Between June 2004 and September 2004 a temporary seismic network was installed on the northern insular shelf of Iceland and onshore in north Iceland. The seismic setup aimed at resolving the subsurface structure and, thus, the geodynamical transition from Icelandic crust to typical oceanic crust along Kolbeinsey Ridge. The experiment recorded about 1,000 earthquakes. The region encloses the Tjörnes Fracture Zone containing the Husavik–Flatey strike-slip fault and the extensional seismic Grimsey Lineament. Most of the seismicity occurs in swarms offshore. Preliminary results reveal typical mid-ocean crust north of Grimsey and a heterogeneous structure with major velocity anomalies along the seismic lineaments and north–south trending subsurface features. Complementary bathymetric mapping highlight numerous extrusion features along the Grimsey Lineament and Kolbeinsey Ridge. The seismic dataset promises to deliver new insights into the tectonic framework for earthquakes in an extensional transform zone along the global mid-ocean ridge system.  相似文献

不同温度的有机溶剂分提对鯷鱼鱼油得率及脂肪酸组成的影响

讨论了不同温度的有机溶剂分级提取对鳀鱼鱼油得率、脂肪酸组成及EPA、DHA含量变化的影响。经15℃干法分级提取的液态鳀鱼鱼油,在设定的4种温度下,液态鳀鱼鱼油得率均随溶剂量的增加而提高;在相同溶剂量的情况下,随着分级提取温度的降低,液态鳀鱼鱼油得率呈下降的趋势。有机溶剂分级提取对14碳短碳链的饱和与不饱和脂肪酸及16碳、18碳的饱和脂肪酸的脱除效果是明显的,但对脱除20碳、22碳的长碳链饱和脂肪酸的效果不明显。在4种试验温度下,EPA和DHA的总量分别为29.88%、31.74%、35.27%和41.80%,高出美国阿拉斯佳深海鱼油对应总量(28.76%)的1.12%～13.04%。  相似文献   

Distribution characteristics of zooplankton biomass in the East China Sea

On the basis of the data of oceanographic survey in the East China Sea in four seasons during 1997-2000 (23°30'~33°00'N, 118°30'-128°E), the variation of total biomass and diet biomass of zooplankton and their spatial-temporal distribution and relationship with the fishing ground of Engraulis japonicus are approached and analyzed. The results show that the average biomass is 65.32 mg/m3 in four seasons, autumn (86.18 mg/m3) being greater than summer (69.18 mg/m3) greater than spring (55.67 mg/m3) greater than winter (50.33 mg/m3). The average value of diet zooplankton biomass is 40.9 mg/m3. The trends of horizontal distribution both in the total biomass and the diet biomass of zooplankton are similar. The high biomass region (250-500 mg/m3) is very limited, only accounting for 1% of the investigation area. Seasonal variation of the biomass is very remarkable in the west and north parts of East China Sea coastal waters ( 29°30'N,125°E). 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术研究了南美白对虾（Penaeus vannamei)，日本对虾（Penaeus japonicus)，斑节对虾（Penaeus monodon)，新对虾（Metapenaeus ensis)养殖群体杂合体缺乏及过量。结果表明南美白对虾在Est-2(F=0.705),Aat-2(F=1.000)，两个位点上存在杂合子缺乏，在Adh-3(F=-1.000),Sdh-2(F=-1.000),Mdh-4(F=-1.000)三个位点上存在杂合子过量；日本对虾在Est-1(F=0.258),Sod-1(F=0.467)两个位点上存在杂合子缺乏；斑节对虾在Est-1(F=0.254),Sdh-3(F=1.000)两个位点上存在杂合子缺乏；新对虾在Aat-1(F=1.000)位点上存在杂合子缺乏，在Est-1(F=-0.158),Sod-1(F=-1.000),Me-4(-F=1.000)三个位点上存在杂合子过量。导致杂合子缺乏的主要原因可能是自然选择，近交，Wahland效应等。杂合子缺乏会导致某些基因从基因库中消失，造成种群遗传多样性的降低，从而降低物种适应环境的能力。  相似文献   

温度变化对刺参同工酶的影响

采用同工酶电泳方法,对在不同温度处理下刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、酯酶(EST)和超氧化歧化酶(SOD)的表达情况进行分析。本文结果显示刺参组织内无LDH同工酶的表达。在10℃到20℃的温度突变处理中,12 h内EST和SOD均有新增酶带,在20℃到10℃的温度突变1 h内EST表达有新增酶带。3 h内SOD表达有新增酶带。在不同变温幅度的处理中,EST和SOD只有1条酶带。这表明,刺参对温度突变可产生积极的响应,对于其适应环境温度的变化具有重要意义。  相似文献

Genetic diversity of cultivated populations was investigated using assay of vertical slabpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in 4 species of shrimps, which were Penaeus japonicus, Penaeus monodon , Penaeus vannamei and Metapenaeus ensis, The results showed that the mean number of alle-les per locus (A) is 1.3±0.2, 1.3±0.1, 1.3±0.1 and 1.3 ±0.1 respectively; the percentage of polymorphic loci (P0.95) is 12.5, 6.7, 20 and 23.5 respectively; the expected heterozygosity (He) is 0.042±0.034,0.042±0.031, 0.094±0.042 and 0.097±0.047 respectively; and the observed heterozygosity (H0)is 0.029±0.024, 0.028±0.023,0.154±0.082 and 0.150±0.084 respectively. The difference of genetic diversity is obvious in 4 species of shrimps. The degree of genetic diversity is M. ensis > P. vannamei > P. japonicus > P. monodon. In short, the lower level of genetic diversity is estimated in 4 species of shrimps.  相似文献
