单桩基础是目前应用最广泛的海上风电基础形式。现有单桩竖向承载力设计时仅考虑外侧摩阻力与端阻力,并未考虑桩基内侧摩阻力对竖向承载力的贡献。文中基于江苏某沿海海域两个风电场的现场试桩数据,分别采用API规范、美国陆军工程兵团方法以及港口工程桩基规范中的公式计算桩身外侧摩阻力,研究了土层类型、土深度对于钢管桩内外侧摩阻力比值的影响规律,并与实测数据进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:接近泥面处内外侧摩阻力比值较小,内外侧摩阻力比值随深度增加呈增大趋势;在海上风电单桩基础竖向承载力设计中,桩基内侧摩阻力不容忽视。  相似文献

江苏海岸辐射沙洲是江苏重要的海上风电规划区域,该海域的地层资料和试桩资料极为缺乏。通过钢管桩的现场静荷载试验,对江苏海岸辐射沙洲地层中大直径钢管桩基础承载性能进行研究,以揭示各地层的主要承载性能参数。试桩结果表明,江苏海岸辐射沙洲地层中钢管桩实际的轴向极限承载力明显小于高应变动测结果,只有高应变动测结果的79.09%。总侧摩擦阻力占总承载力的95.61%,而桩端阻力只占总承载力的4.39%。桩内土对管壁的侧摩阻力作用很小,主要是桩外土对管壁的侧摩阻力在发挥作用。辐射沙洲地层中粉土夹粉质黏土的承载性能一般,不适应作为钢管桩的持力层。轴向抗压静载试验得到的极限侧摩阻力高于静力触探的测试结果和API法的计算值。浅部砂层实际的极限水平土体抗力高于API法计算值,在水平荷载作用下上部砂层的p-y曲线具有明显软化效应,土体的软化效应在设计时需进行考虑。  相似文献

大直径钢管桩在海洋工程建设中的使用越来越广泛。海上大直径钢管桩试桩周期长、难度大,相关测试数据及研究成果较为少见。本文基于美国石油行业协会API规范,分析了某海上风电大直径钢管桩静压载试验数据,研究了桩侧阻力与桩端阻力随压荷载变化关系。结果表明,对于本文分析的海上大直径钢管桩,其土塞状态一般为不完全闭塞,计算抗压极限承载力时应计入桩管内侧摩阻力;桩侧摩阻力随压荷载增大而逐渐发挥,相同荷载作用下,无黏性土地层侧摩阻力发挥程度较黏性土高;桩端土体破坏分为弹性变形与塑性变形两个阶段,两阶段端阻发挥程度分别可达约50%和80%,当桩端产生0.05d位移时,桩体达到极限平衡状态。  相似文献

API规范推荐的p-y曲线是由均质土体得到的,并未考虑土层间相互作用,Georgiadis基于柔性桩提出了等效深度法修正p-y曲线,把均质土p-y曲线延伸到了成层土体中。为了研究p-y曲线和等效深度法对于大直径单桩在成层土体中的适用性,取4种典型地质条件:成层砂土、砂土-黏土-砂土、成层黏土和黏土-砂土-黏土,通过L-PILE软件计算了6 m直径单桩基础的p-y曲线、桩顶水平荷载-位移曲线、桩身位移和弯矩。并与ABAQUS建立的单桩基础三维有限元模型计算结果进行比较。结果表明等效深度法对于成层砂土影响不大;对于成层黏土影响较大;对于中间为软弱土层的成层土体,在荷载较大时影响显著,等效深度法计算结果更加接近FEM结果。在成层土体中,p-y曲线应用于大直径单桩对于砂土高估了初始刚度,低估了极限抗力;对于黏土则低估了初始刚度和极限抗力。  相似文献

利用室内水槽模拟黄河三角洲快速沉积环境,并进行了黄河水下三角洲快速沉积粉土层中单桩水平承载特性模型试验,获得桩身弯矩、位移,以此得到适用于快速沉积粉土层中的桩基p y曲线,与API规范的p-y曲线相比,发现浅层土极限土抗力要大于黏土与砂土,而深层土极限土抗力则介于两者之间。并进行多组试验,讨论了桩的不同埋置方式对p-y曲线的影响,发现贯入桩p-y曲线与预埋桩p-y曲线相比具有较小的初始刚度,以及较大的极限土抗力;同时,相较于预埋桩,贯入桩对浅层土极限土抗力的影响更为显著。  相似文献

一种新型钢管桩预装荷载箱法被研发出用于自平衡法海上风电钢管桩基检测试验,并通过现场自平衡试验研究探究了海上打入桩桩基础特性。该方法首次成功应用于海外某海上风电场直径1.4 m的超长大直径钢管桩承载力检测,用于探究其承载特性和桩侧桩端阻力发挥规律。现场试验显示,该新型检测方法达到了预期的测试效果和经济效益,与现有钢管桩自平衡法相比,对土的影响更小,可靠度更高,为类似土层和直径的超长钢管桩承载力试验提供了新的途径。  相似文献

为改善海上风电大直径钢管桩的水平承载性能,基于ABAQUS有限元软件对单桩改进形式的加翼桩结构进行了系统研究,计算分析了软黏土地基中加翼桩在水平荷载作用下桩身弯矩、应力、位移、桩身泥面处倾斜率和极限承载力,研究了加翼桩面积、形状、埋深和刚度等翼板参数对加翼桩水平承载性能的影响规律,根据加翼桩的桩-土作用机理,参考现行规范模式提出适用于软黏土地基大直径钢管桩的P-Y曲线。研究结果表明,加翼桩通过在泥面处设置翼板可降低桩基泥面处倾斜率50%、提高桩基极限承载力60%以上,加翼桩水平承载性能明显优于单桩。  相似文献

针对嵌入式筒型结构在淤泥质海床上的工作机理,建立其在软土地基上的理论计算模型,提出适用于该模型的土压力、摩阻力、地基反力的计算方法,由静力平衡方程,求解得到维持结构稳定的水平极限荷载。通过ANSYS数值模拟软件进行分析,并通过荷载位移曲线找到结构发生倾覆破坏时的极限荷载,对理论计算进行验证。  相似文献

利用砂土中扩底抗拔桩的模型试验,研究从开始加载到破坏时扩底抗拔桩地基动态变形全过程的承载特性。试验结果表明:半模试验得到的极限荷载和破坏面均略小于全模试验结果,采用半模试验测量地基变形过程与破坏模式有明显优势,用半模试验代替全模试验是可行的;随着桩顶荷载的增加,扩大头上方的土体由压缩变形逐渐发展为局部的压缩—剪切破坏;扩大头对其上部的桩侧摩阻力有增强作用,对其下部的桩侧摩阻力有削弱作用;扩大头在工作荷载、极限荷载和破坏荷载作用时分担的荷载比例为15%~20%。  相似文献

利用modeling of models的方法研究端承型桩承载力离心模型试验中的粒径效应。在模拟同一原型时,不同桩径的模型桩,桩身压缩性及桩长均不同,导致侧摩阻力发挥机理及程度不同,本文分别探讨了桩端阻力,侧摩阻力及承载力(桩顶荷载)的粒径效应对承载机理和承载特性的影响。结果表明,桩端阻力的粒径效应作用规律与浅基础一致,可以借用浅基础的粒径效应定量评价方法评价端承桩承载力离心模型试验中的粒径效应。侧摩阻力的粒径效应比桩端阻力的粒径效应显著。由于侧摩阻力的影响,相同条件下承载力的粒径效应比桩端阻力有所增强。对于极限桩端阻力和极限承载力,粒径效应均随长径比的增加而减弱。  相似文献

海上大直径钢管桩打桩过程中,桩周土体受到强烈扰动而发生强度弱化,掌握桩周土体强度弱化规律对于准确预测打桩过程、保证工程安全具有重要意义。为研究土体强度弱化规律,开展了环剪试验模拟打桩对桩周土体的扰动,测试土体强度随剪切速率的变化规律,建立了描述土体强度弱化规律的拟合公式,引入到打桩分析软件中。研究结果表明:土体的强度折减程度不仅与土体本身的性质有关还受到土体的埋深和剪切速率的影响,埋深越深土体强度折减程度越低,剪切速率越高土体强度折减越高,在打桩分析中可采用这里推荐的线性折减方法来模拟不同深度处土体强度的折减规律。  相似文献

For the static pressure pile, the most important is to determine the standard value of ultimate bearing capacity of single pile. At present, the bearing capacity of pile foundation is usually determined by the cone penetration test (CPT) test. The empirical formula was used in practice, but the effect of excess pore water pressure generated in the penetration on the measured cone-tip resistance and side friction is neglected. In this study, based on the field test results at Fengyu playground at Yancheng Institute of Technology by CPT and CPTU methods, the bearing capacity of pile was predicted by the standardized methods, the LCPC (France method) and CPTU direct prediction methods. The prediction was also compared with the results by the static load test method. The prediction accuracy of the CPTU method was then discussed as well. The results reveal that the accuracy of the CPTU method was the highest, which was consistent with the results obtained by the static load test method. It is the best method and worthy of being applied for predicting bearing capacity of piles in engineering applications.  相似文献

p-y 曲线法常用于水平静力受荷桩的分析,但海洋工程中的桩基除静力外还承受波、流等循环荷载作用,将静力 p-y曲线直接用于循环荷载下桩基的设计研究时,往往会产生误差。本文梳理了水平循环荷载作用下 p-y 曲线模型的研究成果, 按照得到循环 p-y 曲线的不同方式,将其分为总体调整法和参数修正法。在参数修正法中,根据修正时考虑的因素不同,分为考虑荷载特性的修正和考虑桩土相互作用的修正。最后通过对循环荷载作用下 p-y 曲线研究现状的总结对比,评价了不同方法的特点,讨论了当前研究存在的问题并给出了建议。  相似文献

Pile groups are frequently used to support bridge decks. Scour in the vicinity of piles is the main cause for the bridges failure. In this research, to address the effects of uniform and nonuniform pile spacing on the equilibrium scour depth, laboratory experiments were carried out under steady clear-water conditions. For this purpose, scour depth produced by pile group with various pile spacing and arrangement was investigated using a laboratory flume. Flume bed was covered by uniform sediments with a median size of 0.9?mm and 0.2?m thickness. Flow discharge and velocity as well as scour depth were recorded in each experiment and the data were analyzed. The results showed that the pile spacing influences the local scour depth and with increase in uniform and transverse (perpendicular to the flow) spacing, the maximum scour depth was reduced. The pile spacing variation in line with the flow has a minor effect on scour depth. In addition, the pile spacing perpendicular to the flow was with the most influences on scour depth. The results of this research can be used by engineers to optimize the design of bridges.  相似文献

Scour around piles could endanger the stability of the structures placed on them. Hence, an accurate estimation of the scour depth around piles is very important in coastal and marine engineering. Due to the complex interaction between the wave, seabed and pile group; prediction of the scour depth is not an easy task and the available empirical formulas have limited accuracy. Recently, soft computing methods such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and Support Vector Machines (SVMs) have been used for the prediction of the scour depth. However, these methods do not give enough insight about the process and are not as easy to use as the empirical equations. In this study, new formulas are given that are easy to use, accurate and physically sound. Available empirical equations for estimating the pile group scour depth such as those of Sumer et al. (1992) and Bayram and Larson (2000), are less accurate compared to the given equations. These equations are as accurate as other soft computing methods such as ANN and SVM. Moreover, in this study, safety factors are given for different levels of acceptable risks, which can be so useful for engineers.  相似文献

板格形导管架桩基码头是适用于深水域软土地基的新型港口与海岸工程结构。该结构由预制的板格形导管架及桩基构成,承载特性和破坏模式复杂。假定码头结构发生倾覆失稳时,转动点位于前桩轴线上,且距导管架底面距离为L。除结构的自身重量外,综合考虑板格形导管架与周围土体间的摩擦力、桩侧摩阻力、桩侧水平土抗力等,对结构进行极限状态受力分析,建立基于假想支撑点的稳定性分析模型,并通过强度折减法进行计算,求取安全系数。以天津滨海沿岸水文地质条件为背景,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立板格形导管架桩基码头三维弹塑性有限元模型进行稳定性分析,并与简化方法进行比较。结果表明,通过简化计算方法得到的安全系数与有限元结果较为吻合。  相似文献

The total inline wave forces, the irregular wave forces in particular, on an isolated pile are investigated by experiment. The relationships between force coefficients Cd and CM including in Morison's Eq. . and KC number or Reynolds number Re, and the variation of Cd and Cm in frequency domain are analysed with the method of least-squares in time domain and that of cross-spectral analysis. The plots of C4and Cmversus KCare given for both regular and irregular waves and those for irregular waves are used for numerical simulation of the irregular wave forces on the vertical pile and the results are in fairly good agreement with the test data. Based on the experimental results , the applicability of the spectral analysis method for calculating irregular wave forces on an isolated pile is investigated with the coherency γ between wave and wave forces and with KC number.  相似文献

为研究钻井船插桩对邻近平台群桩相互作用的影响,采用耦合欧拉拉格朗日(CEL)方法对桩靴贯入黏土层时邻近群桩中各桩荷载分担比、桩头附加位移及两桩相互作用系数进行了分析。首先通过对缩尺模型试验的数值分析,验证了CEL方法的可行性;然后进一步分析了桩靴贯入黏土层时对邻近群桩相互作用的影响;最后探讨了净间距、桩间距对群桩相互作用的影响。结果表明,在桩靴贯入中,前桩的荷载分担比大于后桩,且桩靴贯入至一定深度后,当净间距越小或桩间距越大时,前桩的荷载分担比越大、后桩的荷载分担比越小,但各桩的荷载分担比随桩靴贯入深度增加时的变化规律不变;净间距越大,桩头附加位移及相互作用系数越小;在桩靴贯入时,由于受群桩遮拦效应的影响,桩头附加位移及相互作用系数随桩间距的变化规律同插桩前有所不同,当桩间距大于3倍桩径时,随桩间距的增加而减小,当桩间距小于3倍桩径时,随桩间距的增加而增大。  相似文献

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of jet propeller on the damage of berthing structures combined of armoured slope with pile groups. For this purpose, scour measurements were performed for four types berthing structures, which were armoured slope with tandem arrangements of piles for two and three piles and with side by side arrangements of piles for two and three piles. The effect of gap between piles on damage was investigated. The damage level induced by propeller jet between piles was determined. The gaps were 1, 2, 3, and 4 times the pile diameter. Three different values of Rpm (690, 820, and 950) were chosen for the tests. The diameter of circular piles is 40 mm. The slope ratio was 1/3 and the diameter of propeller was 10 cm.  相似文献

过渡段是联接导管架钢桩与组块的结构部件,又作为调节导管架钢桩和组块误差的结构,其有着十分重要的作用.提出一种新方法利用全站仪与CAD结合的方式确定钢桩实际跨距,此方法具有操作简便、误差小等优点.详细叙述了导管架标高的确定,理论切割线的确定,及根据组块尺寸确定钢桩实际切割位置,并描述过渡段正确安装过程.所述方法成功应用于BZ29-4钻井帽和SZ36-1EDP组块海上安装.  相似文献
