罗源湾水质评价与富营养化研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
根据2009年7月对罗源湾的调查数据,对罗源湾水质和富营养化进行研究。结果表明:罗源湾海域营养盐含量较高:无机氮均值为0.30 mg/L,活性磷酸盐均值为0.07 mg/L;总体来看,湾北部高于南部,高值多分布于近岸区域。富营养化分级评价表明该海域处于氮限制性富营养化阶段。通过对近30 a的历史文献进行研究,对罗源湾海域富营养化的长期变化趋势进行了探讨。  相似文献

于2010年8月和10月对厦门海域营养盐和浮游植物等开展了两个航次的调查,目的在于研究该海域营养盐含量和比率变化及其对水采浮游植物群落的影响.各化学和生物要素的采集、保存和分析按照《海洋调查规范》或《海洋监测规范》的相关方法进行.研究结果表明,厦门海域浮游植物生长的营养盐限制性因子与1998年的研究结果比较,依然为PO4-P,而SiO3-Si含量和DIN含量相对充足.各项营养盐含量与盐度都有较明显的负相关性,其中保守性最明显的是DIN,而PO4-P与盐度的相关性相对最低.此外,8月份鉴定到的甲藻门种类和生物量明显高于10月份.本文认为,目前厦门海域营养盐比率变化的主要压力为N/P摩尔比率失衡.随着人为输入氮源的增加,在富氮的九龙江口及其邻近海域,极易发生中肋骨条藻赤潮,该藻的生物量与NO3-N和SiO3-Si含量的相关性十分明显.研究发现,厦门甲藻/硅藻生物量的比值与NO3-N和N/P摩尔比率有一定的正相关性,可能预示着该海域无机氮含量的增加及其引起的N/P摩尔比率增大会促进甲藻门种类的生长.并且浮游植物Shannon生物多样性指数可作为反映厦门海域富营养化较好的生物指标.  相似文献

本研究根据2016—2020 年厦门近岸海域15个航次的监测数据,对该区域营养盐的时空分布特征、影响因素及营养盐限制状况进行综合分析,并评估各海区的富营养化状态。结果表明,空间上,营养盐的分布特征表现为从近岸向远岸逐渐下降的趋势,溶解无机氮(Dissolved Inorganic Nitrogen, DIN)平均浓度排序为:九龙江口>西海域>同安湾>南部海域>东部海域>大嶝海域,溶解无机磷(Dissolved Inorganic Phosphorus, DIP)平均浓度排序为:同安湾>西海域>九龙江口>东部海域>南部海域>大嶝海域;时间上,营养盐浓度总体呈逐年下降趋势;枯水期最高,平水期次之,丰水期最低。研究海域平均DIN/DIP摩尔比值为40,总体表现为磷限制。2016—2020年厦门近岸海域富营养化指数(E)基本呈逐年下降的趋势;从空间分布上看,九龙江口和西海域富营养化较为严重。富营养化指数与盐度呈显著负相关关系,说明陆源输入对研究海域富营养化存在重要影响。  相似文献

秦山核电站位于杭州湾北岸湾顶,其邻近海域受到钱塘江淡水径流和江浙沿岸流的共同影响,水体环境复杂。本研究根据2012年5月(春季)、10月(秋季)秦山核电站邻近海域15个站位网采浮游植物群落调查及理化因子测定,研究了该海域浮游植物群落结构、分布及其影响因子。同时比对历史数据,分析该海域浮游植物群落对环境变化的响应。调查共鉴定检出浮游植物5门60属139种(春季5门36属70种、秋季5门51属115种),其中硅藻42属110种(占85.3%),甲藻8属12种(占9.3%),绿藻、蓝藻和裸藻偶有检出。春季浮游植物平均丰度(1 802.62×104个/m~3)高于秋季(877.15×104个/m~3),其中琼氏圆筛藻Coscinodiscus jonesianus和中肋骨条藻Skeletoema costatum为两季优势种。聚类分析和典范对应分析表明,两季浮游植物群落差异显著,氮磷比、溶解无机氮、溶解无机磷和盐度是影响调查海域浮游植物的主要环境因子。比对历史资料得到,30年来秦山核电站邻近海域浮游植物赤潮藻种的增加和群落结构及丰度的改变受到营养盐含量及结构变化、水温升高等因素共同作用。  相似文献

本文根据2003~2006年厦门湾水质调查资料,研究了水体中化学耗氧量(COD)、溶解态无机氮(DIN)和磷酸盐(PO43--P)的含量分布及该海域富营养化程度的变化趋势.结果表明,近4a来,厦门湾COD平均含量呈现下降趋势;而水体的DIN和PO43--P平均含量呈增加趋势.厦门湾水体中平均N/P大于16,主要表现为磷限制特征,而马銮湾海区则表现为"丰磷"状态.厦门湾水体富营养化指数由1.1增加至5.4,增加趋势明显.  相似文献

根据2003—2004年在胶州湾的调查资料,探讨了该湾营养盐及其富营养化状态。通过spss12.0统计分析营养盐和各理化因子之间的两两相关性,认为溶解无机氮、活性磷酸盐和活性硅酸盐之间有一定程度相似的生物地球化学过程,且外源性营养盐是其主要的来源。频数分析显示,胶州湾硅酸盐浓度控制了SiO3-Si/PO4-P和SiO3-Si/DIN的比例,此二者多数情况下小于其各自的化学计量平衡。冬季营养盐和叶绿素a的消长关系及浮游植物赤潮优势种数量变化分析说明,硅酸盐的含量对调查海域赤潮的发生发展和消退起着重要的控制作用。这些表明,SiO3-Si是胶州湾浮游植物生长的潜在限制因子,特别是冬季。利用Matlab建立了人工神经网络富营养化评价模型,结果认为带有SiO3-Si因子的评价结果更好地反映了胶州湾的富营养化状况。  相似文献

近年来快速城镇化和人类活动导致沿海地区营养盐含量显著增加,导致海湾富营养化现象日趋严重。了解水体营养盐含量分布特征与陆源污染之间的关系,是对海湾进行有效环境管理的前提。本研究以2010—2019年福建省厦门湾近岸海域水质监测数据为基础,分析长期性、季节性水质空间分布特征,并利用富营养化指数法对海湾富营养化状态进行评价,为氮、磷污染物治理提供措施建议。结果表明:厦门湾自2013年以来无机氮、无机磷含量波动降低,但同安湾无机磷含量近年来有明显增加。春季和秋季无机氮、无机磷含量明显高于夏季,不同季节氮、磷含量均呈现由湾内向湾外递减的分布趋势,反映出典型的陆源输入特征。硝酸盐氮是厦门湾无机氮的最主要成分,其与无机磷的比值普遍高于Redfield比值。无机氮、无机磷是导致九龙江口、西海域、同安湾富营养化指数较高的主要因子,受径流调控明显,无机磷在秋季还受到沿岸排污口的显著影响。厦门湾亟需加强对所有入海河流氮、磷污染的总量控制,建议强化沿岸排污口的管控。  相似文献

莱州湾是渤海典型海湾,沿岸工业区的存在产生大量营养盐和重金属等物质随黄河、小清河等多条河流汇入莱州湾,对浮游植物生长产生影响。本文于2020年8月对莱州湾开展海洋调查工作,研究了营养盐、重金属等环境因子的分布情况,及其对莱州湾浮游植物生长的影响。结果表明:沿岸黄河、小清河等带来的径流输入,导致黄河入海口(站位L1的E=1.25)和莱州湾西南部海域(站位L5、20的E值分别为16.96、1.14)呈现富营养化,整个调查海域约95%的站位存在磷的潜在限制;对应富营养化海域为浮游植物生物量高值区,有更高比例的甲藻物种数和赤潮种(中肋骨条藻、夜光藻和海洋原甲藻);重金属(铅和砷)处于理论上可能抑制浮游植物生长的浓度,但高营养负荷可能掩盖了重金属毒性,导致浮游植物生物量与重金属铅和砷呈现正相关。  相似文献

广东沿岸不同海洋功能区秋季浮游植物群落结构比较研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
2003年10月对广东沿岸浮游植物群落结构及相关环境因子进行了调查。设调查站位39个,根据营养盐数据分析表明,珠江对于陆源营养物质输入南海起着重要作用,其营养盐浓度明显高于广东沿岸其它海区。海域浮游植物隶属于62属118种(含变种和变型),其中硅藻门38属83种、甲藻门16属25种、蓝藻门3属4种、绿藻门2属2种、金藻门2属2种及针胞藻纲1属2种,硅藻在种类和生物量上均占主导地位。叶绿素a含量变化较大,测值范围为0.157~18.761mg/m3,最大值出现在珠江口水域GD089站。浮游植物的粒级结构存在明显的地域特点,珠江口及其毗邻海域以微型浮游植物为主,其他海域基本以小型浮游植物为主。  相似文献

应用分光光度法对 1 991— 2 0 0 2年 1 1月胶州湾浮游植物现存量 (叶绿素a含量 )进行了测定。研究结果表明 ,胶州湾叶绿素a年平均含量为 2 0 9— 5 70mg/m3,多年平均为 ( 3 47± 1 92 )mg/m3,年际间存在一定的波动范围 ;在平面分布上 ,胶州湾西北和东北近岸海域含量较高 ,湾中部和南部海域较低 ;胶州湾叶绿素a含量存在着明显的季节变化 ,冬季 ( 2月 )平均含量为 ( 4 72± 3 1 5 )mg/m3,是一年中的高峰 ,夏季次之 ,平均含量为 ( 4 33± 2 5 7)mg/m3,春季平均含量为 ( 2 78± 2 43)mg/m3,秋季平均含量最低 ,仅为 ( 1 95± 0 80 )mg/m3。胶州湾浮游植物粒级构成为 :小型浮游植物 ( >2 0 μm)平均占 35 8% ,微型浮游植物 ( 2—2 0 μm)平均为 5 1 3% ,超微型浮游植物 ( <2 μm)平均为 1 2 9% ;不同季节和海域粒级构成有一定差异。  相似文献

The interdependence between the seismo-acoustic properties of a marine sediment and its geotechnical/physical parameters has been known for many years, and it has been postulated that this should allow the extraction of geotechnical information from seismic data. Though in the literature many correlations have been published for the surficial layer, there is a lack of information for greater sediment depths. In this article, a desktop study on a synthetic seafloor model illustrates how the application of published near-surface prediction equations to subsurface sediments (up to several tens of meters burial depth) can lead to spurious predictions. To test this further, acoustic and geotechnical properties were measured on a number of sediment core samples, some of which were subjected to loading in acoustically-equipped consolidation cells (oedometers) to simulate greater burial depth conditions. For low effective pressures (representing small burial depths extending to around 10 meters subsurface), the general applicability of established relationships was confirmed: the prediction of porosity, bulk density, and mean grain size from acoustic velocity and impedance appears generally possible for the investigated sedimentary environments. As effective pressure increases through, the observed relationships deviate more and more from the established ones for the near-surface area. For the samples tested in this study, in some instances increasing pressure even resulted in decreasing velocities. There are several possible explanations for this abnormal behavior, including the presence of gas, overconsolidation, or bimodal grain size distribution. The results indicate that an appropriate depth correction must be introduced into the published prediction equations in order to obtain reliable estimates of physical sediment properties for greater subsurface depths.  相似文献

Specific properties of the interannual sea level variations and annual tides in the Northwestern Pacific were studied. Several tide stations were monitored. The monthly mean sea level for the year of 1995 was analyzed at each tide station. A seismic event in 1995, some tectonic activity around the subject area, and the Kuroshio (the oceanic western boundary current) may possibly contaminate results which would have occurred from the astronomical annual tide alone.  相似文献

The effect of different fixation and storage protocols on the flow cytometric (FCM) simultaneous analysis of bacterioplankton and phytoplankton in coastal seawater samples (Mediterranean coastal lagoons) was investigated. FCM measurements (cell number, fluorescence and scatter characteristics) were obtained through DAPI staining. Three fixatives [glutaraldehyde (GA), formaldehyde (FA) and paraformaldehyde (PFA)] and two storage (3 months duration) methods (5 °C and −196 °C) were tested. Two dominant populations were detected in studied samples: bacteria and eukaryotic picophytoplankton. Adding fixatives (2% final concentration) appears necessary to obtain FCM exhaustive counts of all the bacteria and phytoplanktonic cells. This was related to the permeation effect of fixatives which allowed a better DAPI staining of the cells. Maximum fluorescence, i.e. optimal staining of the cells was obtained with FA or PFA, and significant lower fluorescences with GA. Fixed samples stored at 5 °C induced rapid cell loss. Only storage in liquid nitrogen of samples fixed with FA or PFA, allows mid-term (≥4 months) preservation of bacteria or picophytoplankton cell numbers, and limited evolution of DAPI-induced fluorescence and scatter characteristics.  相似文献

The relationship between the flux of exotic benthic foraminiferal tests (i.e. tests which are supplied from open-sea sources alone) in a tidal inlet and that of bulk sediment was analysed, which can be expressed as two first-order linear equations. According to this relationship, in order to determine net sediment transport directions in the entrance, the test concentration in surficial sediments of the tidal basin can be compared against a ‘ critical level ’. The critical level is determined for the conditions that no net transport of bulk sediment is present within the entrance. If the observed concentration (averaged over the tidal basin) is higher than the simulated critical level, then the net sediment transport is directed to landward. This method is applied to the analysis of net sand transport at Christchurch Harbour, a tidal inlet system located in southern England. In this investigation, concentrations of exotic foraminiferal tests in the surficial sediments of the tidal basin and ebb tidal delta area were obtained from the analysis of sea-bed sediment samples. A series of probable critical levels were calculated based upon the data sets with regard to: (1) sediment discharge from the rivers; (2) magnitude of sediment discharge within the entrance during the ebb; (3) the test concentration outside the harbour; (4) the thickness of the moving layer; and (5) two parameters associated with dispersive processes. The results show that the concentration in the tidal basin sediment is higher than a number of simulated critical concentrations for representative cases. Consequently, the high level of the concentration of exotic benthic foraminiferal tests within the harbour should be explained as a result of landward net transport of sands within the entrance.  相似文献

Coastal inundation associated with extreme sea levels is the main factor which leads to the loss of life and property whenever a severe tropical cyclonic storm hits the Indian coasts. The Andhra and Orissa coasts are most vulnerable for coastal inundation due to extreme rise in sea levels associated with tropical cyclones. Loss of life may be minimized if extreme sea levels and associated coastal flooding is predicted well in advance. Keeping this in view, location specific coastal inundation models are developed and applied for the Andhra and Orissa coasts of India. Several numerical experiments are carried out using the data of past severe cyclones that struck these regions. The simulated inland inundation distances are found to be in general agreement with the reported flooding.  相似文献

Grain size and water content in box-core sediments from the Clarion-Clipperton fracture zone (C-C zone) in the northeast equatorial Pacific were analyzed in detail to understand the downcore variations across a hiatus between Quaternary and Tertiary layers. Grain-size distributions in the topmost core sediments show two modes: a coarse mode (peaked at 50 μm) and a fine mode (at 2-25 μm). The coarse mode disappears gradually with depth accompanied by the dissolution of siliceous fossil tests, whereas the fine mode coarsens due to the formation of authigenic minerals. Water content increases abruptly across a color boundary between an upper pale brown layer and a lower dark brown layer that is the hiatus between Quaternary and Tertiary layers. Abundant smectites and microvoid molds, which are created by the prolonged fossil dissolution in the underlying sediment, are attributed for the abrupt downcore variation of water content. Overall variations in grain size and water content in the topmost core sediments in the western C-C zone are possibly constrained by the dissolution of biogenic siliceous fossils. Variations in geotechnical properties related to these changes must be considered in the design of nodule collectors.  相似文献

This article concerns an interrelation between the sea levels and the western boundary flow near a tectonic boundary in a local zone in the Northwestern Pacific. In this zone, sea level variations at stations located on the coast facing the Pacific are studied to find the interrelation between variations of the Kurosio flow as an index of the distance of the flow axis off a specific coast. The result is discussed after data processing of the monthly means of the sea levels, and a notice is taken of variations caused by active crustal upheavals during a seismic event, a local earthquake.  相似文献
