针对裸露悬跨海底管道,考虑线弹性海床刚度,利用梁的小挠度理论,研究管道在自重作用下的变形和内力,推导给出了未脱离海床的管道段和悬跨管道段的变形和内力公式。在跨度较大的悬跨情况下,悬跨管道段较大的向下弯曲变形可能引起海床上管道脱离海床而翘起。建立管道翘起的判定准则,对于翘起情况推导相应的计算公式,通过算例给出翘起情况下管道的变形和内力。通过计算分析发现:工程上多数悬跨是翘起情况,没有翘起的计算公式只适应于跨度较小的悬跨管道。同时翘起情况下不同海床刚度对悬跨管道无量纲内力影响不大。  相似文献

开展海上边际油田的开发研究是开发海上油田的三大技术难题之一。BZ34-3/5油田是渤海海域的小边际油田,针对该边际油田“现有油田附近含油构造”特点采用了“三一”开发模式和两腿三桩轻型平台,并且采用了一井双泵采油技术,自投产以来日产油达300多立方米,这标志着该海上小边际油田建成并成功投产,达到了预期的目的,并取得了较好的经济效益。该油田的开发和开采模式对于边际油田的开发具有普遍意义,因此简要介绍了该油田开发模式和电潜泵采油技术的应用。  相似文献

Offshore pipelines operating under high pressure and temperature are subjected to upheaval buckling. Pipeline behaviour in upheaval buckling depends on a number of factors including the shape of pipeline imperfection, installation stresses, loading types, seabed sediment behaviour and the flexural stiffness of the pipe. Current method of predicting upheaval buckling is based on simplified shapes of pipeline imperfection developed for idealized seabed conditions. To account for the effect of internal pressure, the pressure load is represented using an equivalent temperature. However, the applicability of these idealizations on the prediction of upheaval buckling has not been well-investigated. In this paper, the three-dimensional finite element modelling technique is used to investigate the applicability of idealized shapes and their effects on the upheaval buckling of pipeline for a seabed condition at offshore Newfoundland in Canada. The finite element model is then used to conduct a parametric study to investigate the effects of installation stress, loading types, seabed parameters and the flexural stiffness of the pipe. Finally, a design chart is developed to determine the optimum height of seabed features to manage pipeline stability against upheaval buckling under different temperature and pressure loadings.  相似文献

Reducing the cost of offshore platform construction is an urgent issue for marginal oilfield development.The offshore oil well structure includes a riser and a surface casing.The riser,surface casing and oil well cement can be considered special variable cross-section piles.Replacing or partially replacing the steel pipe pile foundation with a variable cross-section pile to provide the required bearing capacity for an offshore oil platform can reduce the cost of foundation construction and improve the economic efficiency of production.In this paper,the finite element analysis method is used to investigate the variable cross-section bearing mode of composite piles composed of a riser and a surface casing in saturated clay under a vertical load.The calculation formula of the bearing capacity at the variable section is derived based on the theory of spherical cavity expansion,the influencing factors of the bearing capacity coefficient Nc are revealed,and the calculation method of Nc is proposed.By comparing the calculation results with the results of the centrifuge test,the accuracy and applicability of the calculation method are verified.The results show that the riser composite pile has a rigid core in the soil under the variable cross-section,which increases the bearing capacity at the variable cross-section.  相似文献

In the last few decades, considerable efforts have been devoted to the phenomenon of wave-induced liquefactions, because it is one of the most important factors for analysing the seabed and designing marine structures. Although numerous studies of wave-induced liquefaction have been carried out, comparatively little is known about the impact of liquefaction on marine structures. Furthermore, most previous researches have focused on complicated mathematical theories and some laboratory work. In the present study, a data dependent approach for the prediction of the wave-induced liquefaction depth in a porous seabed is proposed, based on a multi-artificial neural network (MANN) method. Numerical results indicate that the MANN model can provide an accurate prediction of the wave-induced maximum liquefaction depth with 10% of the original database. This study demonstrates the capacity of the proposed MANN model and provides coastal engineers with another effective tool to analyse the stability of the marine sediment.  相似文献

-Considering both the seabed foundation and wave, an analytic model of "J" type is proposed for offshore pipeline-laying. The governing differential equation is also obtained for the pipeline on the seabed and for the suspension sections. By utilizing weighted- residual method and dual iteration technique, an approximate solution is obtained, too. 地质建模是油田开发的基础性工作,由于滩海油田特殊的地理位置条件,造成钻井少,各种资料获取、采集难度大,给处于开发初期的油田带来了较大挑战。以大港滩海关家堡开发区为例,提出在前期地质概念模型的指导下,多学科综合,应用随机模拟理论,采用储层约束反演与地质建模相结合,建立储层岩性模型,并在岩性模型的控制下实现储层参数建模,通过三维地质模型的建立,提取出沿设计井轨迹方向的预测曲线成果,指导复杂结构井的钻探,利用该建模思路与成果,大大降低了井间储层预测的不确定性与开发风险,现场实施效果显著,其建模方法对于类似滩海稀井网开发提供了很好的借鉴。  相似文献

通过对我国近海灾害地质类型的分析、评价进而进行海底稳定性区划研究,旨在反映近海地质环境对人类工程活动的适宜程度。文中提出了海底稳定性评价的概念,构建了以地震动、工程地质、地貌、直接型灾害地质类型和限制型灾害地质类型为主要评价指标的海底稳定性评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定了各评价指标权重值;将我国近海海底划分为6′×6′的网格单元,并以近海海底灾害地质图、地震动峰值加速度区划图和地貌图等矢量化图层为数据源,建立了模糊评价模型并对近海海底稳定性进行了定量评价。在此基础上将我国近海海底区域稳定性从稳定到不稳定划分为五级。  相似文献

海上油田开发具有勘探投入大、采油平台使用寿命短、生产操作费用高和水驱采收率低等特点,如何提高采收率是油田开发面临的重大技术难题。从海上油田LD10—1开发实际需求出发,结合油藏地质特征和流体性质特点,利用理论分析和室内评价实验,开展了早期聚合物凝胶和聚合物驱增油效果及其影响因素实验研究。结果表明,早期实施聚合物驱不仅大大缩短油田开发时间、节省操作费用,而且最终采收率也比中后期实施时高。在化学药剂费用相同条件下,“聚合物凝胶+聚合物”段塞组合驱的增油效果要好于单纯聚合物驱。A23井单井组聚合物驱矿场试验于2006年3月23日开始,矿场监测结果表明,注入压力大幅度提高,吸液剖面明显改善,部分油井已陆续见到“增油降水”效果。  相似文献

通过采用遗传算法优化神经网络初始权值的方法,将GA算法与BP神经网络有机结合,应用于海底底质分类。基于多波束测深系统获取的反向散射强度数据,应用改进的BP神经网络分类方法,实现对海底基岩、砾石、砂、细砂和泥等底质类型的快速、准确识别。通过实验比较,GA-BP神经网络分类精度明显高于BP神经网络,证明了该方法的有效性和可靠性。  相似文献

首先概述了坐底式海洋环境监测系统的发展历程、结构组成、工作原理和系统功能等。设计开发了一套浅海坐底式海洋环境监测系统,并在北黄海海域进行了长时间应用。对其结构组成特点、原理功能和实际应用情况等进行了详细阐述,并结合一段时间的监测数据,说明其可为海洋科学研究、海水养殖与海洋工程等提供基础数据。对坐底式海洋环境监测系统的布放与回收方法进行介绍,针对近海经常出现无释放器或释放器失灵的坐底式海洋环境监测系统,且潜水员或作业型水下机器人(ROV)不方便下潜系缆的情况,设计了一种实操性强的打捞回收方法。总结归纳了所设计的浅海坐底式海洋环境监测系统特点及回收方法,可为相关应用与研究提供参考借鉴。  相似文献

分割海底声纳探测图像,提取单元特征向量进行主成份分析,选取均值、标准差、对比度、相关系数、能量及同质性作为训练特征向量,构建小波神经网络。利用遗传算法优化小波神经网络的初始权值及小波参数,对砂、礁石、泥3种底质类型分别进行训练,并得到3种底质的测试精度都在90%以上,优于单独利用小波神经网络进行训练时的测试精度,克服了小波神经网络训练时易陷入局部极小的固有缺陷,表明基于遗传算法的小波神经网络可有效用于海底底质声纳图像的识别和分类。  相似文献

海洋深水区域日益成为海洋油气勘探开发的热点,但海洋深水地层因其特殊的沉积环境,致使深水钻井面临不稳定的海床、地层破裂压力低及海底低温等诸多的挑战,喷射导管技术是解决深水浅层所面临挑战的技术之一.该技术采用在导管内下入喷射动力钻具的方式,依靠导管串自身重力边钻进边下入导管,喷射到位后利用地层的黏附力和摩擦力稳固住导管,起出送入工具和管内钻具,完成导管的安装,避免因水泥浆密度过大而压破地层,也可避免由于深水低温等因素影响固井质量.通过对导管的受力分析,提出了导管的下深及导管串组成结构,同时也研究了导管在喷射安置过程中如何优选喷射钻进参数及采取的技术措施,确保导管喷射安置到预定位置,为海洋深水井导管设计与喷射安置导管提供了很好的参考与借鉴.  相似文献

The super-long and large-diameter steel pipe piles are often adopted for the construction of offshore oil platforms in deep sea. One constructability issue related to driving heavy pipe piles is the pile running. The term pile running refers to the quick penetration of a pile into the seabed as a result of its high self-weight and low resistance from the seabed. The unexpected pile running can cause the steel wire of the hammer to break or even the loss of the hammer. A case study of pile running at an oil platform is introduced in this paper. A simplified theoretical method is proposed to explain the mechanisms of the pile running in this case. A factor of friction degradation is proposed to calculate the dynamic skin friction from the static ultimate skin friction of surrounding soil. The comparisons between the predictions to the case history show that the proposed simplified method can be used to predict the pile running condition.  相似文献

The topic of wave-seabed interaction is important for civil engineers with regard to stability analysis of foundations for offshore structures. Most previous investigations of such problems have simply assumed a seabed with uniform permeability, even if the evidence of variable permeability has been reported in the literature. This paper presents a finite-element model for investigating the wave-induced seabed response in a porous seabed, with variable permeability as a function of burial depth. The present finite formulation is established by using a combination of semi-analytical techniques and the Galerkin method. Based on the present numerical model, together with the Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion, the wave-induced seabed instability is estimated. The numerical results indicate that variable permeability affects the wave-induced seabed instability significantly, especially for gravelled seabeds.  相似文献

我国近海区域海床表面广泛存在一层深厚软黏土,具有一定的超固结性与结构性。自升式海洋平台沉垫基础的离底吸附力对海上平台的起浮回收影响显著。通过数值方法模拟了沉垫基础的作业工况,将可以描述土体超固结性和结构性的弹塑性本构模型通过UMAT子程序嵌入有限元软件ABAQUS中,采用可以描述材料强度破坏和刚度衰减的黏结接触模型模拟基础底与海床的相互作用,并通过现场模型试验对数值模型进行了验证。在此基础深入探讨了黏土海床超固结性和结构性对基础离底吸附力的影响规律。研究结果表明:沉垫基础上拔时,底部会产生负孔隙水压力,随上拔时间先减后增,且沉垫基础边缘位置率先发生离底;黏土超固结性越强,离底吸附力越大;黏土结构性越强,离底吸附力越小。  相似文献

脐带缆作为水下生产系统的“神经生命线”,是水下生产系统的关键一环,其可靠性问题越来越受到关注。影响脐带缆可靠性的事件具有随机性,目前缺乏对这些随机事件发生概率的统计,难以直接对其可靠性进行定量分析。基于模糊数理论和故障树结合的方法对脐带缆可靠性进行分析,首先获得引起脐带缆失效的40个最小割集及底事件重要度排序。其次采用基于模糊集理论的定量分析对脐带缆故障树系统中的底事件进行统计计算,得到各底事件的失效概率,最终计算出顶事件概率,并得出导致脐带缆失效的主要因素依次为护套/铠装失效、钢管失效、电缆失效,为脐带缆的安全运行提出适当的建议。  相似文献

近壁圆柱绕流问题在海底悬跨管道的研究中具有重要的意义。在绕流阻力、升力以及海底土壤的耦合作用下,海底管道所发生的移位、悬跨等现象对于海底管道的安全运行构成了很大的威胁。正确预测各种绕流条件下管流之间的作用力是保证油气管道安全的首要任务。海底管道在极端海洋环境条件下的管、流相互作用为高雷诺数绕流问题,处于高雷诺数下的绕流模拟比处于低雷诺数下的绕流模拟要复杂很多,它需要更精细的网格以及合适的湍流模型。此文对处于悬跨状态下的海底管道进行数值研究,给出不同间隙比下海流绕流海底管道的流场结构形态,分析了间隙比对绕流阻力和绕流升力的影响,为进一步研究海底悬跨管道的受力和变形提供载荷边界数据。  相似文献

简易平台是边际油田开发的主要结构形式,由于平台结构形式简单,受到动力荷载作用响应比较大。采用动态设计可以合理优化平台结构形式,达到降低平台动力响应的效果。文中以JZ20-2NW简易平台为原型,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行冰激振动下的动态优化设计。结果表明,动态设计减振效果明显,可供设计人员参考。  相似文献
