研究了四种氨基酸(赖氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、组氨酸)化合物在改性黏土的吸附特征, 考察了改性剂PACl 添加比例、介质pH 及离子强度对吸附过程的影响, 并探讨了吸附机制。结果表明, 在一定比例的PACl 改性能促进氨基酸在高岭土上的吸附, 最佳改性比例为5%, 赖氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、组氨酸的最大吸附量分别为827、712.56、723.14、732.56 μmol/g; 氨基酸在改性黏土上的吸附动力学符合伪二阶动力学模型; 利用Weber-Morris 模型测定四种氨基酸内部粒子扩散常数, 5%改性条件下赖氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、组氨酸的内部粒子扩散常数分别为0.847、0.567、0.780、0.603。热力学研究表明, 氨基酸在改性黏土上的吸附等温线是C 型等温线, 5%改性条件下四种氨基酸(赖氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、组氨酸)的热力学自由能分别为?1.99、?2.41、?3.16、?2.94 kJ/mol, 说明氨基酸在改性黏土上的吸附是一个自发的吸附过程。介质pH 及离子强度对吸附过程具有重要影响。  相似文献

为了寻求性能良好、环保吸附剂,用于去除养殖水体中重金属Cu~(2+),作者利用蒙脱石负载羧乙基壳聚糖制备成复合吸附剂,并利用IR、SEM、XRD等手段分析其表面性能,将其用于处理Cu~(2+)溶液,考察了环境因子对其吸附性能的影响,并从吸附动力学和吸附热力学角度分析吸附剂对Cu~(2+)的吸附机理,最后考察其再生利用效果。结果表明:羧乙基壳聚糖成功进入到蒙脱石层间;在羧乙基壳聚糖与蒙脱石质量比为1︰25、40℃恒温水浴搅拌60min、pH=6.0、最佳投加量为4.0g/L、处理浓度不超过30 mg/L Cu~(2+)溶液时,复合吸附剂对Cu~(2+)去除率可以达到96.23%,将其用于淡水养殖鱼塘水体中, Cu~(2+)去除后可达到《渔业水质标准》规定;吸附剂对Cu~(2+)吸附热力学实验结果表明,符合Langmuir模型,反应过程为自发、吸热反应;吸附动力学结果表明该吸附符合准二级动力学方程,反应属于化学吸附;再生实验中NaOH的再生效果优于HCl。  相似文献

提要 鱿鱼(Ommastrephes bartrami)皮胶原蛋白提取液为红棕色,不利于在食品中广泛地应用。为了进一步利用鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白,本文采用活性炭吸附法脱除鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白提取液中色素,优化脱色条件。在确定该色素特征吸收波长为420 nm条件下,分别研究了活性炭添加量、脱色时间、溶液pH值和吸附温度对鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白液色素脱除效果影响。在单因素实验基础上,选择吸附时间30 min,进行活性炭添加量、溶液pH值、吸附温度三因素三水平Box-Behnken中心组合响应面分析试验。结果表明:活性炭吸附鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白液色素最佳条件为活性炭添加量4.2%,溶液pH值2.27,脱色温度35 ℃,该条件下鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白液的脱色率为45.6%,蛋白质和氨基酸损耗率分别为19.65%和22.93%。脱色后鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白的甘氨酸含量最高(136.02 mg/g,相对含量23.05%),谷氨酸、精氨酸和脯氨酸含量也较高,而半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸总量不到1%,符合水产蛋白氨基酸和I型胶原蛋白氨基酸特点。  相似文献

以壳聚糖粉末为原料,采用反相悬浮交联法制备了球状壳聚糖树脂(MCR)。通过静态吸附实验,研究了pH和温度对MCR吸附NO-2的影响以及MCR对水溶液中NO-2的吸附热力学和动力学特性。结果表明,在酸性条件下,313~328K时,MCR对NO-2有较好的吸附性能。吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温线模型,属于单分子层吸附。吸附过程符合拟二级动力学模型,受粒子内扩散和液膜扩散联合控制。  相似文献

本文使用溶液插层法制备羧甲基壳聚糖/有机蒙脱土(CMC/OMMT)复合物。以该复合物为吸附剂,去除水中的4-氯酚(4-CP)、2,4-二氯酚(DCP)及2,4,6-三氯酚(TCP)。考察了pH值对吸附性能的影响,并对其吸附动力学和吸附热力学特征进行了研究。结果表明,CMC/OMMT吸附4-CP、DCP和TCP的最适pH值分别为9、7和5。CMC/OMMT对氯酚类化合物的吸附过程符合拟二级动力学模型,且颗粒内扩散不是吸附速率的唯一控制步骤。CMC/OMMT对氯酚类化合物的吸附平衡最符合非线性Tempkin模型。热力学参数ΔGo、ΔHo及ΔSo表明该吸附过程是以物理吸附为主的放热反应。连续进行5次吸附/再生循环后,CMC/OMMT对4-CP、DCP和TCP的再生率分别为50.50%、46.76%和51.05%,表明该复合物具有较好的重复使用潜力。  相似文献

将海藻石莼通过预炭化得到半焦,再用KOH活化制备高附加值产品活性炭。以亚甲基蓝吸附值、碘吸附值为吸附性能指标,探究碱炭比、活化时间、活化温度等单因素对活性炭吸附性能的影响。Box-Behnken设计-响应面法优化活化工艺,亚甲基蓝吸附模型和碘吸附模型的P值均小于0.0001表现出具有极高的显著性,两个模型方程的确定性系数均大于0.99。亚甲基蓝模型的各因素交互影响P值也都小于0.0001,影响极显著;碘模型中各因素对吸附值的影响,活化温度大于碱炭比大于活化时间。通过对模型优化确定最佳工艺参数:碱炭比为2.99、活化时间为44.47 min、活化温度为809.91℃;该条件下的理论亚甲基蓝吸附值为809.91 mg/g、碘吸附值为1 843.11 mg/g。活性炭吸附废水亚甲基蓝的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型方程。吸附等温线更符合Langmuir模型方程,略优于Freundlich模型方程,随着温度升高活性炭的吸附能力和饱和吸附量下降。  相似文献

采用负载镧的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE)交联壳聚糖微球对含氟水进行吸附处理.该吸附剂的适宜工作条件为:温度30~50℃,pH值7.0,吸附时间30 min.用吸附等温线描述了F-在吸附剂上的吸附平衡,并用动力学模型研究了其吸附动力学机制.结果表明:吸附剂对F-的吸附平衡符合Langmuir吸附等温线和Freundlich吸附等温线,饱和吸附容量为25.7mg·g-1;该吸附剂对F-的吸附既包含化学吸附又包含物理吸附过程,以单分子层的化学吸附为主;吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学方程,吸附过程受化学吸附机理的控制,颗粒内扩散和液膜形成的边界层是其限速步骤.  相似文献

用造纸草浆黑液和氯化镁为原料制得氧化镁/活性炭("MgO/AC")复合材料,分别测定了该复合材料对水溶液中Cu2+与Cr(Ⅵ)的脱除性能。Cu2+的吸附随pH值的升高而增大,pH=3时基本达到平衡;在实验考察的pH范围内(1~8),Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附呈单调递减趋势。动力学拟合结果表明,"MgO/AC"复合材料对Cu2+和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程均符合伪二级动力学方程;两过程的吸附速率均随吸附温度的升高而增大,表现为吸热吸附;吸附活化能Ea分别为50.19,51.42 kJ.mol-1;"MgO/AC"复合材料对Cu2+的吸附优于对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附。Cu2+在"MgO/AC"复合材料上的吸附过程用Langmuir模型描述更为合适,在293~323 K范围内,Cu2+的饱和吸附量为19.46~90.91 mg.g-1;Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程则更符合Freundlich模型。  相似文献

模拟长江口某些环境条件,用制备的水合氧化铁对Pb、Cu和Cd进行吸附实验,不同温度下的数据均符合Langmuir等温式.测定了各元素的饱和吸附量、吸附热、平衡常数及其他热力学参数.溶液pH对吸附有明显的影响,各元素均在一定的pH区间产生吸附突跃,吸附过程可用改进的M2+-H+表面化学交换模式说明.初步确定:水含氧化铁对Pb、Cu的吸附以化学作用为主;Cd的吸附则以静电作用为主.模拟结果与现场调查结果基本一致,进一步对吸附过程的热力学性质给予定量的描述.  相似文献

An efficient Al-Fe cointercalated bentonite composite material (Al-Fe/Bent) which is capable of removing hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)] from aqueous solutions was prepared. The batch experiment studies were conducted to evaluate the adsorption performance of Cr(VI) contained in aqueous solution. The XRD results showed the spacing of layers of bentonite was increased due to the aluminum and iron polycation intercalated into the layer of bentonite. The removal rate of Cr(VI) from the aqueous solution could be up 87.4% under the condition of the dosage of Al-Fe/Bent 8 g/L, pH 4, and a contact time of 60 min. The equilibrium data fitted well to the Freundlich model. The adsorption process could be well described by the pseudosecond order kinetic model.  相似文献

研究羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶(CMCS-GA)对阿司匹林的吸附性能及其在药物控释系统中的应用。以羧甲基壳聚糖作为骨架材料,采用戊二醛交联法制备CMCS-GA,进而制备阿司匹林载药凝胶。测定凝胶在人工肠液中的溶胀动力学特点,观察载药凝胶在人工肠液中的体外释放行为。在pH=7.4的人工肠液中CMCS-GA 2 h达最大溶胀度1.38。CMCS-GA的载药量为4.6 mg/g,凝胶在人工肠液中96 h的累积释放度为99.91%,具有优良的缓释性能,药物的体外释放模型符合一级动力学方程。  相似文献

Samples of dead biomass from the marine brown algae Fucus ceranoides, Fucus vesiculosus and Fucus serratus were studied for their ability to remove cadmium from aqueous solutions. The metal sorption process is rapid, with 90% of the metal uptake completed within the first 25 min of contact. The kinetic data was described successfully by a pseudo second order chemical sorption process with rate constants of ca. 0.6 g mmol− 1 min− 1. At pH 4.5, the raw biomass of the three species exhibited equilibrium uptake capacities for Cd as high as 0.8 mmol g− 1 (90 mg g− 1), on a dry weight basis, without chemical pretreatment. These sorption capacities are much higher than those reported for activated carbon and chitin. The sorption of Cd was found to increase as pH increases, reaching a plateau at pH 5.Batch sorption experiments and continuous potentiometric titrations of acid-treated biomass samples in 0.05 M NaNO3 were used to derive thermodynamic binding parameters according to the NICCA model. The total amount of acid sites was 2.4–2.9 mmol g− 1, with median values of the affinity distribution for protons and cadmium ions, log H and log Cd, of 3.7 and 2.69, respectively (conditional values). The apparent heterogeneity of the sorbent was successfully taken into account by the empirical NICCA isotherm, which described very well the competition between protons and metal ions, in contrast with a simpler discrete competitive Langmuir model.The experimental results demonstrate that these seaweeds constitute a promising, efficient, cheap and biodegradable sorbent biomaterial for cadmium removal from wastewaters. This use would represent an example of exploitation of a renewable marine resource in water treatment technologies for the prevention of heavy metal pollution in the environment.  相似文献

为了筛选纯化紫菜类菌孢素氨基酸(mycosporine-like amino acid,MAAs)的离子交换树脂,优化纯化工艺,并研究纯化后MAAs体外抗紫外辐射活性,本研究通过静态动力学吸附及解析实验,筛选纯化树脂;结合动态动力学吸附及解析单因素实验建立响应面法对SA-2型阳离子树脂纯化MAAs的二次多项式模型,对MAAs的纯化工艺进行优化;通过建立大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的复合紫外线(UVA+UVB)损伤模型,分析纯化后MAAs样品的体外抗辐射活性。结果表明:静态动力学吸附及解析实验筛选出SA-2型阳离子树脂为纯化MAAs的最佳树脂,吸附率和解析率分别为86.01%和56.63%;吸附的最佳工艺条件为:上样液质量浓度3 g/L、上样流速1 m L/min、上样液pH为6、洗脱液体积分数为3%、洗脱流速为1.5 m L/min、洗脱液pH为6;在此条件下吸附率为79.21%,洗脱率为64.02%;纯化后的MAAs样品能有效抑制紫外辐射而造成的损伤,将菌种失活速度分别降低了39.10%和40.58%,表现出显著的抗紫外辐射活性。  相似文献

在现场自然地理、水文地质条件调查的基础上,对青岛海水浴场采集砂和海水样品进行主要物理化学性质分析,探讨吸附机理的影响因素,通过吸附试验建立砂样对可溶性油吸附的动力学方程和吸附等温线,经过批量试验确定温度、盐度和pH值对吸附量的影响。研究结果表明,砂土对可溶性油吸附的平衡吸附量为90~110 mg/kg,吸附平衡时间为14~16 h,符合Henry型直线等温物理吸附。对等温式进一步分析发现,当水相中可溶性油浓度低于一定数值时,不但不产生吸附,反而会使污染沙滩上的残留油分释放出来,造成二次污染。  相似文献

The chitosan–montmorillonite composites (CTS–MMT) were prepared by CTS in combination with Na-type montmorillonite (Na-MMT). The composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effects of initial pH value of the solution, adsorbent dose, the mass ratio of CTS to Na-MMT, the adsorption temperature, and contact time on acid fuchsin (AF) removal efficiency were investigated. The results indicated that the CTS could be successfully intercalated into the interlayers of Na-MMT. With the increase in content of CTS, some of them may be distributed on the surfaces of the clay and the AF removal efficiency can reach 80.2% using CTS–MMT as adsorbent to treatment AF wastewater (the AF concentration 20?mg/L) under the condition of pH, 5; adsorbent dose, 5?g/L; the mass ratio of CTS to Na-MMT, 0.25:1; adsorption temperature, 40°C; and contact time, 90?min. Meanwhile, it was shown that the adsorption processes were better fitted by pseudo-second-order model and the Freundlich model.  相似文献

利用壳聚糖与香草醛反应生成的希夫碱壳聚糖(VCG),通过在其一级羟基上进行交联,制备出壳聚糖缩香草醛螯合树脂(S-VCG)。用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,并研究其对重金属离子Cu2 和Pb2 的吸附特性。结果表明:壳聚糖缩香草醛螯合树脂(S-VCG)对Cu2 的平衡吸附时间4h,最大吸附量的pH≈3.2,吸附量约为43.1mg/g,对Pb2 平衡吸附时间5h,最大吸附量的pH≈4,吸附量约为110mg/g。S-VCG具有较强的抗酸性。  相似文献

模拟研究厦门港表层沉积物对海水中Pb的吸附动力学及水环境条件的影响,当海水温度由20-30℃、PH5-8和盐度30-4变化时,吸附速率分别提高约50%、、个数量和5倍。吸附速率与盐度之间呈负指数相关关系。吸附过程可用交换吸附动力学模式描述。测定吸附速率常数、表观活化能和平衡吸附量等参数研究表明,沉积物对Pb的吸附性质以华东作用为主。  相似文献

Quantitative adsorption of organic matter from seawater on solid matrices   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The influence of several operational parameters, including pH, flow rate, total volume of water passed, and choice of eluants, upon the efficiency of extraction of organic matter from seawater by two forms of commercially-available resin, XAD-2 and XAD-8, is considered. The overall efficiency of adsorption is at best 40%. The main factor determining the adsorption efficiency of XAD resin for natural organic matter is pH. The efficiency at normal seawater pH is only half that at pH 2.0. Although the efficiency decreases with increasing flow rate, the decrease is not great up to 3 bed vol./min. With increasing volume of water passed, the adsorption capacity of the resin initially drops, but reaches an approximately constant level after 1000 bed volumes. Alkaline solutions, either NH4OH or NaOH, followed by methanol, completely recover adsorbed organic material from the resin. There is no significant advantage of XAD-8 over XAD-2 for seawater extractions, and the materials adsorbed by the two forms of resin are not substantially different.A new separation method combining XAD-2 resin and activated carbon as adsorbents in series in a column has been developed. Efficiencies of up to 90% were obtained in the extraction of acidified seawater. When the volume of water passed was less than 500 bed volumes, the adsorption as measured by UV-oxidation was quantitative. Elution of 90–100% of the adsorbed organic carbon was possible when ammonium hydroxide (7 M), methanol and an ammonium hydroxide—methanol mixture were used sequentially.  相似文献

Abnormally high pH values (up to 9 NBS units and over) were registered by different expeditions at the seaward edge of the Volga River delta. Within the report, the relationship of the pH values, the dissolved oxygen content, and the water temperature are considered using the equations of the thermodynamic theory of carbonate equilibrium. It is shown that the changes of the pH values are nonlinear relative to the content of oxygen. The nonlinearity is most pronounced at high values of the water saturation with oxygen (over 110–120%). A pH value over 9 may be reached in well heated waters at a dissolved oxygen content of 8–9 ml/l. The oxygen content as such is of course high but not excessive and might be caused by the high intensity of the production processes in the waters.  相似文献
