The Kärkejokk (jokk = Lappish for brook) is rich in sulfate and calcium, both elements having been considered enigmatic. To resolve these problems we collected waters at 13 sites during 27 June to 1 September 1996. Nine sites were in the Kärkevagge, and the others in the drainage towards lake Torne Träsk. Rain waters were collected the same period. Conductivity, pH, and temperature were measured in the field, whereas salt load and the elements Na, K, Ca, Mg, S, Si, Fe, Al, Mn, Zn, Sr, and Ba were determined in the laboratory.
Mixing models based on rain water and leaching products of the major bedrocks do not explain observed element patterns except in the lower parts of the jokk. However, oxidation of pyrite has formed acid, sulfate–rich solutions that released Ca and Mg from limestones, and Fe, Mn, Al, and Si, from black shales (Malmsten 1998; Malmsten et al. 2000). Conservative mixing models, using rain water, leached bedrock and pyrite, match the jokk waters quite well, and sulfur isotope data corroborate these findings. The nearby Låktajokk, and Vassijokk also contain much S.
Where these waters debouch they may deposit Si, Al, and Ca, but only little S on various rocks. Total rock analyses, thermodynamic and X–ray data suggest that gypsum, barite, or alunite are not formed in major quantities.
These models show that the hydrogeochemistry of the Kärkejokk may be less enigmatic than often assumed.  相似文献

本文分析了杜蒙沙地表土样品各粒级组分(全样、>63 μm、63~30μm、30~11 μm和<11 μm)的常量元素组成。结果表明:杜蒙沙地地表物质化学元素组成以Si、Al为主,与上地壳相比,除Si、Mn和Ti外,Fe、Mg、Ca和P严重亏损,Al和Na中度亏损,K轻微亏损;除Si、Al、Na、K外,Fe、Mg、Ca、Ti、P、Mn的变异系数均很高;常量元素在不同粒级中的变化程度按照Al相似文献

采集了15种荒漠地区常见植物的样品,基于X射线荧光光谱法对其元素含量进行了测定。结果表明:组成荒漠地区植物的常量元素主要有Cl、S、P、Ca、Si、Al、K、Na和Mg,微量元素主要有Sr、Rb、Br、Zn、Cu、Ni、V、Ti、Ba、Mn 和Fe。不同种类植物中各元素的含量不同,体现了植物因遗传生理特性的不同而对环境元素选择吸收的特点。15种荒漠植物的常量元素组成的典型特征是富Ca、K贫Na,表明生境对各类植物化学成分含量的统一影响。属于同科的植物化学元素组成比较接近,说明植物元素化学成分可作为植物分类的标志之一。  相似文献

利用地衣和苔藓化学分析资料对南极菲尔德斯半岛地区地衣和苔藓中化学元素的分配、相关性及其元素比值关系进行了分析。研究表明,地衣和苔藓促进了土壤与风化壳的发育,但受南极地区恶劣环境条件的限制,生物地球化学过程极其微弱。地衣和苔藓植株体中Fe、Al、Mn等元素丰度主要依赖于土壤与风化壳元素丰度的高背景值。Ca、K、Cr等元素是地衣选择性吸收较强的元素,苔藓对Mg、Na、Zn等元素则具有较强的选择性吸收能力。  相似文献

用Jackson系统分离土壤磷的程序,研究了我国土壤中结合态硒的含量及其控制因素。结果表明,在酸性环境中,Fe、Al、Mn的氧化物或矿物是控制土壤硒化学行为的主要因子,Ca、Mg、K的作用不大。在碱性环境中,Ca、Mg、K的化合物或矿物是制约土壤非闭蓄性硒均主要因子,而控制闭蓄性硒的则是Fe、Al、Ma的氧化物或矿物。P、Si不仅以络阴离子的形式参与土壤硒的固定和影响植物对硒的利用,而且以化台物或矿物的肜式影响硒在土壤中的循环。在所研究的土壤中,未发现Cr、V、Sr、Ba、Co、Cu、Ni.Ti,Cd、Pb等与结合态硒含量在统计学上相关。  相似文献

选择兰州市典型沙尘和非沙尘天气收集两类降尘,并对其元素组成进行测定。结果表明:兰州非沙尘和沙尘天气沉降物中含量较高的主要元素分别为Si、Ca、Al、Fe和Si、K、Ca、Al,含量最低的主要元素均是Ti;含量较高的微量元素是Mn、Ba、Zn、Sr和Mn、Ba、Sr、Zr,含量较低的微量元素均是Nb、Co、Y、As;兰州非沙尘和沙尘天气沉降物中主要元素及微量元素含量的排序差异较小,但是两种样品同种元素的丰度值存在较大变异,说明两种沉降物的来源有一定的差异。兰州非沙尘天气沉降物中Si、Fe、Mg、K、Na、Ti、V、Mn、Co、Ni、Rb、Sr、Y、Zr、Nb等元素主要来自于地壳源,Ca、Cr、Cu、Ba、Pb、Zn、As等元素与本地的人类污染活动有关,其中Pb、Zn、As是兰州重要的污染元素。沙尘天气沉降物中多数元素来自于外地入侵的沙尘,部分元素如Pb、Zn、As、Cu、Cr、K、Ni可能源于沙尘天气长距离传输途中矿物气溶胶与沿途污染源排放的污染物的混合。  相似文献

Kumtagh Desert is one of the eight biggest deserts in China, but poorly investigated before our interdisciplinary study because of the difficulty of access. In this paper, 33 representative surface sediment samples were collected from the Kumtagh Desert and analyzed in the laboratory to obtain heavy mineral components and geochemical element contents. Results show that various kinds of heavy minerals are present in these samples, with high levels of epidote and hornblende. Si and Al take up a large part of chemical composition. Compared with the average composition of geochemical elements of the upper continental crust (UCC), except Si and Ca, all elements are depleted to a certain degree; Fe, Mg, Ca, P, Ti and Mn have high correlation coefficients in their contents. The mineral and geochemical composition of the Kumtagh Desert sediments have a similarity with that of rocks of Altyn Tagh Mountains, and the surface sediments of the alluvial/diluvial fans around the Altyn Tagh Mountains and that of the Taklamakan Desert, indicating that one major source of the Kumtagh Desert sediments is located in the Altyn Tagh Mountains. Alluvial deposits and lake sediments in Aqik valley and lower reaches of Shule River are prone to be eroded and transported by the strong northeasterly wind into the Kumtagh Desert, forming another source of the desert deposits. An A-CN-K ternary diagram shows that a weak degree chemical weathering by the loss of Na and K occurred in these sediments, whereas A-CNK-FM ternary diagram suggests that Fe and Mg have undergone a significant chemical differentiation. Physical weathering processes cause easy erosion and enrichment in fine particles for mafic minerals, thus coarse desert sand particles can be relatively depleted in Fe and Mg. The mineral and geochemical composition of sediments in arid regions experiencing less chemical weathering are mostly affected by physical weathering.  相似文献

中晚全新世以来玛曲高原的化学风化过程演变   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
在对玛曲高原东南部具有代表性的黄土-古土壤-风成砂沉积剖面进行常量、微量元素及地球化学风化参数分析的基础上,结合14C测年结果,探讨了中晚全新世以来玛曲高原的化学风化过程。结果表明:(1)不同地化学元素在剖面中的化学活性表现出明显的差异性,常量元素Ca、Si、Na以强烈迁移淋失为主,Fe、Mg则表现为明显富集;元素活动性及迁移顺序为Ca >Si >Na >Al >K >Fe >Mg;常量元素的迁移特征表明玛曲高原处于脱Ca、Na的初期化学风化阶段;微量元素除Sr迁移淋失显著外,Cu、Mn、Zn均呈现出强富集特征。(2)根据典型地化学元素记录的冷干-凉润-凉干-温湿的气候变化过程,结合化学风化指标将玛曲高原中晚全新世以来的化学风化过程划分为3.8 ka BP以前的风化较弱期、3.8~3.5 ka BP风化较强期、3.5~1.6 ka BP风化减弱期和1.6 ka BP以来的风化增强期4个阶段。  相似文献

Concetrations of 16 elements (Al, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn, C, N, S, P, Ca, Mg) were determined in the lichen Cladina stellaris (Opiz) Brodo collected from 26 localities on the Kola Peninsula. Concentrations were higher closer to the emission sources. In Arctic regions affected by local emissions. lichens can be recommended as sensitive indicators of atmospheric pollution.  相似文献

研究了我国亚热带、暖温带几种土壤铁锰结核中锰矿物的类型,探讨了它们形成的地球化学过程与特征。结果表明:不同土壤铁锰结核锰矿物的类型及其含量不尽相同,但锂硬锰矿普遍存在且结晶程度较高;与土壤相比,土壤铁锰结核的化学组成仍以Si、Al、Fe为主,但Fe含量超过了Al,Mn含量远大于Mg、Ca;结核中一些重金属富集顺序为Pb>Co>Ni>Cu>Zn>Cr;揭示了土壤铁锰结核形成过程中存在着成核富集作用、成矿作用、专性吸附作用和轻度积钙作用。  相似文献

Sediment chemistry and arcellacean community composition were analyzed to study the ecological effects of copper mine-derived acidic and metal-rich waters in a freshwater bay in eastern Finland. To track spatial and temporal changes in the bay, 32 mine-impacted (top) and pre-impact (bottom) samples were analyzed from 16 short sediment cores taken along a transect extending from the pollution source. In addition, short cores from the impacted and reference sites were studied. Recent sediments displayed a geochemical gradient from the inner bay, where mine water is discharged, to the outer bay. Inner bay sites were enriched with C, S, and Fe, whereas Mn was depleted, but has precipitated in the outer bay. Among the heavy metals, Cu, Al, Zn, and Ni concentrations had increased in the inner and mid bay, while Co and Cd concentrations had increased at mid-bay sites. The change from the natural to mine-impacted condition was also seen in faunal gradients. According to ordination and distance measures, the greatest changes in species composition occurred in the inner bay, with fairly small changes in the outer bay. Numerical methods suggested that metals (Cu, Pb, Al, Zn, Cr), redox-sensitive elements (Fe, Mn), organic carbon and nutrients could be related to changes in arcellacean assemblages. Geochemical changes in the impacted core started at ~20 cm with increases in S alternating with peaks in Cr and Mg. Heavy metal concentrations increased markedly at 10 cm, after the active mining period, suggesting the beginning of acid mine drainage. Geochemical changes at ~20 cm were already apparent in the arcellacean assemblages, but the most notable change coincided with the geochemical shift at 10 cm, with signs of decreased pH. Numerical methods suggest that mining-related metals Co, Cu, Zn and Ni co-vary with arcellaceans, but Al appears to behave independently with respect to the species data.  相似文献

对阿拉善荒漠草地广泛分布的几种灌木、半灌木土壤有效态常量和微量营养元素的“肥岛”效应进行了研究。结果表明:①霸王、白刺、红砂和沙冬青提高了灌丛根部土壤速效Na、K、Fe和Mn 的含量,而降低了灌从根部土壤速效Ca、Mg的含量;驼绒藜除对土壤速效Mg含量有显著影响外,对其他元素无显著的影响。②霸王、白刺和沙冬青对速效Na、K、Fe和Mn有明显的富集作用,对速效Ca负富集作用;红砂对速效Na有极强的富集作用,EA、EB分别为37.59和52.93;除红砂和驼绒藜对速效Mg有富集作用外,其余灌丛对速效Mg无富集作用。③灌丛周围土壤pH值与速效K、Fe和Zn含量呈显著负相关,与Ca呈正相关,与速效Na无相关性。霸王、白刺、沙冬青周围土壤速效Mg含量与pH值也呈显著正相关;除了霸王外,其他灌木周围土壤速效Mn含量都与pH值呈负相关。  相似文献

Sandy soils of thewadisin the Eastern Desert of Egypt have a poor retentive capacity for metals. The contents of Ca, Mg, K, Na, Fe, Al, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn in 37 soils from this area were highly variable. The metal contents of two dominant plant species of the Eastern Desert (Senna alexandrinaandCleome droserifolia) showed no correlation with soil metals. 镇江下蜀土剖面的化学风化强度与元素迁移特征   总被引:27,自引:1,他引:26  
对镇江下蜀土剖面的化学风化强度及元素迁移特征进行了研究, 结合与黄土高原第四纪黄土、古土壤、晚第三纪红粘土以及安徽宣城风成红土等典型风成堆积剖面的对比分析, 得出如下结论: (1) 镇江下蜀土剖面经历了中等强度的化学风化, 明显强于洛川黄土以及古土壤, 显著弱于宣城风成红土, 而与西峰晚第三纪红粘土非常接近。下蜀土的化学风化过程及 其与其他风成堆积剖面风化强度的差异主要受气候条件的控制, 气候条件通过年平均温度和年降水量对化学风化的地球化学环境起重要的影响, 其中降水因素在化学风化过程中可能起着更为重要的制约作用。(2) 镇江下蜀土剖面风化过程中, 绝大部分常量元素的地球化学行为 表现为迁移淋失, 仅Fe 和Ti 轻微富集, 元素的活动性由强至弱依次为: P > Na > Ca > Mg > K > Fe2+ > Si > Mn > Al > Ti > Fe3+; 常量元素的迁移特征揭示下蜀土的化学风化已经完成初级阶段的去Ca、Na 过程, 并初步进入到去K 风化的中级阶段; 微量元素除Sr、Ga 迁移淋 失外, Th、Ba、Cu、Zn、Co、Ni、Cr、V 等均表现出富集特征, 这可能与下蜀土风化成壤过 程中的生物地球化学过程以及粘粒、有机质对微量元素的吸附作用有关。(3) 元素迁移在剖面 中的变化特征揭示, 在0.24 Ma 之前的中更新世早、中期, 该区气候较为暖湿, 兼有干湿交替的特征; 中更新世晚期气候偏干凉, 风化淋溶最弱; 至晚更新世早期则又出现一段明显暖湿的成壤时期, 形成下蜀土剖面中的S1 古土壤层。总之, 中更新世以来本区气候整体上向干凉的方向发展。  相似文献

对 Si、Al、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、K、Na和 P等元素在南极菲尔德斯半岛地区三个代表性土壤剖面 (不饱和寒冻雏形土、纤维质寒冻有机土和鸟成土 )中的迁移与富集规律进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,本区土壤中物质移动和元素迁移现象明显 ;几种主要元素在不同类型土壤以及同一土壤不同层次中的移动行为有显著差异 ,土壤自由水状况和地表生物活动在元素迁移与富集过程中发挥重要作用。另外 ,在土壤发育和土壤粘粒形成过程中 ,不同元素在不同土壤颗粒之间的再分配现象存在较大差异。  相似文献

采用两种不同的分解方法处理渣驯样品,用ICP-OES法测定了样品中Al、Ba、Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Ni、Sr元素的含量,并进行比较。结果表明,两种不同的分解方法所测定的金属元素含量基本相一致,相对误差都小于5%。说明两种分解方法所建立的分析方法都能准确、快速测定Al、Ba、Ca等9种金属元素,是值得推荐的有效测定方法。  相似文献

连续三年(1998-2001年)采集了南极中山站的气溶胶样品,利用中子活化(INAA)分析其元素组成,采用作图法对元素的来源进行分析。结果表明除南极中山站气溶胶中的Na,Cl,Mg,Ca,Sr,Br,I和Rb等8个元素主要来自海洋,Al,Sc,Fe和Mn等4个元素主要来自陆源,而Se,Co,Sb,Zn和Cr等5个元素呈现出高度的富集,属于重金属污染特征元素,这可能与站区发电、垃圾焚烧、污水处理、车辆运行和加工制作等站务活动有关。  相似文献

哈拉湖岩芯XRF扫描元素统计分析及其环境意义   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
青藏高原东北缘高山湖泊哈拉湖是位于季风与西风影响的交汇带的封闭深水湖泊,是区域环境和气候变化的良好记录载体。目前对该湖的研究还较少,缺乏对沉积物中元素环境意义的系统认识。通过高分辨率XRF岩芯扫描,用相关、聚类和因子分析的方法对哈拉湖沉积岩芯地球化学元素进行分析。结果显示Ti、K、Si、Al、Fe、Mn等元素变化一致,相关性高,归为同一类,即径流输入的陆源碎屑组分,反映了流域水文状况如径流量的变化。Sr、Zr元素相关性高,为赋存在粗颗粒沉积物中的元素,根据哈拉湖实际,应为冬季湖泊冰面风力搬运,反映了湖区冬季风力强度的变化。Ca元素既与径流输入元素总体变化一致,也与Sr、Zr元素显著相关,且在第一和第二主成分(径流和风力)上的载荷相当,表明哈拉湖沉积物中的碳酸盐既有粗颗粒的外源碎屑,也有湖泊自生的组分,这在利用碳酸盐进行地球化学研究时应重视,注意去除外源碎屑碳酸盐的影响。可溶元素S和Cl可能反映了入湖水量与蒸发对比情况,与湖泊盐度有关。  相似文献

对南极长城站地区粘土矿物的空间分布与某些元素的地球化学行为之间的相关关系给予了较为详细的研究,并从地球化学方面探讨了粘土矿物的成因。研究表明,Ca和Mg元素是高岭石生成的主要控制因子,高岭石的空间分布是两者共同作用的结果。Si、Ca、Mg和Fe元素的地球化学行为与蒙脱石在空间上的含量变化有明显的相关关系。Si元素对蒙脱石的生成起到了较大的作用。  相似文献

对大荔人遗址的甜水沟剖面(TSG)全新世黄土-古土壤序列中常量元素含量、磁化率和Rb/Sr比值进行了研究和比对。结果表明:在TSG剖面发育过程中,Ca、Mg、Na表现为迁移淋失,Si、K呈现弱富集特征,Fe的迁移不明显;磁化率、钾钠比、硅铝铁率、SiO2/(MgO+CaO)(、CaO+K2O+Na2O)/Al2O3的分布随地层的变化而同步变化。上述变化指示古土壤S0形成时期,化学风化程度强烈和气候温暖湿润,黄土L0和Lt堆积时期,风化成壤作用较弱和气候相对干旱,而全新世晚期可能曾出现过一次较为暖湿的次级气候变化。  相似文献
