外来物种所引起的生物入侵一直是近年来环境问题研究的热点.毫无例外,在互花米草于2003年被列入入侵物种名单后,也引起了互花米草的生态效应研究的热潮.文章主要分析了大米草和互花米草在我国的引种背景;米草的最初引种目的,以及其生态位等.基于大米草在我国海岸已基本完全退化,这里主要就互花米草在我国的现状以及其所引起的正负生态效应进行分析.  相似文献

对黄河三角洲2个米草分布区及2个非米草分布区底泥中微生物生物量进行了测定,结果显示:大米草(S. anglica)分布区底泥中细菌、放线菌、真菌、反硝化细菌、硫酸盐还原细菌总数显著多于非米草分布区,米草的分布促进了底泥中微生物量的增加;互花米草(S. alterniflora)分布区的细菌、真菌总数多于大米草分布区,而其它微生物量则少于大米草分布区.  相似文献

结合遥感调查、现场定位,辅以文献检索、函调、电子邮件、电话等调查方式分析了4种米草属植物自引种以来在我国海岸带分布的历史及现状,结果表明,因人类围垦活动、大米草(Spartina anglica)的自身退化以及与互花米草存在生态位竞争关系,大米草在全国海岸带的分布面积不足16hm2,呈退化趋势。大绳草(Spartina cynosuriodes)尚未在实验地种植,狐米草(Spartina patens)仅在苏北、天津市的部分区域有少量种植。这两种米草没有对本土生态系统造成入侵威胁。互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)自1979年引种以来在全国海岸带被广泛种植,后经自然扩散,目前面积已达34451 hm2。结合我国的海岸带特征与互花米草的生态位,可以把其生长区域明显分为三部分:一是福建省福鼎市以南的海岸带滩涂,可能与红树林潜在的生态位竞争有关系;二是河口区域,如在长江口的崇明东滩,互花米草与本土植物表现出明显的竞争关系;三是在其他滩涂区域,该物种可能对本土生态系统造成一定程度的影响,在某些区域可能已经表现出一定的入侵性,但是其带来的促淤造陆、保滩护岸等巨大的生态效益也不应忽视。由于我国海岸带地质地貌类型复杂,互花米草在不同区域表现出不同的定植和扩散能力,与本土植被的竞争关系也明显不同。因此,在评价互花米草所造成的生态后果时,应从不同的角度出发进行全面、系统、客观、公正地评价。  相似文献

选取江苏王港潮滩的盐蒿滩、大米草滩及互花米草滩,分析这三类滩面的地面以上生物量、初级生产力、动物洞穴参数和沉积物粒度,探讨大米草和互花米草引种区的湿地生态系统相对于盐蒿滩的变化.分析结果表明,互花米草滩的生物量远大于盐蒿滩和大米草滩;单位面积上动物洞穴数量相近,但洞穴大小有一定差异,互花米草滩动物洞穴稍大,数量也相对较多,这可能与初级生产力的提高有关.表层底质的粒径以互花米草滩为最细,盐蒿滩最粗,这种分布状况与互花米草引种前不同,说明互花米草促进了细颗粒物质的堆积.互花米草的引种在江苏海岸具有促淤和提高初级生产力的作用,而它对湿地生态系统的结构和功能的影响需要进一步研究.  相似文献

通过分析长江河口湿地典型植物根际沉积物柱样(0~40 cm)中总汞(THg)、甲基汞(MeHg)及其与粒度、总有机碳(TOC)、还原态硫等环境因子之间的关系,探讨了互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)入侵对沉积物中汞形态特征的影响及主控因子。结果表明:(1)不同植物(互花米草、芦苇(Phragmites communis)、海三棱藨草(Scirpus mariqueter)和水葱(Scirpus tabernaemontani))根际沉积物中THg均值为49.9~100.9 μg/kg,其与粒径小于16 μm颗粒物组分体积百分比及TOC含量之间存在显著正相关关系(r2=0.85,p<0.01;r2=0.58,p<0.01),这意味着沉积物中矿物?有机物复合体细颗粒物的空间分异决定着总汞的空间分异。互花米草入侵促进了细颗粒的沉积,进而间接促进了沉积物中总汞含量的增加。(2)不同植物根际沉积物中MeHg均值为0.3~1.4 μg/kg,MeHg/THg均值为0.4%~1.4%,互花米草、芦苇及海三棱藨草根际沉积物中MeHg含量及MeHg/THg值随深度增加不断减小,但无显著差异,表明了互花米草入侵对沉积物中汞甲基化过程的影响可能有限。Pearson相关分析表明,MeHg/THg与THg、TOC、酸挥发性硫之间不存在显著的正相关关系。硫的K边同步辐射结果进一步表明了硫形态(如有机硫和S2?)变化与MeHg变化关系不大。MeHg/THg值呈表层(0~8 cm)高,底层低的分布规律,表明了表层沉积物中汞的甲基化潜势较大,这可能与表层新鲜有机质(如藻类和植物凋落物)的不断供给及其降解过程密切相关,还需深入研究。  相似文献

高生物量的米草植物枯死后分解成碎屑颗粒,成为河口、近海及海滩本身异养生物的食源。 作者采用尼龙袋法模拟自然条件下的分解过程,结果表明,低低滩的大米草(枯叶)年分解速度为90%左右;低滩的大米草(枯叶)在8个月内分解速度接近80%,相应的互花米草(枯叶)为76%。在分解过程中两种米草的残体(包括部分碎屑)蛋白质合量比原来枯叶的含量增加,最高可增加到200%以上;纤维素含量明显下降;粗灰分、碳水化合物和脂肪的含量与分解物所处不同高程而有明显差异。此外,还测定和比较了在不同风浪条件下生长的大米草地上部分和地下部分生物量以及地上部分枯死量的季节性变化。  相似文献

互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)作为入侵物种,对我国沿海滩涂生态环境造成不利影响。为筛选成本低、见效快的互花米草化学除控剂,本研究选取了草甘膦、草铵膦2种除草剂,采用盆栽与大田试验探讨除草剂剂量及复配对互花米草的除控效果,通过底栖生物白蛤(Mactra veneriformis)和青蛤(Cyclina sinensis)培养模拟实验评价其生态安全性。结果表明,单一施用时草铵膦效果要优于草甘膦,最佳用量是药剂制造商推荐量的150%,但单一施用对互花米草致死率仅为20%;复配可以显著提高互花米草致死率、降低生物量,草甘膦、草铵膦复配处理的大田试验最佳用量为9450 mL/hm2、13500 mL/hm2,致死率可达90%。底栖生物培养试验结果表明,在所应用的剂量范围内,草甘膦和草铵膦对本土底栖生物致死率为0,在体内略有富集,但总体生态安全影响较小。本研究着重于滨海湿地互花米草的化学除控方式及生物安全性评价,以期为今后互花米草的除控研究提供参考。  相似文献

The spread of exotic Spartina anglica (rice grass) occurs in temperate estuaries of the USA, UK, Netherlands, France, China, New Zealand and Australia. In Australia S. anglica infestations are found in the southern States of Tasmania and Victoria. The ecological, social and economic costs associated with its continued spread in Tasmania have resulted in the development of a management program supporting eradication and control. The paper begins by outlining the suite of problems associated with the management of exotic S. anglica infestations. The legislative framework for S. anglica is then critically evaluated. Recent developments that facilitate integrated coastal zone management are presented and assessed with respect to S. anglica. The paper makes recommendations on resolving legislative and institutional responsibility, promoting sustainable development practices in the coastal zone and raising the profile of environmental and aquatic weeds such as S. anglica.  相似文献

-The detritus from the decomposition of dead plant materials of Spartina with great biomass provides abundant food for the heterotrophs in estuarine and nearshore coastal waters. It is for this reason that the decomposition rates of S. anglica and S. alterniflora near the estuary of obsolete Huanghe River were studied. The changes in nutritive components during decomposition are also studied.Results showed that the decomposition rate of dead leaves of S. anglica on ultra-low marsh was about 90% for the first year. In the eighth month, it was 80% and 76 % respectively for S. anglica and S. alterniflora on low marsh. Protein content of the two species of Spartina increased in the course of decomposition, with a maximum increment of 100% or more. The energy value also increased, whereas cellulose content decreased markedly. The percentage content of ash and lipid varied significantly with zonal differences.  相似文献

The mercury content of sediments and water in the Wairua (Wairoa) River, Northland, and of molluscs from the estuary of the river was determined to establish the extent of natural dispersion of mercury from deposits at the source of the river at Puhipuhi. The mercury content per gram wet weight of cockles, Chione stutchburyi, (0.032 ppm); rock oysters, Crassostrea glomerata, (0.081 ppm); pipi Paphies australe, (0.019 ppm); and green‐lipped mussels, Perna canaliculus, (0.017 ppm) was compared with that of specimens of the same species from other areas where presumably only background concentrations exist. Mercury could be detected in sediments at least 35 km from the deposits, but in water only up to about 8 km. Normal background levels were established for the soft parts and individual organs of the four species of mollusc investigated; of the molluscs found in the estuary of the Wairua River, only C. glomerata had anomalous amounts of mercury, but whether this indicates abnormally high mercury levels in the environment is unknown, because many other factors still need to be evaluated. Mercury levels of all molluscs were well below the generally accepted safety level of 0.5 ppm for fish for human consumption.  相似文献

As in many other areas, the perennial cord grass Spartina anglica C.E. Hubbard has been extremely successful at colonising the English and Irish south coasts, but it is dying back for reasons that are not completely understood. The present study considers the relationship between die-back and metal concentrations in estuarine sediment. No obvious impact of the metal contamination on the S. anglica growth/die-back could be detected in the study zone, Poole Harbour, although the die-back did seem to have substantially influenced the metal concentrations in the sediments of the estuary. Based on core profiles, the remaining patches of S. anglica still retain elevated concentrations and the overall cadmium concentrations in the sediments have risen since 1925. However, considerable quantities of the cadmium stored in the sediment by S. anglica appear to have been washed out rapidly in the die-back zones. Should serious erosion of the saltmarsh occur, triggered for example by sea-level rise, then sudden and high levels of cadmium release may cause harmful effects to marine biota.  相似文献

为了解健康和疾病条件下药物在三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)体内的代谢差异,在构建三疣梭子蟹溶藻弧菌疾病模型的基础上,按25mg/kg剂量分别给健康和患病三疣梭子蟹单次口灌氟苯尼考后,采用高效液相色谱法测定了其肝胰腺、肌肉和血浆中的药物浓度,药时数据应用3P97药代动力学软件拟合。结果显示:氟苯尼考在健康和患病条件下三疣梭子蟹相同组织中的药时曲线形态相似,三种组织的药时数据均符合带时滞的一级吸收二室开放模型;肝胰腺吸收药物最快,肌肉次之,血浆最慢;与健康组相比,患病蟹肝胰腺、肌肉、血浆三种组织对氟苯尼考的吸收和消除速度明显减慢,达峰时间推迟,半衰期延长,清除率减低,最高药物浓度下降,表观分布容积和药时曲线下总面积变大。说明疾病使氟苯尼考在三疣梭子蟹体内的吸收、分布、代谢和消除均发生了显著变化,建议患病三疣梭子蟹口服氟苯尼考的休药期至少10d。  相似文献

采用实验室生态学研究方法,进行了藻体部位、藻质量、碳源质量浓度及水流流速对铁钉菜(Ishige foliaceaokamurai)和羊栖菜(Sargassum fusiforme)氮磷营养盐吸收影响的研究。结果表明:2种大型海藻不同部位对营养盐的吸收速率不同,铁钉菜下部的吸收速率最大,其次是固着器;羊栖菜顶部的吸收速率最大,其次是中部。铁钉菜藻质量1.0g的吸收速率最大,其次是1.5g;羊栖菜藻质量0.5 g的吸收速率最大,其次是1.0g;2种藻类2.0g和2.5g的吸收速率相差不多。碳源质量浓度为1200mg/L时,铁钉菜的吸收速率最大,其次是碳源800mg/L;碳源质量浓度为800mg/L时,羊栖菜的吸收速率最大,其次是碳源400mg/L;2种海藻对照组的吸收速率均相对较低。相同流速下,2种海藻均以PO4-P对照组的吸收速率最大;NO3-N、NH4-N吸收速率在流速为50cm/s时最大。  相似文献

The endemic red seaweed Sarcothalia atropurpurea is a potentially valuable source of carrageenan, but no information is available on growing this species as a crop in New Zealand. Tetraspores released from wild-harvested reproductive thalli were settled onto strings and grown initially in tanks under two different day-lengths. Seeded strings were transplanted to open water at 2, 6 and 10 weeks after spore release. Gametophytic biomass was harvested twice by pruning plants approximately six and nine months after spore release. Sporeling length was correlated with day length during tank culture but these differences were not apparent after a period of open-water culture. Spores cultured with medium day-length for 6–10 weeks before transfer to open water grew into harvestable plants that contained similar amounts and types of carrageenan to that from wild material. These results demonstrate for the first time that aquaculture of gametophytic S. atropurpurea from tetraspores is possible.  相似文献

The relationship between sulphate, dimethylsulphoniopropionate (DMSP), and glycine betaine concentrations as well as the interaction with nitrogen supply in Spartina anglica Hubbard was investigated. Several studies have already shown that nitrogen affects levels of DMSP and glycine betaine in Spartina. It has further been suggested that sulphate is important to the growth of the salt marsh grass Spartina. We hypothesised that DMSP might be involved in a high sulphur requirement. It was further hypothesised that the effect of sulphate would depend on nitrogen supply. S. anglica shoots were treated with a range of nutrient solutions containing four different sulphate treatments, 0, 80, 800 or 1600 μM and two different nitrogen levels, 0 or 2 mM ammonium nitrate. Plant parts were analysed for DMSP and glycine betaine, as well as total nitrogen and total sulphur. Plants were analysed for proline as well but levels were very low or non-detectable and patterns were not consistent. Total sulphur was affected by both the nitrogen and sulphate treatments while total nitrogen was affected by the nitrogen treatments only. Sulphate had no effect on growth (leaf length or biomass), but nitrogen increased growth of S. anglica shoots. Levels of DMSP and glycine betaine were unaffected by increased sulphate supply. Nitrogen significantly decreased concentrations of DMSP and glycine betaine. However, due to increased biomass production, total amounts of DMSP and glycine betaine per plant were significantly higher in the 2 mM nitrogen treatments. The data suggest that pools of DMSP in roots and stems are more important than previously thought.  相似文献

Excreted salts and leaves from the Salt Marsh Cordgrass Spartina alterniflora were collected from two different sites. One site, Piles Creek (PC), is near heavily industrialized Linden, New Jersey, USA. The other site, Big Sheepshead Creek (BSC), is located near non-industrialized Tuckerton, New Jersey, USA. PC soil concentrations of mercury were 18·17 ± 7·67 ppm, while BSC soil concentrations were 0·22 ± 0·04 ppm. Spartina leaves from PC contained 0·16 ± 0·07 ppm of mercury, and BSC leaves contained 0·02 ± 0·0 ppm. Laboratory studies showed that S. alterniflora from both sites was capable of excreting mercury. Field collected salts from PC Spartina plants contained 0·11 ± 0·02 ppm of mercury, 2·60 ± 0·52 ppm of cadmium and 11·98 ± 0·94 ppm of zinc. These levels of heavy metals were as much as five- and-a-half times the concentrations of these metals found in ambient sea salts.  相似文献

为分析凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)海水养殖过程中水体细菌群落多样性变化,本研究采用Illumina测序技术对福建漳浦县凡纳滨对虾海水养殖中后期水体样品进行16S rRNA基因高通量测序,同时进行水质参数测定。结果表明,养殖过程中,氨氮(NH4+-N)、化学需氧量(COD)值波动较大,其他水质参数值波动较小。检测到的细菌种群归属于19个门、35个纲、80个目、135个科、254个属,说明该养殖水体中细菌群落具有高度的多样性。变形菌门和拟杆菌门是养殖期间主要优势类群,不同养殖时期细菌组成存在一定的波动,但没有明显的变化规律。蓝细菌在第67天、115天表现出高丰度,且其丰度在养殖期间变化较大(比例变化为0.7%~63.9%)。此外,益生菌和潜在致病菌丰度在养殖期间很低。冗余分析(Redundancy analysis,RDA)表明,对细菌群落影响最大的水质因子是化学需氧量与硝酸盐浓度比值(COD/NO3-)和COD;降低溶氧可以增加细菌丰富度。总之,本研究初步揭示了对虾养殖中后期水体微生物的演替规律,发现水质因子对养殖水体微生物组成具有显著影响,研究结果为凡纳滨对虾健康养殖提供一定的参考意义。  相似文献
