采用室内实验生态学方法研究了不同温度梯度、规格体重等特质对大弹涂鱼(Boleophthalmus pectinirostris)耗氧率(RO)和排氨率(RN)的影响,以及氧氮比(O︰N)对大弹涂鱼能源物质的分析。结果表明,当温度恒定时,大弹涂鱼的耗氧率和排氨率分别随大弹涂鱼体重的增加而下降,体重(W)与单位体重的耗氧率之间的关系呈负指数相关。温度和体重对大弹涂鱼耗氧率、排氨率均有显著影响(F>0.01)。随着温度的升高(16-31℃),大弹涂鱼耗氧率明显升高;在31-36℃时,耗氧率从高位缓慢下降;排氨率在此温度范围内,一直上升到最高。大弹涂鱼耗氧率和排氨率随体重的增加而下降,而温度和体重的交替作用对耗氧率、排氨率影响不显著。O︰N比也随着温度升高而下降,不同温度下大弹涂鱼平均O︰N比为23.1,呼吸Q10平均值为1.495,排泄Q10平均值为1.798;大、中规格的大弹涂鱼O︰N比值接近,比小规格鱼的O︰N比值低。16-31℃时大弹涂鱼主要以脂肪和碳水化合物为能源,蛋白质其次。  相似文献

本研究利用三价钛还原法将标准样品、海水、湖水和雨水中硝酸根转化为N2O测试其氮氧同位素值,并优化实验条件(NO-3浓度、试剂量、反应时间和温度等)。结果表明:4 cm3硝酸根水样(浓度约为20 μmol/dm3),加入100 mm3TiCl3溶液(浓度为150 g/dm3),25 ℃反应24 h,NO-3还原为N2O的平均转化率为86.3%(n=5)。5种丰度硝酸根氮氧同位素标样校准曲线斜率分别为0.947和0.617,相关系数R2分别为0.999和0.994;方法检出限的NO-3浓度为2.5 μmol/dm3,其δ15N的标准偏差小于0.7‰(n=5),δ18OVSMOW值的标准偏差小于2.5‰(n=5);20 μmol/dm3硝酸根样品δ15N的标准偏差小于0.5‰(n=5),δ18OVSMOW值的标准偏差小于1.0‰(n=5)。该方法测定3种不同类型水样δ15N的标准偏差分别为0.3‰、0.6‰和0.5‰;δ18OVSMOW的标准偏差分别为2.1‰、2.0‰和1.6‰。三价钛还原法分析水体中硝酸根氮氧同位素操作步骤简单,测试效率高,但氧同位素结果需要系统校正。  相似文献

本研究利用铵锌镉还原法将海水、湖水和自来水水体中硝酸盐转化为N2O气体测试氮、氧同位素, 结果表明当反应体系的pH值在6~8之间, NO3-还原为NO2-的转化率大于95%, NO2-还原为N2O的转化率大于99%。配置5种丰度的硝酸盐氮、氧同位素标样, 将实验结果与理论值绘制校准曲线, 氮同位素校准曲线斜率为0.48, 相关性良好(R2=0.999 8), 5种丰度δ15NN2O标准偏差在0.18‰~0.43‰之间(n=5);氧同位素校准曲线斜率为0.70, 相关性良好(R2=0.999 6), 5种丰度δ18ON2O标准偏差在0.27‰~0.46‰之间(n=5)。铵锌镉还原法与镉柱还原法测定硝酸盐氮、氧同位素结果的精密度和准确度一致, 同时海水、湖水和自来水3种不同类型水样的硝酸盐氮、氧同位素测试数据满足实验要求, 而且在实验流程的简洁性和高效性方面更具优势。  相似文献

A total of 293 measurements of respiration rate were made on planktonic crustaceans collected in different seasons from the Inland Sea of Japan. The relationship between the rate of oxygen consumption (R,μl O2 indiv.−1 hr−1) and body dry weight (W, mg indiv.−1), as expressed by a power function (R=aW b , or logR=loga+b logW), was established as a function of temperature (T, °C). The slope of the regression equation (b) was not significantly affected by seasonal temperature variation, but the intercept of the equation (loga) was strongly influenced by temperature. The equation describing this general relation is logR=(0.0444T−0.333)+0.713 logW.  相似文献

为研究硬壳蛤形态性状对体质量(Y)、软体质量(Y1)及肥满度(K)的影响,测量硬壳蛤的壳长(X1)、壳宽(X2)、壳高(X3)、体质量(Y)和软体质量(Y1)等指标,并进行相关性分析、多元回归分析和通径分析。结果表明:体质量变异系数最高,壳宽与体质量相关系数最高(0.970)、壳长与软体质量相关系数最高(0.946)、壳长与肥满度相关系数最高(0.203)。壳宽对体质量直接作用最大(0.145)、壳长对软体质量直接作用最大(1.113)、壳长对肥满度直接作用最大(1.752)。形态性状与体质量、软体质量及肥满度的多元回归方程分别为Y=–46.359+0.288X1+1.723X2+0.640X3,R2=0.949;Y1=–6.607+0.301X1+0.157X2–0.161X3,R2=0.901;K=3.159+0.173X1+0.008X2–0.179X3,R2=0.072。壳宽是影响硬壳蛤体质量的主要因素,壳长是影响硬壳蛤软体质量的主要因素,各性状与肥满度回归关系不显著,个体间肥满度差异大。研究结果可为硬壳蛤选育及苗种繁育提供参考。  相似文献

以半现场流水槽法研究了不同盐度(5、10、15、20、25、30、35)对近江牡蛎(Crassostrea hongkongensis)耗氧率、排氨率、O:N、吸收率的影响,并测定了盐度为20条件下牡蛎耗氧率和排氨率的周日变化.结果表明,近江牡蛎耗氧率、排氨率、O:N先随着盐度的升高而下降,在20左右降到最低,随着盐度继续上升,又升高;而近江牡蛎的吸收率先随着盐度的升高而升高,在20左右达到最高,然后随盐度升高而下降.根据数据得出耗氧率与盐度的拟合方程: y=0.0033x2-0.1161x+1.5523, R2=0.9018;排氨率与盐度:y=0.0001x2-0.0041x+0.0871, R2=0.9889;O:N与盐度:y=0.0016x3-0.0782x2+0.9051x+10.818, R2=0.955;吸收率与盐度: y=-0.0011x2+0.0399x+0.4393.R2=0.9453.一日内,8时、14时、19时、22时4个时间点,近江牡蛎耗氧率和排氨率变化较大,在14时最大,表明该时点其代谢活动最强.  相似文献

为获得反硝化脱氮效率较好的菌株,实验从海水螺旋藻培养体系中分离获得一株嗜碱兼性好氧反硝化菌, 通过观察细菌形态以及16S rRNA基因序列的同源性分析, 鉴定该菌株为海杆菌属, 命名为Marinobacter sp. B3。为明确该海杆菌的反硝化性能及氮转化途径, 研究开展了溶解氧(DO), 碳氮摩尔比(C/N), pH和温度等不同单因素对反硝化性能影响实验和氮平衡实验。单因素影响实验结果表明, 当硝酸钾(KNO3)作为唯一氮源, NO3--N的初始浓度为100 mg/L, 盐度32, 振荡速度为150 r/min (初始DO质量浓度是5.6 mg/L), C/N=10, pH=8.0±0.2, 温度为35 °C时, 可获得最大脱氮效果。氮平衡实验结果得出, 在好氧环境下, 有20.11%的NO3--N转化为胞内氮, 5.58 mg/L的NO3--N转化为其他形态(NO2--N、NO4+-N和有机氮), 74.72%转化为N2释放; 厌氧环境下, 有26.65%的NO3--N转化为胞内氮, 72.86%的NO3--N转化为气态产物释放。最终实验结果表明, Marinobactersp. B3在好氧和厌氧条件下, 48 h对NO3--N的去除率分别为99.89%和93.80%, 具有较好的反硝化脱氮能力, 且在好氧条件下NO3--N去除效率更高, 在海水工厂化循环水养殖尾水处理方面具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

We measured the ammonium excretion, phosphate excretion and respiration rates of the scyphomedusa Aurelia aurita from Ondo Strait, in the central part of the Inland Sea of Japan, at 28 and 20°C. The rates measured at 28°C were converted to those at 20°C using the Q10 values, i.e. 1.56, 1.57 and 2.80, for ammonium excretion, phosphate excretion and respiration rates, respectively. The composite relationships between metabolic rates and wet weight of a medusa (WW, g, range 11–1330 g) at 20°C were expressed by the following allometric equations. For ammonium excretion rate (N, μmoles N medusa−1d−1): N = 0.497WW 1.09, phosphate excretion rate (P, μmoles P medusa−1d−1): P = 0.453WW 0.84, and respiration rate (R, μmoles O2 medusa−1d−1): R = 96.9WW 1.06. Mean O:N ratios (i.e. atomic ratios of 16.9 and 11.0 at 28 and 20°C, respectively) indicated that the metabolism of A. aurita medusae was protein-dominated. These metabolic parameters enabled us to estimate the nitrogen and phosphorus regeneration rates of an A. aurita medusa population typical of early summer in the Ondo Strait (means of water temperature, medusa individual weight and population biomass: 20°C, 200 g WW and 50.8 g WW m−3, respectively). Regenerated nitrogen and phosphorus were equivalent to 10.0 and 21.6% of phytoplankton uptake rates, respectively, nearly twice that estimated for mesozooplankton, demonstrating that A. aurita medusae are key components of the plankton community, influencing the trophic and nutrient dynamics in the Ondo Strait during early summer.  相似文献

Natural assemblages of marine bacteria were chosen in a batch culture experiments. The impact of varying nitrogen substrate concentrations and the substrate C:N ratios (C:NS) on the bacterial C:N ratio (C:NB), the bacterial growth efficiency (BGE) and ammonium regeneration was mainly examined. The C:NS ratios varied from 5:1 (carbon limitation) to 40:1 (nitrogen limitation) with varying combinations of glucose and NO3-. The C:NB ratio had positive relationship with the C:NS ratio (r=0.93, n=8), whose value was 3.77 when the C:NS ratio was 5:1 but increased to 6.47 when the C:NS ratio was 40:1. These results indicate that the C:NB ratio is a potential diagnostic tool for determining the bacterial growth in natural waters controlled by either, carbon or nitrogen. BGE decreased with the declining nitrate concentration and negatively related to C:Ns (r=-0.51, n=8). The average value of BGE was 0.20. This value was a little lower than other reports, which could be induced by the nitrogen source used in our experiments. Finally, regeneration time of ammonium delayed with the increasing C:NS ratio, which indicates that there were different metabolism mechanisms when bacterial growth was limited by carbon source and nitrogen source.  相似文献

The paper presents a new model of electronic-vibrational kinetics of the products of ozone and molecular oxygen photodissociation in the terrestrial middle atmosphere. The model includes 45 excited states of the oxygen molecules O2(b 1, Σ g + ,v= 0−2), O2 (a 1Δ g , v= 0−5), and O2(X 3Σ g , v= 1−35) and of the metastable atom O (1 D) and over 100 aeronomic reactions. The model takes into account the dependence of quantum yields of the production of O2(a 1Δ g , v= 0−5) in a singlet channel of ozone photolysis in the Hartley band on the wavelength of photolytic emission. Taking account of the electronic-vibrational kinetics is important in retrieval of the vertical profiles of ozone concentration from measured intensities of the Atm and IR Atm emissions of the oxygen bands above 65 km and leads to an increase in the ozone concentration retrieved from the 1.27-μm emission, in contrast to the previous model of pure electronic kinetics. Sensitivity analysis of the new model is made for variations in the concentrations of atmospheric constituents ([O2], [N2], [O(3P)], [O3], [CO2]), the gas temperature, rate constants of the reactions, and quantum yields of the reaction products. A group of reactions that most strongly affect the uncertainty of ozone retrieval from measured intensities of atmospheric emissions of molecular oxygen O2(b 1Σ g + , v) and O2(a 1Δ g , v) has been determined. 随机选取5月龄、10月龄、15月龄的青蛤(Cyclina sinensis)混合家系各220枚作为研究对象,通过测定其壳长(SL)、壳高(SH)、壳宽(SW)和活体质量(W),并采用相关性、通径和决定系数的统计分析探讨青蛤形态性状对活体质量的影响效力。结果表明:各性状与活体质量间的相关性均达极显著水平(P0.01),其中5月龄、10月龄和15月龄相关系数最大的均为壳高;通径分析结果显示,对不同月龄的活体质量的直接影响最大的均是壳高、其次壳宽、最后壳长;5月龄和15月龄的壳高和壳宽共同决定系数最大,分别为0.269和0.262, 10月龄的壳高决定系数最大为0.338。利用逐步回归的方法分别建立5月龄、10月龄、15月龄青蛤活体质量的最优回归方程分别是:W5=–0.564+0.061SH+0.051SW,R2=0.933;W10=–2.585+0.040SL+0.149SH+0.101SW,R2=0.934;W15=–7.359+0.123SL+0.210SH+0.273SW,R2=0.957。本研究结果可为青蛤高产新品系阶段选优和良种选育提供基础数据。  相似文献

Feeding periodicity, consumption rate, absorption efficiency, respiration rate and ammonia excretion were measured as functions of wet body mass in abalone collected from the western and southern Cape coasts. A well developed diel feeding rhythm was evident, consumption being restricted to the period 16h00–08h00. Food intake averaged 8,1 per cent of wet flesh mass·d?1 at 14°C and 11,4 percent at 19°C. The daily consumption rate was related to body mass by the relationships C(g) = 0,54 W(g)0,67 at 14°C and C(g) = 0,35 W(g)0,77 at 19°C. Absorption efficiency averaged 37 per cent and was independent of body size. Equations relating respiration rate to wet body mass were R(m? O2·h?1) = 0,03 W(g)0,83 at 14°C and R = 0,03 W(g)0,94 at 19°C. No significant differences were detected between day and night rates or between fed and starved individuals. The rate of ammonia excretion (μmole·h?1) was related to wet body mass (g) by the equations U = 0,22 W0,43 at 14°C and U = 0,03 W0,85 at 19°C.  相似文献

于 1 998年 1— 6月 ,在中国科学院海洋研究所实验室内采用静水方法对采自胶州湾潮间带的菲律宾蛤仔 (以下简称蛤仔 )进行摄食率、清滤率和吸收率的测定。结果表明 :(1 )蛤仔摄食率和清滤率随着个体体重的增加而增大 ,而单位重量的摄食率和清滤率随个体体重的增加而减小 ,它们之间呈幂函数关系。 (2 )底质对蛤仔摄食生理影响的实验表明 :铺砂可以显著地提高蛤仔的摄食生理指标。 (3)在一定的饵料浓度范围内 ,摄食率和清滤率随着浓度的增加而增大 ,呈幂函数关系。当饵料浓度达到一定值后 ,清滤率迅速下降 ,而摄食率只略微有所下降 ,基本上保持平稳不变。这说明蛤仔可以通过调节清滤率来稳定摄食率。 (4)蛤仔吸收率和饵料浓度及个体大小无明显相关性。 (5)水温 1 5℃ ,投喂小球藻的条件下 ,实验结果显示蛤仔 [壳长 (3.53± 0 .0 2 )cm、软体部干重 (0 .41± 0 .0 2 )g]产生假粪的阈值为2 .1 6mgPOM /L。  相似文献

Euphotic zone plankton production (P) and respiration (R) were determined from the in vitro flux of dissolved oxygen during six latitudinal transects of the Atlantic Ocean, as part of the Atlantic Meridional Transect (AMT) programme. The transects traversed the North and South Atlantic Subtropical Gyres (N gyre, 18–38°N; S gyre, 11–35°S) in April–June and September–November 2003–2005. The route and timing of the cruises enabled the assessment of the seasonal variability of P, R and P/R in the N and S gyres, and the comparison of the previously unsampled N gyre centre with the more frequently sampled eastern edge of the gyre. Mean euphotic zone integrated rates (±SE) were P=63±23 (n=31), R=69±22 (n=30) mmol O2 m−2 d−1 in the N gyre; and P=58±26 (n=30), R=62±24 (n=30) mmol O2 m−2 d−1 in the S gyre. Overall, the N gyre was heterotrophic (R>P) and it was more heterotrophic than the S gyre, but the metabolic balance of both gyres changed with season. Both gyres were net heterotrophic in autumn, and balanced in spring. This seasonal contrast was most pronounced for the S gyre, because it was more autotrophic than the N gyre during spring. This may have arisen from differences in nitrate availability, because spring sampling in the S gyre coincided with periods of deep mixing to the nitracline, more frequently than spring sampling within the N gyre. Our results indicate that the N gyre is less heterotrophic than previous estimates suggested, and that there is an apparent decrease in R from the eastern edge to the centre of the N gyre, possibly indicative of an allochthonous organic carbon source to the east of the gyre.  相似文献

星斑川鲽是优良的鲆鲽鱼类种质之一,在鲆鲽鱼类养殖产业中具有重要的地位。本研究初次收集了分布于山东半岛的4个养殖群体(日照、胶南、威海和蓬莱)的350尾亲鱼,分别测量了100尾雌雄亲鱼的体长和体质量,拟合了雌雄性亲鱼体质量和体长幂函数关系,分别为:y=0.034 2x2.843 6 (R2=0.565)和y=0.075 9x2.533 4(R2=0.753 8)。利用其中成熟的55尾雄鱼和46尾雌鱼进行人工繁殖,雌鱼平均产卵次数为4.39次、雄鱼产精次数为2.36次。其中25个杂交组合繁殖成功,建立了29个半同胞和全同胞家系。在家系生长到150 d时,对1 640尾鱼苗体质量、全长、体长和体宽4个性状进行测量。利用最小范数二次无偏估计法(MINQUE)对以上性状的方差组分进行估计,利用"加-显性"模型对生长性状遗传力进行估计,采用线性无偏预测法(Linear Unbiased Prediction,LUP)预测亲本的加性和显性遗传效应。结果显示:4个性状的遗传相关系数为0.809~0.999(P<0.01)。体质量、全长、体长和体宽4个性状的加性、显性方差分量都达到极显著水平(P<0.01),狭义遗传率为0.311~0.444(P<0.01),广义遗传率为0.377~0.525(P<0.01)。加性遗传效应预测显示:31个亲本中的6个在4个性状上同时具有极显著的正向效应(P<0.01),10个亲本具有极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)的负向效应。显性随机效应预测显示:25个杂交组合中6个具极显著正向效应(P<0.01),8个具有极显著负向效应(P<0.01)。研究结果首次为星斑川鲽家系建立和优良苗种培育筛选出了优良的亲本和杂交组合,同时为星斑川鲽的选择育种提供了丰富的遗传指标。  相似文献
