海洋沉积物中重金属的活性形态对于指示沉积物污染状况具有重要作用;为探寻简洁且能够有效提取重金属活性形态的浸提方法;实验研究了0.1 mol/L和1 mol/L盐酸的单级提取和欧共体标准局(European Community Bureau of Reference)提出的BCR分级提取法对胶州湾表层沉积物中重金属(Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn)和Al、Fe、Mn的浸取效果。结果显示;3种提取方法提取的金属含量呈显著正相关关系;两种浓度的稀盐酸对BCR方法中的酸可提取态和可还原态金属均具有较好浸提效果;但对可氧化态金属浸提能力相对较弱。不同提取方法的人为信号指数(ASI)计算结果表明;BCR浸取法提取结果的金属ASI值最大;表明其对沉积物中金属活性形态提取效率较高;1 mol/L HCl提取结果的金属ASI值最低;可能是较高浓度强酸使沉积物较大颗粒内层中“惰性”金属被浸取出来;“增加”了金属活性组分的污染讯息信号;对沉积物中Cu、Pb和Zn而言;0.1 mol/L HCl提取结果的ASI值与BCR方法接近。经过Al归一化后;0.1 mol/L HCl浸提的重金属含量的空间分布与胶州湾的实际污染状况相吻合;表明0.1 mol/L的HCl在一定程度上能够代替复杂的BCR浸取法;此方法可简化重金属活性形态的提取步骤;适合大范围沉积物重金属污染评价。  相似文献

研究非离子表面活性剂Tween20在海洋沉积物上的吸附行为.发现沉积物中有机质和粘土矿物的含量对其吸附起主要作用.在实验浓度范围内,Tween20在HCl和H2O处理沉积物上的吸附行为可用线性等温式描述,而在H2O2处理样上的吸附行为可用Freundlich等温式来描述.海水的离子强度和温度都影响其吸附行为:离子强度增加,温度降低,会使沉积物的吸附能力增加.根据热力学函数关系计算出吸附焓ΔHθ为-32.98 kJ/mol,吉布斯自由能ΔGθ为-16.01~-16.99 kJ/mol,吸附熵ΔSθ<0.Tween20在海洋沉积物上的吸附是一自发放热的过程.  相似文献

最近,用高精度多通道电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定某些过渡金属,如Mo,Fe,Cu,Zn等同位素的组成,表明它们可作为全球变化研究中生物地球化学过程的示踪剂,现有的研究文献表明,Mo的同位素可用于古氧化还原环境研究,初步结果显示,海水中δ^97/95Mo的变化与海洋有氧与缺氧沉积物有直接的关系,可记录缺氧沉积物的来源,以此为基础,可用δ^97/95Mo的收支来估算从陆地进入海洋中Mo的通量和全球Mo同位素的收支;Fe同位素在一定程度上控制着海洋生物生产力的水平,其丰度也对气候变化有影响,但生物与非生物过程都可引起铁同位素的分馏,其δ^56/54Fe的变化都可达1‰,所以Fe同位素不能单独用来界定地质记录的Fe参与的过程是生物还是非生物控制,Cu,Zn的同位素也被用来研究生物地球化学过程的示踪剂,但目前报道不多,综述了这一领域的主要进展,集中阐述了同位素示踪样品的制备、纯化与测定方法,同位素在海洋环境变化研究中的应用,最后提出了这一领域可能的发展方向。  相似文献

酸化过程对海洋沉积物中有机碳同位素分析的影响   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
海洋沉积物中有机碳同位素(δ13C)可以示踪海洋生态系统中有机质来源,对环境研究具有重要意义。分析沉积物中有机物的δ13C,需要对样品进行酸化,以去除无机碳的影响。由于不同来源的沉积物中无机碳的含量和组份存在差异,需要针对样品性质,优化酸化处理过程。本研究分别选取了无机碳含量不同的温带与热带河口、海湾沉积物样品,比较了3种不同酸化过程对有机物δ13C分析的影响。研究结果表明:方法1(酸洗法)中6%H_2SO_3和1mol/L H_3PO_4对无机碳含量较高的热带河口、海湾样品去除效率较低,而2mol/L HCl去除无机碳酸盐的效果较理想。方法2(酸蒸法)并不适用于无机碳含量较高的热带河口、海湾样品;而对于无机碳含量相对较低的温带河口、海湾样品,9h酸蒸较为适宜。方法3(非原位酸洗)的结果较方法1和方法2偏正,表明其对含13C丰富的有机组分破坏较小,且方法3中残留的酸对δ13C的分析没有影响。因此,方法3是去除海洋沉积物中无机碳较理想的方法。  相似文献

渤海西部TJC-1孔51.50m以上120个沉积物样品化学组分、粒度及测年分析结果表明,TJC-1孔51.50m以上为晚更新世以来沉积,可划分为5个沉积单元;SiO2和Na2O与粗粒沉积物呈明显正相关,Al_2O_3,TFe_2O_3,MgO,TiO_2,Cu,Zn,Cr,Co,Ga,Rb和V等元素与细粒沉积物呈显著正相关,Sr,Ba和Zr分布与沉积物粒度无明显正或负的相关性。R-型因子分析显示,MgO和Na_2O分别代表陆源细粒物质输入(黄河与海河物质)和滦河物质的影响。SiO_2/Na_2O比值与Sr/Cu比值,Ba/Zn比值与K_2O/MgO比值离散图分析揭示了TJC-1孔的物质来源,该孔沉积物主要来源于黄河和海河,该孔下部30.50~51.50m和中下部25.00~30.50m沉积物以滦河物质来源为主。  相似文献

以海带岩藻聚糖硫酸酯粗多糖为原料,采用Cu2+-H2O2自由基氧化体系结合超滤技术制备低分子量岩藻聚糖硫酸酯.通过比较粗糖质量和H2O2浓度对产物的分子量和化学组成的影响,确定制备高硫酸根高岩藻糖的低分子量岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的最佳条件是:4.5% H2O2与0.026 7 mol/L Cu2+降解4.5g岩藻聚糖硫酸酯,得到Fa3(Mw7.68kDa)和Fb3(Mw 3.89kDa)2个组分,其硫酸根含量较高,为30.32%和32.48%.Fa3组分主要由岩藻糖(64.25%)和半乳糖(30.74%)组成,而Fb3的硫酸根和半乳糖含量高于Fa3,但岩藻糖含量下降.比较发现,H2O2浓度由4.5%上升为9%时,制备的低分子量岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的分子量、岩藻糖含量和硫酸根含量都下降.研究发现Fa3和Fb3对流感病毒神经氨酸酶具有较强的抑制作用,尤其是Fa3组分活性较高.说明分子量对岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的神经氨酸酶抑制活性影响要大于硫酸根含量,而且Fa3组分对流感病毒神经氨酸酶的抑制活性也可能与其单糖组成较均一有关.  相似文献

采用硫酸氢钾(KHSO4)熔融-六氟硅酸(H2SiF6)浸泡的化学方法分离出长江、黄河河口不同粒级沉积物中的石英矿物,使用BrF5为氧化剂提取出石英矿物中的氧,在质谱计上测定石英中氧同位素比值(δ18O值),结果表明:同一沉积物样品中随粒度由粗变细,石英δ18O值逐渐增加,长江河口沉积物中石英的δ18O值比黄河河口沉积物中的稍高,两条河流河口沉积物中相同粒级石英δ18O值差别主要受流域沉积物物质来源和流域的气候环境差异的影响。  相似文献

研究了杜氏盐藻Dunaliella salina在不同浓度的Cu2+、Zn2+、Cd2+等重金属离子胁迫一段时间(24、48、72和96 h)后,叶绿素荧光特性的变化情况。测定的主要参数有:PSII的最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、PSII的实际光能转化效率(Yield)、相对光合电子传递效率(rETR)、光化学淬灭(qP)和非光化学淬灭(NPQ)。研究结果表明,当Cu2+浓度范围在600~800μmol/L时,杜氏盐藻的Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yield、rETR和qP均明显降低,NPQ变化不规律,随着胁迫时间的延长,除qP在96 h时有所上升外,各荧光参数均逐渐降低;Zn2+胁迫下Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yield和rETR随着浓度的增加而降低,NPQ先下降后上升,qP仅在Zn2+浓度范围(800~3200μmol/L)下明显下降,随着胁迫时间的延长,各荧光参数均逐渐降低;Cd2+胁迫下各荧光参数均明显下降,随着胁迫时间的延长,Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo和NPQ先下降后上升,在48 h时达到最低值,Yield、rETR和qP均逐渐降低。在3种重金属离子胁迫下,细胞密度和叶绿素相对含量也显著降低。根据3种重金属离子的半抑制浓度(EC50),其毒性大小顺序为Cu2+Cd2+Zn2+。  相似文献

本文采用静水生物试验法测定了Hg,Cu,Cd,Zn对真鲷仔鱼(2周龄)的急性毒性。结果表明:Hg,Cu,Cd,Zn对真鲷仔鱼24h的LC_(50)分别为0.025,0.31,5.00和3.70 mg/L,48h的LC_(50)分别为0.016,0.24,1.72和2.22mg/L,72h的LC_(50)分别为0.006,0.11,O.56和0.92mg/L,96h的LC_(50)分别为O.004,0.07,0.27和0.44 mg/L。Hg,Cu对真鲷仔鱼的影响极为显著,Zn,Cd的影响虽然很大,但比Hg,Cu低得多。Cd的毒性比Zn强,但毒理作用较为缓慢。4种重金属的毒性顺序为Hg>Cu>Cd>Zn。  相似文献

Ferromanganese(Fe-Mn) crusts are potential archives of the Cu and Zn isotope compositions of seawater through time. In this study, the Cu and Zn isotopes of the top surface of 28 Fe-Mn crusts and 2 Fe-Mn nodules were analysed by MC-ICP-MS using combined sample-standard bracketing for mass bias correction. The Zn isotope compositions of the top surface of Fe-Mn crusts are in the range of 0.71‰ to 1.08‰, with a mean δ~(66) Zn value of 0.94‰±0.21‰(2 SD, n=28). The δ~(65) Cu values of the top surface of Fe-Mn crusts range from 0.33‰ to0.73‰, with a mean value of 0.58‰±0.20‰(2 SD, n=28). The Cu isotope compositions of Fe-Mn crusts are isotopically lighter than that of dissolved Cu in deep seawater(0.58‰ vs. 0.9‰). In contrast, the δ~(66) Zn values of Fe-Mn crusts appear to be isotopically heavy compared to deep seawater(0.94‰±0.21‰ vs. 0.51‰±0.14‰). The isotope fractionation between Fe-Mn crusts and seawater is attributed to equilibrium partitioning between the sorption to crusts and the organic-ligand-bound Cu and Zn in seawater. The Cu and Zn isotopes in the top surface of Fe-Mn crusts are not a direct reflection of the Cu and Zn isotopes, but a function of Cu and Zn isotopes in modern seawater. This study proposes that Fe-Mn crusts have the potential to be archives for paleoceanography through Cu and Zn isotope analysis.  相似文献

沉积物中氧化还原敏感元素(Redox Sensitive Element,RSE)含量变化是上覆水体氧化还原环境良好的替代指标。本文通过冲绳海槽中南部两个柱状沉积物(深度:30 cm)粒度、总有机碳、总氮及其同位素含量和氧化还原敏感元素含量等指标,探究复杂环境背景下冲绳海槽柱状沉积物中RSE的赋存机理与环境指示意义。研究发现,柱状沉积物中除了Cr亏损,其他RSE均显示有不同程度的富集。“粒控效应”对冲绳海槽柱状沉积物的RSE含量影响较小;分析可知,海水表层生产力是影响沉积物氧化还原环境的主要因素,通过Mn(氢)氧化物的吸附或解吸附作用实现RSE的富集与亏损。δCe、V/Cr、Ni/Co和V/(V+Ni)等指标指示沉积物整体处于氧化?弱氧化环境。沉积物中Mn元素通过还原作用以Mn2+形式向上扩散,在25~30 cm处被含氧间隙水氧化富集形成锰峰,指示柱状沉积物0~25 cm处为氧化环境,25~30 cm处为弱氧化环境。  相似文献

Studies of the mineralogy and sulfur isotope composition of sediment-hosted hydrothermal sulfide minerals in cores are important for understanding the seafloor mineralization environment and material source and reconstructing the hydrothermal history. However, the source of ore-forming materials and the history of hydrothermal activity in the southern Okinawa Trough (SOT) remain unclear. Here, the mineralogy and sulfur isotope characteristics of sulfides from gravity core HOBAB4-S2, collected between the Yonaguni Knoll IV hydrothermal field (HF) and the Tangyin HF, was investigated. Enrichments in Zn (up to 321×10?6), Cu (up to 73.7×10?6), and Pb (up to 160×10?6) and the presence of pyrite, galena, pyrrhotite and minor sphalerite and chalcopyrite provide evidence for the input of hydrothermal materials into the sediments. The pyrite morphologies include disseminated cubic, pentagonal dodecahedron, and framboidal forms. Except for minor framboidal pyrite, euhedral pyrite from core HOBAB4-S2 is mainly of hydrothermal origin with Co/Ni ratios >1 and S/Fe atomic ratios <2 in the Cu-Zn-Pb-rich layers. The occurrences of hexagonal pyrrhotite, high-Co (up to 0.17%) pyrite and high-Fe sphalerite indicate that the hydrothermal precipitates formed at medium-high temperatures and low-sulfur fugacity (fS2) environments. The δ34S values of sulfides (0.21‰–3.45‰) with low- fS2 mineral assemblages (e.g., pyrrhotite ± high-Fe sphalerite) in the core are significantly lower than those of magmatic rocks and seawater, indicating possible incorporation of previously formed biogenic sulfur in the sediment. Combined with the age model of the core, it is suggested that hydrothermal activity likely began in the Tangyin HF before AD 1445–1483 and that at least three active episodes may have occurred since then.  相似文献

Concentrations of U and Th isotopes in Okinawa Trough and East China Sea sediment cores were determined by isotope dilution inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ID-ICP-MS) to investigate the behavior of redox sensitive uranium in suboxic hemipelagic sediments and determine their significance in oceanic uranium balance. 238U concentrations and 238U/232Th activity ratios in the East China Sea sediments showed no remarkable variation with depth. However, 238U and 238U/232Th ratios in the Okinawa Trough sediments were low in the surface oxidizing layer but increased where the suboxic condition was encountered. The distribution profiles of 230Th and 232Th concentrations were relatively constant with depth in both the Okinawa Trough and East China Sea sediment cores. These results suggested that there has been post-depositional precipitation of authigenic uranium within the suboxic Okinawa Trough sediment column. The post-depositional precipitation rates of authigenic uranium were estimated to be 47 ± 5 to >62 ± 8 ng cm−2 yr−1; these rates were comparable to those previously reported for several anoxic sediments. A mechanism controlling precipitation of uranium may be the downward diffusion of uranium U(VI), reduction to U(IV) and finally precipitation onto the solid phase. The accumulation rate of uranium for the Okinawa Trough sediments was approximately eight times higher than the world average rate reported for suboxic sediments. This removal of uranium in the oceanic budget increases the importance of the suboxic sediment sink.  相似文献

沉积物插管短柱样品于2013年4月采自大连湾2010年“7·16”溢油事故污染区,BQ050站与BQ007站分别位于生物分散剂和化学分散剂喷洒区。沉积物的可溶有机质含量(沥青A)、有机碳同位素组成(δ13Corg)和210Pb比活度分析结果表明:喷洒生物分散剂的重污染区(BQ050站),沉积物中TOC含量为0.58%~1.51%,平均为1.15%;δ13Corg值为-22.2‰~-20.5‰PDB,平均为-21.74‰PDB;沥青A含量为0.061 5%~0.566 4%,平均为0.174 9%;沥青A/TOC比值为7.0%~34.8%,平均为14.13%;210Pbex比活度存在异常峰值分布,垂向分布特征与沥青A相似;2~16 cm段沉积物的可溶有机质具有明显的外来输入特征。喷洒化学分散剂的较轻污染区(BQ007站),沉积物中TOC含量为0.61%~1.14%,平均为0.87%,除8~14 cm层段外,比BQ050站略低;但沥青A含量与沥青A/TOC比值明显低于前者;δ13Corg值较BQ050站轻;210Pbex比活度随柱样深度呈指数衰减,对数相关;外来有机质输入量较低。截至2013年4月,BQ050站溢油污染物在海底下16 cm深度处有特征信号,溢油污染物沥青A 组分垂向迁移距离约为15 cm。  相似文献

在对冲绳海槽中段180号岩心进行高分辨率取样的基础上,测定了沉积物中的23个地球化学指标,通过对各元素与Al2O3含量的比值在岩心中的垂向变化规律的分析,结合氧同位素、黏土矿物、粒度、AMS14C测年和R型因子分析方法,可将岩心从上至下划分为5层:第1,3,5层具有相似的元素组合特征,第2,4层为明显的异常变化层位,将元素的地球化学行为、元素组合与物质来源联系起来,并与碎屑矿物、古生物资料对比,探讨岩心中元素组合垂向变化的制约因素,据此讨论了冲绳海槽中段末次冰消期以来陆源、火山源及生物源物质的分布规律。结果表明,冲绳海槽中段末次冰消期以来的沉积物来源以陆源物质为主,但在局部层位可因生源组分和火山源组分的强烈影响而发生实质性的变化。  相似文献

A multi-index analysis including grain size, major and trace elements is performed on the surface sediments from the northeastern Beibu Gulf to trace the sources of the sediments and to understand the controlling factors for elements distribution. The mean grain size exhibits a wide variation ranging from 0.09Φ to 8.05Φ with an average value of 5.33Φ. The average contents of major elements descend in an order of c(SiO_2)c(Al_2O_3)c(Fe_2O_3)c(CaO)c(MgO)c(K_2O)c(Na_2O)c(TiO_2)c(P_2O_5)c(MnO), while those of trace elements exhibit a descending order of c(Sr)c(Rb)c(V)c(Zn)c(Cr)c(Pb)c(Ni)c(Cu)c(As). On the basis of elementary distribution characteristics and statistical analyses, the study area is divided into the four zones: Zone I is located in the northeastern coastal area of the gulf, which receives large amount of fluvial materials from local rivers in Guangxi and Guangdong, China, and the Qiongzhou Strait; Zone Ⅱ is located in the center of the study area, where surface sediments exhibits a multiple source; Zone Ⅲ is located in the Qiongzhou Strait, where surface sediments are dominated by materials from the Zhujiang River and Hainan; Zone IV is located in the southwest of the study area, where surface sediments are mainly originated from the Red River and Hainan. The statistical analyses of sediment geochemical characteristics reveal that the grain size, which is mainly influenced by hydrodynamics and mineral composition of terrigenous materials, is the leading factor controlling the elementary distribution.Meanwhile, impacts from anthropogenic activities and marine biogenic process will also be taken into consideration.  相似文献

通过对长江口外海域187个表层沉积物样品进行常量元素氧化物(SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,MgO,CaO,Na2O,K2O,P2O5,TiO2,MnO,TOC和 CaCO3)测试,分析其空间分布特征及其地质意义。结果显示,研究区表层沉积物常量元素氧化物主要由SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,MgO,CaO,Na2O,K2O和TiO2等组成,这8种组分约占沉积物总量的91.59%;其中SiO2和Al2O3含量最高,平均值分别为62.43%和11.16%。R型因子分析结果表明,研究区表层沉积物的常量元素氧化物可以分为3类:第1类包括SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,MgO,P2O5,TiO2和MnO;第2类包括CaO,K2O,CaCO3和TOC;第3类包括Na2O,这3类可能分别代表了陆源碎屑沉积、海洋生物和陆源混合沉积以及海洋化学沉积。Al2O3/Na2O和CIA的空间分布较为相似,指示了长江入海物质主要堆积在长江口及其以南的123.5°E以西海域,闽浙冬季沿岸流是其主要驱动力。  相似文献

通过对琼州海峡表层沉积物中54项指标统计、元素组合特征分析、沉积物环境质量评价、锆英石资源潜力评价和元素比值研究,结果表明,SiO2、Al2O3和TFe2O3是研究区表层沉积物中的最主要组分,元素的含量与粒度存在明显的相关性;元素组合以亲粘土组合为主;海峡沉积物环境质量良好,锆英石资源潜力巨大;海峡东部和中部海域海流动力较强,属氧化沉积环境。  相似文献
