原地宇宙成因核素暴露测年方法中石英的提取   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
原地宇宙成因核素10Be和26Al的暴露年龄测定是近年来发展较快的测年技术,已在地学研究中得到广泛应用。该方法需要选用经一系列前处理过程获得的纯净石英作为待测样品,制备成BeO和Al2O3以供加速器质谱仪测量。因此获得高纯度的石英样品,是该测年方法的关键环节之一。本研究在已有报道的石英提纯化学流程的基础上,尝试对流程进行部分优化,通过实验对比不同粒径组分、不同固液比水浴振荡器和滚筒HF-HNO3蚀刻效果,确定使用HF-HNO3(1%或2%,固液比15.0 g/L)滚筒加热法刻蚀样品以去除铝硅酸盐,多钨酸钠重液分离样品中的石英和其他组分。优化的分离纯化流程应用于处理采自祁连山北缘河流阶地含石英的岩石样品,经纯化的石英纯度可达98%以上,Al的含量小于200μg/g,表明采用优化的提取流程获得了高纯度的石英样品,可以满足10Be和26Al暴露测年所需样品要求。  相似文献

在总结大量矿物分选的实践基础上,系统研究了用混合重液法分离石英斑晶的理论和操作方法及用折光率法间接测量混合重液的技术。发现了用折光率值为1.577~1.579的系列混合重液分离石英斑晶效果最好,分离纯度达到95%~98%,解决了从浅成火山岩中分选单晶石英的难题,极大地提高了石英的分离效率、纯度和回收率,从过去石英的富集率20%提高到95%~98%,从人工挑选的几克增至几百克,可从挑选的40~80目扩大到120目。  相似文献

提出了模型试验的分离相似设计方法,以锚索、格构梁加固边坡振动台试验为例进行介绍。将传统量纲分析法中描述振动台试验各个相关参数之间关系的函数关系式定义为1级特征方程。根据边坡、锚索、格构和地震波特性的不同,将1级特征方程进行分离处理,得到分别用于边坡、锚索、格构和地震波相似设计的2级特征方程。根据每个2级特征方程中参数的重要程度不同,将关键设计参数从2级特征方程中分离出来,组成3级特征方程。根据3级、2级和1级特征方程可以分别推导得到针对边坡、锚索、格构梁和地震波各自的关键参数、相关参数和无关参数相似比,选择关键参数相似比作为模型设计的主要依据,并对试验模型进行了相似设计。解决了按照传统量纲分析法要求,模型试验无法同时满足所有参数相似比要求的问题。  相似文献

在重力勘探中利用概率成像新方法处理数据,在东北某矿区实测重力剖面数据,在常规处理解释中遇到很多不确定性.而概率成像以及重力梯度概率成像的新方法解决了在实际工作中无法进行场分离的难点,去除干扰场的叠加.通过对比分析更好地处理解释矿区的重力异常,圈定异常地质体,为找矿提供更有力的依据,从而解决了复杂地区重力场的反演解释问题,对重力勘探工作中复杂地区重力异常的解释有很好的利用价值,能快速准确稳定地进行重力异常成像反演.  相似文献

目前我国矿石化学物相分析方法,除少数方法具有较广泛的适应性外,多数方法均是针对某一具体矿区的样品而制定,在实际应用中无法确认分析结果的准确性和选择性分离流程的适应范围。验证化学物相分析方法的选择性分离流程及方法准确度是该领域必须解决的问题。本文以我国具有代表性的锑矿类型——单锑硫化矿为研究对象,通过岩矿鉴定确定锑的主要矿物相,从试验样品中挑选验证选择分离条件所需的单矿物,在无法获得锑华单矿物的情况下,通过价态分析确定了锑华与锑酸盐混合物中锑华的比例,并通过系列单矿物选择分离对比条件试验和X射线衍射分析,确定了锑华、辉锑矿和锑酸盐等锑物相的选择性分离条件。结果表明:对于硫化锑含量大于35%的样品,锑硫化相的选择浸出时间从传统的30 min调整为40 min,硫化锑的浸出率提高了4%~6%,硫化锑相对于锑酸盐的串相率降低了45%~70%,硫化锑相浸出完全,提高了硫化锑和黄锑矿相分析的准确度。该方法适用于不同地区、不同类型(氧化矿、硫化矿)锑矿石样品的锑化学物相分析。  相似文献

人类开发应用石英具有悠久的历史:早在石器时代,人类就曾将石英作为装饰品、工具、法器、武器、日用品等应用;在工业时代,石英主要作为玻璃原料及冶金熔剂使用;当代,石英广泛应用于许多工业和高科技领域。近年来,石英作为可再生能源及其它高科技领域用的材料,特别是以石英为原料制备多晶硅及单晶硅作为微电子学材料及太阳能利用材料方面展示了广阔的前景。但这个领域对石英纯度的要求很高,通过传统的提纯和晶体生长技术将石英转化为硅很不经济,因为传统方法大量使用氯、氯化氢及四氯化硅对环境有负面影响。而开发闭路循环技术系统或使用高纯度石英原料足解决这个问题的重要途径,前者取决于化学冶金技术水平,而后者则取决于矿产地质。因此,高纯度石英的找矿评价及工业硅的提纯是大力发展太阳能产业的重要途径。目前,以石英为原料进行高纯半导体材料和微电子材料等的合成在有些国家已经大规模工业化,并形成产业,如太阳能产业和高科技工业。据预测,在2010至2012年间,高纯石英原料将会短缺且竞争激烈。根据发达国家的实践经验,在哈萨克斯坦建立用于太阳能和其它高科技工业的高纯石英基地具有重要的理论和现实意义。哈萨克斯坦高纯石英资源丰富,在哈萨克斯坦中部,变质成因的石英脉及交代型的石英岩很普通,在东部、中部、南部和西部,石英结晶仡岗岩则很多,水晶矿床则主要集中在哈萨克斯坦的西南地区,花岗岩侵入体的水晶矿以及粒状石英脉几乎在哈萨克斯坦到处都有分布,结晶花岗岩则分布在哈萨克斯坦北部和南部地区,但是该国针对高纯石英的工业化研究与应用则很少。埃及的石英原料也很丰富,主要矿床位于该国中部和东南部地区,工业化研究与应用也很少。建议这两个国家将高纯石英原料作为太阳能产业及其它高科技产业发展的重点研究领域。  相似文献

In order to characterise the saleable feldspar in a granite deposit, a methodology was developed in accordance with the exploitation process. This consisted of mechanically extracting the surface layer of the batholith and separating the feldspar from the quartz using the granulometric separation method, given that the size of the grains of the feldspar is greater than that of quartz.

Following washing, grinding and magnetic separation of the feldspar in order to eliminate the ferromagnesium minerals, the saleable feldspar was characterised in terms of the factors that determine its market value, namely, its content in Al2O3, SiO2, Na2O and K2O.

Following the opening of prospecting pits in the granite massif, samples were analysed in the laboratory using three different granulometric cuts and by reproducing the treatment process. The values for the quality variables of saleable feldspar were obtained, and the results were interpolated to the entire deposit using the kriging method.

In order to summarise the information from the above-mentioned variables, a quality index was constructed using multivariate statistics and by employing market criteria, and subsequently, the values of the index were interpolated to the entire deposit using bidimensional kriging.

The map of saleable quality feldspar from the deposit permits both affirmation of the treatment process yield for each granulometric cut and the planning of extraction from the deposit to obtain a homogeneous quality in the saleable feldspar.  相似文献

花岗岩是陶瓷工业中所需长石原料的重要来源之一.由于花岗岩中云母和氧化铁的存在,其最终产品的质量受到影响(强度、硬度、密度降低).本研究对浙江花岗岩采用两阶段分离方法,以提高花岗岩中长石的质量.第一阶段为重力分离,去除重矿物杂质;第二阶段为磁性分离,进一步减少铁含量.用机械方法对不同加工阶段的3种样品进行了成分测试:1)原料花岗岩;2)第一阶段处理的花岗岩;3)第二阶段处理的花岗岩.结果显示,最终处理后的样品较之原始花岗岩在显微硬度、强度、密度及裂隙坚韧性方面都有明显提高.  相似文献

Combination of flotation and magnetic separation methods is widely used for enrichment of feldspar ores by purifying from dark-colored gangue minerals such as iron and titanium. In this study, the removal of dark-colored minerals from feldspar ore (Aydin Cine region of Turkey) was studied using a dry magnetic separator. The effect of several parameters such as feed particle size, blade angle, and roll speed on the removal efficiency was investigated in detail. In addition, the gangue contents of the magnetic and non-magnetic products were determined by a digital image processing (DIP) method in terms of using color differences between the feldspar sample and gangue minerals. The results obtained from this study clearly indicated that the dry magnetic separation method can be successfully applied in enrichment of feldspar. Meanwhile, the particle size of the sample showed no significant influence on the separation recovery. According to the results obtained from the digital image processing process, the sample with 0.04% cross sectional area of dark-colored minerals can be obtained at roll speed of 100 rpm and 130° of blade angle using the original particle size of 500×106 μm. Additionally, most importantly, these results showed that digital image processing method can be used to determine gangue content (dark-colored minerals) of the magnetic separation products compared to conventional methods as a simple, a reliable, and a repeatable method.  相似文献

Continuing developmental work into optical dating has led to some clarification of the optical behaviour of quartz and feldspar sediment extracts. We have verified the key assumption intrinsic to the method — that the optical signal is zeroed completely upon exposure to daylight. We also show that the rate of zeroing in optical dating is much more rapid than it is in TL dating.Studies concerned with the extraction of the thermally stable signal from laboratory-irradiated samples showed that problems may arise from medium-to-high-temperature preheating of young samples. Optical alternatives to thermal stabilization were tested using dye and krypton lasers. Using a krypton laser we have succeeded in obtaining an equivalent dose of 0.0 ± 0.7 Gy for the quartz from a modern intertidal sand, and an average dose of 120 ± 22 Gy for the feldspar extract of a 70 ka sand unit. Both were obtained using six wavelengths, from the infrared to the violet, and no dependence on wavelength was found. We found that the photon energies of infrared and deep red light can stimulate luminescence in unirradiated quartz and feldspar extracts of sediments. This was not expected, and suggests that the process of trap emptying is more complex than we had envisioned, but implies a far greater than expected degree of technical flexibility for the optical dating method.  相似文献

Pyrite bio-oxidation can improve the gold leaching extent of refractory gold ores, but it can also cause environmental pollution. In this work, common gangue minerals (feldspar, mica, and quartz) were studied to analyze their solubilization under industrial bio-oxidation condition and their effects on pyrite bio-oxidation. The results show that: They all have certain solubilization under bio-oxidation conditions, and the solubilization sequence is in the reduction order of feldspar, mica, quartz. They all inhibit the pyrite bio-oxidation process, and the order of inhibition is mica, quartz, and feldspar. Reasons for the inhibition include ion toxicity, pulp oppresses, passivation, and changes in microbial communities. The results of response surface analysis indicated that the interaction between feldspar and quartz was the most significant, followed by feldspar and mica, while the interaction between mica and quartz was not obvious. When the weight ratio of pyrite, feldspar, mica and quartz is 10:4:5:11, pyrite dissolves the least, while the weight ratio is 5:9:1:15, pyrite dissolves the most easily. The results provide a reference for related research and provide theoretical support and process optimization guidance for environmental protection and industrial bio-oxidation process.  相似文献

The re-use of rock as an industrial material requires more treatments than those foreseen for the reuse of muck as an aggregate for concrete and for road construction. The treatments always start with comminution, which has the goal of liberating the rock-forming minerals. Liberation is achieved with the appearance of grains which are composed of only one mineral. The subsequent treatment steps are based on the physical–mechanical–chemical properties of the different minerals, that is, density, magnetic susceptibility, wettability etc. Magnetic separation and flotation, the two techniques examined in this research, are the two most common techniques used in industrial mineral production plants. The mucks that were analysed are from the Omegna and Brennero tunnels, both of which are granitic rocks with different textures. From the analysis and comparison of the preliminary treatment results, it has been possible to optimise the treatment method. Petrographic, mineralogic and firing tests have been conducted to evaluate the obtained results. High-gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) on defined grain sizes appears to be suitable to obtain a product with a high feldspar–quartz content which could be used in the ceramic field.  相似文献

大庆徐家圈子地区深部致密砂砾岩储层的骨架成分除了含有石英、长石外,还含有许多酸性喷发岩,而且各种骨架成分的含量随深度变化比较大;复杂的岩性使得气的影响被岩性的影响所淹没,从而造成常规气层识别方法失效。针对这一问题,应用神经网络方法准确求取地层颗粒密度和泥质含量,然后对中子和密度测井值进行岩性影响校正和泥质影响校正,使得求出的中子和密度孔隙度仅受地层气的影响,最后将得到的中子和密度孔隙度进行对比,应用中子和密度孔隙度的差异识别气层。  相似文献
