对艇用铝材LF4及其它多种管系金属材料进行静态和动态条件下的自然电位、自然腐蚀率、电化学性能、电偶腐蚀行为等进行多方面的腐蚀试验,得出这些材料在静态和动态海水中的腐蚀性能指标以及变化规律。随着海水流速的增加,LF4铝合金耐蚀性迅速降低。LF4在天然海水中有钝化的趋势,但是钝化膜不完整易破坏。在与其它常用管系金属材料组成的电偶对中,LF4均作为阳极受到加速腐蚀。  相似文献

通过对比碳钢在天然海水和灭菌海水中的腐蚀行为,研究海洋微生物对碳钢材料的腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明,海洋微生物可在碳钢表面形成微生物膜,其对碳钢腐蚀速率的影响及作用机理与微生物的种类密切相关.在腐蚀初期,海洋微生物膜对碳钢的腐蚀起到了抑制作用,主要由多种好氧微生物协同作用的结果;在腐蚀后期,随着海洋微生物膜增厚导致厌氧腐蚀的出现从而加速腐蚀,主要是硫酸盐还原菌等厌氧微生物的作用.  相似文献

根据1969年冶金部等中央各部在广州联合召开的“海水用钢”会议和1970年上海钢铁研究所和中国科学院海洋研究所,在上海召开的“海水用钢试验方法”会议的精神,为加速我国海水用钢研究,决定在青岛组建海水加速腐蚀试验站。经上海钢铁所和海洋研究所共同努力,在有关单位的大力协助下,该站于1971年9月基本建成,为我国海水加速腐蚀试验,开辟了第一个基地。  相似文献

本工作进行了板状焊接钢接头在空气中的常幅疲劳试验;和在海水中的常幅腐蚀疲劳试验(加载频率为0.2Hz,应力比 R=-1,海水温度~20℃,阴极保护负电位~850mV,SCE)。将两者试验结果比较,初步表明,钢接头海水腐蚀疲劳的平均寿命约为空气中的1/2到1/3。本工作还进行了焊缝经过 TIG 熔修的试件的试验,初步结果表明,TIG 熔修处理明显地增加了焊接接头的海水腐蚀疲劳(有阴极保护)寿命.  相似文献

本文研究了几种典型国产钛合金在天然海水和80℃热海水中与铜合金、不锈钢以及不同钛合金之间(在表面积相同条件下)相互接触时的电偶腐蚀行为。结果表明,不同钛合金之间可以匹配使用;钛合金与铜合金或不锈钢接触时能加速后者的腐蚀,但在面积比不大的情况下这种加速作用不大。  相似文献

海水腐蚀不仅对海洋工程带来了严重的危害,同时会对海洋生态环境产生影响。在海洋工程决策和开发建设活动开始前,对海水腐蚀作出环境评价,并反馈给决策者和开发者,可以有效地调整和完善项目决策和开发活动,有助于海洋开发利用的可持续发展。文章根据多年来对环渤海海洋工程的海水腐蚀调查、海水腐蚀与海洋环境的研究,结合我国海水腐蚀在环境评价中的应用现状,论证了海水腐蚀作为海洋环境评价指标的重要性和必要性;提出了海水腐蚀在海洋环境评价中的操作步骤。  相似文献

为了定量考察海水的流动对钢铁材料在海水中的腐蚀速度的影响,通过室内和实海挂片失重测试比较了A3钢在静止和流动海水中的腐蚀速度差异,并在控制流速条件下使用动电位法测试了A3钢的腐蚀速度,同时测试了不同流速海水中的环境参量。室内和实海挂片失重测试比较结果表明,海水流动能够加快A3钢在海水中的腐蚀速度,腐蚀初期尤其明显。在控制流速条件下采用动电位极化方法测试了腐蚀初期A3钢的腐蚀速度,并且通过拟合处理得到了海水流动对其腐蚀速度影响因子的表达式。  相似文献

海水是一种含有大量盐类的强电解质溶液,它对海洋环境中的钢铁腐蚀极为严重。人们一般把海洋腐蚀环境划分为五个区带:1.海洋大气区;2.浪花飞溅区;3.潮差区;4.海水全浸区;5.海底泥土区等。从而针对不同的腐蚀环境选择具有不同耐蚀性能的材料;根据腐蚀严重性的不同,分别采取适合于各区带的防腐蚀措施以延长海洋钢铁设施的使用寿命。当前国内在筛选耐蚀性海洋用钢材时,有的采用分别挂片的方法,即把试验钢种的小试片分别悬挂于大气区、潮差区和全浸区。实验结果是  相似文献

Hydration, ion-water interactions, and water structure effects in seawater were studied by determining differences (Δβ) between the compressibilities of test salt solutions and the compressibilities of reference solutions. The reference solutions were distilled water and seawater (35%0), and the test salt solutions were either 0.13 m or 0.26m with respect to one of the following test salts: LiCl, NaCl, KCl, CsCl, NaF, NaI, MgCl2, CaCl2, BaCl2, Na2SO4, K2SO4, and MgSO4. The compressibility measurements (to 900 bars) were carried out at 2°C and also at 15°C using a differential method in which a pressure increase or a temperature increase causes Δβ to become less negative. At 1 bar and 15°C, the Δβ (0.26 m, distilled water reference) values ranged from ?1.14 × 10?6 bar? for NaI to ?3.84 × 10?6 bar?1 for Na2SO4, and the Δβ (0.26 m, seawater reference) values ranged from ?1.30 × 10?6 bar?1 for NaCl to ?3.04 × 10?6 bar?1 for Na2SO4. The Δβ values were used to calculate hydration numbers. Entropy of transfer, excess hydrogen bond breaking (determined by NMR), and effective radii of ions are properties which can be used to describe the influence of ions on water structure. The extent to which these properties correlate with Δβ values depends upon whether the ion is an anion or a cation, and this correlation forms the thesis that anions alter water structure in a different way than do cations.  相似文献

The fatigue flexural performance of RC beams attacked by salt spray was studied. A testing method involving electro osmosis, electrical accelerated corrosion and salt spray was proposed. This corrosion process method effectively simulates real-world salt spray and fatigue loading exerted by RC components on sea bridges. Four RC beams that have different stress amplitudes were tested. It is found that deterioration by corrosion and fatigue loading reduces the fatigue life of the RC and decreases the ability of deformation. The fatigue life and deflection ability could be reduced by increasing the stress amplitude and the corrosion duration time. The test result demonstrates that this experimental method can couple corrosion deterioration and fatigue loading reasonably. This procedure may be applied to evaluate the fatigue life and concrete durability of RC components located in a natural salt spray environment.  相似文献

Experiments have been conducted to investigate the effects of temperature on the interfacial surface area and on the rate of oxygen transfer from air bubbles dispersed in aqueous NaCl solutions. Tests were also conducted to estimate the effects of salt concentration on the size of the bubbles. In addition to NaCl solutions, seawater was used in some tests. The temperature effects were investigated at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30°C. The results showed a pronounced effect of the salt on the size of the bubbles, which first decreased sharply with increasing concentration, but showed no further drop when the concentration was increased beyond 0.6 M. Both in seawater and in the 0.6 M solution, the mass transfer rate, KLA, increased almost linearly when temperature was increased within the range from 5 to 25°C. The salt solution, as well as the seawater, showed an increase of KLA of 60–70% over that in pure water at the same temperatures. This effect was the result of increased surface area of bubbles because of decreased coalescence. The increase in surface area was strongly temperature dependent, especially between 15 and 20°C. Contrary to this behavior the surface area in pure water showed, practically, no temperature dependence. The results are explained and discussed on the basis of ion-water interactions.  相似文献

铅(Pb)在海水中易产生沉淀,这将影响毒性实验中效应值的计算。本研究通过海水中不同重金属对中国广泛分布的底栖无脊椎动物双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis aibuhitensis)以及毒理学研究常用的海水模式生物卤虫(Artemiasalina)的急性毒性实验,对比分析了海水中Pb的生物毒性特点以及暴露溶液中Pb的析出对毒性实验结果的影响。用人工海水与天然海水配制Pb溶液时,理论浓度为18.7~1 200mg/L的Pb溶液中均出现大量白色沉淀。通过扫描电子显微镜能谱(SEM-EDS)对析出物进行检测,根据元素组成推测析出物主要为氯化铅与碳酸铅。对溶液浓度进行检测发现,Pb的实测浓度仅为理论浓度的1/15~1/2,根据实测浓度计算的Pb对双齿围沙蚕和卤虫的96h/48h半数致死浓度(LC50)值低于根据理论浓度计算值的1/10。对比Pb、Cu、Cd对双齿围沙蚕与卤虫的LC50值发现, Pb对水生生物的毒性低于Cu和Cd,且对不同生物的毒性效应存在差异。对比研究报道中Pb对海洋生物的急性毒性效应发现,Pb对幼体生物的毒性效应较显著,而在海水有效溶解...  相似文献

研究了氧化还原电位(Oxidation Reduction Potential, ORP)对海水中碳钢腐蚀电化学特征的影响,应用动电位极化曲线法探讨了 ORP 与碳钢腐蚀行为之间的关系。结果表明,海水的 ORP 参数对碳钢腐蚀行为具有较大的影响,其中 O2/OH?电对的作用占主导,其他电对如 Fe3+/Fe2+也有一定的影响。随着海水 ORP 的增大,其氧化能力越强,碳钢腐蚀电流增大,腐蚀速度加快。水质相对稳定的开放性大洋海水中,可以考虑海水氧化还原电位在碳钢腐蚀速度预测评估中的应用。  相似文献

Self-diffusion coefficients of five major ions have been determined by a radioactive tracer method (capillary tube method) in seawater of salinity 34.86 at 25°C. Data are presented for Na+, Ca2+, Cl, SO42, and HCO3, which constitute about 95% by weight of sea salt. The influence of temperature and salinity on these coefficients has been studied for Na+ and Cl which are the major components of sea salt: self-diffusion coefficients of these two ions have been measured in seawater, at different temperatures for a salinity of 34.86 and at different salinities for a temperature of 25°C. Diffusion coefficients of the same ions have been determined at 25°C by using another radioactive tracer method (quasi-steady cell method). In this experiment, seawater ions were allowed to diffuse from natural seawater into dilute seawater. Data have been obtained at 25°C for Na+, Ca 2+, Cl, SO42− and HCO3, corresponding to different salinity gradients.  相似文献

Various investigators reported a decrease in pH as seawater is concentrated. A similar phenomenon was reported for Dead Sea waters which are about ten times more saline than seawater. The reasons for the low pH values of Dead Sea waters (pH 5.9–6.5), which precipitate CaCO3, were investigated by determining the apparent dissociation constants of carbonic acid in these brines. A new method, based on alkalinity titration and least-squares fitting, was used to estimate the proton activity coefficient (γH+) and the first and second dissociation constants of carbonic acid (K1′, K2′) in natural and artificial Dead Sea waters. It was found that as the salt content increases, pK1 and pK2 values progressively decrease whereas γH+ sharply increase. At the highest salinity investigated (TDS = 330 gl?1) γH+ pK1 and pK2 values are 24.5, 5.09 and 6.23, respectively, as compared to about 0.8, 5.9, 9.1 respectively for normal seawater (19‰ chlorinity) at the same temperature (30°C).The implication of the results of this study regarding solubility of CaCO3 and the general behavior of the carbonate system in hypersaline solutions is discussed.  相似文献

The rate of iron(II) oxidation in North Sea water of pH 5.5–10 in the range 10–25°C has been studied. The oxygenation rate depends linearly on the iron(II) and dissolved oxygen concentrations. The second-order dependence on [OH?], found by several investigators for synthetic solutions, was confirmed in seawater, but only for pOH > 6.9. For pOH < 5.9 the rate appeared to be independent of the pOH. In the intermediate range, pOH 5.9–6.9, corresponding to the natural pH of seawater, a first-order dependence on the pOH is obeyed. The important discrepancy in the literature between the second-order rate constant for NaCHO3 solutions and for seawater can be attributed predominantly to the incorrect assumption of a second-order pOH dependence in natural seawater. The results can be useful, for example, in predicting the effect of dumping acidic iron waste from the titanium-dioxide industry into the ocean.  相似文献
