黄河三角洲冰携泥现象及其产出的冰成沉积构造   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
通过野外实地考察、实验模拟,在黄河三角洲发现了一种非常特殊的、冰-(水-)泥共同作用而形成的冰携泥现象。冬末春初,冰雪融化,位于冰层底部的细粒碎屑沉积物质(粉砂或粘土)常被冰向上携起。研究认为,冰携泥的发育过程可以分为三个阶段:沉积物的破碎、冰层底部融化-泥沙被冰垂向搬运及泥沙下落-冰成球粒等的形成。在冰携泥的整个过程中可产出冰劈裂缝、冰成球粒和冰成泥沙片等特殊的沉积现象(构造),它们是冰携泥现象留下的重要的地质记录,对于恢复这一特殊现象及其形成的环境条件具有重要的指示意义。另外,初步探讨了冰携泥现象形成的两种可能机制:毛细作用和冰融水对流作用,并认为在冰融水能及时渗漏或排出的开放系统中,只有毛细作用机制发生作用;在冰融水不能被渗漏或排出的密闭系统中,两种机制共同发生作用。  相似文献

冰成沉积构造是在冰直接控制下而形成的沉积构造,冰融沉积构造是其中的一类。通过对黄河三角洲的野外地质考察,发现并描述了7种冰融沉积构造:冰融水流痕、冰成裂流痕、冰融丘(冰融痕)、冰成泥沙片、冰成泥沙笋、冰成豆粒和冰成根状构造。冰融沉积构定的指示意义。最后,系统总结了冰成沉积构造的分类。  相似文献

冻胀丘是土层中水分向冻结锋面大量迁移集聚,并且冻结膨胀使地面隆起呈丘状的一类冰缘地貌。冻胀丘的本质特征是存在纯冰核或高含冰地层,冻胀丘地表的隆起高度即代表了地下冰层的累计厚度,在工程建设中一般采用避让措施。在我国冻土区公路建设中,过去尚未遇到道路穿越冻胀丘的先例,正在建设中的青海省共和-玉树高速公路(简称共玉高速)在玛多县多格茸盆地横跨几个冻胀丘,对公路建成以后安全运营造成潜在威胁。以共玉高速建设里程K430+070处道路所跨的冻胀丘为例,基于地温监测数据和冻胀丘钻探资料,探讨公路建设对冻胀丘下覆冰层的影响及由此带来的路基稳定性问题。监测发现目前路基下多年冻土上限已经下降至冻胀丘高含冰地层位置,由于沥青路面的强吸热性,未来冻胀丘路段将发生持续沉降。如果多年冻土完全融化,该段路基有可能发展成热融湖塘。  相似文献

冰物理微结构特征控制着冰层基本物理性质。基于多年冬季对东北平原区水库和湖泊冰层生消过程、气象条件,以及冰层晶体、冰内气泡和密度特征的现场观测,分析了淡水湖冰微结构的季节演化和年变化规律及其影响因素。湖冰晶体结构、气泡含量与分布、冰密度具有明显的分层结构,且在冰厚增长期和稳定期内基本维持不变;进入融化期,冰内微结构变化迅速,表现为晶体边界融化、气泡体积扩展和融水迁移。不同年份、不同湖泊冰晶体类型和气泡形态类似,但各类晶体层厚度比例、气泡含量与尺寸存在差异。统计分析显示,晶体和气泡结构与湖冰生长速率关系密切,晶体粒径与生长速率呈正比,水内气体的产生和溶解过程、水体扰动程度的差异影响着气泡含量同生长速率之间的关系。  相似文献

黄河是一条有着特殊水文、水动力、沉积环境及沉积物的河流。因此,它盛产特殊的沉积现象---冰成滑塌与塌陷构造便是其中之一。冰成滑塌与塌陷构造在黄河下游非常发育,它们主要发育在边、心滩上,有时天然堤上也有发育。它们的发育深刻地影响和改造了边、心滩的沉积景观。冰成滑塌构造是一种在沉积物从冰冻状态转向冰成状态发育的一种特殊构造,其运动学特点是以滑,即以水平运动为主,冰成滑塌构造多呈鳞片状或皱褶状。鳞片状者直径多在数十厘米;“鳞片”厚度多在十厘米左右,多由数个到十余个鳞片组成。其底界是冰冻界面;皱褶状者规模甚小,每一皱褶的宽度一般宽在一厘米以内,长十到二、三十厘 米,厚二、三厘米。多由数十个微型滑塌组合成一褶皱片。在天然堤内缘有一种特殊的冰成滑塌,它们使天然堤边缘呈阶步状或沟渠状,非常引人注目。冰成塌陷构造也是一种由冰层融化所形成的特殊构造,其运动学特点是“塌”,即以垂直运动为主。冰成塌陷构造多呈多角形坑洞状。直径多在数十厘米到一、二米,大者可达十余米,深度多在十余厘米。一般成群发育。  相似文献

丘状交错层理多和风暴沉积相关,似丘状交错层理多和浊流沉积相关,随着研究的深入,早已打破了丘状(似丘状)交错层理分别只存在于浅水(深水)沉积环境中的界线,故近年来丘状(似丘状)交错层理在作为沉积环境判别标志方面出现了很大的争议和混淆,究其原因则在于对丘状交错层理和似丘状交错层理的成因机制缺乏明确的认识。在详细总结丘状(似丘状)交错层理的结构、形态特征和垂向序列的基础上发现: (1)丘状交错层理底界常为剥蚀面,内部削切关系发育且与洼状交错层理关系密切;垂向序列常出现层段缺失和丘状交错层理叠置。(2)似丘状交错层理纹层厚度变化多样;丘状层可镶嵌于平行层理或小型交错层理之中,且为连续沉积;垂向序列往往出现高流态沉积构造与低流态沉积构造交替叠置。依据这些特征并结合水槽实验的相关研究成果,从流体力学角度可将丘状(似丘状)交错层理的形成机制分为水动力机制和沉积机制两部分。两者的水动力机制完全相同,即为立轴漩涡形成,在自然界中一般为斜压波动引起。两者的沉积机制完全不同: 丘状交错层理为剥蚀悬砂沉积机制,而似丘状交错层理则为悬砂降落沉积机制。由于2种沉积机制所形成的沉积物悬浮浓度及其对沉积流体能量的要求不同,故形成丘状和似丘状交错层理各自不同的沉积特征。这对于从流体演化方面判断沉积环境具有非常重要的意义。  相似文献

在陆相湖盆中,地震引起的各种作用力可以对各种先成沉积物进行改造而形成原地震积岩,同样地震可引发涌浪、浊流及碎屑流而形成地震涌浪沉积及震浊积岩.通过大量岩心观察描述和成像测井资料分析,首次提出惠民凹陷中央隆起带沙河街组含有丘状交错层理的碎屑岩与典型的原地震积岩(包括震裂岩、震褶岩、自碎屑角砾岩等)紧密共生,当属于地震作用引发涌浪的沉积产物.本区地震涌浪沉积中发育丘状及洼状层理、包卷层理、平行层理、块状层理、波痕、冲刷及截切面等沉积构造.根据沉积特征和分布位置,本区地震涌浪沉积划分为两种类型,即位于涌浪基面附近的含塑性泥砾的搅动型和涌浪基面与正常浪基面之间的回流型.垂向上地震涌浪沉积一般位于原地震积岩之上,震浊积岩之下,组成完整的原地震积岩—地震涌浪沉积—地震浊积岩序列或原地震积岩—地震涌浪沉积序列.本区地震涌浪沉积的发现和研究,将为地质学家识别陆相湖盆地震事件沉积提供对比标准.  相似文献

青岛灵山岛中生界下白垩统碎屑岩中发育了很好的风暴岩与风暴沉积,其特点是:(1)丘状、洼状构造及丘状、洼状交错层理经常可见;丘状交错层理呈对称或近对称丘状,一般发育在三角洲前缘暗色薄层状砂泥岩互层中,薄层一般厚1~2,cm,有时也可以更厚;砂岩中常有平行层理或低角度交错层理,也可以发育丘状交错层理;细层较厚,多在1~2,cm,甚至3~4,cm;但砂岩多数呈块状;洼状交错层理相对较少,多不完善;洼状构造则相对多见。(2)冲刷侵蚀面非常发育。多波状起伏或凹凸不平,起伏可达20~30,cm,甚至更大;内部的冲刷侵蚀面常不连续,但底部的冲刷侵蚀面连续性很好。(3)中厚层状砂岩内部的冲刷侵蚀面可以分为多个次级层,但常因冲刷面的不连续而上下合并在一起。(4)砂岩中常含有内碎屑,以暗色泥砾为主,小者直径多在1~2,cm,大者可达10,cm以上,形态多变;长轴多顺层分布;有时集中在砂岩的顶部。(5)以中细砂岩为主,没有真正的砾岩;砂岩的分选性可以较好。(6)发育了大量的多尺度、多类型软沉积物的变形构造。(7)有时候含有炭屑。灵山岛风暴岩和风暴沉积的发现,揭示了这套沉积是在一个相对较浅水的湖泊条件下形成的,而非海洋深水;此外,风暴形成的砂岩下移到三角洲前缘相中,使其更加靠近烃源岩,优化了生储关系,有利于油气成藏。  相似文献

甘肃靖远景泰一带泥盆系雪山组和沙流水组以河湖相碎屑岩为主 ,内发育典型的风暴沉积构造 (包括渠铸型、槽筑型、丘状交错层理和洼状交错层理、平等层理、块状层理和递变层理等 )。雪山组和沙流水组的风暴沉积主要包括 3种岩相类型 :A底部具渠铸型或槽筑型的块状层理和递变层理砂岩。 B具丘状或洼状交错层理及平行层理的砂岩。C具均质层理的粉砂岩、泥质岩。上述岩相 A,B,C分别代表风暴事件沉积中风暴流行作用 -风暴后的快速悬浮沉积 (事件沉积 ) ,它们组合成典型的风暴沉积序列。甘肃靖远一带晚加里东 -早海西期位于北祁连造山带北缘同造山盆地的构造背景下 ,泥盆纪雪山组 -沙流水组以河湖相沉积为主。泥盆纪湖相风暴岩的发现表明该区处于低纬度 (5°~ 2 0°)的风暴作用带。中、晚泥盆世北祁连造山带构造隆升渐弱 ,海拔不高 ,不足以阻隔风暴作用对山后湖盆的侵扰。因此在近海湖盆中形成风暴岩沉积。该沉积对于认识北祁连 -河西走廊泥盆纪的古地理、古气候及古构造具有重要意义  相似文献

Despite a low tidal range and relatively low wave conditions, the Mackenzie Delta is not prograding seaward but rather is undergoing transgressive shoreface erosion and drowning of distributary channel mouths. In the Olivier Islands region of the Mackenzie Delta the resultant morphology consists of a network of primary and secondary channels separated by vegetated islands. New ground is formed through channel infilling and landward-directed bar accretion. This sedimentation is characterized by seven sedimentary facies: (1) hard, cohesive silty clay at the base of primary channels which may be related to earlier, offshore deposition; (2) ripple laminated sand beds, believed to be channel-fill deposits; (3) ripple laminated sand and silt, interpreted as flood-stage subaqueous bar deposits; (4) ripple laminated or wavy bedded sand, silt and clay, representing the abandonment phase of channel-fill deposits and lateral subaqueous bar deposition from suspension settling; (5) a well sorted very fine sand bed, presumed to result from a single storm event; (6) parallel or wavy beds of rooted silt, sand and clay, interpreted as lower energy emergent bar deposits; and (7) parallel or wavy beds of rooted silt and clay, believed to represent present-day subaerial bar aggradation. The distribution of sedimentary facies can be interpreted in terms of the morphological evolution of the study area. Initial bar deposition of facies 3 and channel deposition of facies 2 was followed by lateral and upstream bar sedimentation of facies 3 and 4 which culminated with the deposition of the storm bed of facies 5. Facies 6 and 7 signify bar stabilization and abandonment. Patterned ground formed by thermal contraction and preserved in sediments as small, v-shaped sand wedges provides the most direct sedimentological indicator of the arctic climate. However, winter ice and permafrost also govern the stratigraphic development of interchannel and channel-mouth deposits. Ice cover confines flow at primary channel mouths, promoting the bypassing of sediments across the delta front during peak discharge in the spring. Permafrost minimizes consolidation subsidence and accommodation in the nearshore, further enhancing sediment bypass. Storms limit the seaward extent of bar development and promote a distinctive pattern of upstream and lateral island growth. The effects of these controls are reflected in the vertical distribution of facies in the Olivier Islands. The sedimentary succession differs markedly from that of a low-latitude delta.  相似文献

This paper presents results from two flume runs of an ongoing series examining flow structure, sediment transport and deposition in hydraulic jumps. It concludes in the presentation of a model for the development of sedimentary architecture, considered characteristic of a hydraulic jump over a non-eroding bed. In Run 1, a hydraulic jump was formed in sediment-free water over the solid plane sloping flume floor. Ultrasonic Doppler velocity profilers recorded the flow structure within the hydraulic jump in fine detail. Run 2 had identical initial flow conditions and a near-steady addition of sand, which formed beds with two distinct characteristics: a laterally extensive, basal, wedge-shaped massive sand bed overlain by cross-laminated sand beds. Each cross-laminated bed recorded the initiation and growth of a single surface feature, here defined as a hydraulic-jump unit bar . A small massive sand mound formed on the flume floor and grew upstream and downstream without migrating to form a unit bar. In the upstream portion of the unit bar, sand finer than the bulk load formed a set of laminae dipping upstream. This set passed downstream through the small volume of massive sand into a foreset, which was initially relatively coarse-grained and became finer-grained downstream. This downstream-fining coincided with cessation of the growth of the upstream-dipping cross-set. At intervals, a new bed feature developed above and upstream of the preceding hydraulic-jump unit bar and grew in the same way, with the foreset climbing the older unit bar. The composite architecture of the superimposed unit bars formed a fanning, climbing coset above the massive wedge, defined as one unit: a hydraulic-jump bar complex .  相似文献

鄂尔多斯盆地北部大牛地气田塔巴庙区块致密薄层发育。利用岩石物理等数据的物性参数,对不同储集条件下的薄层、薄互层进行地震正演分析。结果表明:在薄层特别是薄互层条件下,叠前波场响应特征十分复杂,有别于常规AVO类型的变化规律,且含气层和干层的响应特征有明显差异。根据叠前地震波场的响应特征和不同的变化规律可以细化薄层研究,进一步识别储集类型。  相似文献

黄河独特的水文条件、沉积物的细粒特性,以及黄河三角洲地区近年来的半干旱气候条件,尤其黄河近年来严重断流导致了黄河三角洲水上平原发育了大量的异常地质现象,特殊侵蚀沟槽便是其中之一。根据平面形态侵蚀沟槽可分为线状、树枝状、坑洞状、面状,网状及隧道状几种;横剖面形态有“U”形、“V”形、梯形或窄缝形。其规模不一,小者长数厘米,宽深数厘米;大者长数十、甚至百余米;宽十几米,深数十厘米到一米多。沟槽壁上常发育滑塌、流痕或类钟乳等次级构造。  相似文献

冻结缘是正冻土中从未冻区向冻结区过渡、并且非常薄的冰水共存带. 由于冻结缘在正冻土中位置的特殊性和其对冻胀的重要性, 从其概念的提出并在试验中得到证实后, 基于冻结缘的第二冻胀理论得到了快速发展. 通过分析近些年冻结缘的研究现状及冻结缘内冰-水压力关系基本可以发现, 由于受到现有观测和测试技术的限制, 描述冻结缘的很多参数大多来自于经验. 土体在冻结过程中, 在温度梯度小的情况下, 可以形成不连续的多层分凝冰. 只有了解冻结缘的特性才能更深刻了解分凝冻胀. 但关于分凝冰的形成判据却有很多种, 主要分为两类:一类是以热物理方面作为判据; 另一类是以力学方面作为判据. 通过对分凝冰形成的各种判据的综合分析和比较, 发现用冰压力和未冻水膜压力判断分凝冰形成是比较合理的, 而用孔隙压力则因为水压力概念的不清而显得模糊. 这些分析将为冻土冻胀理论的研究提供科学参考.  相似文献

基于矿区地层结构及地质构造的研究,认为该矿工作帮(BH1)崩塌引发因素是第四系松散层白稳能力差,当采掘台阶前缘临空面较大时,该台阶后缘形成的拉张裂缝处的土体突然脱离母体翻滚而下形成崩塌体;非工作帮(BH2)滑坡引发因素是滑坡体底板为2煤组底板泥岩层,该泥岩中赋存一层厚约2m左右的富含高岭土和其它粘土矿物成份的软弱结构层(面),由于上覆的剥离排弃物在边坡上超载堆积,在众多出水点渗流渗水的作用下,加之温度较低,岩体冻胀,使软弱结构层抗剪强度降低,从而沿软弱结构层(面)倾向发生了滑坡。  相似文献

A pit located near Ballyhorsey, 28 km south of Dublin (eastern Ireland), displays subglacially deposited glaciofluvial sediments passing upwards into proglacial subaqueous ice‐contact fan deposits. The coexistence of these two different depositional environments at the same location will help with differentiation between two very similar and easily confused glacial lithofacies. The lowermost sediments show aggrading subglacial deposits indicating a constrained accommodation space, mainly controlled by the position of an overlying ice roof during ice‐bed decoupling. These sediments are characterized by vertically stacked tills with large lenses of tabular to channelized sorted sediments. The sorted sediments consist of fine‐grained laminated facies, cross‐laminated sand and channelized gravels, and are interpreted as subglaciofluvial sediments deposited within a subglacial de‐coupled space. The subglaciofluvial sequence is characterized by glaciotectonic deformation structures within discrete beds, triggered by fluid overpressure and shear stress during episodes of ice/bed recoupling (clastic dykes and folds). The upper deposits correspond to the deposition of successive hyperpycnal flows in a proximal proglacial lake, forming a thick sedimentary wedge erosively overlying the subglacial deposits. Gravel facies and large‐scale trough bedding sand are observed within this proximal wedge, while normally graded sand beds with developed bedforms are observed further downflow. The building of the prograding ice‐contact subaqueous fan implies an unrestricted accommodation space and is associated with deformation structures related to gravity destabilization during fan spreading (normal faults). This study facilitates the recognition of subglacial/submarginal depositional environments formed, in part, during localized ice/bed coupling episodes in the sedimentary record. The sedimentary sequence exposed in Ballyhorsey permits characterization of the temporal framework of meltwater production during deglaciation, the impact on the subglacial drainage system and the consequences on the Irish Sea Ice Stream flow mechanisms.  相似文献
