The acute toxic levels of formalin to a marine red-tide dinoflagellate Prorocentrum minimum Schiller (Mastigophora, Dinoflagellida) were determined by linear regression analysis. The data obtained revealed that there is a close regression relationship between logarithmic concentrations of formalin and mortality probit scales of the organism when exposure times are 1, 2, 6, 12, 24 h. The median lethal concentrations (LC50 values) obtained from correlation analysis for these exposure times (with 95% confidence intervals), were 11.83, 6.76, 4.37, 4.27 and 3.98mgL^-1 respectively. A toxicity curve was obtained to connect the exposure time and LC50 value from the correlation between them. The results indicated that P. minimum could be killed or fixed by formalin in the concentration range of 4-12mgL^-1 within 1-24h.  相似文献

Effects of hypoxia on the dopamine concentration and the immune response of White Shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei were studied. The results showed that hypoxia had significant effects on the concentration of dopamine (DA) in the haemolymph, haemocyte count, phenoloxidase activity, phagocytic activity of haemocytes and bacteriolytic and antibacterial activity in the haemolvmph (P<0.05). The concentration of the dopamine in haemolymph reached its maximum in the 3.0 and 1.5mgL-1 DO groups at 12h and 6h, and then returned to normal after 24h and 12h, respectively. All immune parameters decreased with the reduction of dissolved oxygen. Total haemocyte count (THC), the hyaline cells and semi-granular cells in the 3.0mgL-1 DO group became stable after 12h,while granular cells did so after 24h, The THC and different haemocyte count (DHC) in the 1.5mgL-1 DO group became stable alter 24h. Phenoloxidase activity and bacteriolytic activity in the 3.0 and 1.5mgL-1 DO groups reached their stable levels after 24 h and 12 h respectively, while phagocytic activity and antibacterial activity became stable after 24 and 12, and 36 and 24 It, respec-tively. It was also indicated that the changes of dopamine concentrations in haemolymph, haemocyte count and phenoloxidase activ-ity were obviously related to the exposure time under hypoxic conditions.  相似文献

Acute toxicities of potassium permanganate, formalin, and Lugol's iodine solution to a commonly occurred ma-rine ciliate Pleuronema coronatum (Ciliophora, Scuticociliatida) were measured. Linear regression analysis of the resultshighlighted the close relationships between doses of the medicines and mortalities of the organisms, thus providing a capabili-ty to predict toxicity effects from the dose. Toxic effects of the medicines on the ciliates were described in the present paper,and the median lethal concentrations (LC50 values) were given. Results of measurements indicated that 2 h-LC50 and 12 h-LC50 values of formalin on P. coronatum were 59.00 × 10-6 and 43.57 × 10 6, while those of Lugol's solutions were 90.13 and67.84 × 10 6 respectively. The tolerance of P. coronatum to formalin is apparently lower than that to Lugol' s iodine solutionand potassium permanganate is a suitable medicine to kill ciliates in short time.  相似文献

应用CNDO/2量子化学方法计算了12个氯苯类化合物(包括苯分子)的电子结构,并结合相关分析和逐步回归分析方法,探讨了氯苯类化合物电子结构与其对花鳉鱼(Guppy)和发光细菌(MicrotoX)半致死量负对数(DLC50、EC50)之间的定量关系,分别获得氯苯化合物最低空轨道(LUMO)与最高占据轨道(HOMO)的能量差(DELH)与DLC50和EC50之间的线性方程(相关系数分别为0.969和0.937)。结果表明:DELH值越小,即化合物接受电子的能力越强,则氯苯化合物对Guppy和Microtox的毒性就越大,据此可预测氯苯化合物的毒性。  相似文献

模拟吹填、疏浚等海上施工过程所产生的底泥悬浮物浓度的变化规律,探讨不同底泥悬浮物浓度下对凡纳滨对虾仔虾成活影响。结果表明:海水中底泥悬浮物浓度超过10mg/L,持续时间超过12h时,将对凡纳滨对虾成活率产生影响,随着悬浮物实验浓度的递加,仔虾的死亡率从13.33%增至96.67%;超过80mg/L,且持续时间超过48h,将对凡纳滨对虾产生严重影响,甚至导致全部仔虾的死亡;悬浮物对凡纳滨对虾的12h、24h、36h和48h半致死量(LC50)分别为54.56、40.29、25.8和19.18mg/L。  相似文献

This study investigated the cytotoxicity of gemcitabine using the marine ciliate Euplotes vannus as the test organism.The median lethal concentrations(LC_(50) values)were determined using acute toxicity tests within an exposure time of 30 min with 0,6,12,24,and 48 mg mL~(-1) gemcitabine.The median inhibition effect(IC_(50) value)on the growth of the ciliate cells was examined using chronic toxicity tests within 5 days(120 h)after exposure for 30 min with 0,0.7,3.5,7,and 14 mg mL~(-1) gemcitabine.The 30-min LC_(50)value was 10.66~-mg mL ~1.The LC_(50) values decreased with increasing exposure times and well fitted to the toxicity curve equation LC_(50)=10.93+28.4e~(-0.19t)(R~2=0.93;P0.05,t=exposure time).The IC_(50) value for growth rates was 7.05 mg mL~(-1),and the inhibition effect on growth rates well fitted to the model equation r_%=0.8681e~(-0.0782Cgem)(r_%means growth rate with inhibition by gemcitabine,C_(gem) means concentrations of gemcitabine,R~2=0.99 and P0.05).The LC_(50) values of a wide range of gemcitabine concentrations could therefore be predicted for any given exposure time.These results suggest that the clinical dose of gemcitabine(20 mg mL~(-1))was higher than the 30-min LC_(50) value,which was almost the same as the 6-min LC_(50) value(19.88 mg mL~(-1))for E.vannus cells.The results also demonstrate that E.vannus can be used as a robust test organism for bioassays of chemotherapeutic drugs during short exposure periods.  相似文献

The acute toxicity of five phenolic compounds each to 15 d old Artemia sinica was determined in this study. The brine shrimp A. sinica was hatched from the encysted dry eggs(Bohai Bay Brand) produced by Dongying Ocean Artemia Co., Ltd., China at 27℃± 1℃ in pre-filtered(through pores of 0.45 μm in diameter) and autoclaved seawater(salinity 31, pH 7.5–8.0) in a cilindroconical glass beaker(2000 mL in volume) under continuous illumination(provided by a side set 20 W fluorescent lamp) with slight aeration. Ten Artemia individuals from the same batch of the hatched were cultured in 10 mL toxicant solution prepared with seawater(salinity 31, pH 7.5–8.0) at room temperature(about 20℃) to determine 24 h, 48 h and 72 h medium lethal concentration(LC50) of 5 phenolic compounds each. It was found that the toxicity of n-heptylphenol was the highest followed by nonylphenol, t-butylphenol, 2,4-dichlorophenol and bisphenol A in order. The LC50 values of the 5 compounds were calculated with regression analysis. The real concentration(in μg- L1) of 5 phenolic compounds each in toxicant solutions was measured with GC/MS analysis. Significant loss of phenolic compounds caused by either adsorption or desorption was not found. The significant difference of LC50 values was found among the five compounds 3 exposure times each. The range between the highest no-observed-effect concentration(NOEC) and 100% death causing concentration of five phenolic compounds each was determined. The toxicity in term of 24 h LC50 value of n-HP was 9.10 times higher than that of BPA, 1.71 times higher than t-BP, 1.53 times higher than 2,4-DCP and 1.36 times higher than NP, respectively.  相似文献

The tolerance to ammonia and nitrites in freshwater ciliate Paramecium bursaria was measured in a conventional open system. The ciliate was exposed to different concentrations of ammonia and nitrites for 2h and 12h in order to determine the lethal concentrations. Linear regression analysis revealed that the 2h-LC50 value for ammonia was 95.94 mg/L and for nitrite 27.35 mg/L using probit scale method (with 95% confidence intervals). There was a linear correlation between the mortality probit scale and logarithmic concentration of ammonia which fit by a regression equation y=7.32x-9.51 (R^2=0.98; y, mortality probit scale; x, logarithmic concentration of ammonia), by which 2 h-LC50 value for ammonia was found to be 95.50 mg/L. A linear correlation between mortality probit scales and logarithmic concentration of nitrite is also followed the regression equation y=2.86x 0.89 (R^2=0.95; y, mortality probit scale; x, logarithmic concentration of nitrite). The regression analysis of toxicity curves showed that the linear correlation between exposed time of ammonia-N LC50 valueand ammonia-N LC50 value followed the regression equation y=2 862.85e-0.08x (R^2=0.95; y, duration of exposure to LC50 value; x, LC50 value), and that between exposed time of nitrite-N LC50 value and nitrite-N LC50 value followed the regression equation y = 127.15e-0.13x (R^2=0.91; y, exposed time of LC50 value; x, LC50 value). The results demonstrate that the tolerance to ammonia in P. bursaria is considerably higher than that of the larvae or juveniles of some metozoa, e.g. cultured prawns and oysters. In addition, ciliates, as bacterial predators, are likely to play a positive role in maintaining and improving water quality in aquatic environments with high-level ammonium, such as sewage treatment systems.  相似文献

The effects of several nutritional factors on the growth and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) production of diatom Nitzschia laevis were studied. 4 LDM (quadrupled concentration of the nutrient salt) was the optimal concentration of nutrient salt for the growth and EPA production ofN. laevis. The growth ofN. laevis was inhibited when the glucose concentration was either lower than 10gL-1 or higher than 15gL-1. Both sodium nitrate and urea were good nitrogen sources for the growth and EPA production, while ammonium chloride seriously decreased the dry cell weight (DW) and the EPA content. Silicate seriously influenced the growth of N. laevis. The maximum DW of 2.34gL-1 was obtained in the presence of 150 mgL-1 Na2SiO3·9H2O. The EPA content remained almost the same when the silicate concentration was lower than 150 mgL-1; however, higher silicate concentrations resulted in a steady de- crease of EPA content. Low medium salinity (≤29) did not seem to influence the DW of N. laevis, and high salinity resulted in a decrease of DW. The highest EPA content (4.08%) and yield (110 mgL-1) were observed at the salinity of 36 and 29, respectively.  相似文献

A laboratory experiment was conducted to assess the bioaccumulation of Pb2 and its effects on growth,morphology andpigment contents of Spirulina (Arthrospira) platensis.The specimen cultured in Zarrouk liquid medium was treated with variousinitial metal concentrations (0,5,10,30,50 and 100 μgmL-1).The growth of S.platensis was adversely affected by Pb2 at high con-centrations (30,50 and 100 μg mL-1).However,at low concentrations (5 μg mL-1),Pb2 could stimulate its growth slightly.The pig-ment contents (chlorophyll α and β carotene) were decreased in a dose-dependent manner.The highest reductions (67% and 53%respectively in chlorophyll α and β carotene) were observed in 100 μg mL-1 treatment group.The LC50 (96 h) of Pb2 was measured as75.34μg mL-1.Apart from a few cases of filament breakages at elevated concentrations (50 and 100μg mL-1),morphological abnor-malities are not specific.Metal bioaccumulation increased with Pb2 concentrations,but decreased with exposure time.The maxi-mum accumulated amount was 188 mgg-1 dry weight.The bioconcentration factor (BCF) reached to a peak at day 2,followed by agradual reduction for all the exposure concentrations.S.platensis is able to tolerate considerably high Pb2 concentrations.Conse-quently it can be used as a potential species to remove heavy metal from contaminated waters.  相似文献

采用半静水生物测试法,研究亚硝酸盐氮对红鳍东方[鱼屯](Takifugu rubripes)(95~9.8g)的急性毒性及对部分肝脏抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,在急性毒性实验中,亚硝酸盐氮对红鳍东方[鱼屯]的24、48、72和96h半致死质量浓度(LC50)分别为20188、19057、17109、15925mg/L,安全质量浓度为1592mg/L;在亚急性毒性实验中,当红鳍东方纯分别在5.3、106,159、212mg/L亚硝酸盐氮中暴露4周时,其肝脏总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随亚硝酸盐氮浓度的升高均被显著抑制,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),表明亚硝酸盐氮会对鱼体的抗氧化能力产生影响。  相似文献

【目的】研究12月龄多鳞鱚(Sillago sihama Forssk?l)形态性状与体质量之间的关系,筛选适用于选育的主要形态性状。【方法】测定12个形态性状与体质量的表型参数,通过通径分析、相关分析和多元回归分析估计主要性状对体质量的直接影响和间接影响。【结果】12月龄多鳞鱚13个性状之间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。通径分析表明,体高(X1)、体厚(X2)、眼径(X7)、体长(X10)和背鳍前长(X11)对体质量(Y)有明显的直接影响;除体长外,其他生长性状对体质量的直接影响均小于它们对体质量的间接影响,同时,体长对体质量的直接影响最大。相关分析表明,上述5个主要性状是体质量变化的主要影响因素。体长对体质量的单独决定系数最大(0.331),5个主要性状对体质量的总决定系数为0.928。建立的以主要性状为自变量、体质量为因变量的回归方程为Y=-13.339+2.913X1+3.352X2-4.467X7+1.473X10+0.763X11。【结论】体长、体厚、眼径、体高和背鳍前长等5个主要性状是影响多鳞鱚体质量的核心性状,其中体长影响最大。  相似文献

Oleoylchitosans (O-chitosans) with different degrees of substitution (DS) were synthesized by reacting chitosan with oleoyl chloride. The chemical structures of the products were characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR. These results suggested the for-mation of an amide linkage between the amino groups of chitosan and the carboxyl groups of oleic acid. The viscosity of O-chitosan sharply increased with the increase of concentration, whereas that of unmodified chitosan rose only slightly. This increase became larger as the DS increased. All of the O-chitosans could reduce surface tension slightly. The critical aggregation concentration (CAC) of O-chitosans with DS 5%, 11%, and 27% were 79.43 mgL-1, 31.6 mgL-1, and 10mgL-1, respectively. Nanoparticles were prepared using an O/W emulsification method. The mean diameters of the polymeric amphiphilic nanoparticles of O-chitosans with DS 5% and 11% were around 327.4 nm and 275.3 nm, respectively.  相似文献

A new kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of iron (Ⅲ). The method is based on the catalytic effect of iron (Ⅲ) on the oxidation of weak acid brilliant blue dye (RAWL) by KIO4 in acid medium. The advantages of the proposed method are that it is sensitive, accurate, rapid, inexpensive, can be operated under room temperature and has a large determination concentration range compared to other techniques. The obtained optimum conditions are: pH 3.15, RAWL (200 mgL-1) 5.00mL, Potassium periodate solution (0.01 molL-1) 0.30mL, phenanthroline (0.02molL-1) 1.00mL, reaction temperature 25℃ and reaction time 7 miu. With this method iron could quantitively be determined in the range 0.00-0.02 mgL-1, the detection limit being 4.10×10-10mL-1. The relative standard deviations (RSD) in five replicate determinations for 3 μgL-1 and 5μgL-1 iron (Ⅲ) are 3.1% and 1.9%, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of iron (Ⅲ) in tap water samples and seawater samples (from the South China Sea), the recovery rates being 98.0% and 100.5%, respectively.  相似文献

Using correlation and path analysis, the genetic correlation between weight traits and morphological traits was determined in the marine gastropod Glossaulax reiniana. A total of 100 G. reiniana individuals from a wild population were used. Shell width (X1), shell height (X2), umbo-callus height (X3), body width (X4), operculum length (X5), operculum width (X6), body weight (Y1) and soft-tissue weight (Y2) were measured, and the correlation coefficient matrix calculated. Morphological traits were used as independent variables and weight traits as dependent variables for path coefficient analysis. Path coefficients, correlation indices and determination coefficients were also determined. Results indicate that the correlation coefficients associated with each morphological and weight trait were all highly significant (P〈0.01). After deleting redundant independent variables, the following optimum multiple regression equations were obtained using stepwise multiple regression analysis: Y1=-29.317+0.362X2+0.349X4+ 1.190)(5 for body weight; and Y2=-17.292+0.166X1+0.171X2+0.703X5, for soft-tissue weight. Operculum height had the highest positive direct correlation with both body weight and soft-tissue weight, which was in accordance with the test results obtained from determinate coefficient analysis. The indication of high genetic correlations between weight traits and morphological traits will provide valuable information for G. reiniana breeding programs.  相似文献

To investigate sulfide detoxification in Urechis unicinctus,oxygen consumption rate and sulfide detoxification productswere analyzed during sulfide exposure under controlled laboratory conditions.The results showed that oxygen consumption rateswere elevated significantly during 3 h sulfide exposure compared to the control(P0.05).The concentration of sulfite in body walland hindgut of experimental worms increased significantly(P0.05)when exposed to 50μmolL-1sulfide,reached a maximum at24 h and then decreased.Similar result was observed in worms exposed to 150μmolL-1sulfide except that sulfite concentrationreached a maximum at 12 h.Contents of thiosulfate in body wall and hindgut of U.unicinctus exposed to sulfide were also significantly higher than that of the control without sulfide exposure.In conclusion,during short-time sulfide exposure U.unicinctus mayraise oxygen consumption to detoxify toxic sulfide into sulfite and thiosulfate.Sulfide detoxification was restrained when the expo-sure time was prolonged or sulfide concentration was increased,which was indicated by decrease of sulfite,the intermediate productof sulfide detoxification.  相似文献

为了研究高温后花岗岩的可钻性和微观损伤变化, 同时也为了研究高温后不同冷却时间对可钻性的影响, 对高温热处理后的花岗岩冷却不同时间(2, 4, 24, 48 h), 通过可钻性实验和铸体薄片鉴定, 得到高温对花岗岩可钻性的影响规律和影响机理, 同时也得到不同冷却时间对花岗岩可钻性的影响。研究结果表明, 花岗岩在热处理不超过500℃和自然冷却2 h的约束下始终保持一个较高的可钻性级值, 在冷却4, 24, 48 h后, 高温对可钻性的影响表现为3个阶段(第一次劣化阶段、强化阶段、第二次劣化阶段)。微裂纹产生的位置及数量影响着岩石抵抗破碎的难易程度, 400℃热处理后花岗岩内部微裂纹开始显著增加, 当石英颗粒内部产生大量微裂纹时, 花岗岩的可钻性显著降低。100℃热处理后同时冷却不超过4 h会显著影响花岗岩的可钻性, 200~400℃热处理后, 花岗岩的可钻性级值会随着冷却时间(4~48 h)的继续增加显著增加, 500℃对花岗岩产生的损伤是不可恢复的, 600℃已经完全使花岗岩劣化。弄清高温和冷却时间对花岗岩可钻性的影响, 可以为干热岩资源的高效开采提供基础的理论支撑。   相似文献
