数据中获得更多可靠且具有明确地质含义的属性信息,并充分利用这些属性信息来对储层的岩性、岩相进行分析.AVO三参数反演能够从振幅随炮检距的变化信息中直接提取纵波速度、横波速度以及密度来估计岩石和流体的性质,进而对储层进行预测.然而,AVO反演本身是一个不适定的问题,加上地震纵波反射系数对横波速度和密度的不敏感,会造成单纯利用纵波地震数据进行反演的结果误差大.随着地震接收和数据处理技术的发展,越来越多的学者对PP-PS联合反演方法进行了研究并在实际资料中得以运用.融合转换横波地震数据的联合反演在一定程度上提高了反演的精度,降低了解的不稳定性.但是在信噪比较低的情况下,联合反演的效果受到了限制.本文从优化理论出发,提出了基于粒子滤波提供先验知识的l1范数约束极小化问题的稀疏解算法.并将上述方法运用到了不同的模型中,通过比较分析,证实了该方法在不同信噪比资料中的有效性和在信噪比较低情况下的优势.  相似文献

Wide-azimuth seismic data can be used to derive anisotropic parameters on the subsurface by observing variation in subsurface seismic response along different azimuths. Layer-based high-resolution estimates of components of the subsurface anisotropic elastic tensor can be reconstructed by using wide-azimuth P-wave data by combining the kinematic information derived from anisotropic velocity analysis with dynamic information obtained from amplitude versus angle and azimuth analysis of wide-azimuth seismic data. Interval P-impedance, S-impedance and anisotropic parameters associated with anisotropic fracture media are being reconstructed using linearized analysis assuming horizontal transverse anisotropy symmetry. In this paper it is shown how additional assumptions, such as the rock model, can be used to reduce the degrees of freedom in the estimation problem and recover all five anisotropic parameters. Because the use of a rock model is needed, the derived elastic parameters are consistent with the rock model and are used to infer fractured rock properties using stochastic rock physics inversion. The inversion is based on stochastic rock physics modelling and maximum a posteriori estimate of both porosity and crack density parameters associated with the observed elastic parameters derived from both velocity and amplitude versus angle and azimuth analysis. While the focus of this study is on the use of P-wave reflection data, we also show how additional information such as shear wave splitting and/or anisotropic well log data can reduce the assumptions needed to derive elastic parameter and rock properties.  相似文献

Accurate well ties are essential to practical seismic lithological interpretation. As long as the geology in the vicinity of the reservoir is not unduly complex, the main factors controlling this accuracy are the processing of the seismic data and the construction of the seismic model from well logs. This case study illustrates how seismic data processing to a near-offset stack, quality control of logs and petrophysical modelling improved a well tie at an oil reservoir. We demonstrate the application of a predictive petrophysical model in the preparation and integration of the logs before building the seismic model and we quantify our improvements in well-tie accuracy. The data for the study consisted of seismic field data from a 3D sail line through a well in a North Sea oilfield and a suite of standard logs at the well. A swathe of fully processed 3D data through the well was available for comparison. The well tie in the shallow section from first-pass seismic data processing and a routinely edited sonic log was excellent. The tie in a deeper interval containing the reservoir was less satisfactory: the phase errors within the bandwidth of the seismic wavelet were of the order of 20°, which we consider too large for subsequent transformation of the data to seismic impedance. Reprocessing the seismic data and revision of the well-log model reduced these phase errors to less than 10° and improved the consistency of the deep and shallow well ties. The reprocessing included densely picked iterative velocity analysis, prestack migration, beam-forming multiple attenuation, stacking the near-offset traces and demigration and remigration of the near-offset data. The petrophysical model was used to monitor and, where necessary, replace the P-wave sonic log with predictions consistent with other logs and to correct the sonic log for mud-filtrate invasion in the hydrocarbon-bearing sand. This editing and correction of the P-wave transit times improved the normal-incidence well tie significantly. The recordings from a monopole source severely underestimated the S-wave transit times in soft shale formations, including the reservoir seal, where the S-wave velocity was lower than the P-wave velocity in the drilling mud. The petrophysical model predicted an S-wave log that matched the valid recordings and interpolated between them. The subsequent seismic modelling from the predicted S-wave log produced a class II AVO anomaly seen on the CDP gathers around the well.  相似文献

本文提出的储层物性参数同步反演是一种高分辨率的非线性反演方法,该方法综合利用岩石物理和地质统计先验信息,在贝叶斯理论框架下,首先通过变差结构分析得到合理的变差函数,进而利用快速傅里叶滑动平均模拟算法(Fast Fourier TransformMoving Average,FFT-MA)和逐渐变形算法(Gradual Deformation Method,GDM)得到基于地质统计学的储层物性参数先验信息,然后根据统计岩石物理模型建立弹性参数与储层物性参数之间的关系,构建似然函数,最终利用Metropolis算法实现后验概率密度的抽样,得到物性参数反演结果。并将此方法处理了中国陆上探区的一块实际资料,本方法的反演结果具有较高的分辨率,与测井数据吻合度较高;由于可以直接反演储层物性参数,避免了误差的累积,大大减少了不确定性的传递,且计算效率较高。  相似文献

Amplitude versus offset concepts can be used to generate weighted stacking schemes (here called geo-stack) which can be used in an otherwise standard seismic data processing sequence to display information about rock properties. The Zoeppritz equations can be simplified and several different approximations appear in the literature. They describe the variation of P-wave reflection coefficients with the angle of incidence of a P-wave as a function of the P-wave velocities, the S-wave velocities and the densities above and below an interface. Using a smooth, representative interval velocity model (from boreholes or velocity analyses) and assuming no dip, the angle of incidence can be found as a function of time and offset by iterative ray tracing. In particular, the angle of incidence can be computed for each sample in a normal moveout corrected CMP gather. The approximated Zoeppritz equation can then be fitted to the amplitudes of all the traces at each time sample of the gather, and certain rock properties can be estimated. The estimation of the rock properties is achieved by the application of time- and offset-variant weights to the data samples before stacking. The properties which can be displayed by geo-stack are: P-wave reflectivity (or true zero-offset reflectivity), S-wave reflectivity, and the reflectivity of P-wave velocity divided by S-wave velocity (or ‘pseudo-Poisson's ratio reflectivity’). If assumptions are made about the relation between P-wave velocity and S-wave velocity for water-bearing clastic silicate rocks, then it is possible to create a display which highlights the presence of gas.  相似文献

综合基础地理信息数据、数字化地质图、沉积层的地脉动探测结果、人工地震测深和宽角折射等多种资料,在对数据进行分析和整理的基础上,利用建模工具软件GoCAD,建立了北京地区(东经115.5°-117.5°,北纬39°—41°)地壳及上地幔顶部P波速度结构和地质界面模型。在模型建立的过程中,分析得到了人工地震剖面数据的地学统计特性,并设计了一种适合离散光滑插值(DSI)约束点权重的光滑估计方差,对模型的插值结果进行了质量评估。分析了北京地区地壳上地幔速度结构的特征,又将速度结构模型与层析成像结果进行对比,模型比较好地反映了北京地区的地下结构。  相似文献

基于双差层析成像的时移层析成像方法能够获得不同时间段之间的地下介质的速度变化,且不同的数据分布和质量对结果影响较小.在本研究中我们使用云南地震区域台网所记录到的P波绝对到时及相对到时数据,利用时移层析成像方法得到了2014年鲁甸M S6.5地震发生前后震源区高精度的P波速度变化的时空分布.结果表明:2014年鲁甸地震发生后,震源区同震期P波速度下降,但没有下降至最大,而是在震后1—4个月内下降至最大,接着P波速度开始上升,震源区开始愈合,愈合过程从浅层逐渐发展至深层,逐渐恢复至震前水平.同时发现在空间上P波速度变化与余震分布变化相一致,鲁甸地震同震应力变化与速度变化之间也有较好的一致性,所以认为地震引起的应力变化是造成鲁甸地震速度变化的一个重要原因,余震的动态和静态应力造成了震源区介质物理属性的改变从而影响了P波速度的变化.  相似文献

根据贝叶斯理论给出了对含噪声地球物理数据处理的具体流程和方法,主要包括似然函数估计和后验概率计算.我们将数据向量的概念扩展为数据向量的集合,通过引入数据空间内的信赖度,把数据噪声转移到模型空间的概率密度函数上,即获得了反映数据本身的不确定性的似然函数.该方法由于避免了处理阶段数据空间内的人工干预,因而可以保证模型空间中的概率密度单纯反映数据噪声,具有信息保真度高、保留可行解的优点.为了得到加入先验信息的后验分布,本文提出了使用加权矩阵的概率分析法,该方法在模型空间直接引入地质信息,对噪声引起的反演多解性有很强的约束效果.整个处理流程均以大地电磁反演为例进行了展示.  相似文献

基于P波质点振动方式和初动方向,设计一种测定地震计水平分向定向偏差的方法。通过旋转两水平分向波形获取P波优势能量方向,将旋转角度与地震方位角进行比较,得到地震计水平分向偏离正北方向的位置。再以地震计垂直向初动和已知震中确定台站初始速度的方向(即向源或离源方向),依此初始速度方向在地震计坐标系中的位置,与水平分向实际记录初动符号所代表的方向进行确认,即可认定地震计水平分向的极性,进而确定地震计水平分向任一极性偏离的角度。  相似文献

P-wave velocity anisotropy determined from a cross-hole survey at the Imperial College borehole test site compares favourably with that measured in the laboratory on core from the holes. The holes penetrate a layered sequence of sandstones, shales and carbonates of the Namurian Upper Limestone Group. The Laboratory measurements of the vertical and horizontal velocities of core samples indicate that the shales exhibit P-wave anisotropies of over 20% but that the sandstones and limestones are only slightly anisotropic. These discrete measurements have been used in combination with wireline data to produce a log of P-wave anisotropy. Including the anisotropic information vastly improves the match between observed and synthetic traveltimes from the cross-hole data set. This implies that there is little frequency dependence of intrinsic P-wave anisotropy. Inversion of the cross-hole traveltimes highlights the need for good angular coverage in order to resolve the anisotropy parameters. The observed P-wave anisotropy of the field data is due to the combined effect of sedimentary layering and the intrinsic anisotropy of the rocks. The intrinsic anisotropy is found to be the dominant factor.  相似文献

Two-dimensional VSP surveys are often conducted to provide structural illumination of the subsurface away from the borehole. The illumination is achieved through offsetting the source with respect to the downhole geophone. This inevitably gives rise to mode-conversions in both downgoing and upgoing wavefields. Migration of mixed-mode wavefields is complex because the velocity profile used for wavefield extrapolation is valid only for a particular propagation mode; the other mode always propagates at a different velocity. It is therefore advisable to separate the wave-types (P-wave and SV-wave) prior to migration. This may be achieved through wavemode filtering, a multichannel process which exploits the relation between propagation velocity, slowness of events at the recording array and particle motion. The necessary information about particle motion is available only if the VSP data are acquired with a three-component downhole geophone assembly. The wavemode filter partitions wave-types at the recording array; it provides no information about the various changes of propagation mode experienced by the energy as it travels from source to geophone. For the purpose of migration, the intermediate modes of propagation must be deduced. Much of the energy arriving at the receivers is P-wave which has followed the P-wave velocity profile from the source. It can therefore be imaged by conventional (Kirchhoff) migration. As an example of SV-wave imaging, a common mode-code is P-wave from source to reflector and SV-wave from reflector to geophone. Migration of such data calls for back-propagation of the geophone array wavefield, at SV-wave velocity, to the point in the subsurface where it is time-coincident with the forward propagated downwave, at P-wave velocity.  相似文献

考虑到P波初动数据在震源球面上分布的不均匀性对节面解的可能影响,不用矛盾符号所占比例的大小作为选择可取节面解的标准,而是将震源球面分成许多小块,再确定有P波初动数字的小块为正号区或负号区的概率,最后以全部有数据小块的平均概率的高低作为选择解答的标准。用此改进方法重新测定了徐纪仁等(Xu et.al,,1988)发表的青藏高原地区99个地震的震源机制解,从中筛选出了20个可信的解答。  相似文献

Different from the stacked seismic data, pre-stack data includes abundant information about shear wave and density. Through inversing the shear wave and density information from the pre-stack data, we can determine oil-bearing properties from different incident angles. The state-of-the-art inversion methods obtain either low vertical resolution or lateral discontinuities. However, the practical reservoir generally has sharp discontinuities between different layers in vertically direction and is horizontally smooth. Towards obtaining the practical model, we present an inversion method based on the regularized amplitude-versus-incidence angle (AVA) data to estimate the piecewise-smooth model from pre-stack seismic data. This method considers subsurface stratum as a combination of two parts: a piecewise smooth part and a constant part. To fix the ill-posedness in the inversion, we adopt four terms to define the AVA inversion misfit function: the data misfit itself, a total variation regularization term acting as a sparsing operator for the piecewise constant part, a Tikhonov regularization term acting as a smoothing operator for the smooth part, and the last term to smoothly incorporate a priori information for constraining the magnitude of the estimated model. The proposed method not only can incorporate structure information and a priori model constraint, but also is able to derive into a convex objective function that can be easily minimized using iterative approach. Compared with inversion results of TV and Tikhonov regularization methods, the inverted P-wave velocity, S-wave velocity and density of the proposed method can better delineate the piecewise-smooth characteristic of strata.  相似文献

南海北部神狐海域GMGS-1钻探揭示SH3井天然气水合物位于稳定带上部,厚度约为10 m.氯离子异常计算的水合物饱和度最高达26%,高水合物饱和度层出现高电阻率和低纵波速度.为分析该低纵波速度异常,本文基于简化的三相介质理论计算了饱和水纵波速度,在深度195 m附近,测量的纵波速度小于饱和水纵波速度.利用阿尔奇公式,基于原位温度、盐度、密度孔隙度和测量的电阻率,利用交会分析确定了该井的阿尔奇常数为a=1.1和m=2.3.基于该参数,利用阿尔奇方程计算的水合物饱和度占孔隙空间5%~20%,局部地层水合物饱和度达26.8%,在垂向上分布不均匀.由于钻探可能导致水合物发生分解而产生游离气,原位游离气和水合物分解产生的气体都能造成低纵波速度异常.由于地震资料采集在测井之前完成,利用不同速度制作合成地震记录并与地震资料进行对比,能够确定水合物稳定带上部的低速异常形成原因.  相似文献

Chain dependent models for daily precipitation typically model the occurrence process as a Markov chain and the precipitation intensity process using one of several probability distributions. It has been argued that the mixed exponential distribution is a superior model for the rainfall intensity process, since the value of its information criterion (Akaike information criterion or Bayesian information criterion) when fit to precipitation data is usually less than the more commonly used gamma distribution. The differences between the criterion values of the best and lesser models are generally small relative to the magnitude of the criterion value, which raises the question of whether these differences are statistically significant. Using a likelihood ratio statistic and nesting the gamma and mixed exponential distributions in a parent distribution, we show indirectly that generally the superiority of the mixed exponential distribution over the gamma distribution for modeling precipitation intensity is statistically significant. Comparisons are also made with a common-a gamma model, which are less informative.  相似文献

本文研究了一种基于随机地震反演的Russell流体因子直接估算方法,该方法是一种基于蒙特卡罗的非线性反演,能够有效地融合测井资料中的高频信息,提高反演结果的分辨率.本文应用贝叶斯理论框架,首先通过测井数据计算井位置处的Russell流体因子,利用序贯高斯模拟方法(sequential Gaussian simulation,SGS)得到流体因子的先验信息;然后构建似然函数;最后利用Metropolis抽样算法对后验概率密度进行抽样,得到反演的Russell流体因子.其中对每道数据进行序贯高斯模拟时,采用一种新的逐点模拟方式,具有较高的计算速度.数值试验表明:反演结果与理论模型和实际测井数据吻合较好,具有较高的分辨率,对于判识储层含流体特征具有较好的指示作用.  相似文献

Contrasts in elastic parameters can be estimated directly from seismic data using offset-dependent information in the PP reflection coefficient. A linear approximation to the PP reflection coefficient including three coefficients is fitted to the data, and relative contrasts in various elastic parameters are obtained from linear combinations of the estimated coefficients. Linearized elastic parameter sections for the contrasts in P-wave impedance, P-wave velocity, density, plane-wave modulus, and the change in bulk modulus and shear modulus normalized with the plane-wave modulus are estimated. If the average P- to S-wave velocity ratio is known, linearized parameter sections including the contrast in the average P- to S-wave velocity ratio and a fluid factor section can be computed. Applied to synthetic data, visual comparison of the estimated and true elastic parameter sections agree qualitatively, and the results are confirmed by an analysis of the standard deviation of the estimated parameters. The parameter sections obtained by inversion of a shallow seismic anomaly in the Barents Sea are promising, but the reliability is uncertain because neither well data nor regional trends are available.  相似文献

Characterizing the expressions of seismic waves in elastic anisotropic media depends on multiparameters. To reduce the complexity, decomposing the P-mode wave from elastic seismic data is an effective way to describe the considerably accurate kinematics with fewer parameters. The acoustic approximation for transversely isotropic media is widely used to obtain P-mode wave by setting the axial S-wave phase velocity to zero. However, the separated pure P-wave of this approach is coupled with undesired S-wave in anisotropic media called S-wave artefacts. To eliminate the S-wave artefacts in acoustic waves for anisotropic media, we set the vertical S-wave phase velocity as a function related to propagation directions. Then, we derive a pure P-wave equation in transversely isotropic media with a horizontal symmetry axis by introducing the expression of vertical S-wave phase velocity. The differential form of new expression for pure P-wave is reduced to second-order by inserting the expression of S-wave phase velocity as an auxiliary operator. The results of numerical simulation examples by finite difference illustrate the stability and accuracy of the derived pure P-wave equation.  相似文献
